Description

一种外侧走线的升降桌控制器和升降桌桌架 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种外侧走线的升降桌控制器和升降桌桌架,属于升降桌配件技术领域。
【背景技术】
桌子,是人们在工作、学习和生活中广泛应用的日常家具,现有的桌子种类繁多,如电脑桌、学习桌、办公桌等等。而随着人们生活品质的日益提高,对桌子的舒适度、便利度等要求也越来越高。因此,为了满足不同身高的使用者的要求,目前市面上出现了一种高度可以调节的升降桌,而为了更加方便人们的操作,现有技术的升降桌中增加了电动升降的功能,即电动升降桌。
目前的电动升降桌,基本结构是包括桌板,桌板下方设置一个横梁,桌板的两侧设置升降立柱,通常在横梁内设置一个控制盒,该控制盒用于控制两侧的升降立柱,当电源接口处于控制器同一侧的情况下,电源线、手控线等线束的走线呈杂乱状态,使得线束之间容易相互缠绕,从而影响到线束的正常连接,同时也会降低期整体的美观度,现有技术中如欧洲发明专利EP2452589B1公开的,就是一种设有引导槽的控制器,该专利通过在控制器的顶部设置引导槽来引导立柱电源线的走线,从而解决上述问题。
不过由于引导槽设在控制器的顶部,这导致了控制器自身的高度大为增加,使得控制器变得更为厚重,另外由于控制器通常都是通过其顶部与横梁进行固定连接,因此将引导槽设在控制器的顶部,会影响到控制器安装部件的设置,也会提高控制器的装卸难度。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于一种外侧走线的升降桌控制器,在不影响控制器自身高度的情况下实现线束的引导。
解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种外侧走线的升降桌控制器,所述控制器设在两根升降立柱之间,所述控制器控制升降立柱的升降,所述升降立柱之间设有用于支撑固定的横梁,所述控制器设在横梁内,所述控制器靠近其中一根升降立柱的一侧设有至少两个线路接口,所述控制器与横梁内侧壁相对应的外侧壁上设有用于引导线束的走线通道。
采用本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,所述控制器与横梁内侧壁相对应的外侧壁上设有用于引导线束的走线通道,将走线通道设在控制器的外侧壁上,可以避免控制器自身高度的增加,使控制器显得更为轻巧,能够减少控制器暴露在横梁外的体积,降低控制器受损的可能性,也能提高其整体的美观度,同时控制器下方的实际空间不会减小,给后期立柱的设计提供方便。
其次,由于控制器通常都是通过其顶部与横梁进行固定连接,因此走线通道设在控制器的外侧壁上,可以避免控制器的走线通道与安装部件相互冲突,同时走线通道也不需要因为避开安装部件而进行特定的设计制作,使走线通道的限制减少,使其的结构可以更为简单。
作为优选,所述走线通道包括开口端,所述开口端的开口方向朝上,开口端可以更加方便地将线束安装入走线通道中,可以使线束不容易脱离走线通道,提高线束的稳定性。
作为优选,所述横梁内侧壁遮挡所述开口端,通过横梁内侧壁将开口端遮挡住使线束不会脱离走线通道,提高线束的稳定性。
作为优选,所述控制器外侧壁内凹形成所述走线通道,走线通道通过控制器外侧壁内凹形成,不会影响控制器的整体宽度。
作为优选,所述走线通道包括限制线束水平方向脱离的挡板。

如图1至图4所示,本实施例展示了一种外侧走线的升降桌控制器,所述控制器1设在两根升降立柱3之间,所述控制器1控制升降立柱3的升降,所述升降立柱3之间设有用于支撑固定的横梁2(参照图5),所述控制器1设在横梁2内,所述控制器1靠近其中一根升降立柱3的一侧设有至少两个线路接口103,所述控制器1与横梁2内侧壁相接触的外侧壁上设有用于引导线束13的走线通道101。
