[Outline of operation]
Subsequently, the outline of the operation of the elevator system according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
Elevator system users register as users in advance (see Fig. 3). The user operates the user terminal 50 to input his / her face image (biological information) and basic information regarding the use of the elevator into the server device 10. Information on the user's residence floor, office floor, etc. is exemplified as the basic information regarding the use of the elevator. In the first embodiment, the user describes a case where the residential floor is input to the server device 10 as basic information.
When the face image and basic information are acquired, the server device 10 generates an ID (Identifier) for identifying the user. The server device 10 generates a feature amount (biological information) from the acquired face image. The server device 10 stores the generated ID, feature amount, and basic information (residential floor) in association with each other. The server device 10 pays out the generated ID to the user terminal 50.
The user's biological information includes data (feature amount) calculated from individual physical characteristics such as a face, fingerprint, palm print, voice print, vein, retina, and iris pattern (pattern) of the pupil. Illustrated. Alternatively, the biometric information of the user may be image data such as a face image and a fingerprint image. The biometric information of the user may be any information that includes the physical characteristics of the user. In the disclosure of the present application, a case where biometric information regarding a person's "face" is used will be described.
The user terminal 50 stores the acquired ID.
When the user registration is completed, the user can call the elevator by biometric authentication or the possessed user terminal 50.
Two situations are assumed for the use of the elevator by the user.
The first situation is that the user arrives at the elevator hall on the first floor and uses the elevator to move to the residential floor.
The second situation is when the user gets into the elevator from the residential floor and moves to another floor (for example, the first floor).
In the following explanation, the floor frequently used by many users (for example, the first floor) will be referred to as the "basic floor". In the first embodiment, the first floor will be described as the basic floor, but other floors may be the basic floor depending on the situation of the building and the like.
[First situation: move to the residential floor]
FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the elevator system when the user moves from the basic floor (first floor) to the residential floor.
When the user arrives at the elevator hall on the 1st floor, he / she moves in front of the signage 20. The signage 20 detects the existence of the user and notifies the server device 10 to that effect. When the signage 20 detects a user, it transmits a "user detection notification" to the server device 10.
Upon receiving the user detection notification, the server device 10 transmits elevator control information (also simply referred to as control information) to the control device 30.
The elevator control information includes information on the floor where the elevator waiters are located (the floor calling the elevator; hereinafter referred to as the calling floor) and the floor on which the elevator carrying the user is heading (hereinafter referred to as the destination floor). Can be set. In the first situation (movement to the residential floor), the first floor is set as the calling floor. Nothing is set on the destination floor (destination floor undecided is set). The server device 10 transmits elevator control information including the calling floor to the control device 30.
The control device 30 controls the elevator according to the elevator control information. The control device 30 moves the elevator to the first floor, which is the calling floor. The user gets on the elevator that arrives on the first floor.
After transmitting the elevator control information to the control device 30, the server device 10 acquires image data from the camera device 40 periodically or at a predetermined timing. The server device 10 attempts to extract a face image from the acquired image data. If the extraction of the face image is successful, the server device 10 executes a collation process (1 to N collation; N is a positive integer, the same applies hereinafter) using the extracted face image. The server device 10 executes a collation process using the acquired biometric information and the pre-registered biometric information, and identifies the user who has boarded the elevator. The server device 10 acquires the residential floor of the specified user from the database.
The server device 10 transmits elevator control information in which the specified user's residence floor is set as the destination floor to the control device 30. Nothing is set on the call floor.
The control device 30 moves the elevator to the destination floor (residential floor) instructed by the elevator control information.
In the elevator control information sent to the control device 30 in the first situation, the calling floor and the destination floor do not have to be distinguished. That is, the information regarding the number of floors included in the elevator control information may be interpreted as the floor to which the elevator is heading. In this case, it is not necessary to distinguish between the calling floor and the destination floor.
When the control device 30 acquires the first elevator control information (elevator control information for which the calling floor is set), the control device 30 transmits the elevator operation information (also simply referred to as operation information) to the server device 10. The control device 30 reports the operating status of the elevator at the time of receiving the control information to the server device 10 as "elevator operation information". For example, the control device 30 transmits information about the elevator status (moving, stopped), moving direction (moving to the upper floor, moving to the lower floor), the stopped floor, etc. to the server device 10 as elevator operation information.
The server device 10 calculates the estimated arrival time of the elevator based on the acquired elevator operation information. The server device 10 generates "elevator information" based on the calculated estimated arrival time. Elevator information is information presented to the user who called the elevator. For example, the waiting time until the elevator arrives at the calling floor (the basic floor where the signage 20 is installed; the first floor) corresponds to the elevator information.
