Description

一种易于调整的矫正装置 技术领域
本发明涉及口腔正畸器械技术领域,具体涉及牙齿矫正装置。
背景技术
目前针对牙列拥挤、龅牙、牙齿排列不齐、咬合不正等牙齿或面部的问题,正畸医生是采用正畸器械来对患者进行治疗,托槽、颊面管等正畸器具是正畸治疗器械的主要组成部分。在常规正畸治疗中,正畸医生将托槽粘贴在患者牙齿上,并将弓丝放入托槽的弓丝槽内,弓丝通过托槽向牙齿施加矫正力,以将牙齿移动到正确位置。正畸器械通常是金属制成的,粘贴在牙齿上影响美观,所以有一些患者为了治疗期间的美观,选择在牙齿的舌侧面粘贴正畸器械。
专利申请CN109069229A中公开了一种牙齿重新定位***和方法,包括弓形构件、多个弹性件和固定构件,固定构件用于粘贴在患者的牙齿上,所述弹性件一端与固定构件连接,一端与弓形构件相连,固定构件由弓形构件支撑,弹性件是具有记忆功能的,是根据患者的原始牙列模型数据虚拟排牙后得到的模型来设计的,所以在弹性件恢复原形的作用力下各个固定构件会带动牙齿排齐,实现矫正。传统的牙齿矫正装置是有弓丝和托槽组成,为了保证矫正的安全性,一般在刚开始矫正时,因为牙齿整齐度较低,是先采用小直径圆形弓丝,随着矫治进程,提高圆形弓丝的直径,然后将圆形弓丝改成方形弓丝,来调整牙齿的转矩。之所以需要这样更换弓丝,是因为矫正初期牙齿尚未排齐,直接上方形弓丝,一方面方形弓丝难以弯折较大角度,无法安装,另一方面,因方形弓丝能实现牙齿的转矩调整,而转矩调整过程牙根受力较大,容易引起牙根吸收,从安全角度出发,也不能直接装方形弓丝。专利申请CN109069229A中 是采用对应各个牙位的弹性件替代了传统的矫正装置中的弓丝,因为弹性件的结构有别于弓丝,他有一些弯曲部分,所以可以直接制成方形,已实现转矩的调整,但是为了保证安全,在矫正进程中仍然需要根据实际情况对弹性件的矫治力进行调整,而专利申请CN109069229A中采用的方法是先根据情况进行设计,然后定制生产弹性件,也即在整个矫治过程中生产多个弹性件来进行矫治力的调整,采用这种方案则需要针对各个阶段的弹性件进行单独开模生产,生产成本较高,而且调整过程需要将弹性件从矫正装置上拆下来后重新装上一个新的,对于医生而言,操作较复杂,对患者而言,诊治过程耗时长。
有一些患者的某个牙齿需要移动的位移较大,需要通过一步一步来移动,采用CN109069229A中的矫正装置需要调整移动位置时,是通过替换弹性件来调整,而增加弹性件的数量首先增加了弹性件的生产成本,另外替换弹性件的过程操作较复杂,增加了医生的诊治时间。
针对上述情况,本申请旨在提供一种易于调整矫治力或调整牙齿移动位置的矫正装置。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种易于调整的矫正装置。
本发明解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种矫正装置,包括:
弓形构件;
固定构件,所述固定构件用于粘接在患者的牙齿上;
弹性件,所述弹性件包含依次相连的第一连接端、中间段和第二连接端,所述第一连接端与所述固定构件可拆卸地连接,所述第二连接端与所述弓形构件可拆卸地连接,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端中的至少一个上设有至少 两个连接档位。所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端中的至少一个上设有至少两个连接档位,连接档位可以是间隔设置也可以是连续设置,连接档位的数量可以是可数的多个也可以是不可数的无数个,当连接档位为相连的可以无极调节档位时,所述连接档位的数量为不可数的无数个。在整个牙齿矫正周期内,需要根据矫正进程调整矫治力,通常是通过更换具有记忆功能的弹性件的粗细来实现,更换弹性件的方式,第一,生产不同粗细的弹性件,增加了成本,第二,更换弹性件的操作较为复杂,增加了医生的治疗时间成本;而本发明所提供的矫正装置上沿龈颌方向或近远中方向间隔设置的多个连接档位,需要加强矫治力时,可以更换为距离所述中间段更近的所述连接档位,将所述弹性件崩得紧一些,能使得矫治力更强;可以直接更换连接档位,不需要生产不同粗细的弹性件,节省了矫正装置的生产成本,而且更换连接档位无须将弹性件的第一连接端和第二连接端均拆卸下来,只须将设有多个所述连接档位的一端更换所述连接档位即可,与更换弹性件相比较,能够减少医生的操作时长的一半,提高医生的接诊效率。
在一些优选的实施方式中,各个所述连接档位沿龈颌方向或近远中方向排列。在其他的实施方式中,各个所述连接档位还可沿其他方向排列。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述弹性件上设有受力部,所述受力部用于更换所述连接档位。
