Abstract
Description
一方、鉄道の駅等に、宅配ロッカーを備えることで、駅での荷物の受取りを可能とするサービスも開始されている(特許文献1参照)。
このサービスは、上記利用者の需要を満たすかに見えるものの、特定の通販サイトや配達会社の荷物しか入れられない等の利用条件が限られるばかりか、このサービスに新たに参入しようとする配達会社にとっては、駅にロッカーを配備するためのコストが高く、新規参入の妨げになっているのが現状である。
荷物を収納可能な収納空間を備える移動体の移動に関する情報と、前記移動体における前記収納空間に関する情報とを移動収納空間情報として管理する管理手段と、
前記荷物の預け手と受取手のうち少なくとも一方から入力される、前記荷物を所定移動体に預ける場所と、前記荷物を収納する前記収納空間の夫々の情報を含む前記荷物の予約を受け付ける受付手段と、
前記荷物の予約と前記移動収納空間情報とに基づいて、前記預け手と前記受取手のうち少なくとも前記受取手に対して前記移動体の移動経路に予め設定される1以上の場所のうち何れかの場所において前記所定移動体から前記荷物を取り出すために必要な情報を提示する提示手段と、
を備える。
なお、本発明の一態様の上記情報処理装置に対応する情報処理方法及びプログラムも、本発明の一態様の情報処理方法及びプログラムとして提供される。
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の情報処理装置の一実施形態のサーバ(図3、図4参照)を含む情報処理システムの支援の対象となるサービスの概要について説明する。
図1に示すように、本サービスは、ロッカー車MCが所定の巡回ルートを巡回して所定の停留場所A乃至Hで停留し、停留中にロッカー車MCに装備されたロッカーRKを介して預け手Sや受取手R等の利用者に荷物Pの受け渡しを行う荷物Pの預かりサービスを利用者に提供するものである。
ロッカー車MCには、ドライバーDRが操作するドライバー端末M0が配置されており、サービス提供者SAから様々な指示がドライバー端末M0を介してドライバー端末M0に伝達される。
所定の停留時間は、例えば10分等であり、その時間に停留場所に訪れた預け手Sが荷物PをロッカーRKに預けたり、受取手Rが荷物PをロッカーRKから取り出すことができる。ここで示した所定の停留時間は、一例であり、他の時間であってもよい。
さらに、本サービスは、一定時間毎に巡回ルートを巡回する定期便でロッカー車MCを運用するため、ロッカー車MCが次に巡回ルートを巡回し停留場所Fに巡回してくる時刻に、受取手Rが停留場所Fに行き、巡回してきたロッカー車MCから荷物Pを取り出してもよい。
この結果、受取手Rのニーズに合う荷物Pの預かりサービスを低コストに実現することができる。
図2は、本発明の一実施形態に係るサーバを含む情報処理システムの構成を示す図である。
サーバ1、預け手端末M1、受取手端末M2、ドライバー端末M0の夫々は、インターネット等の所定のネットワークNを介して相互に通信可能に接続されている。
具体的には、サーバ1は、1以上の停留場所A乃至Hを含む所定の巡回ルートを巡回するロッカー車MCによる荷物Pの預かりサービスを支援する。
預け手端末M1からは、サーバ1により管理される予約サイトにアクセスして、荷物Pをロッカー車MCに預けるための予約を行うことができる。
RAM13には、CPU11が各種の処理を実行する上において必要なデータ等も適宜記憶される。
入力部17は、例えばキーボード等により構成され、各種情報を出力する。
記憶部18は、DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)等で構成され、各種データを記憶する。
通信部19は、インターネットを含むネットワークNを介して他の装置(例えば図1及び図4のドライバー端末M0、預け手端末M1、受取手端末M2等)との間で通信を行う。
また、リムーバブルメディア30は、記憶部18に記憶されている各種データも、記憶部18と同様に記憶することができる。
「荷物の預かりサービスを支援する処理」とは、上述の本サービスを管理する処理のことをいう。
以下、サーバ1において実行される、荷物の預かりサービスを支援する処理を実行するための機能的構成について説明する。
荷物Pを収納する収納ボックスSPの情報は、収納ボックスSPの扉の番号等である。受取手Rの情報は、利用者ID等である。
また、預け手Sと受取手Rが同じ利用者(利用者ID)であれば受取手Rの情報の入力を省略することができる。
具体的には、利用者管理部102は、預け手S及び受取手Rの利用者情報を利用者DB181に記憶し、管理する。
