Abstract

ガードル本体２と、ガードル本体２における後側左右の座骨対応部位を含む２配置領域４の前面側に配置される一対のクッション部材５Ａ、５Ｂと、各クッション部材５Ａ、５Ｂの後面と前記２配置領域４の前面との少なくとも一方に設けられ、各クッション部材５Ａ、５Ｂを前記配置領域４に着脱可能に配置するための着脱手段としての第１の面ファスナー６（６Ａ、６Ｂ）を具備することで、椅子等に腰掛けるときお尻が痛くなく、しかも違和感なく歩行することができるガードルを提供する。

Description

ガードル
　本発明は、お尻の部分を肉厚にした下着用の新規なガードルに関するものである。
年老いた人あるいは例えば癌等の病気や太りたくても太ることができない体質により痩せた人が、例えば座布団の無い椅子などに腰掛けた場合には、お尻が痛くなったり、お尻周りが黒ずんだりするといった問題があった。そこで、衣類のお尻に対応する部位の厚みを縫製等により増やすことが考えられる（特許文献１等）。

ところで、ズボンやスラックスのお尻対応部位に対して厚みを変えると、ズボンやスラックス（以下、ズボン等と言う）に凹凸や縫い目が現れたりするので、ガードル側に処理を施すことが望まれる。しかしながら、ガードルのお尻対応部位を厚く縫製すると、椅子に腰掛けるときは良好であるものの、厚い部分と薄い部分とで衣類の伸び率が異なるので、歩行するときのお尻の動きに対して厚い部分が追従し難いため違和感がある。また、洗濯した後に干した際には乾きにくいという問題もある。このように、従来の技術には改善の余地が残されていた。
本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、椅子等に腰掛けているときお尻が痛くなく、しかも違和感なく歩行することができるガードルを提供することを目的とする。
請求項１の発明のガードルは、ガードル本体と、前記ガードル本体における後側左右の座骨対応部位を含む２配置領域の前面側に配置される一対のクッション部材と、各クッション部材の後面と前記２配置領域の前面との少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記各クッション部材を前記配置領域に着脱可能に配置するための第１の着脱手段と、を具備することを特徴とする。
請求項２の発明のガードルは、請求項１に記載のガードルにおいて、前記第１の着脱手段が、前記クッション部材と前記配置領域との両者が重なる部分の１又は２以上の箇所に設けられていることを特徴とする。
請求項３の発明のガードルは、請求項２に記載のガードルにおいて、前記ガードル本体は、後側前面に少なくとも腰回りの部位から前記クッション部材までを覆うカバーを有し、前記カバーが少なくとも前記腰回りの部位を除いた部分において部分的に前記ガードル本体に縫い付けられると共に、前記ガードル本体の腰回りの部位と、その腰回りの部位に対応する前記カバーの部分との間に第２の着脱手段が設けられていることを特徴とする。
請求項４の発明のガードルは、請求項２または３に記載のガードルにおいて、前記クッション部材は、袋体と、前記袋体の内側に収納される緩衝部材と、を備え、前記第１の着脱手段は、前記袋体と前記配置領域との両者が重なる部分の１又は２以上の箇所に設けられていることを特徴とする。
請求項５の発明のガードルは、請求項１～４のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記緩衝部材は、複数の短冊状緩衝片がその幅方向に並設されると共に隣同士の間に隙間を開け、かつ前記座骨対応部位及びその近傍部位に配設された構成になっていることを特徴とする。
請求項６の発明のガードルは、請求項５に記載のガードルにおいて、前記緩衝片は、少なくとも前記座骨対応部位において積層されており、前記近傍部位においては前記座骨対応部位よりも積層枚数が少ないことを特徴とする。
請求項７の発明のガードルは、請求項６に記載のガードルにおいて、前記座骨対応部位での前記緩衝片は、前記座骨に近い層が、前記座骨から遠い層よりも柔らかいことを特徴とする。
請求項８の発明のガードルは、請求項５～７のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記緩衝部材は、片面側に前記緩衝片が取り付けられ、または前記緩衝片を挟んで設けられた緩衝シートを更に有することを特徴とする。
請求項９の発明のガードルは、請求項１～８のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記一対のクッション部材が連結部材を介して連結されていることを特徴とする。
請求項１０の発明のガードルは、請求項１～９に記載のガードルにおいて、前記着脱手段が面ファスナーであることを特徴とする。
