Un dispositivo modular de iluminación para equipos de refrigeración, caracterizado porque comprende: un alojamiento que consiste en una base de alojamiento y una tapa de alojamiento, en donde la tapa de alojamiento comprende una lente óptica que conduce y proyecta hacia el exterior del alojamiento la luz generada por los medios de iluminación, dicha lente óptica sobresale de la tapa de alojamiento; medios de iluminación que se guardan dentro del alojamiento; un medio de conexión eléctrica de entrada que se conecta a los medios de iluminación para su alimentación de energía eléctrica; un medio de conexión eléctrica de salida para conexión de otro dispositivo modular de iluminación, dicho medio de conexión eléctrica de salida se conecta a la alimentación de energía eléctrica de los medios de iluminación formando un circuito eléctrico paralelo con respecto a los medios de iluminación; un medio de sujeción desmontable que se conforma de una sola pieza, dicho medio de sujeción desmontable comprende un par de elementos de montaje mediante los cuales se montan en la superficie inferior de la base del alojamiento; en donde la superficie inferior de la base de alojamiento comprende un par de medios de acoplamiento que se proyectan a su interior formando un par de conductos ranurados en donde se ajustan los elementos de montaje del medio de sujeción para su montaje. 1.