The server device 10 transmits the generated elevator information to the signage 20.
The signage 20 displays the received elevator information.
In this way, the user who arrived on the first floor can move to the residential floor without any special operation. That is, the user does not need to press the button for calling the elevator or the button on the residential floor. In addition, the elevator outputs a voice such as "Go to the XX floor. If you want to move to a different floor, please press the destination floor button" or display a message. With such a response, it is possible to meet the demands of users who want to move to a floor other than the residential floor. In addition, users other than residents (for example, a delivery company) can press the destination button on the target floor without hesitation.
[Second situation: move from the residential floor]
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the elevator system when the user moves from the residential floor.
The user operates the user terminal 50 to call the elevator to the residential floor. Specifically, the user inputs to the user terminal 50 the floor on which the elevator is moved (the floor where the elevator is exited; the destination floor). The user terminal 50 transmits an elevator call request (also simply referred to as a call request) including information regarding the ID and the destination floor issued from the server device 10.
The server device 10 that has received the elevator call request identifies the elevator caller from the users pre-registered in the database (user information database described later) based on the ID. The server device 10 reads the residential floor of the identified elevator caller from the database. The server device 10 sets the read-out residential floor and the destination floor acquired from the user terminal 50 on the calling floor, and transmits elevator control information to the control device 30.
The control device 30 controls the elevator based on the elevator control information. That is, the control device 30 moves to the residential floor where the elevator caller waits. Further, the control device 30 transmits elevator operation information to the server device 10.
The server device 10 calculates the estimated arrival time of the elevator based on the received elevator operation information. When the estimated arrival time is approaching, the server device 10 transmits an elevator arrival notification (also referred to simply as an arrival notification) to the user terminal 50 possessed by the user (elevator caller).
The user terminal 50 that has received the elevator arrival notification notifies the user of the arrival of the elevator. The user moves to the elevator hall and gets on the elevator that has arrived. The control device 30 moves the elevator carrying the user to the destination floor.
The camera device 40 transmits image data obtained by photographing the inside of the elevator to the server device 10 periodically or at a predetermined timing.
The server device 10 analyzes the image data acquired from the camera device 40 to determine whether or not the elevator caller really got on the elevator. In the following description, the determination regarding the boarding of the elevator is referred to as "elevator boarding determination" or simply "boarding determination". The details of the elevator boarding determination will be described later.
If it is determined that the elevator caller is not in the elevator as a result of the boarding determination, the server device 10 stores the fact that the elevator is not used in the database. When the user calls the elevator (when the call request is received), the server device 10 confirms the elevator non-use status of the user. The server device 10 rejects the elevator call for a user who is found to be repeatedly unused.
Subsequently, the details of each device included in the elevator system according to the first embodiment will be described.
[Server device]
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a processing configuration (processing module) of the server device 10 according to the first embodiment. Referring to FIG. 6, the server device 10 includes a communication control unit 201, a user registration unit 202, a detection notification processing unit 203, a call request processing unit 204, an elevator control unit 205, and a non-use management unit 206. , Information providing unit 207, and storage unit 208.
The communication control unit 201 is a means for controlling communication with other devices. For example, the communication control unit 201 receives data (packets) from the signage 20. Further, the communication control unit 201 transmits data to the signage 20. The communication control unit 201 passes the data received from the other device to the other processing module. The communication control unit 201 transmits the data acquired from the other processing module to the other device. In this way, the other processing module transmits / receives data to / from the other device via the communication control unit 201.
The user registration unit 202 is a means for realizing the above-mentioned user registration. The user registration unit 202 acquires the above two pieces of information (face image, basic information) by any means. For example, the user registration unit 202 displays a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for inputting a face image and basic information and an input form on the user terminal 50.
For example, the user registration unit 202 displays a GUI as shown in FIG. 7 on the user terminal 50. For example, the user presses the "file selection" button shown in FIG. 7 and specifies the image data of the face image to be registered in the system. The designated face image is displayed in the preview area (displayed as a selected face image in FIG. 7). When registering the previewed face image, the user presses the "OK" button.
When the face image is acquired, the user registration unit 202 acquires basic information regarding the use of the elevator. For example, the user registration unit 202 displays a GUI as shown in FIG. 8 on the user terminal 50. The user inputs the residential floor and presses the "OK" button.