請求項１の発明による場合には、ガードル本体の後側左右の座骨対応部位を含む２配置領域のそれぞれの前面側にクッション部材が第１の着脱手段により着脱可能に配置される構成となっている。よって、歩いて移動するときは、ガードル本体からクッション部材を取り外しておくことで、違和感の無い歩きが可能で、椅子等に座るときは、クッション部材をガードル本体に取り付けることで、お尻が痛くなったり黒ずみができたりするのを防止することができる。
　そして、請求項２の発明による場合は、クッション部材を所望の位置に簡単かつ確実にセットすることが可能になる。これにより、クッション部材が座骨対応部位に正確に配置され、お尻の痛みを確実に防止することができる。
請求項３の発明にあっては、第２の面ファスナーを剥がしてカバーの上端とガードル本体の腰回りの部位とを開けると、その開口の上方からクッション部材を簡単に挿入できる。逆に、第２の面ファスナーを貼り付けてカバーの上端とガードル本体の腰回りの部位とを閉じていると、カバーに足が引っ掛かることがなく履き易い。また、洗濯するとき、第２の面ファスナーを剥がしてクッション部材を取り出しても、カバーの一部がガードル本体に縫い付けられているので、カバーとガードル本体とがバラバラにならず、また洗濯後にカバーの表裏を確認する必要がない。このとき、第２の面ファスナーを貼り付けていると、普通のガードルと同じような取り扱いで洗濯ができる。更に、クッション部材を取り出した状態で乾燥させることができるので、短い時間で乾かすことが可能になる。
請求項４の発明による場合には、袋体の内側に緩衝部材が収納される構成であるので、複数種類の袋体、例えば厚みが厚い緩衝部材を収納した袋体や、柔らかい緩衝部材を収納した袋体などを予め用意しておくことで、お尻の痛み状況に応じた緩衝部材を選択使用することができる。袋体に第１の面ファスナーのオス面（またはメス面）を設けておくと、ガードル本体の配置領域に、複数種類の袋体の一つを選択的に取り付けることができる。このとき、ガードル本体の配置領域には、袋体側とは反対の、第１の面ファスナーのメス面（またはオス面）を設けることになる。
請求項５の発明による場合には、緩衝部材は複数の短冊状緩衝片がその幅方向に並設されると共に隣同士の間に隙間を開け、かつ座骨対応部位及びその近傍部位に配設された構成を採る。これにより、立ったり座ったりしても、ズボン等のお尻の外観を綺麗にできる。即ち、座骨対応部位及びその近傍部位に、これを覆うように広い緩衝シートを用いる場合、座骨対応部位では受ける力が大きく薄肉になるので、お尻の形に緩衝シートの中央部が変形するが、受ける力が小さい緩衝シートの周辺部では変形を抑制するように引っ張りあうために変形せずに、或は変形しても変形が小さいのでお尻から離れたようになって、ズボン等のお尻の外観を綺麗にできない。これに対し、本発明では緩衝片が短冊状であるので、短冊状緩衝片の長手方向中央部から端部までがお尻に沿うように変形し易くなり、また隣同士の間隔を開けているので、緩衝片が圧縮を受けて幅方向に広がってもその広がりが隣の緩衝片に干渉し難くすることができ、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。これは特に、お尻のボリュームが少なく自信が持てない痩せた人には有用である。
さらに本発明は、同様の理由により、歩行（又はその他の運動）の際のお尻の変形にも追従できるので、歩行（又はその他の運動）がしやすい。
請求項６の発明による場合には、座骨対応部位で緩衝片が積層されているので、座骨にかかる負荷を緩衝片が吸収し易くできる。近傍部位では座骨対応部位よりも積層枚数が少ないので、緩衝片の端部がお尻に沿うように変形し易く、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。
請求項７の発明による場合には、座骨対応部位での緩衝片は、座骨に近い層が座骨から遠い層よりも柔らかいので、座骨に加わる力を吸収できるので座骨の保護に好適である。
請求項８の発明による場合には、緩衝片の少なくとも片面側に緩衝シートを取り付けることで緩衝片の受ける力が緩衝シートにも及んで変形するため、緩衝シートを設けない場合よりも緩衝部材の変形をなだらかにすることができ、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。
請求項９の発明による場合には、一対のクッション部材が連結部材を介して連結されているので、各クッション部材の表裏の確認を夫々する必要がなく、片方のクッション部材で表裏確認が可能になる。また、２個のクッション部材がバラバラにならず、探して一対にする必要がなく便利である。
請求項１０の発明による場合のように、面ファスナーを（第１、第２の）着脱手段に用いる場合には、着脱を非常に簡単に行うことができる。