在一些具体的实施方式中,所述矫正装置还包括螺栓,所述连接档位为螺纹孔,所述固定构件和所述弓形构件中的至少一个上设有连接孔和固定孔,所述连接孔用于供所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端***,所述固定孔用于供所述螺栓穿过,以使所述螺栓与所述连接档位相连。采用螺纹孔作为连接档位,通过螺栓来实现弹性件与固定构件或弓形构件的连接,具有稳固不易松脱的特 点。
在另一些具体的实施方式中,所述矫正装置还包括插销,所述连接档位为孔,所述固定构件和所述弓形构件中的至少一个上设有连接孔和固定孔,所述连接孔用于供所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端***,所述插销穿过所述固定孔***所述连接档位。采用孔作为连接档位,通过插销来实现弹性件与固定构件或弓形构件的连接,操作简单,而且连接稳定。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述矫正装置还包括复位件,在所述复位件的不受力状态下,所述复位件抵顶所述插销,以使所述插销的第一端能***所述连接档位内,所述复位件受力状态下,所述第一端能从所述连接档位中拔出。通过复位件来抵紧所述插销,使得所述插销的插拔控制更为便利。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述插销的第二端自所述固定孔内伸出。所述插销的第二端自所述固定孔内伸出,使得医生能够夹持或勾取所述第二端,继而将所述插销拔出所述连接档位,并将所述插销切换至另一个所述连接档位。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述第二端设有可勾取部。所述可勾取部可以是孔、凹陷、狭缝等常见的可以勾取的结构。牙科最常用的工具是探针,探针具有两个尖锐的工作端,两个工作端呈弯曲或弯折状,具有勾取功能,在所述第二端设置可勾取部,能够很好地匹配探针,需要更换所述连接档位时,只需使用探针的工作端勾取所述可勾取部,即可向所述插销施力将其从所述连接档位中拔出,移动所述弹性件,当所述插销对准更换后的所述连接档位后,放开所述第二端,所述插销会在所述复位件的作用下***所述连接档位。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述复位件为弹簧,所述复位件套于所述插销上,所述插销的外表面设有防止所述弹簧掉落的凸台。向所述第二端施力将所述插销拔出所述连接档位时,所述凸台挤压所述弹簧收缩,撤去施力后,所 述弹簧恢复原形,带动所述插销再次***更换后的所述连接档位。
在另一些具体的实施方式中,所述弓形构件和所述固定构件中的至少一个包括可相互接合的阴连接部和阳连接部,所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部中的至少一个上设有用于容纳所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端的凹槽,所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部接合时实现与所述连接档位固定连接。将所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端放入所述凹槽,将所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部接合,继而将放入凹槽内的所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端固定。接合可以是通过光固化胶水粘接,需要打开所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部时,只须使用工具沿接合部分施力即可打开。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述连接档位为固定孔,所述阴连接部或所述阳连接部上设有固定栓,所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部接合时,所述固定栓能***所述连接档位内。所述固定栓能***所述连接档位内,固定栓结合凹槽实现所述弹性件与所述固定构件或所述弓形构件的连接。
在另一些具体的实施方式中,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端为套筒或插头,所述套筒或所述插销具有紧固壁,所述紧固壁与所述固定构件或所述弓形构件接触并通过静摩擦力配合固定,所述连接档位设于所述紧固壁处,所述紧固壁可相对于所述固定构件或所述弓形构件活动以切换所述连接档位。在此类实施例中,所述连接档位是无极调节的,所述连接档位的个数是无数个,也可以理解为所述紧固壁由无数个所述连接档位连接形成,可以通过活动所述紧固壁来实现所述第一连接端或第二连接端与所述固定构件或弓形构件连接的角度或位置,也即实现所述连接档位的切换,继而调整固定构件对患者牙齿的施力大小或方向。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端为插头, 所述插头***所述固定构件或所述弓形构件的一端为球状端。所述固定构件或所述弓形构件上形成一个与所述球状端配合的球形孔,所述球状端能够在所述球形孔内转动,实现各个连接档位的切换,继而调整固定构件对患者牙齿的施力大小或方向。
