一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置,包括筒体(7),筒体(7)的上端设置底座(3),底座(3)上连接喷嘴(4),所述筒体(7)内设置第一旋流管(1),第一旋流管(1)的上端设有与喷嘴(4)配合的尿素喷入口(12),位于尿素喷入口(12)前侧和后侧的第一旋流管(1)上分别设置第一前隔板(8)和第一后隔板(5),第一旋流管(1)通过第一前隔板(8)和第一后隔板(5)固定在筒体(7)内;所述第一旋流管(1)内设置第二旋流管(9),第二旋流管(9)通过第二前隔板(10)和第二后隔板(2)固定在第一旋流管(1)的进气端;第一旋流管(1)的进气端环设第一叶片(14)及相对应的叶片孔,第一旋流管(1)的出气端设置旋流板(6),旋流板(6)与第一前隔板(8)之间形成混合腔(11);该混合装置提高氨混合均匀性,减少尿素结晶,保证SCR的稳定运行。

Description

一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置,属于柴油机尾气后处理设备领域。
背景技术
随着国家柴油车尾气污染物排放标准发展到欧六阶段,SCR(选择性催化还原转化器)技术已经成为国内各大主机厂的首选。SCR技术要求在SCR前端布置尿素混合器,尿素水溶液喷射进入混合器,经混合器的破碎、混合作用,使尿素均匀的分布在SCR前端面。
现有的混合器通常存在混合均匀性较差的问题,从而影响整车的性能。因此,如何将氨气均匀的带到SCR载体端面成为SCR技术中的关键环节。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置,能够尽量提高氨混合均匀性、减少尿素结晶的SCR混合装置,保证SCR的稳定运行。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置,包括筒体,筒体的上端设置底座,底座上连接喷嘴,所述筒体内设置第一旋流管,第一旋流管的上端设有与喷嘴配合的尿素喷入口,位于尿素喷入口前侧和后侧的第一旋流管上分别设置第一前隔板和第一后隔板,第一旋流管通过第一前隔板和第一后隔板固定在筒体内,所述第一前隔板的底部设有腰形孔;所述第一旋流管内设置第二旋流管,第二旋流管通过第二前隔板和第二后隔板固定在第一旋流管的进气端;所述第一旋流管的进气端环设第一叶片及相对应的叶片孔,第一旋流管的底部设置第二叶片及相对应的叶片孔,第二叶片位于第一前隔板和第一后隔板之间,第一旋流管的出气端设置旋流板,旋流板与第一前隔板之间形成混合腔;所述第二后隔板上均布进气口,所述第二旋流管上均布第四叶片及相对应的叶片孔。
进一步地,所述第一叶片设有15~20个,叶片长度为40~50mm,宽度为15~20mm,第一叶片与第一旋流管的角度为30~60°。
进一步地,所述第二叶片设有2~3个,叶片长度30~45mm,宽度为10~20mm,与第一旋流管的角度为30~45°。
进一步地,所述旋流板的中部开有翻边孔,旋流板上沿圆周均匀布置的第三叶片及相对应的叶片孔。
进一步地,所述第二后隔板上的进气口设有4~8个,总的气流流通面积不得小于6000mm 2
进一步地,所述腰形孔的气流流通面积为200~400mm 2
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
通过双旋流管进气,在进气端加强气流的旋转效果,使尿素水溶液在腔体内能充分混合,再经旋流板的旋转后,扩散到SCR前端面,具有3重旋流,能充分改善尿素的混合效果,提升混合器的氨混合均匀性指标。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1到图7所示,一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置,包括筒体7,筒体7的上端设置底座3,底座3上连接喷嘴4,所述筒体7内设置第一旋流管1,第一旋流管1的上端设有与喷嘴4配合的尿素喷入口12,位于尿素喷入口12前侧和后侧的第一旋流管1上分别设置第一前隔板8和第一后隔板5,第一旋流管1通过第一前隔板8和第一后隔板5固定在筒体7内,所述第一前隔板8的底部设有腰形孔81;所述第一旋流管1内设置第二旋流管9,第二旋流管9通过第二前隔板10和第二后隔板2固定在第一旋流管1的进气端;所述第一旋流管1的进气端环设第一叶片14及相对应的叶片孔,第一旋流管1的底部设置第二叶片13及相对应的叶片孔,第二叶片13位于第一前隔板8和第一后隔板5之间,第一旋流管1的出气端设置旋流板6,旋流板6与第一前隔板8之间形成混合腔11;所述第二后隔板2上均布进气口21,所述第二旋流管9上均布第四叶片15及相对应的叶片孔。
所述第一叶片14设有15~20个,叶片长度为40~50mm,宽度为15~20mm,第一叶片14与第一旋流管1的角度为30~60°。
所述第二叶片13设有2~3个,叶片长度30~45mm,宽度为10~20mm,与第一旋流管1的角度为30~45°。
所述旋流板6的中部开有翻边孔62,其直径为40~60mm,翻边高度不得大于15mm。旋流板6上沿圆周均匀布置的第三叶片61及相对应的叶片孔,其个数为8~12个,叶片与板的角度为30~60℃,长度为20~30mm,宽度为10~20mm。
所述第二后隔板2上的进气口21设有4~8个,总的气流流通面积不得小于6000mm 2
所述腰形孔81的气流流通面积为200~400mm 2
焊接时,第二旋流管9先与隔板10焊接固定后,将其整体装入旋流管1内并焊接固定;然后将第二后隔板2从旋流管1出气端塞入,并与其焊接固定;将旋流板6塞入旋流管1并焊接固定,将第一后隔板5、第一前隔板8装入上述形成的部件并焊接固定,注意尿素喷入口12和腰形槽81的相对位置;最后将整个部件塞入混合器筒体7内,并焊接固定,焊上喷嘴后,整个混合器就制作完成了。
工作原理:气流进入混合装置时,形成3路气流,第1路气流从第二旋流管9进入,由于第二后隔板2的存在,使气流强制经过第二旋流管9的叶片形成转旋气流;第2路气流经第一旋流管1的第一叶片14进入后形成旋转气流;这两路气流混合后形成强烈的旋转气流,经第二后隔板2上的进气口21进入混合腔11,该气流带动尿素颗粒不断旋转混合。第3路气流经第一前隔板8上的腰形孔81进入,然后经过第一旋流管1上的第二叶片13进入混合腔11,向上的气流防止尿素颗粒聚集在混合腔11的底部,形成结晶。3路气流最终汇合在混合腔11内,并使尿素颗粒不断混合后,再次经过旋流板6上的第三叶片61加强旋流效果,最终使尿素颗粒均匀分布到SCR的前端面上,同时旋流板6的翻边孔62可以减小部分背压。