When the face image and basic information are acquired from the user via the GUI shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the user registration unit 202 generates an ID for identifying the user. For example, the user registration unit 202 assigns a unique value each time a user is registered and generates an ID (user ID).
Next, the user registration unit 202 generates a feature amount (feature vector composed of a plurality of feature amounts) from the acquired face image. Since existing techniques can be used for the feature quantity generation process, detailed description thereof will be omitted. For example, the user registration unit 202 extracts eyes, nose, mouth, and the like as feature points from the face image. After that, the user registration unit 202 calculates the position of each feature point and the distance between each feature point as a feature quantity, and generates a feature vector composed of a plurality of feature quantities.
When the ID and the feature amount are generated, the user registration unit 202 stores the ID, the feature amount (biological information) and the basic information (residential floor) in association with each other. Specifically, the user registration unit 202 adds a new entry to the user information database and stores the above information (see FIG. 9).
The detection notification processing unit 203 is a means for processing the user detection notification acquired from the signage 20. Upon receiving the user detection notification, the detection notification processing unit 203 notifies the elevator control unit 205 of the basic floor (first floor) as the calling floor. The detection notification processing unit 203 instructs the elevator control unit 205 to move the elevator to the calling floor by the notification.
In response to notifying the elevator control unit 205 of the call floor, the detection notification processing unit 203 acquires image data from the camera device 40. The detection notification processing unit 203 attempts to extract a face image (face area) from the acquired image data. When the face image is successfully extracted, the detection notification processing unit 203 performs collation processing using the extracted biometric information (face image).
The detection notification processing unit 203 generates a feature amount from the face image extracted from the image data. The detection notification processing unit 203 sets the generated feature amount as the feature amount on the collation side and the feature amount stored in the user information database as the feature amount on the registration side, and executes one-to-N collation. Specifically, the detection notification processing unit 203 calculates the degree of similarity between the matching side and the feature quantities of each of the plurality of registered sides. For the similarity, a chi-square distance, an Euclidean distance, or the like can be used. The farther the distance is, the lower the similarity is, and the closer the distance is, the higher the similarity is.
The detection notification processing unit 203 determines whether or not, among the plurality of feature quantities registered in the user information database, there is a feature quantity whose similarity with the feature quantity to be collated is equal to or higher than a predetermined value. .. That is, the detection notification processing unit 203 determines whether or not the person who boarded the elevator from the first floor (basic floor; the floor where the signage 20 is installed) is a resident of an apartment or the like (pre-registered user). ..
If the above feature amount does not exist, the detection notification processing unit 203 does not perform any special operation. That is, when a user other than a resident of a condominium or the like gets into the elevator, the detection notification processing unit 203 only moves the elevator to the first floor.
When the above features exist, the detection notification processing unit 203 reads out the residential floor of the entry having the highest degree of similarity from the user information database. That is, the detection notification processing unit 203 identifies the residential floor of the successful authentication person by biometric authentication (verification processing using biometric information).
The detection notification processing unit 203 notifies the elevator control unit 205 with the specified residential floor as the destination floor. The detection notification processing unit 203 instructs the elevator control unit 205 to move the elevator to the destination floor by the notification.
In this way, the detection notification processing unit 203 receives the user detection notification from the signage 20 installed on the basic floor, which is frequently used by the residents of the condominium (multiple pre-registered users). The detection notification processing unit 203 instructs the elevator control unit 205 to move the elevator to the basic floor in response to receiving the notification. Further, the detection notification processing unit 203 determines whether or not the user who boarded the elevator moved to the basic floor is a pre-registered user (whether or not the user is stored in the user information database). If the user who boarded the elevator moved to the basic floor is a pre-registered user, the detection notification processing unit 203 moves the elevator to the residential floor of the user who boarded the elevator moved to the basic floor. Is instructed to the elevator control unit 205.
The call request processing unit 204 is a means for processing an elevator call request acquired from the user terminal 50. The elevator call request includes the destination floor of the elevator, and the call request processing unit 204 processes the call request. The call request processing unit 204 extracts an ID from the elevator call request. The call request processing unit 204 searches the user information database using the extracted ID as a key, and identifies the corresponding entry.
The call request processing unit 204 determines whether or not the elevator can be called (whether or not the elevator can be used) according to the status of the elevator not being used for the elevator caller. The call request processing unit 204 rejects the elevator call when the elevator non-use status satisfies a predetermined condition. Specifically, the call request processing unit 204 reads out the number of unused times set in the unused field of the specified entry. The call request processing unit 204 rejects the elevator caller's request (elevator call request) when the read non-use count is greater than a predetermined value. In this case, the call request processing unit 204 transmits a negative response (elevator call refusal) to the user terminal 50, which is the source of the elevator call request.