在更进一步优选的实施方式中,所述矫正装置还包括固定栓,所述固定栓可以穿过所述固定构件或所述弓形构件继而抵紧所述球状端。所述固定栓可以是螺栓也可以是其他能抵紧所述球状端的栓体。
在另一些具体的实施方式中,所述弓形构件和所述固定构件中的至少一个上设有连接孔,所述连接孔内设有限位件,所述第一连接端和/或所述第二连接端为可收缩部或可扩张部,所述连接档位为与所述限位件匹配的凸起或凹陷,所述可收缩部受力收缩时或所述可扩张部受力扩张时能***所述连接孔。由于所述弹性件本身具有弹性,将所述第一连接端和/或所述第二连接端制成可收缩的或可扩张的形状,可以通过收缩或扩张***所述连接孔,当所述限位件与所述连接档位接触,所述限位件限制所述连接档位越过所述限位件,继而将所述第一连接端和/或所述第二连接端固定。需要更换所述连接档位时,向所述弹性件施力,使所述可收缩部或所述可扩张部再次收缩或扩张,所述连接档位即可越过所述限位件,撤去力,所述限位件阻挡另一个所述连接档位越过。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述可收缩部或所述可扩张部包含至少两个片体。
在进一步优选的实施方式中,所述连接孔与所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端接触的内壁呈平滑状,相邻两个所述连接档位平滑连接。所述连接孔的内壁不包含尖锐结构,以及相邻两个所述连接档位之间平滑连接,使得在切换所述连接档位时不会出现阻滞,能够顺利地切换。
本发明还提供了一种矫正装置,包括:
弓形构件;
固定构件,所述固定构件用于粘接在患者的牙齿上;
弹性件,所述弹性件包含依次相连的第一连接端、中间段和第二连接端,所述第一连接端与所述固定构件可拆卸地连接,所述第二连接端与所述弓形构件可拆卸地连接;
所述弓形构件或所述固定构件中的至少一个上设有沿龈颌方向或近远中方向间隔排列的至少两个连接档位。在弓形构件或固定构件上设置多个连接档位与在弹簧件上设置多个连接档位的功能相同,通过调整弹簧件与弓形构件或固定构件的连接位置,能够调整牙齿的移动方向和位置。

参照图11-12,图11是实施例4的矫正装置的立体结构图,图12是实施例4的矫正装置的剖面图,本实施例提供了一种与实施例1基本相同的矫正装置,其不同之处在于:所述弓形构件30和所述固定构件20中的至少一个上设有连接孔31,所述连接孔31内设有限位件36,所述所述第二连接端13为可扩张部,所述可扩张部包含两个片体,所述连接档位131为设于所述片体上的与所述限位件36匹配的凹陷,所述可扩张部受力扩张时能***所述连接孔31。由于所述弹性件10本身具有弹性,将所述第二连接端13制成可扩张的形状,可以通过扩张***所述连接孔31,当所述限位件36与所述连接档位131接触,所述限位件36限制所述连接档位131越过所述限位件36,继而将所述第二连接端13固定。需要更换所述连接档位131时,向所述弹性件10施力,使所述可扩张部再次扩张,所述连接档位131即可越过所述限位件36,撤去力,所述限位件36阻挡另一个所述连接档位131越过,即可实现所述连接档位131的更换。所述连接孔31与所述第二连接端13接触的内壁呈平滑状,具体地,在本实施例中,所述连接孔31与所述第二连接端13接触的内壁呈波浪形。相邻两个所述连接 档位131平滑连接,具体地,相邻两个所述连接档位131之间的部分呈圆弧状,所述连接孔31的内壁不包含尖锐结构,以及相邻两个所述连接档位131之间平滑连接,使得在切换所述连接档位131时不会出现阻滞,能够顺利地切换。
此外,所述弹性件10上设有受力部15,所述受力部15用于更换所述连接档位131,在本实施例中,所述受力部15为孔,需要更换所述连接档位131时,可采用探针勾取所述受力部15来施力操作。
实施例5:
参照图13-14,图13是实施例5的矫正装置的立体结构图,图14是实施例5的矫正装置的剖面图,本实施例提供了一种与实施例1基本相同的矫正装置,其不同之处在于:所述弓形构件30上设有连接孔31,所述连接孔31内设有限位件36,所述限位件36为凹槽,所述第二连接端13为可收缩部,所述可收缩部包含两个片体,所述连接档位131为与所述限位件36匹配的凸起,所述可收缩部受力收缩时时能***所述连接孔31。由于所述弹性件10本身具有弹性,将所述第二连接端13制成可收缩的形状,可以通过收缩***所述连接孔31,当所述限位件36与所述连接档位131接触,所述限位件36限制所述连接档位131越过所述限位件36,继而将所述第二连接端13固定。需要更换所述连接档位131时,向所述弹性件10施力,使所述可收缩部再次收缩,所述连接档位131即可越过所述限位件36,撤去力,所述限位件36阻挡另一个所述连接档位131越过,即可实现所述连接档位131的更换。
