本申请涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种发声器件及具有其的电子设备。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,便携式智能移动设备的数量不断增加,便携式智能移动设备通过文字、图像以及声音等信息的交互使用户能够在任何地方获得大量信息,极大地方便了用户的生活。发声器件作为传递声音信息的主要设备,形成了便携式智能移动设备的重要组成部分。
技术问题
现有技术的发声器件包括振膜和盆架,盆架用于容纳和固定发声需要的零部件,振膜设置在盆架上并能够在外部条件的激励下振动发出声音。为使发声器件具备防水性能,现有技术的发声器件在盆架外壁上设置密封结构,但是密封结构与振膜一体成型,使得发声器件无法兼顾声学性能和防水性能,更难以满足不同程度的防水需求。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于提供一种发声器件及具有其的电子设备,用于解决现有技术中发声器件不能兼顾防水性能和产品性能的问题。
本申请的技术方案如下:一方面,发声器件包括盆架、以及固定于盆架的振动***和磁路***,磁路***驱动振动***振动发声,振动***包括固定于盆架的振膜以及固定于振膜靠近磁路***一侧的音圈;振膜包括振动部和固定部,振动部悬置于盆架,固定部自振动部的边缘延伸并环绕振动部,盆架包括与振膜相对设置的顶面以及自顶面边缘朝远离振膜方向延伸的外侧壁,固定部与顶面正对且固定;振膜还包括绕设并固定于外侧壁外周的环状支撑件,环状支撑件连接在固定部远离振动部的一侧并与固定部双色注塑为一体,固定部的硬度大于振动部的硬度且小于环状支撑件的硬度。

本申请还提供了一种电子设备,根据本实施例的电子设备(图中未示出)包括发声器件,具体地,发声器件为包含上述全部或部分技术结构的发声器件。本实施例的电子设备具备声学性能良好同时防水性能良好的优点。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其特征在于,包括盆架、以及固定于所述盆架的振动***和磁路***,所述磁路***驱动所述振动***振动发声,所述振动***包括固定于所述盆架的振膜以及固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路***一侧的音圈;
    所述振膜包括振动部和固定部,所述振动部悬置于所述盆架,所述固定部自所述振动部的边缘延伸并环绕所述振动部,所述盆架包括与所述振膜相对设置的顶面以及自所述顶面边缘朝远离所述振膜方向延伸的外侧壁,所述固定部与所述顶面正对且固定;
    所述振膜还包括绕设并固定于所述外侧壁外周的环状支撑件,所述环状支撑件连接在所述固定部远离所述振动部的一侧并与所述固定部双色注塑为一体,所述固定部的硬度大于所述振动部的硬度且小于所述环状支撑件的硬度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动部与所述固定部中的至少一个为片状硅胶。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述环状支撑件为钢环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动部包括与所述固定部间隔设置的连接部以及连接在所述固定部与所述连接部之间的折环,所述折环呈朝远离所述磁路***方向突出的弧形;所述振膜还包括连接在所述连接部远离所述折环一侧的球顶,所述连接部绕设于所述球顶周缘。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动***还包括连接在所述振膜与所述音圈之间的骨架,所述骨架包括环形主体以及自所述环形主体朝所述磁路***方向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述音圈固定于所述延伸部远离所述环形主体的一侧,所述环形主体连接在所述连接部与所述球顶之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述球顶固定于所述环形主体远离所述延伸部的一侧,且所述环形主体对应朝所述磁路***方向凹陷形成避让槽,所述球顶的周缘对应安装于所述避让槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路***包括固定于所述盆架的磁体部以及安装于所述磁体部远离所述振膜一侧的磁碗,所述磁体部夹设于所述磁碗与所述盆架之间,所述磁体部具有磁间隙,所述音圈至少部分悬置于所述磁间隙内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动***还包括与所述折环正对且间隔设置的定心支片,所述骨架还包括自所述环形主体朝远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的支撑部,所述支撑部与所述延伸部间隔设置;所述支撑部夹设于所述定心支片与所述环形主体之间,所述定心支片远离所述支撑部的一侧与所述盆架固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定心支片包括依次叠设的辅助振膜与柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板夹设于所述支撑部与所述辅助振膜之间。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件为权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的发声器件。