  1. 一种双旋流管橫置的混合装置,包括筒体(7),筒体(7)的上端设置底座(3),底座(3)上连接喷嘴(4),其特征在于,所述筒体(7)内设置第一旋流管(1),第一旋流管(1)的上端设有与喷嘴(4)配合的尿素喷入口(12),位于尿素喷入口(12)前侧和后侧的第一旋流管(1)上分别设置第一前隔板(8)和第一后隔板(5),第一旋流管(1)通过第一前隔板(8)和第一后隔板(5)固定在筒体(7)内,所述第一前隔板(8)的底部设有腰形孔(81);所述第一旋流管(1)内设置第二旋流管(9),第二旋流管(9)通过第二前隔板(10)和第二后隔板(2)固定在第一旋流管(1)的进气端;所述第一旋流管(1)的进气端环设第一叶片(14)及相对应的叶片孔,第一旋流管(1)的底部设置第二叶片(13)及相对应的叶片孔,第二叶片(13)位于第一前隔板(8)和第一后隔板(5)之间,第一旋流管(1)的出气端设置旋流板(6),旋流板(6)与第一前隔板(8)之间形成混合腔(11);所述第二后隔板(2)上均布进气口(21),所述第二旋流管(9)上均布第四叶片(15)及相对应的叶片孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的双旋流管橫置的混合装置,其特征在于,所述第一叶片(14)设有15~20个,叶片长度为40~50mm,宽度为15~20mm,第一叶片(14)与第一旋流管(1)的角度为30~60°。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的双旋流管橫置的混合装置,其特征在于,所述第二叶片(13)设有2~3个,叶片长度30~45mm,宽度为10~20mm,与第一旋流管(1)的角度为30~45°。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的双旋流管橫置的混合装置,其特征在于,所述旋流板(6)的中部开有翻边孔(62),旋流板(6)上沿圆周均匀布置的第三叶片(61)及相对应的叶片孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的双旋流管橫置的混合装置,其特征在于,所述第二后隔板(2)上的进气口(21)设有4~8个,总的气流流通面积不得小于6000mm 2
  6. 如权利要求1所述的双旋流管橫置的混合装置,其特征在于,所述腰形孔(81)的气流流通面积为200~400mm 2