此外,所述弹性件10上设有受力部15,所述受力部15用于更换所述连接档位131,在本实施例中,所述受力部15为孔,需要更换所述连接档位131时,可采用探针勾取所述受力部15来施力操作。
实施例6:
参照图15-16,图15是实施例6的矫正装置的结构示意图,图16是实施例6的矫正装置的***结构图,本实施例提供了一种与实施例1基本相同的矫正装置,其不同之处在于:所述第一连接端11上设有多个连接档位131,所述连接档位为螺纹孔,所述固定构件20上具有连接孔31和固定孔32,所述连接孔31用于供所述第一连接端11***,所述固定孔32用于供所述螺栓40穿过,以使所述螺栓40与所述连接档位131相连。
实施例7:
参照图17-18,本实施例提供了一种矫正装置,包括:弓形构件30;固定构件20,所述固定构件20用于粘接在患者的牙齿上;弹性件10,所述弹性件10包含依次相连的第一连接端11、中间段12和第二连接端13,所述第一连接端11与所述固定构件20可拆卸地连接,所述第二连接端13与所述弓形构件30可拆卸地连接,弓形构件30用于支撑弹性件10;所述弓形构件30或所述固定构件20中的至少一个上设有沿龈颌方向或近远中方向间隔排列的至少两个连接档位131。所述连接档位131为孔或螺纹孔,所述矫正装置还包括螺钉40,所述第二连接端13上设有孔或者螺纹孔,所述螺钉40穿过所述连接档位131***所述第二连接端13上的孔,该孔可以是螺纹孔,也可以是圆孔,继而将所述第二连接端13与所述弓形构件30连接。
实施例8:
参照图19,本实施例提供了一种矫正器具,其结构与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:所述连接档位131沿近远中方向间隔设置,当需要移动某个牙齿时,可以通过更换所述连接档位131来实现。
实施例9:
参照图20,图20是实施例9的矫正装置的立体结构图,本实施例提供了一 种矫正装置,包括:弓形构件30;固定构件20,所述固定构件20用于粘接在患者的牙齿上;弹性件10,所述弹性件10包含依次相连的第一连接端11、中间段12和第二连接端13,所述第一连接端11与所述固定构件20可拆卸地连接,所述第二连接端13与所述弓形构件30可拆卸地连接,弓形构件30用于支撑弹性件10;所述第二连接端13为套筒,所述套筒具有紧固壁132,在本实施例中,所述紧固壁132为所述套筒的内壁,所述连接档位设于所述紧固壁132处,可以理解为所述紧固壁132由无数个所述连接档位连接形成。所述紧固壁132与所述弓形构件30接触并通过静摩擦力配合固定,当向所述第二连接端13施力超过静摩擦力时,所述紧固壁132可相对于所述弓形构件30活动以切换所述连接档位。
实施例10:
参照图21-22,图21是实施例10的矫正装置的一个连接档位的立体结构图,图22是实施例10的矫正装置的另一个连接档位的立体结构图,本实施例提供了一种校正装置,其特征与实施例9基本相同,不同之处在于:所述第二连接端13为插头,所述插头***所述弓形构件30的一端为球状端,所述球状端的外壁为其紧固壁132,所述连接档位设于所述紧固壁132处,可以理解为所述紧固壁132由无数个所述连接档位连接形成。所述紧固壁132与所述弓形构件30接触并通过静摩擦力配合固定,当向所述第二连接端13施力超过静摩擦力时,所述紧固壁132可相对于所述弓形构件30活动以切换所述连接档位。
实施例11:
参照图23,图23是实施例11的矫正装置的立体结构图,本实施例提供了一种矫正装置,其特征与实施例10基本相同,不同之处在于:所述矫正装置还包括固定栓351,所述固定栓351可以穿过所述弓形构件30继而抵紧所述球状 端。所述固定栓351可以选用螺栓。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种矫正装置,其特征在于,包括:
    弓形构件;
    固定构件,所述固定构件用于粘接在患者的牙齿上;
