本发明还提供一种无叶风扇,包括基座、设置在所述基座上方的喷嘴组件和设置在所述喷嘴组件上方的顶壳组件,所述顶壳组件包括顶壳罩,所述顶壳罩安装有吸附遥控器的磁性件。
进一步地,所述顶壳罩包括顶壳盖板,所述顶壳盖板下端面向下凸出设置有至少一个安装槽,所述磁性件嵌设在所述安装槽内。
进一步地,所述安装槽数量为两个,所述安装槽对立设置在所述顶壳盖板两侧。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。

如图1所示,对应于本实用新型一种较佳实施例的无叶风扇,包括基座
7、风轮组件200、导流器组件6、喷嘴组件100和顶壳组件4。顶壳组件4、喷嘴组件100、导流器组件6和风轮组件200依次从上往下设置在基座7上。
结合图2和图3所示,喷嘴组件100包括喷嘴内壳1和罩设在喷嘴内壳1外部的喷嘴外壳2。喷嘴内壳1的内壁和喷嘴外壳2的外壁间配合形成有相对外界封闭的容风腔103,导流器组件6与容风腔103相连通。喷嘴内壳1上设置有与容风腔103相连通的第一出风口104a和第二出风口105a,喷嘴外壳2开设有与第一出风口104a相对应的第一导风孔211和与第二出风口105a相对应的第导风孔221,第一出风口104a和第一导风孔211配合组成喷嘴组件100的第出风部101,第二出风口105a和第二导风孔221配合形成第二出风部102。在本实施例中,第一导风孔211和第二导风孔221出风方向与水平面相平行。
结合图3和图4所示,喷嘴内壳1包括第一喷嘴11、第二喷嘴12、第一支撑座13和第二支撑座14。第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12配接并形成有导风通道106,导风通道106两端通过第一导风孔211和第二导风孔221与外界相通。当风扇内产生的气流由第一出风口104a或第二出风口105a吹出时,其能够引导外部空气沿着导风通道106一起流动。第一支撑座13和第二支撑座14分别与第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12上下两端相接并用于支撑固定第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12。喷嘴外壳2底部处的内壁与第一支撑座13的外壁相贴合,喷嘴外壳2顶部处的内壁与第二支撑座14的外壁相贴合。
第二喷嘴12与第一喷嘴11的结构大致相同,第二喷嘴12与第一喷嘴11插接配合优选的,为了避免第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12的向外脱开,第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12靠近二者配接处均设置有向上弯曲的挂钩107,挂钩107上挂 接有限制第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12脱离的锁紧板114。锁紧板114端面开设有挂接孔1141,挂接孔1141的高度高于挂钩107底面至顶面的高度,挂接孔1141的宽度等于或者略大于两挂钩107之间的最大宽度,挂钩107的侧壁被限制在挂接孔1141内。当将第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12插接后,再将锁紧板14挂接在挂钩107上,锁紧板114能够限制第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12水平方向的移动。优选的,本实施例中,挂钩107数量为多个且自第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12上端至下端间隔设置,从而确保第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12上下均实现锁紧。优选的,为了提高锁紧板114与第一喷嘴11和第二喷嘴12的稳固连接,在将锁紧板114挂接后,还可将锁紧板114与第一喷嘴11或者第二喷嘴12间采用紧固件实现紧固,此为本领域公知常识,本实用新型在此不再赘述。
如图5所示,喷嘴外壳2包括相互配接的第一外壳半部21和第二外壳半部22,第一外壳半部21和第二外壳半部22通过胶水方式等实现固定连接。在本实施例中,第一外壳半部21在与第二外壳半部22相接触位置设置有胶槽(图未示),第二外壳半部22对应设置有与胶槽相配合的插接部(图未示),在安裝喷嘴外壳2时,将胶水放入胶槽中,并将插接部***胶槽中实现第一外壳半部21和第二外壳半部22的紧固。采用胶槽配合胶水的方式固定第一外壳半部21和第二外壳半部22,在实现紧密配合的同时,结构简单,组装方便。
第一外壳半部21和第二外壳半部22配合形成有收容喷嘴内壳1的收容腔23。第一导风孔211开设在第一外壳半部21上,第二导风孔221开设在第二外壳半部22上。第一导风孔211和第二导风孔221均为条形贯通孔结构,第一导风孔211和第二导风孔221对应设置在导风通道106两端。为了便于操作和满足常规使用习惯,在本实施例中,第一外壳半部21设置在风扇的前端,第二外 壳半部22设置在风扇的后端。相应的,第一喷嘴11设置在风扇的前端,第一喷嘴11的第一出风口104a和第一外壳半部21的第一导风孔211配合形成第出风部101,并实现风扇的向前出风;第二喷嘴12设置在风扇的后端,第二喷嘴12的第二出风口105a和第二外壳半部22的第二导风孔221配合形成第二出风部102,并实现风扇的向后出风。
此外,喷嘴外壳2包括设置在第一外壳半部21和第二外壳半部22顶端的外壳支撑板24和设置在喷嘴外壳支撑板24上的旋扣支座25,旋扣支座25用于与顶壳组件4旋转配接。
