Description

一种听诊器用胶管及其与耳挂的配合结构 技术领域
本发明涉及听诊器用胶管及其与耳挂的配合结构,尤其是当耳挂向两侧掰开使用时,声音不会因为耳挂弹片挤压胶管的通道壁而降低声音响度的听诊器用胶管及其与耳挂的配合结构。
背景技术
在现有技术的听诊器中,存在以下问题:
如图1、图2所示,弹片71左右两端分别连接左耳管51、右耳管61。左耳管弹片端52、右耳管弹片端62及弹片71置于胶管1的通道10内,且与通道壁11紧密配合。当将左耳管51和右耳管61向两侧掰开使用听诊器时,弹片71抵压胶管1的通道10的下侧部分的通道壁11,使得通道10与左耳管通道53之间被关闭,且通道10与右耳管通道63之间被关闭,从而导致听诊器内脏器声音传递的响度降低,影响听诊器的听音效果。
现有设计中,胶管1仅有一个由胶管的通道内壁形成的通道,一旦弹片71抵压胶管1的通道10下侧部分的通道壁11,即造成通道10被堵,因此听诊器的听音效果变差。
因此,如何提供一种当左耳管、右耳管向两侧掰开而导致弹片抵压胶管通道壁时,确保听诊器的导音通道不被堵,不会影响听诊器听音效果的一种胶管及其与耳挂的配合结构已经成为业界亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种听诊器用胶管。
本发明的发明目的之一是这样实现的:

2、本发明胶管的位于U型部内底面上的凸筋、以及U型部外底面上的凸筋,可提高左耳管、右耳管与耳廓的贴合度。
3、本发明胶管具有导音的双通道,在该双通道中的第一通道被堵时,可始终保证第二通道的通畅,有效避免了因弹片抵压胶管通道壁时导致听诊器听音效果变差的问题。

胶管1设有贯通各端部的通道10,在通道壁11上开设有凹槽12,凹槽12与听头管通道10b及耳挂管通道10a均连通。胶管1的U型部20的内底面21上设有凸筋甲23。胶管1的U型部20的外底面22两侧上设有凸筋乙24。
耳挂包括左耳管51、右耳管61以及弹片71。弹片71两端分别连接左耳管51、右耳管61。
弹片71、左耳管弹片端52、右耳管弹片端62均置于胶管1的通道10内。左耳管弹片端52、右耳管弹片端62与胶管1通道10的通道壁11紧密配合。
当左耳管51、右耳管61向两侧掰开时,弹片71下表面抵触耳挂管内底壁11a时,听头管通道10b通过凹槽12与耳挂管通道10a连通,声音可通过凹槽12传送至左耳管通道53及右耳管通道63。
实施例3:下面结合图7至图10所示描述实施例3。
本实施例提供听诊器用胶管与耳挂的配合结构,包括胶管1、耳挂以及连接件8。
胶管1设有贯通各端部的通道10,在通道壁11上开设有凹槽12,凹槽12与听头管通道10b及耳挂管通道10a均连通。胶管1的U型部20的内底面21上设有凸筋甲23。胶管1的U型部20的外底面22两侧上设有凸筋乙24。
耳挂包括左耳管51、右耳管61以及弹片71。弹片71两端分别连接左耳管51、右耳管61。
弹片71、左耳管弹片端52、右耳管弹片端62均置于胶管1的通道10内。左耳管弹片端52、右耳管弹片端62与胶管1通道10的通道壁11紧密配合。
连接件8为T型,连接件8设有两翼部8a和底部8b。连接件8设有贯通所述翼部8a及底部8b的三通通道80,三通通道80包括翼部通道80a和底部通道80b。
连接件8的两个翼部8a嵌于凹槽12内,三通通道80与凹槽12连通;连接件8位于所述弹片71的下方,且连接件8的一字部宽度D2不大于弹片7的宽度,优选是小于弹片7的宽度。
当左耳管51及右耳管61向两侧掰开而使得弹片71下表面抵触连接件8的上端面81时,听头管通道10b通过连接件8的三通通道80及凹槽12与耳挂管通道10a连通,声音可通过凹槽12传送至左耳管通道53及右耳管通道63。
综上所述,在本发明的胶管中,除了原有的胶管通道之外,还设置了另外的通道用于连通听头管通道10b和耳挂管通道10a,使得在原有的胶管通道被堵塞的情况下,所设置的另外的通道依然能够保持畅通,从而保持听头管通道10b与耳挂管通道10a之间的连通,从而不会影响听诊器的听音效果。另外,本发明胶管的位于U型部内底面上的凸筋、以及U型部外底面上的凸筋,可提高左耳管、右耳管与耳廓的贴合度。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种听诊器用胶管,设有贯通各端部的胶管通道,其特征在于,在所述胶管通道的通道壁上开设有凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的听诊器用胶管,其特征在于,所述胶管包括相连接的耳挂管及听头管,所述胶管通道包括耳挂管通道和与所述耳挂管通道互通的听头管通道,所述凹槽设置在所述耳挂管内侧壁上并与听头管通道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的听诊器用胶管,其特征在于,每个所述耳挂管内设有至少两个相交且相通的通道,其中环状的耳挂管内侧壁形成胶管通道,所述凹槽的底面及槽侧壁共同形成槽通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的听诊器用胶管,其特征在于,在所述胶管的U型部的内底面设有凸筋甲。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的听诊器用胶管,其特征在于,在所述胶管的U型部的外底面两侧设有凸筋乙。
  6. 一种胶管与耳挂的配合结构,其特征在于,所述胶管为根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的胶管,所述耳挂包括左耳管、右耳管、以及连接所述左耳管和右耳管的弹片;左耳管弹片端、右耳管弹片端及弹片置于所述胶管的通道内,所述左耳管弹片端、所述右耳管弹片端与所述耳挂管内侧壁紧配;当所述左耳管、所述右耳管向两侧掰开,所述弹片下表面抵触耳挂管内底壁时,所述听头管通道通过所述凹槽与所述耳挂管通道连通。
  7. 一种胶管与耳挂的配合结构,其特征在于,所述胶管为根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的胶管,所述耳挂包括左耳管、右耳管、以及连接所述左耳管和右耳管的弹片;左耳管弹片端、右耳管弹片端及弹片置于所述胶管的通道内;所述左耳管弹片端、所述右耳管弹片端与所述耳挂管内侧壁紧配;所述配合结构还包括T型的连接件,所述连接件设有贯通所述翼部及底部的三通通道,所述连接件的翼部嵌于所述凹槽内,所述三通通道与所述凹槽连通;所述连接件位于所述弹片的下方;当所述左耳管、所述右耳管向两侧掰开,所述弹片下表面抵触所述连接件的上端面时,所述听头管通道通过所述连接件的三通通道及所述凹槽与所述耳挂管通道连通。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的胶管及耳挂的配合结构,其特征在于:所述连接件翼部嵌入所述凹槽后,所述连接件的上端面不高于耳挂管内侧壁低底面。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的胶管及耳挂的配合结构,其特征在于:所述连接件的一字部宽度不大于所述弹片的宽度。
