一种化工溶剂混合装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及化工溶剂混合技术领域,具体是一种化工溶剂混合装置。
背景技术
随着工业化的推进,市场化工溶剂的需求也逐渐增多,化工溶剂是化工中间体和化工产品生产的重要原料,起到溶解固体原料或参与反应的作用,在许多行业都有着广泛的应用,而在实际使用过程中经常需要对多种化工溶剂进行混合,这便需要使用到混合装置,目前生产过程中常用的混合装置多为简单的搅拌箱或者反应釜,依靠内部搅拌桨的转动实现混合,只能够勉强满足当前的使用需求。
在实际生产过程中我们发现现有的化工溶剂混合装置整体结构还是过于简单,仍然存在一些不足之处需要进行改进,一方面当前的化工溶剂混合装置混合效率较低,依靠搅拌桨的转动进行混合时边缘处还存在混合死角,容易导致混合不均,另一方面,当前的化工溶剂混合装置在混合时不具有过滤功能,而一些溶剂中可能存放时间较长导致存在一定的固体颗粒,一般需要额外的过滤步骤才可使用,较为费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种化工溶剂混合装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的混合效率低、存在死角和固体颗粒无法过滤的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种化工溶剂混合装置,包括固定底座和混合箱,所述混合箱固定安装在所述固定底座顶部,所述混合箱底部固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴上安装有转动分水管,所述转动分水管上对称安装有喷水管,所述喷水管一端焊接有喷水头,所述混合箱顶部固定安装有抽泵,所述抽泵的排出端安装有导管,所述导管穿设在所述混合箱顶部,所述混合箱的吸水端安 装有吸水管和回流管,所述回流管一端与所述混合箱底端连通,所述固定底座一侧通过电源线设置有电源插头。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述导管底部固定安装有套管,所述套管内活动安装有密封管。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述转动分水管与所述密封管固定连通,所述密封管上设置有密封函。

本实用新型通过转动分水管配合喷水管的结构实现溶剂混合,可同时实现搅拌和冲拌两种混合效果,还能够对内壁物料进行混合,增加混合效率,同时能够对溶剂中的固体颗粒进行过滤收集,实用性更强。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-4,一种化工溶剂混合装置,包括固定底座1和混合箱2。
具体参阅图1所示,固定底座1底部焊接有支撑座14,支撑座14底部设置有防潮垫混合箱2固定安装在固定底座1顶部,混合箱2底部固定安装有驱动电机3,驱动电机3的输出轴上安装有转动分水管4,转动分水管4上对称安装有喷水管5,喷水管5一端焊接有喷水头6,混合箱2顶部固定安装有抽泵8,抽泵8的排出端安装有导管9,导管9穿设在混合箱2顶部,混合箱2的吸水端安装有吸水管12和回流管13,回流管13一端与混合箱2底端连通,固定底座1一侧通过电源线设置有电源插头。
需要对本实用新型进一步解释说明的是,在本实用新型中,通过转动分水管4配合喷水管5的结构实现溶剂混合,溶剂通过抽泵8进入到混合箱2内,通过转动分水管4进入到喷水管5内后从喷水头6喷出,转动分水管4还能够被驱动电机3带动转动,从而同时实现搅拌和冲拌两种混合效果,溶剂冲出时还能够对靠近混合箱内壁的物料进行混合,增加混合效率。
具体参阅图2所示,导管9底部固定安装有套管10,套管10内活动安装有密封管11,转动分水管4与密封管11固定连通,密封管11上设置有密封函。
需要对本实用新型进一步解释说明的是,在本实用新型中,套管10和密封管11的设计使得导管9内的溶剂能够顺利进入到转动分水管4内,还不影响转动分水管4的转动,从而实现转动喷水效果,增加混合效率。
具体参阅图3和图4所示,喷水管5上焊接有过滤机构7,过滤机构7包 括过滤盒15和过滤网18,过滤盒15一侧开设有开口,过滤网18固定安装在开口内,过滤盒15远离过滤网18的一侧焊接有斜向板16,两个斜向板16之间预留有进水口17。
需要对本实用新型进一步解释说明的是,在本实用新型中,喷水管5上的过滤机构7能够伴随喷水管5转动而转动,转动方向使得溶剂能够通过进水口17进入过滤盒15内,然后通过过滤网18排出,从而实现固体颗粒过滤,起到过滤效果。
本实用新型的工作原理是:在使用本实用新型时,只需将溶剂接入吸水管12,然后开启抽泵8将溶剂抽入,然后通过导管9进入到套管10内,再通过密封管11进入到转动分水管4内,之后通过转动分水管4进入到喷水管5内后从喷水头6喷出,同时开启驱动电机3带动转动分水管4转动,转动分水管4转动实现搅拌,溶剂喷出实现冲拌,同时实现搅拌和冲拌两种混合效果,溶剂冲出时还能够对靠近混合箱内壁的物料进行混合,增加混合效率,当溶剂全部放入后可关闭吸水管12,开启回流管13对底部溶剂进行吸取混合,保持高效混合效率,同时还可通过过滤机构7对固体颗粒进行过滤。

  1. 一种化工溶剂混合装置,其特征在于,包括固定底座(1)和混合箱(2),所述混合箱(2)固定安装在所述固定底座(1)顶部,所述混合箱(2)底部固定安装有驱动电机(3),所述驱动电机(3)的输出轴上安装有转动分水管(4),所述转动分水管(4)上对称安装有喷水管(5),所述喷水管(5)一端焊接有喷水头(6),所述混合箱(2)顶部固定安装有抽泵(8),所述抽泵(8)的排出端安装有导管(9),所述导管(9)穿设在所述混合箱(2)顶部,所述混合箱(2)的吸水端安装有吸水管(12)和回流管(13),所述回流管(13)一端与所述混合箱(2)底端连通,所述固定底座(1)一侧通过电源线设置有电源插头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工溶剂混合装置,其特征在于,所述导管(9)底部固定安装有套管(10),所述套管(10)内活动安装有密封管(11)。