旋扣支座25整体呈环状结构,旋扣支座25的端面上沿其周向开设有若干旋扣槽251,旋扣槽251沿着旋转安装方向的一端为开口端,另一端设置有向上延伸的旋扣部252,旋扣部252向着旋转安装方向延伸至旋扣槽251上方,使得旋扣槽251另一端为封闭侧,从而形成容纳并限制顶壳组件4移动的封闭空间。
如图3所示,喷嘴组件100还包括设置在喷嘴内壳1上的扩散风切换组件3,扩散风切换组件3用于控制气流从第一出风口104a流出或者从第二出风口105a吹出。
如图5至图7所示,顶壳组件4设置在喷嘴外壳2的顶部并对喷嘴外壳2顶部进行封闭。顶壳组件4包括顶壳罩41,顶壳罩41包括顶壳盖板411和沿着顶壳盖板周缘向下延伸的罩部412。顶壳盖板411下端面向下凸出设置有至少个安装槽4111,安装槽4111内嵌设有磁性件45,磁性件45具体为磁铁。本实用新型无叶风扇的遥控器中设置有能够被磁性件45吸附的材质,当将遥控器放置在顶壳盖板411上时,磁性件45能够对遥控器进行吸附,从而避免遥控器从顶壳盖板411上掉落。优选的,在本实施例中,安装槽4111的数量为两个且对立 设置在顶壳盖板411两侧,以进一步提高遥控器的稳定性。
罩部412伸入喷嘴外壳2内并与旋扣支座25旋转配接。罩部412侧壁沿其周向开设有若干配接槽4121,配接槽4121与旋扣槽251一一对应设置。配接槽4121沿着旋转安装方向的一端设置有旋扣卡块4122,另一端为开口端,旋扣卡块4122向着开口端延伸至配接槽4121上方。当将旋扣卡块4122从旋扣槽251的开口端***并转动至旋扣槽251的封闭端时,旋扣卡块4122与旋扣部252相互卡合,从而使得顶壳组件4和旋扣支座25扣紧连接。顶壳组件4与喷嘴外壳2采用旋扣配接的方式配接,无需在额外增设其他连接件和外部的辅助工具进行装配,拆装便捷,大大提高了安装效率。
顶壳组件4还包括控制风扇开关的按键板42和用于按压按键板42的按键43。按键板42具体为PCBA板。顶壳盖板411下端面设置有固定按键43和按键板42的安装部44。
按键43位于按键板42上方位置,按键43包括按压部431和与按压部431相接的支撑部432。顶壳盖板411上开设有安装通孔4112,按压部431设置在安装通孔4112中。
安装部44包括第一连接柱441,支撑部432与第一连接柱441相接,从而对按压部431进行支撑和固定。支撑部432包括第二连接柱433和连接在按压部431和第二连接柱433之间的连接条434,第二连接柱433与第一连接柱441对应设置并相接。在本实施例中,连接条434采用具有一定弹性的材质,从而能够在将按压部431下压后进行复位。
第二连接柱433包括自上往下开设的沉孔4331,沉孔4331的内径大于第连接柱441的外径,从而使得在安装时,第一连接柱441能够***第二连接柱433 内,实现第一连接柱441和第二连接柱433的连接。优选的,沉孔4331自上往下开设有开槽4332,第一连接柱441的侧壁设置有限位凸筋442,在将第连接柱441***第二连接柱433中时,限位凸筋442与开槽4332相配接,从而限制按键43沿周向转动。优选的,第一连接柱441和第二连接柱433的数量均为两个,且对立设置,从而能够提高连接的稳定性。在其他实施例中,第一连接柱441和第二连接柱433也可开设孔径相同的螺纹孔,并通过与二者螺纹连接的螺纹紧固件(图未示)实现按键43和顶壳盖板411的连接。
按键板42收容于罩部412内,安装部44还包括安装台443,按键板42被限位在安装台443处。安装台443包括第一抵板444、设置在第一抵板444两侧的两块第二抵板445。第二抵板445为L形板,第二抵板445包括与第一抵板444垂直相接的第一抵板半部4451和与第二抵板445相平行的第二抵板半部4452,第二抵板半部4452的端面相对第一抵板半部4451的端面下凹,按键板42放置在第二抵板半部4452的端面上,且按键板42的拐角被限位在第一抵板444和第一抵板半部4451之间,从而能够很容易的对按键板42进行定位。
第一连接柱441位于两块第二抵板445之间,且用于对定位后的按键板42进行固定。具体的,第一连接柱441开设有第一连接孔4411,按键板42对应第连接孔441l处开设有第二连接孔421,第一连接孔4411和第二连接孔421间设置有螺纹连接件(图未示)实现二者连接。此外,为了避免第二连接柱433对螺纹连接件限位,第二连接柱433对应第一连接孔4411和第二连接孔421位置开设有过孔(图未示),从而便于螺纹连接件穿过第二连接柱433并与第一连接柱441相接。
优选的,为了便于生产,在本实施例中,安装部44与顶壳罩41为一体成 型。限位凸筋442远离第一连接柱441的一端与第一抵板444相接,从而简化模具结构以及降低顶壳罩41成型的难度。
按键板42和按键43安装过程如下:首先将按键43的第二连接柱433套设在第一连接柱441上,且按键43的按压部431位于安装通孔4112中;接着将按键板42放入安装台443,此时按键板42的端面与第二连接柱433的端面相接触,且第一连接柱441的第一连接孔4411和第二连接柱433的第二连接孔421相对应;最后在第一连接孔4411和第二连接孔421之间设置螺纹连接件(图未示)实现按键板42的固定。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种无叶风扇,包括基座、设置在所述基座上的喷嘴组件及位于所述喷嘴组件上端的顶壳组件,其特征在于,所述顶壳组件包括与所述喷嘴组件旋转配接的顶壳罩。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述喷嘴组件设有旋扣槽,所述顶壳罩设有与所述旋扣槽对应设置的配接槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述配接槽的一端设有旋扣卡块,另一端为开口端,所述旋扣卡块沿所述开口端的方向延伸至配接槽的上方。