本实施例中,所述控制器1的同一侧设有至少两个线路接口103,其中包括控制器1两侧的升降立柱3的线路接口103,所述控制器1与横梁2内侧壁相对应的外侧壁上设有用于引导线束13的走线通道101,通过走线通道101将其中一根升降立柱3的线束13引导至控制器1的另一侧,另外走线通道101设在控制器1的外侧壁上,可以避免控制器1自身高度的增加,使控制器1显得更为轻巧,能够减少控制器1暴露在横梁2外的体积,降低控制器1受损的可能性,也能提高其整体的美观度,同时控制器1下方的实际空间不会减小,给后期立柱的设计提供方便。
其次,由于控制器1通常都是通过其顶部与横梁2进行固定连接,因此走线通道101设在控制器1的外侧壁上,可以避免控制器1的走线通道101与安装部件相互冲突,同时走线通道101也不需要因为避开安装部件而进特定的设计制作,使走线通道101的限制较少,使其结构可以更为简单。
为了使线束13的安装更加方便,本实施例中所述走线通道101包括开口端,所述走线通道101开口端的开口方向朝上,线束13通过开口端可以直接装入走线通道101,使线束13的安装更加方便,另外所述开口端的开口方向朝上对线束13有约束,可以避免线束13掉落,提高线束13的稳定性。
为了进一步提高线束13的稳定性,本实施例中所述横梁2内侧壁遮挡所述开口端,通过横梁2内侧壁来遮挡住开口端,使得控制器1在安装完成后线束13不会脱离走线通道101,提高线束13的稳定性。
另外所述走线通道101包括限制线束13水平方向脱离的挡板105,在挡板 105的作用下,保证线束13不会自动脱离走线通道101,同时使得走线通道101有了足够的深度,可以容纳多根线束13,可以使控制器1中的线束13排列更加整齐顺畅,避免线束13之间发生缠绕等现象,提高线束13的安全性和整体的美观度。
为了保持控制器1的整体宽度不受影响,本实施例中所述走线通道101由控制器1的外侧壁内凹形成,使得控制器1的宽度能够对应横梁2内部的宽度,在横梁2内部宽度不变的情况下,让控制器1能够有足够大的空间,降低控制器1内部电器元件的设计难度。
关于走线通道101的具***置可以有不同的实施例,在本实施例中所述控制器1包括上壳10和下壳11,所述走线通道101设在所述上壳10的外侧壁上,由于控制器1内部需要安装一些电器元件,因此控制器1的上壳10设有空腔用于容纳所述电器元件,故控制器1上壳10的高度远大于控制器1的下壳11的高度,因此控制器1上壳10的外侧壁上有足够的空间供走线通道101的铺设,对走线通道101的限制较小。
关于控制器1的安装,本实施例中所述控制器1包括上壳10和下壳11,所述横梁2包括用于容置控制器1的内凹槽,所述控制器1的下壳11朝向内凹槽的顶部,所述控制器1设有供螺钉穿过的固定孔102,所述固定孔102贯穿控制器1的上壳10和下壳11,所述控制器1通过螺钉固定,控制器1可以固定在桌板的底部,当然也可以选择固定在横梁2上,如果固定在横梁2上,优选在横梁2上设置相应的固定板。另外为了提高控制器1的美观度,本实施例中所述控制器1的上壳10表面设有用于遮盖固定孔102的盖板104,所述盖板104遮挡住控制器1表面留下的固定孔102,防止异物之类进入固定孔102,同时提高控制器1整体的美观度。
实施例2:
如图5至图7所示,本实施例展示的是一种升降桌桌架,包括横梁2、安装在横梁2两侧的升降立柱3和安装在横梁2内的控制器1,所述控制器1控制升降立柱3升降,所述控制器1采用如实施例1或者与其相等同的控制器1。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的外侧走线的升降桌控制器,其特征在于:所述控制器设有供螺钉穿过的固定孔,所述控制器通过螺钉固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的外侧走线的升降桌控制器,其特征在于:所述控制器上设有用于遮盖固定孔的装饰贴。
  10. 一种升降桌桌架,包括横梁、安装在横梁两侧的升降立柱和安装在横梁内的控制器,所述控制器控制升降立柱升降,其特征在于:所述控制器采用如权利要求1至9之一所述的控制器。