When the number of times of non-use read is less than or equal to a predetermined value, the call request processing unit 204 sets the residential floor set in the residential floor field of the specified entry and the destination floor extracted from the elevator call request. Hand over to the elevator control unit 205. Further, the call request processing unit 204 passes the ID and feature amount of the specified entry to the non-use management unit 206.
The elevator control unit 205 is a means for controlling the elevator by transmitting elevator control information to the control device 30. The elevator control unit 205 calls the elevator to the calling floor where the elevator caller waits, and moves the called elevator to the destination floor (the destination floor included in the elevator call request or the elevator caller's residence floor).
When the basic floor (1st floor) is acquired from the detection notification processing unit 203 as the calling floor, the elevator control unit 205 transmits the elevator control information in which the basic floor (1st floor) is set as the calling floor to the control device 30. .. When the residential floor is acquired from the detection notification processing unit 203 as the destination floor, the elevator control unit 205 transmits the elevator control information in which the residential floor is set to the destination floor to the control device 30. The system administrator or the like registers information about the basic floor (the floor on which the signage 20 is installed) in the server device 10 in advance.
When the residential floor, destination floor, etc. are acquired from the call request processing unit 204, the elevator control unit 205 sets the residential floor on the call floor and the destination floor acquired from the call request processing unit 204 on the destination floor, and controls the elevator. Information is transmitted to the control device 30.
The elevator control unit 205 delivers the elevator operation information acquired from the control device 30 to the information providing unit 207.
The non-use management unit 206 is a means for managing the non-use status of the elevator called by the elevator caller by using the biological information (face image, feature amount) of the elevator caller. The non-use management unit 206 manages the non-use status of the elevator according to the number of times the elevator is not used.
After the elevator control information is transmitted triggered by the notification from the call request processing unit 204, the non-use management unit 206 determines the elevator boarding.
The non-use management unit 206 acquires image data from the camera device 40. The non-use management unit 206 attempts to extract a face image from the image data. If the face image is successfully extracted, the non-use management unit 206 generates a feature amount from the extracted face image. The non-use management unit 206 executes collation (one-to-one collation) using the generated feature amount and the feature amount of the elevator caller (feature amount acquired from the call request processing unit 204).
If the similarity calculated from the two feature quantities is larger than a predetermined threshold value, the non-use management unit 206 determines that the person shown in the image data acquired from the camera device 40 is the elevator caller. That is, in this case, the non-use management unit 206 determines that the elevator caller has boarded the elevator that he / she has called (the boarding determination is successful).
If the similarity between the two feature quantities is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value, the non-use management unit 206 determines that the person shown in the image data acquired from the camera device 40 is not the elevator caller. In this case, the non-use management unit 206 repeats the elevator boarding determination for a predetermined period (for example, until a predetermined time elapses from the estimated arrival time). If the boarding determination is not successful within the predetermined period, the non-use management unit 206 determines that the elevator caller has not boarded the called elevator (boarding determination fails).
If the boarding determination fails, the non-use management unit 206 accesses the user information database and increments the number of non-uses of the elevator caller (adds 1). If the boarding determination fails, the non-use management unit 206 may send a message to the elevator caller (user terminal 50) to refrain from usingless elevator calls.
In this way, the non-use management unit 206 executes one-to-one collation using the biometric information contained in the image data taken from the inside of the elevator and the biometric information of the elevator caller, so that the elevator caller can perform the elevator. Determine if you have boarded the elevator. The non-use management unit 206 detects (determines) the non-use of the elevator by the elevator caller based on the boarding determination result.
Note that the date and time when the non-use is stored may be registered in the user information database. In this case, the non-use management unit 206 may clear (initialize) the number of non-uses when a predetermined period has elapsed since the last non-use was recorded. The non-use management unit 206 may allow the user to call the elevator after a long period of time, even if the user has been confirmed to have not used the elevator in the past. That is, the non-use management unit 206 may cancel the fact that the elevator is not used for the user after a predetermined period has elapsed from the non-use of the elevator by the elevator caller. In other words, if the elevator is not used (mischievous) a predetermined number of times during a predetermined period, the elevator call is stopped.
Since the existing technology can be used for the face image detection process and the face image extraction process by the detection notification processing unit 203 and the non-use management unit 206, detailed description thereof will be omitted. For example, the detection notification processing unit 203 or the like may extract a face image (face region) from the image data by using a learning model learned by CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). Alternatively, the detection notification processing unit 203 or the like may extract a face image by using a technique such as template matching.