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳组件包括按键板,用于按压所述按键板的按键及固定所述按键板和所述按键的安装部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述按键包括按压部及与所述按压部连接的支撑部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括第二连接柱及连接所述按压部和所述第二连接柱的连接条。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述安装部包括与所述按键对接的第一连接柱及对所述按键板进行定位的安装台。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述安装台包括第一抵板及设置于所述第一抵板两侧的第二抵板。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述第二抵板包括与所述第一抵板垂直相接的第一抵板半部和与所述第一抵板相平行的第二抵板半部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳罩的下端面设有磁性件。
  11. 一种无叶风扇,包括基座、设置在所述基座上的喷嘴组件和设置在所述喷嘴组件上的顶壳组件,所述喷嘴组件包括喷嘴外壳,其特征在于,所述喷嘴外壳顶端设置有旋扣支座,所述顶壳组件与所述旋扣支座旋转配接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述旋扣支座设置有旋扣槽,所述顶壳组件对应设置有与所述旋扣槽配接的旋扣卡块,所述顶壳组件 沿着旋转安装方向转动时,所述旋扣卡块与所述旋扣槽相卡接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述旋扣槽一端为开口端,另一端设置有旋扣部,所述旋扣卡块自所述开口端进入所述旋扣槽内并与所述旋扣部相卡接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述旋扣部向着所述旋扣槽的开口端延伸。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述旋扣支座呈环状结构,所述旋扣槽数量为多个且沿着周向均匀分布在所述旋扣支座的端面上。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述喷嘴外壳包括相互配接的第一外壳半部和第二外壳半部。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述第一外壳半部设置有胶槽,所述第二外壳半部设置有与所述胶槽相配接的插接部。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述第一外壳半部设置在所述喷嘴组件的前端,所述第二外壳半部设置在所述喷嘴组件的后端。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述喷嘴外壳开设有供所述喷嘴组件中气流流出的导风孔。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述导风孔数量为两个且相对设置。
  21. 一种无叶风扇,包括基座、设置在所述基座上方的喷嘴组件和设置在所述喷嘴组件上方的顶壳组件,其特征在于,所述顶壳组件包括顶壳罩,所述顶壳罩安装有吸附遥控器的磁性件。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳罩包括顶壳盖板,所述顶壳盖板下端面向下凸出设置有至少一个安装槽,所述磁性件嵌设在所述安装槽内。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述安装槽数量为两个,所述安装槽对立设置在所述顶壳盖板两侧。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳罩还包括沿着 所述顶壳盖板周缘向下延伸的罩部,所述罩部与所述喷嘴组件旋扣配接。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述罩部侧壁开设有配接槽,所述配接槽一端设置有旋扣卡块,所述喷嘴组件设置有旋扣支座,所述顶壳罩沿着旋转安装方向转动时,所述旋扣卡块与所述旋扣支座相卡接。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述旋扣支座设置有旋扣槽,所述旋扣槽一端为开口端,另一端设置有旋扣部,所述旋扣卡块自所述开口端进入所述旋扣槽内并与所述旋扣部相卡接。
  27. 如权利要求22所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳组件还包括设置在所述顶壳罩内的用于控制风扇开关的按键板和按键,所述按键位于所述按键板上方并可按压所述按键板。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳盖板下端面设置有安装部,所述按键板和所述按键固定在所述安装部上。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述顶壳盖板上开设有安装通孔,所述按键包括固定在安装部上的支撑部和穿设在所述安装通孔中的按压部。
  30. 如权利要求21所述的无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述遥控器内设置有磁性材料。
