RELATÓRIO DESCRITIVO DESCRIPTIVE REPORT
“DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM PARAFUSO PARA IMPLANTE ÓSSEO” "CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN SCREW FOR BONE IMPLANT"
[001] The present descriptive report refers to a utility model application for a screw/pin to be used for anchorage in the implantation of dental prostheses.
[002] Belonging to the field of implantology, the screw brings improvements aimed at better post-surgical osseointegration, being self-drilling and dispensing with the need for previous bone drilling, in order to optimize the surgical protocol and reduce the risk of complications during and after the procedure.
[003] It is widely known that the evolution of dental implants and their realization techniques are making this type of treatment more popular and accessible. Osseointegrated dental implants have become a reality for the rehabilitation of partially and/or totally edentulous patients, significantly expanding the therapeutic spectrum of surgical-prosthetic dentistry in the last 20 years. Thus, nowadays, there are many models of implant dental fixations (implants) and many are the existing pillars for these fixations (screws, pins and others). For the most part, the connection of the prosthetic abutment to the implant takes place through a hexagon-shaped socket and fixation through a screw, with the prosthetic crown being cemented to the abutment or screwed to it.
It is possible, however, to find several studies pointing out that the prosthetic screw of dental rehabilitations on implants, of different configurations, present an expressive number of failures, loosening and / or fracture, especially the prophetic screws
As examples of attempted solutions to the above, and in relation to the invention to be defined later, the following prior art documents can be cited, which represent the applied state of the art:
BR 102014021198-5, intitulado “APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM IMPLANTE DENTÁRIO”, o qual pleiteia um pino para implante que comporta roscas em formato côncavo em suas extremidades e redução gradual de diâmetro na parte central de seu corpo, o que promove um espaço entre o pino e a massa óssea do paciente, a fim de possibilitar o acúmulo de coágulo sanguíneo e secreções protéicas responsáveis pelo pronto restabelecimento e cicatrização da região lesada; BR 102014021198-5, entitled “IMPLANT DENTAL IMPROVEMENT”, which claims a pin for implant that has concave-shaped threads at its ends and gradual diameter reduction in the central part of its body, which promotes a space between the pin and the patient's bone mass, in order to allow the accumulation of blood clot and protein secretions responsible for the prompt restoration and healing of the injured region;
[006] Anyway, despite the efficiency of the mentioned techniques, the inventor notes that the pins found on the market, as well as the one mentioned above, because they have smooth parts do not offer pressure dissipation of the force at the time of mastication in the entire bone area around the implant. In addition, the exposed regions of the heads (or extremities upper) where the implants are inserted extend beyond the bone, which can cause implant fixation problems or present vulnerable spaces for the accumulation of bacteria.
[007] In general, the body of these screws or pins are irregular, which makes their introduction difficult, in addition to having sharp threads, which is very fragile in the matter of osseointegration, since they can easily escape or break parts of the bone, offering little area of support.
[008] In addition, most screws found require several previous drilling in the bone before being inserted, discarding the chips (particulate bone).
Objetivos do invento Objectives of the invention
[009] Atento aos problemas apresentados pela maior parte dos parafusos para implantes, o inventor vem propor uma nova disposição construtiva que oferece ao parafuso: [009] Aware of the problems presented by most screws for implants, the inventor proposes a new constructive arrangement that offers the screw:
- Excelente aderência ao osso, ponto central de acúmulo de resíduos ósseos provenientes da perfuração para uma osseointegração eficiente; - Excellent adhesion to the bone, central point of accumulation of bone residues from the drilling for an efficient osseointegration;
- Maior área de apoio nos filetes de rosca para uma cicatrização óssea agilizada; - Larger support area on the threads for faster bone healing;
- Extremidade de introdução do implante reentrante, para não avançar além da área necessária; - Insertion end of the re-entrant implant, not to advance beyond the necessary area;
- Sulcos nas roscas retilíneos, profundos e direcionados à área central de acúmulo de resíduos ósseos para auxílio eficiente na perfuração e direcionamento dos resíduos; - Grooves in the straight, deep threads and directed to the central area of bone waste accumulation to efficiently aid in the drilling and direction of waste;
- Self-drilling capacity that does not require drilling prior to its introduction.

A extremidade oposta, inferior, do corpo do parafuso (1) é chanfrada (6). [012] Said screw (1) is formed by a cylindrical body equipped with threads (2) along its entire length, from one end to the other. The upper end of the screw (1) has a recessed central section (3), with a slight inclination, ending in a hexagonal socket (4), also recessed, whose center projects an internal threaded hole (5). The opposite, lower end of the bolt body (1) is chamfered (6). The lower middle portion of the screw body (1), below its central point, is pierced by a hole (7), whose ends are directed downwards, inclined in opposite directions, tearing the screw body (1) in two grooves. flow (8) opposed.
[013] More specifically, the cylindrical body of the screw (1) has a shape similar to a pin, as it is straight and not conical, having approximately 10mm in length and 4mm in diameter.

[014] More specifically, the lower beveled end (6) of the screw (1) has an angle of approximately 170° inwards, towards the center, creating a kind of tip that gradually thins the threads (2) .
[015] More specifically, the hole (7) that goes through the body of the screw (1) is approximately 2/3 of the latter's diameter.
[016] More specifically, the grooves (8) extend from the opposite ends of the hole (7) and descend in inclination, but in a rectilinear way, without following the curve of the body, until exceeding the chamfered lower end (6), which is torn by these, forming a channel for directing the scraped material towards the hole (7).
[017] More specifically, the grooves (8) tear the body of the screw (1) as well as its threads (2), as in a drill, exposing by its edges a kind of saw provided by the contours of said threads (two).
[018] More specifically, the threads of the thread (2) are square or truncated.