The information providing unit 207 is a means for providing information to the user via the signage 20 or the user terminal 50. Specifically, when the server device 10 acquires the user detection notification from the signage 20, the information providing unit 207 generates elevator information and transmits the information to the signage 20. When the server device 10 receives the elevator call request from the user terminal 50, the information providing unit 207 transmits an elevator arrival notification to the user terminal 50.
The information providing unit 207 calculates the estimated arrival time of the elevator (estimated time when the elevator arrives at the calling floor) based on the elevator operation information acquired via the elevator control unit 205. For example, when the elevator is stopped, the information providing unit 207 may calculate the estimated arrival time according to the distance (number of floors) between the current position (stop floor) and the calling floor of the elevator. Alternatively, when the elevator is in operation, the information providing unit 207 may calculate the estimated arrival time in consideration of the moving direction of the elevator in addition to the current position and the calling floor of the elevator.
The information providing unit 207 may acquire the estimated arrival time by referring to the table information stored in association with the elevator position, moving direction, calling floor, and elevator moving time. In this case, the information providing unit 207 can obtain the estimated arrival time by specifying the travel time from the position of the elevator or the like and adding the travel time to the current time.
The information providing unit 207 may acquire the travel time using the learning model. The administrator or the like prepares elevator operation information (position, movement direction, etc.) and teacher data with a label (movement time) on the calling floor. The manager or the like performs machine learning using the teacher data and generates a learning model. Any algorithm such as support vector machine, boosting or neural network can be used to generate the training model. Since known techniques can be used for algorithms such as the support vector machine, the description thereof will be omitted. The information providing unit 207 may acquire the travel time by inputting the elevator operation information and the calling floor into the generated learning model. A time zone element may be added when the learning model is generated or used.
The information providing unit 207 transmits elevator information and an elevator arrival notification to the user terminal 50 based on the calculated estimated elevator arrival time.
When generating elevator information, the information providing unit 207 calculates the waiting time of the user by calculating the difference between the estimated arrival time and the current time. The information providing unit 207 transmits the elevator information including the calculated waiting time to the signage 20. The transmission of the elevator information is a response to the transmission of the user detection notification by the signage 20.
Alternatively, the information providing unit 207 may transmit the calculated estimated elevator arrival time to the signage 20 as it is as elevator information.
When transmitting the elevator arrival notification, the information providing unit 207 notifies the elevator arrival notification to the user terminal 50 when the difference between the estimated arrival time and the current time becomes smaller than the predetermined value (when the estimated arrival time is approaching). Send to. The transmission of the elevator arrival notification is a response (affirmative response) to the transmission of the call request by the user terminal 50.
The information providing unit 207 may transmit elevator information (elevator waiting time, etc.) to the user terminal 50 prior to transmitting the elevator arrival notification. In this case, the user terminal 50 may notify the user of the arrival of the elevator immediately before the arrival of the elevator while providing the user with information regarding the waiting time of the elevator.
The storage unit 208 is a means for storing information necessary for the operation of the server device 10. A user information database is constructed in the storage unit 208. The user information database stores the biometric information, the ID, and the number of times the elevator is not used for each of the plurality of users in association with each other.
[Operation of server device]
Subsequently, the operation of the server device 10 will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the server device 10 when the user detection notification is received from the signage 20.
The server device 10 receives the user detection notification from the signage 20 (step S101).
The server device 10 transmits elevator control information with the basic floor as the calling floor to the control device 30 (step S102). The control device 30 directs the elevator to the calling floor (basic floor; the floor where the signage 20 is installed) according to the elevator control information.
The server device 10 calculates the estimated arrival time of the elevator based on the elevator operation information acquired from the control device 30 (step S103).
The server device 10 generates elevator information based on the estimated arrival time, and transmits the generated elevator information to the signage 20 (step S104).
The server device 10 acquires image data from the camera device 40, and if a face image can be extracted, executes a collation process (step S105). The server device 10 determines whether or not the person who boarded the elevator by the collation process is a resident (pre-registered user) of a condominium or the like.
If the resident has not boarded the elevator (step S106, No branch), the server device 10 does not perform any particular operation and ends the process.
When a resident gets into the elevator (step S106, Yes branch), the server device 10 transmits elevator control information including the residential floor specified by the process of step S105 as the destination floor to the control device 30 (step S107). The control device 30 directs the elevator to the destination floor (pre-registered user's residential floor) according to the elevator control information.