利用者DB181に登録される利用者情報は、例えば会社K1の預け手Sの利用者IDや会社K2の受取手Rの利用者ID、夫々の利用者の連絡先(電話番号や電子メールアドレス等)、サービス利用時の支払い方法等が記憶されている。
例えば荷物Pの預入予約や取り出しの際に、巡回ルート上に設定された停留場所A乃至Hに関わらず、指定した場所(例えば勤務する会社や自宅の近く等)にロッカー車MCを停留させることができる等の優遇措置を受けることができる。
具体的には、ロッカー管理部103は、荷物Pが収容されるロッカーRKの収納ボックスSPの扉の番号やロッカーRKの収納ボックスSPの空情報等をロッカーDB182に記憶し管理する。
預入予約の情報は、例えば所定の停留場所、例えば停留場所D等に○時×分に停留する所定のロッカー車(ロッカー車MC)のロッカーRKの所定の扉の番号の収納ボックスSPに荷物Pを預けるので受取手Rが取り出して。という情報である。
具体的には、個々の収納ボックスSPに設けられたセンサ(扉の開閉センサや収納ボックスSP内の物体検知センサ等)により、荷物の有無が運行管理部104により検出されて、ロッカーDB182の該当収納ボックスSPのデータが更新される。
これにより、受取手Rは、ロッカー車MCに荷物が預けられることが分かり、停留場所E、F、G、H、A、B、Cの中から所望の停留場所F等で荷物を受け取ることができる。
ロッカー指示部106は、荷物Pの種別に応じて、ロッカー車MCの種類と、ロッカー車MCに備えさせる収納ボックスSPの種類及び個数とのうち少なくとも一部を変更する指示をロッカー車MCのドライバー端末M0へ出力する。
変更する指示は、利用者の需要に応じて変更させる。変更する指示は、例えばロッカーRKの夫々の収納ボックスSPうち保冷スペースの数を増やしたり、大きな荷物用に容量の大きな収納ボックスSPに変更する等の指示を含む。
これにより、需要に応じてロッカー構成を組み替えることできる。
具体的には、所定条件としては、例えば預り手S又は受取手Rがプレミアム会員等の特定の利用者の場合、預入予約の際にこれら特定の利用者から所定の場所(例えば停留場所A乃至H以外の場所等)が指定された場合、停留指示部107は、所定の場所で停留するようにロッカー車MCのドライバー端末M0へ指示を送信する。
図5は、サーバの動作を示すフローチャートである。
荷物Pを取り出すために必要な情報は、例えば荷物Pが預けられた収納ボックスSPの扉の番号とその扉の解錠情報と、ロッカー車MCが停留場所Dの後に停留する停留場所E乃至Cの時刻等である。
これにより、ドライバーDRが不要な自動運転車についても本サービスにおいて運用できるので、運用コストを削減することができる。
例えば図1に示したロッカー車MCの複数の収納ボックスSPを個々に着脱自在とし、停留場所A乃至H等を含む第1巡回ルートと、停留場所Hを含む停留場所I、J、K等を有する第2巡回ルートを設定し、夫々の巡回ルートに別のロッカー車MCを巡回させるように運用する。
この場合、互いの巡回ルートで交わる停留場所Hにおいて、2台のロッカー車MC間で収納ボックスSPを載せ替えることで、例えば第1巡回ルートの停留場所Dで入庫した荷物Pを第2巡回ルートの停留場所Kへ移送し出庫する等といった、荷物Pの載せ替えによる別ルートへの配送も可能になる。
この結果、荷物Pの柔軟な受け付りが選択可能になる。
さらに、上述の実施形態では、巡回ルートとして固定ルートを例示して説明したが、この例に限ることなく、例えば需要予測に応じて巡回ルートを変更してもよい。
また、例えば複数のスーパー間の共同配送に適用し、スーパー1店舗毎に必要な分の商品を移動体からピックアップするようにしてもよい。
そこで、会社や家とロッカー車MCの間といった近距離を配達する配達サービスの参入等も見込める。
受取手Rが所定の収納ボックスSPから荷物Pを出庫する際に、受取手端末M2を所定の収納ボックスSPの施錠機のNFC部に近接させることで、受取手端末M2のアプリと施錠機との間で電子キーの受け渡しが行われて、収納ボックスSPの施錠が解錠されて、収納ボックスSPの扉が解放される。これにより、受取手Rは、所定の収納ボックスSPから荷物Pを出庫することができる。
このようなNFCによる電子キーの受け渡しによる施錠及び解錠の仕組みを導入することで、高いセキュリティの下で、ロッカー車MCによる荷物Pの受け渡しを実現することができる。
この場合、入庫時には、預け手Sから入力されるパスコードにより収納ボックスSPの扉を施錠する。
また、出庫時には、預け手Sから電子メールや電話等で受取手Rに通知されるパスコードにて受取手Rが収納ボックスSPの扉を解錠する。
このようにすることで、簡素な構成で、ロッカー車MCによる荷物Pの受け渡しを実現することができる。
