本发明涉及工件加工领域,具体涉及一种高精度中心架。
背景技术
车床车削工件时,通常将工件安装于中心架上,但是传统的中心架在装夹工件时,与主轴中心位置的调节比较不便,装夹工件的夹爪也很难调整到主轴中心位置,总体来说,整个装夹工件的机构结构上非常的复杂,要想实现快速对中以及快速装夹,需要使用到非常复杂的结构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种高精度中心架,只是运用二个气缸、压爪等,就能实现中心定位夹紧功能,结构简单,功能可靠,能够有效的解决现有技术中的不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种高精度中心架,包括一底座,底座上安装调节治具,调节治具上安装一安装板,安装板上安装一上下调整座,上下调整座上安装一工件夹紧组件,调节治具一侧具有一前后限位装置,通过前后限位装置限制调节治具来调整到主轴的中心位置。
作为优选的技术方案,所述前后限位装置包括一固定挡板,固定挡板固定安装于底座上,固定挡板上穿过设置有一根以上的限位挡杆,限位挡杆向着调节治具一端延伸。
作为优选的技术方案,所述压爪上设置有装夹工件用的装夹口,位于装夹口的两侧分别安装一轴承,轴承部分位于装夹口内,当工件装入于装夹口内时, 通过四个轴承接触压紧工件。
作为优选的技术方案,所述上下调整座由第一调整座以及第二调整座组成,第一调整座与第二调整座之间形成一个装夹腔,气动手爪安装于第一、第二调整座之间,第一、第二调整座上设置有锁紧螺丝,气动手爪安装于第一、第二调整座内后通过锁紧螺丝锁紧定位。
作为优选的技术方案,所述第一、第二调整座通过螺丝固定安装于滑动安装板上。
作为优选的技术方案,所述调节治具采用一气缸滑台,所述安装板为滑台安装板。
本发明的有益效果是:1.本机构只是运用二个气缸、压爪等,即能实现中心定位夹紧功能,结构简单,功能可靠;2.本机构制造工艺性强;3.消除产品的误差,提高产品的加工精度;4.节约成本。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例中的一种高精度中心架,包括一底座7,底座7安装调节治具5,调节治具5上安装一安装板6,安装板6上安装一上下调整座8,上下调整座8上安装气动手爪9,气动手爪9的输出端安装有装夹工件用的压爪3,压爪3中间装夹工件1,调节治具5一侧具有一前后限位装置,通过前后限位装置限制调节治具5来调整到主轴的中心位置。
其中,前后限位装置包括一固定挡板10,固定挡板10固定安装于底座7上,固定挡板10上穿过设置有一根以上的限位挡杆4,限位挡杆4向着调节治具5一端延伸。
本实施例中,压爪3上设置有装夹工件用的装夹口,位于装夹口的两侧分别安装一轴承2,轴承2部分位于装夹口内,当工件1装入于装夹口内时,通过四个轴承2接触压紧工件1。
本实施例中,上下调整座8由第一调整座以及第二调整座组成,第一调整座与第二调整座之间形成一个装夹腔,气动手爪9安装于第一、第二调整座之间,第一、第二调整座上设置有锁紧螺丝,气动手爪9安装于第一、第二调整座内后通过锁紧螺丝锁紧定位;第一、第二调整座通过螺丝固定安装于滑动安装板6上。
如果需要加工长轴,可以先使用顶针把外圆车好,然后利用本发明的液压中心架气缸,下压紧工件,顶尖松开,进行车内孔,实现外圆内孔一次加工,而普通的中心架达不到这个要求。
工作原理说明:
工作时,调节治具进气,滑台往前走,由前后杆限位,调整到主轴中心位置;气动手爪装到上下调整座,由调整座调到主轴中心位置;气动手爪进气,压紧工件,压紧时,由轴承接触压紧工件,完成快速定位装夹。
本发明的有益效果是:1.本机构只是运用二个气缸、压爪等,即能实现中心定位夹紧功能,结构简单,功能可靠;2.本机构制造工艺性强;3.消除产品的误差,提高产品的加工精度;4.节约成本。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高精度中心架,其特征在于:所述滚动压紧件为轴承或者滚动轴,工件装入于装夹口内时,由滚动的压紧件压紧定位。