In this way, the server device 10 receives the user detection notification from the signage 20 installed on the basic floor, which is frequently used by a plurality of users (for example, residents of the condominium). When the server device 10 detects a pre-registered resident among the users who have boarded the elevator by collation processing using the image data obtained from the camera device 40, the server device 10 moves the elevator to the residence floor of the resident.
FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the server device 10 when a call request is received from the user terminal 50.
The server device 10 receives an elevator call request from the user terminal 50 (step S201).
The server device 10 identifies the elevator caller from the ID included in the elevator call request (step S202).
The server device 10 compares the number of times the elevator is not used with the specified elevator caller and the threshold value. If the number of times of non-use is larger than the threshold value (step S203, Yes branch), the server device 10 rejects the elevator call (step S204). As described above, when the number of times the elevator is not used by the elevator caller is more than a predetermined value, the server device 10 rejects the elevator call by the caller.
If the number of times of non-use is equal to or less than the threshold value (step S203, No branch), the server device 10 transmits elevator control information to the control device 30 (step S205).
The server device 10 calculates the estimated arrival time of the elevator based on the elevator operation information acquired from the control device 30 (step S206).
When the server device 10 determines that the elevator is close to the calling floor based on the estimated arrival time, the server device 10 transmits an elevator arrival notification to the user terminal 50 (step S207).
The server device 10 makes a boarding determination regarding the elevator caller. When it is determined that the elevator caller is not in the elevator (boarding determination fails; step S208, No branch), the server device 10 increments the number of times the elevator caller is not used (step S209).
When it is determined that the elevator caller has boarded the elevator (successful boarding determination; step S208, Yes branch), the server device 10 does not perform any special operation and ends the process.
As described above, the elevator call request includes the elevator caller's ID, and the server device 10 manages the elevator non-use count of the elevator caller using the ID included in the elevator call request. In addition, the user information database stores the call floors of each of the plurality of users. The server device 10 calls the elevator to the call floor of the user specified based on the ID included in the elevator call request (the residential floor searched using the ID as a key).

For example, the communication control unit 301 receives data (packets) from the server device 10. Further, the communication control unit 301 transmits data to the server device 10. The communication control unit 301 passes the data received from the other device to the other processing module. The communication control unit 301 transmits the data acquired from the other processing module to the other device. In this way, the other processing module transmits / receives data to / from other devices via the communication control unit 301.
The user detection unit 302 is a means for detecting the presence of a user standing in front of (near) the signage 20. The user detection unit 302 detects the user by using an arbitrary means. For example, the user detection unit 302 may detect the user based on the detection signal from the motion sensor. Alternatively, the user detection unit 302 may control the camera and analyze the obtained image data to detect the user.
When the user detection unit 302 detects a user, the user detection unit 302 sends a user detection notification to the server device 10.
The message output unit 303 is a means for outputting various messages to the user. For example, the message output unit 303 outputs elevator information.
[User terminal]
FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of a processing configuration (processing module) of the user terminal 50 according to the first embodiment. Referring to FIG. 13, the user terminal 50 includes a communication control unit 401, a user registration unit 402, an elevator calling unit 403, a message output unit 404, and a storage unit 405.
The communication control unit 401 is a means for controlling communication with other devices. For example, the communication control unit 401 receives data (packets) from the server device 10. Further, the communication control unit 401 transmits data to the server device 10. The communication control unit 401 passes the data received from the other device to the other processing module. The communication control unit 401 transmits the data acquired from the other processing module to the other device. In this way, the other processing module transmits / receives data to / from other devices via the communication control unit 401.
The user registration unit 402 is a means for realizing the above-mentioned user registration. The user registration unit 402 operates as a pair with the user registration unit 202 of the server device 10. The user registration unit 402 acquires a face image and basic information by the interface shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, and transmits the acquired information to the server device 10.
When the user registration is completed, the ID is paid out from the server device 10, so that the user registration unit 402 stores the paid-out ID in the storage unit 405.
The elevator calling unit 403 is a means for generating an elevator calling request in response to a user's operation and transmitting the generated calling request to the server device 10.
The elevator calling unit 403 generates a GUI as shown in FIG. 14 and acquires the destination floor desired by the user. The elevator calling unit 403 transmits an elevator calling request including the destination floor acquired by the ID and GUI stored in the storage unit 405 to the server device 10.
