Description

INNOVATION IN A CARTRIDGE
Technical Field
The invention relates to innovation in an retractor that increases the visibility required to the operator for surgical intervention without creating trauma at the operation site and allows to record the operation images. The subject of the invention, by means of the acrobatic arm light source fixed to the retractors, maximizes the visibility in the region where the surgeon will intervene during the operation and enables a more efficient and risk-free operation for surgeons and more professional for other operators by providing a live monitoring of the operation with the help of an acrobatic arm camera. provides information transfer.
Prior Art
Today, in surgical operations, illumination is made with lamps on the ceiling or lanterns integrated in the surgeons' heads for the view of the operation area. In any type of operation, these areas remain at the blind spot due to the pulleys used during the exclusion of the region to be treated from other regions. In addition, the ceiling lamp cannot be controlled at the time of intervention to the patient, and the fact that the lantern in the surgeon's head varies according to the surgeon's movements rather than the formation in the field of operation, causes various problems on the surgeons and assistants performing the operation and increases the duration of the operation, making both the health and the work of the surgeons difficult. The techniques applied to increase the success of today's surgical interventions are the transfer of the next generation of physicians by watching the operation. However, due to the rules to be followed and the sterilization due to the operating room, the operation cannot be monitored by the physicians.
In the Turkish patent document of the prior art TR 2015/00601, the illumination device used to reach the heart, especially in cardiac surgery, is used to see the operation area better. However, the invention reduces the surgeon's options at the time of the intervention due to the lighting fixed to the retractor and reduces the operating efficiency by extending the operation process. Also, it is not mentioned to record the operation through a camera.
It is aimed in innovation in an retractor of the invention, both to facilitate the operation of the surgeon responsible for the operation and to better understand and apply the technique applied by other physicians.
Detailed Description Of Invention
Visual expression about innovation in an retractor of the present invention is shown as attached.
This shape;
Figure - 1 is a front perspective view of innovation in an retractor of the invention.
The part numbers and description mentioned in the figures are given below;
1- Innovation in an retractor
2- Retractor 2.1- Pulley
3- Acrobatic Arm
4- Light source
5- Camera
Innovation in an retractor according to the invention (l)is comprising;
At least one retractor (2), operator stationed to form a fixed scaffolding around the operation area with open "V" shaped metal handles which are fixed to the stretcher / bed where the patient is tilted, and the upper part is connected by a vertical metal bar with adjustable screws, and has a wide angle range.
At least one pulley (2.1) in the form of a spatula in the form of the head, which is fixed to the desired areas of the metal handles of the retractor (2) by the screws, allowing the opening area outside the organ / region to be interfered in operation without shaking.
One acrobatic arm (3) with complex structure and versatile mobility, one side of which is fixed to the desired areas of the metal handles of the retractor (2) by means of screws, the other side is set to the desired location above the intervention zone by the operator, and the Light source (4) and the camera (5) act as a carriered
At least one light source (4) fixed to the end of the acrobatic arm (3), which takes the required energy from the energy source via the cable and enables the operator to increase his vision in the intervention area. One camera (5) fixed to the end of the acrobatic arm (3), guiding the operation process to the desired screens through screen cables, providing the necessary energy from the energy source by means of cable, which enables the process to be watched live and saved and the information is stored.
Innovation in an retractor according to the invention (1) provides a safer and more efficient working opportunity for physicians by improving the equipment in surgical applications, which is an effective treatment method of diseases in our daily life, to stabilize the working conditions of the surgeon and transfer the surgical capabilities to the next generations provides an important advantage.
Innovation in the retractor (1) is adjusted and applied by the surgeon after the patient is prepared for the operation process. The retractors (2) are fixed first from the bottom and then from the upper part and according to the width of the intervention area after opening, the pulleys (2.1) are placed on the side of the meat wall and one side is fixed on the retractor (2) in order to keep the meat wall supported.
The acrobatic arm (3) is adjusted in a direction to target the area where the surgeon will intervene and the other side is fixed to the retractor, and by increasing the field of view in the intervention area by means of the light source (4), the operation of the camera (5), which focuses on the same region, makes the operation safer information sharing is provided by recording the process.
The invention increases the usefulness of the product and increases the efficiency of the operation, as the surgeon can manipulate it by hand at the time of intervention and becomes ready for reuse after a short period of sterilization before the operation.