また、1つの機能ブロック及びデータベースは、ハードウェア単体で構成してもよいし、ソフトウェア単体で構成してもよいし、それらの組み合わせで構成してもよい。
コンピュータは、専用のハードウェアに組み込まれているコンピュータであってもよい。また、コンピュータは、各種のプログラムをインストールすることで、各種の機能を実行することが可能なコンピュータ、例えばサーバの他汎用のスマートフォンやパーソナルコンピュータであってもよい。
即ち、本発明が適用される情報処理装置は、
荷物Pを収納可能な収納空間(1以上の収納ボックスSPから構成されるロッカーRK等)を備える移動体(ロッカー車MC)の移動に関する情報(巡回ルートと、1以上の停留場所A乃至Hのうち停留場所毎にロッカー車MCが停留する時間情報(到着時刻(12:00)と、発車時間(12:10)と、停留時間(10分)等)と、前記移動体(ロッカー車MC)における前記収納空間(ロッカーRK)に関する情報(荷物Pが収容される収納ボックスSPの扉の番号やロッカーRKの収納ボックスSPの空情報等)を移動収納空間情報として管理する管理手段(例えば図4の運行管理部104等)と、
前記荷物Pの預け手Sと受取手Rのうち少なくとも一方(の端末M1又はM2)から入力される、前記荷物Pを所定移動体(ロッカー車MC)に預ける場所(例えば停留場所D等)と、前記荷物Pを収納する前記収納空間(収納ボックスSPの扉の番号)の夫々の情報とを含む前記荷物Pの予約(所定停留場所Dに○時×分に停留する所定ロッカー車MCのロッカーRKの所定の扉の番号の収納ボックスSPに荷物Pを預ける予約)を受け付ける受付手段(例えば図4のサイト管理部101等)と、
前記荷物Pの予約と前記移動収納空間情報とに基づいて、前記預け手Sと前記受取手Rのうち少なくとも前記受取手R(の受取手端末M2)に対して前記1以上の場所(停留場所A乃至H)のうち何れかの場所において前記所定移動体(ロッカー車MC)から前記荷物Pを取り出すために必要な情報(ロッカー車MCが停留場所Dの後に停留する夫々の停留場所E乃至Cの時刻や時間帯、荷物Pが収容されたロッカー車MCの収納ボックスSPの扉の番号とその扉の解錠情報等)を提示する提示手段(例えば図4の提示部105等)と、

これにより、利用者のオンタイムで荷物Pの預け入れ(発送)や受け取りができる仕組みを構築することができる。
本発明では、荷物Pを所定の停留場所Dで移動体(ロッカー車MC)に預けておきさえすれば、移動体(ロッカー車MC)の巡回ルート上の1以上の停留場所A乃至Hのうち所望の停留場所で受取手Rが荷物を取り出せるので、自宅に届けてもらいたくないという要望を持つ利用者のニーズをつかむことができる。
また、移動体(ロッカー車MC)についても巡回ルート上を巡回させるだけなので、駅等へのロッカーの設置コスト等も生じず、荷物Pの預かりサービスを低コストに実現することができる。
さらに、移動体(ロッカー車MC)の運転の自動化を促進することで、ドライバーも不要になり、運用コストについてもさらに削減することができる。
即ち、利用者のニーズに合う荷物の預かりサービスを低コストに実現することができる。
前記構成が異なる前記移動体(ロッカー車MC)が複数種用意されており、
前記荷物Pの種別に応じて、前記移動体(ロッカー車MC)の種類と、前記移動体(ロッカー車MC)に備えさせる前記収納空間(収納ボックスSP)の種類及び個数とのうち少なくとも一部を変更する指示(ロッカーRKの夫々の収納ボックスSPのうち、保冷庫の数を増やしたり、大きな荷物用に容量の大きな収納ボックスSPに変更する等の指示)を前記移動体(ロッカー車MC)(のドライバー端末M0)へ出力するロッカー構成変更指示手段(例えば図4のロッカー指示部106等)、

このように構成することにより、例えばAI等の需要予測に基づいて、預けられる荷物Pの数や種別を予測して、その荷物Pの数や種別に応じて、移動体(ロッカー車MC)の種類と、移動体(ロッカー車MC)に備えさせる収納空間(収納ボックスSP)の種類及び個数のうち少なくとも一部を変更する。
つまり、需要に応じて収納空間(ロッカーRKの収納ボックスSP)の構成を変更することで、大きな荷物を預けたいという利用者にニーズに合う荷物の預かりサービスを実現することができる。

- 荷物を収納可能な収納空間を備える移動体の移動に関する情報と、前記移動体における前記収納空間に関する情報とを移動収納空間情報として管理する管理手段と、
前記荷物の預け手と受取手のうち少なくとも一方から入力される、前記荷物を所定移動体に預ける場所と、前記荷物を収納する前記収納空間の夫々の情報を含む前記荷物の予約を受け付ける受付手段と、