The message output unit 404 is a means for outputting various messages to the user. For example, the message output unit 404 outputs a message corresponding to the elevator arrival notification received from the server device 10. Alternatively, the message output unit 404 may output a message regarding the estimated arrival time of the elevator, the waiting time, and the like. The message output unit 404 may display a message using a display device such as a liquid crystal monitor, or may reproduce a voice message using an audio device such as a speaker.
The storage unit 405 is a means for storing information necessary for the operation of the user terminal 50.
As described above, the server device 10 according to the first embodiment calls the elevator to the waiting floor (residential floor) where the caller waits in response to the call request acquired from the user terminal 50 possessed by the elevator caller. .. Further, the server device 10 moves the elevator to the destination floor acquired from the elevator caller. As a result, the elevator caller can move to the target floor without touching the call button, destination button, etc. (move without full touch). Further, since the elevator is called by the user terminal 50, the time for the elevator caller to wait in the elevator hall is shortened. Further, the server device 10 monitors the elevator call for mischievous purposes, and rejects the elevator call using the terminal for the user who continues to use the elevator. By thoroughly informing the users of such measures by the server device 10 (elevator calls are rejected due to the accumulation of elevator non-use), elevator calls for mischievous purposes and the like are suppressed.
Next, the hardware of each device that constitutes the elevator system will be described. FIG. 15 is a diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the server device 10.

The display device is, for example, a liquid crystal display or the like. The input device is, for example, a device that accepts user operations such as a keyboard and a mouse.
例えば、通信インターフェイス314は、NIC(Network Interface Card)等を備える。 The communication interface 314 is a circuit, module, etc. that communicates with other devices. For example, the communication interface 314 includes a NIC (Network Interface Card) and the like.
The function of the server device 10 is realized by various processing modules. The processing module is realized, for example, by the processor 311 executing a program stored in the memory 312. The program can also be recorded on a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium may be a non-transient such as a semiconductor memory, a hard disk, a magnetic recording medium, or an optical recording medium. That is, the present invention can also be embodied as a computer program product. Further, the above program can be downloaded via a network or updated by using a storage medium in which the program is stored. Further, the processing module may be realized by a semiconductor chip.
Note that the signage 20 and the user terminal 50 can be configured in the same manner as the server device 10, and the basic hardware configuration thereof is not different from that of the server device 10, so the description thereof will be omitted. In particular, the signage 20 and the user terminal 50 may be provided with a camera device for photographing the user.
The server device 10 is equipped with a computer, and the function of the server device 10 can be realized by causing the computer to execute a program. Further, the server device 10 executes the elevator calling method by the program.
[Modification example]
The configuration, operation, and the like of the elevator system described in the above embodiment are examples, and are not intended to limit the system configuration and the like.
In the above embodiment, the description has been made on the assumption that one elevator is operating, but the same can be applied to the case where two or more elevators are operating.
In the above embodiment, the server device 10 and the control device 30 have been described as different devices, but these devices may be integrated. Alternatively, the user database included in the server device 10 may be built on a database server different from that of the server device 10.
In the above embodiment, the case where the terminal for user registration and the terminal for calling the elevator are the same user terminal 50 has been described, but the user registration and the elevator call may be performed from different terminals.
In the above embodiment, the case where the signage 20 is installed on the basic floor (1st floor) has been described, but the signage 20 may be installed on a plurality of floors. For example, when there are a plurality of basic floors frequently used by users, signage 20 may be installed on each of the basic floors. When the signage 20 is installed on each of the different floors, each signage 20 may notify the server device 10 of the installation floor of its own device. The server device 10 may control the elevator by setting the notified installation floor as the calling floor.
Alternatively, the signage 20 may be installed on the residential floor or the office floor. In this case, the user can call the elevator from the residential floor or the like by two means (signage 20 or the user terminal 50). Alternatively, the signage 20 may be installed at the entrance / exit of the elevator hall (entrance) on the basic floor. In this case, the signage 20 may have a function as an authentication terminal, and the auto-lock entrance may be unlocked by biometric authentication and the elevator call to the basic floor may be performed at the same time (in parallel).
In the above embodiment, the case where the server device 10 supports both the elevator call from the signage 20 and the elevator call from the user terminal 50 has been described, but the server device 10 supports only one of the calls. You may be doing it. For example, when calling an elevator on the basic floor without using the signage 20, the user (user terminal 50) may send an elevator call request including the calling floor and the destination floor to the server device 10. In this case, the user terminal 50 may acquire the calling floor and the destination floor desired by the user by using the GUI as shown in FIG.