    弹性件,所述弹性件包含依次相连的第一连接端、中间段和第二连接端,所述第一连接端与所述固定构件可拆卸地连接,所述第二连接端与所述弓形构件可拆卸地连接,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端中的至少一个上设有至少两个连接档位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,各个所述连接档位沿龈颌方向或近远中方向排列。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件上设有受力部,所述受力部用于更换所述连接档位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述矫正装置还包括螺栓,所述连接档位为螺纹孔,所述固定构件和所述弓形构件中的至少一个上设有连接孔和固定孔,所述连接孔用于供所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端***,所述固定孔用于供所述螺栓穿过,以使所述螺栓与所述连接档位固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述矫正装置还包括插销,所述连接档位为孔,所述固定构件和所述弓形构件中的至少一个上设有连接孔和固定孔,所述连接孔用于供所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端***,所述插销穿过所述固定孔***所述连接档位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述矫正装置还包括复位件,在所述复位件的不受力状态下,所述复位件抵顶所述插销,以使所述插销的第一端能***所述连接档位内,所述复位件受力状态下,所述第一端能从所述连接档位中拔出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述插销的第二端自所述固定孔内伸出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述第二端设有可勾取部。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述复位件为弹簧,所述复位件套于所述插销上,所述插销的外表面设有防止所述弹簧掉落的凸台。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述弓形构件和所述固定构件中的至少一个包括可相互接合的阴连接部和阳连接部,所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部中的至少一个上设有用于容纳所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端的凹槽,所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部接合时实现与所述连接档位固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述连接档位为固定孔,所述阴连接部或所述阳连接部上设有固定栓,所述阴连接部和所述阳连接部接合时,所述固定栓能***所述连接档位内。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端为套筒或插头,所述套筒或所述插销具有紧固壁,所述紧固壁与所述固定构件或所述弓形构件接触并通过静摩擦力配合固定,所述连接档位设于所述紧固壁处,所述紧固壁可相对于所述固定构件或所述弓形构件活动以切换所述连接档位。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端为插头,所述插头***所述固定构件或所述弓形构件的一端为球状端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述矫正装置还包括固定栓,所述固定栓可以穿过所述固定构件或所述弓形构件继而抵紧所述球状端。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述弓形构件和所述固定构件中的至少一个上设有连接孔,所述连接孔内设有限位件,所述第一连接端和/或所述第二连接端为可收缩部或可扩张部,所述连接档位为与所述限位件匹配的凸起或凹陷,所述可收缩部受力收缩时或所述可扩张部受力扩张时能***所述连接孔。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述可收缩部或所述可扩张部包含至少两个片体。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的矫正装置,其特征在于,所述连接孔与所述第一连接端或所述第二连接端接触的内壁呈平滑状,相邻两个所述连接档位平滑连接。
  18. 一种矫正装置,其特征在于,包括:
    弓形构件;
    固定构件,所述固定构件用于粘接在患者的牙齿上;
    弹性件,所述弹性件包含依次相连的第一连接端、中间段和第二连接端,所述第一连接端与所述固定构件可拆卸地连接,所述第二连接端与所述弓形构件可拆卸地连接;
    所述弓形构件或所述固定构件中的至少一个上设有至少两个连接档位。