The user's residence floor may be registered in the user terminal 50. In this case, the user terminal 50 may set the default value of the calling floor in the GUI shown in FIG. 16 to the pre-registered residential floor. With such a response, when the user calls the elevator from his / her residential floor, only the input of the destination floor is sufficient, and the user can also handle the case where the user calls the elevator from a floor other than the residential floor. Similarly, in the GUI shown in FIG. 14, the default value of the destination floor may be the basic floor (first floor). With such a response, the input of the destination floor is substantially omitted.
In the above embodiment, it has been described that the biometric information and the basic information of the user are registered in the server device 10 in advance, but other information may also be registered in the server device 10. For example, the personal information (name, etc.) of the user may be registered in the server device 10. In this case, the server device 10 can include the name of the elevator caller in the elevator arrival notification. A user who has confirmed his / her name through the user terminal 50 can use the elevator with confidence in the elevator he / she has called.
When the elevator is called by the signage 20 on the basic floor, multiple users may board the elevator at the same time. In such a case, the server device 10 may perform collation processing for each of the plurality of users and transmit elevator control information including the destination floor (residential floor) of each user to the control device 30. That is, there may be a plurality of destination floors included in the elevator control information.
In the above embodiment, the case where the elevator information is transmitted to the signage 20 has been described, but the elevator information does not have to be transmitted to the signage 20. The elevator information may be transmitted to the terminal 50 possessed by the user, or may be transmitted to the elevator (signage in the elevator) via the control device 30.
Also, the signage 20 does not have to be installed on the basic floor. For example, a camera device may be installed in an elevator hall on the basic floor, and the server device 10 may direct the elevator to the basic floor when the user is recognized from the image data obtained from the camera device. A user (pre-registered user) who knows that an elevator will be automatically dispatched when a user is detected may simply wait for the elevator to arrive at the elevator hall. Users who have not registered in advance may press the elevator call button as usual.
The control device 30 may transmit elevator operation information to the server device 10 a plurality of times at regular intervals or at predetermined timings. The server device 10 may calculate the estimated arrival time based on the latest acquired elevator operation information, and update the elevator information and the elevator arrival notification. The signage 20 and the user terminal 50 may provide the updated information to the elevator caller.
In the above embodiment, the case where the server device 10 generates an ID (ID for identifying the user) and the generated ID is distributed to the user terminal 50 has been described. However, the user (user terminal 50) may generate an ID and input it to the server device 10. The server device 10 may accept an ID that does not overlap with the already registered ID.
In the above embodiment, the case where the elevator usage status of each user is managed by the number of times the elevator is not used has been described. However, the server device 10 may manage the elevator non-use by "points". In this case, the server device 10 may change the non-use point of the user according to the situation of the user not using the elevator. For example, the server device 10 may give a small point for the first non-use and a large point as the non-use continues. That is, the server device 10 may determine the points to be given exponentially or quadraticly.
When it is confirmed that the elevator caller has boarded the elevator (successful boarding determination), the server device 10 may take measures to reduce the number of times the elevator caller is not used and the points of non-use. ..
In the above embodiment, it has been described that the signage 20 transmits the user detection notification to the server device 10. However, the signage 20 may include a camera device and transmit the user's biometric information acquired by the camera device to the server device 10. The server device 10 identifies the user by biometric authentication using the acquired biometric information, and transmits elevator control information including the calling floor (1st floor) and the destination floor (the residence floor of the successful authentication person) to the control device 30. You may.
In the above embodiment, the elevator caller is specified by transmitting the user's ID from the user terminal 50 to the server device 10. However, the user terminal 50 may transmit the biometric information (face image, feature amount) of the elevator caller to the server device 10, and the server device 10 may identify the elevator caller by biometric authentication.
In the flow chart (flow chart, sequence diagram) used in the above description, a plurality of processes (processes) are described in order, but the execution order of the processes executed in the embodiment is not limited to the order of description. In the embodiment, the order of the illustrated processes can be changed within a range that does not hinder the contents, for example, each process is executed in parallel.
The above embodiment has been described in detail in order to facilitate understanding of the disclosure of the present application, and is not intended to require all the configurations described above. Moreover, when a plurality of embodiments are described, each embodiment may be used alone or in combination. For example, it is possible to replace a part of the configuration of the embodiment with the configuration of another embodiment, or to add the configuration of another embodiment to the configuration of the embodiment. Further, it is possible to add, delete, or replace a part of the configuration of the embodiment with another configuration.
Although the industrial applicability of the present invention is clear from the above description, the present invention is suitably applicable to elevator systems such as high-rise condominiums.