本発明の実施形態につき図面を用いて説明する。なお、以下では、ガードル着用時に、着用者の体の向きを基準として「前」「後」との文言を用いている。
図１は、この実施の形態に係るガードルを示す分解斜視図である。
図２は、ガードル本体２にカバー７が取り付けられた状態を斜め上方から見た斜視図である。
このガードル１は、腰回りから太ももまでを覆うガードル本体２と、ガードル本体２における後側左右の座骨対応部位３、３を含む２つの配置領域４，４の前面側に配置される一対のクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂと、各クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂの後面と各配置領域４の前面とに設けられた第１の面ファスナー６を有する。クッション部材５Ａとクッション部材５Ｂは、２つの連結部材５Ｃを介して連結されている。連結部材５Ｃは、１つまたは３以上用いてもよい。
第１の面ファスナー６は、各クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを各配置領域４に着脱可能に配置するための着脱手段として機能し、クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂと配置領域４との両者が重なる部分の２箇所に設けられている。
ガードル本体２は、図１、図２に示すように後側（お尻側）前面にカバー７を有し、このカバー７はガードル本体２の腰回りの部位８から少なくともクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂまでを覆う。このカバー７は、少なくとも腰回りの部位８を除いた部分において、ガードル本体２に部分的に縫い付けられている。縫い付け箇所は、図１に×印で示す部分である。また、ガードル本体２の腰回りの部位８と、腰回りの部位８に対応するカバー７の上端部分９とには、第２の面ファスナー１０が設けられている。腰回りの部位８には第２の面ファスナー１０のオス面１０Ａが設けられ、カバー７の上端部分９には第２の面ファスナー１０のメス面１０Ｂが設けられている。なお、腰回りの部位８に第２の面ファスナー１０のメス面を設け、カバー７の上端部分９に第２の面ファスナー１０のオス面を設けてもよい。
クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂは、図３に示すように袋体１１と、袋体１１の内側に収納される緩衝部材１２とを備え、左右対称に形成されている。
次に、クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂの構成を、片方のクッション部材５Ａについて説明する。緩衝部材１２は、５個の短冊状緩衝片１３と、３個の短冊状緩衝片１４と、大きい緩衝シート１５と、小さい緩衝シート１６とを有して構成されている。小さい緩衝シート１６はお尻側（前側）に配設され、大きい緩衝シート１５は緩衝片１３、１４を挟む状態で小さい緩衝シート１６とは反対側に、つまり外側（後側）に配設される。緩衝シート１５及び緩衝シート１６は、長手方向の両辺が円弧状に形成され、幅寸法がほぼ同一になっている。緩衝シート１５は緩衝シート１６よりも長く、緩衝シート１５と緩衝シート１６とは重ねられて用いられ、緩衝シート１５の長手方向の両辺が緩衝シート１６の長手方向の両辺よりも外側に位置する。
図３、図４に示すように、小さい緩衝シート１６の片面には、５つの短冊状の緩衝片１３がその幅方向に並設されていると共に、隣り合う緩衝片１３同士の間に隙間ｔを開けて配設されている。緩衝片１３は、緩衝シート１６の幅方向の片方の端１６Ａと緩衝片１３の長手方向の片方の端１３Ａとを一致させて配置される。このとき、一致させる緩衝シート１６の端１６Ａと緩衝片１３の端１３Ａは、もう片方のクッション部材５Ｂ側の端に揃えている。緩衝シート１６の幅寸法は、緩衝片１３の長さ寸法よりも長く設定されていて、緩衝シート１６のクッション部材５Ｂと反対側は、緩衝片１３が無い。
中央部の３つの緩衝片１３には、図５に示すように緩衝片１４が重ねて配設される。緩衝片１４は緩衝片１３よりも短く、緩衝片１４の長手方向の片方の端１４Ａは、緩衝片１３の端１３Ａと一致している。よって、緩衝片１３と緩衝片１４とが重なっていない部分に段差がある。このような緩衝片１３及び緩衝片１４の上であって、緩衝シート１６とは反対側には、前記緩衝シート１５が重ねられる。緩衝シート１５は、その端１５Ａを緩衝片１４の端１４Ａに一致させて設けられる。
このように構成された緩衝部材１２に対し、袋体１１が被せられる。袋体１１の大きさは、緩衝シート１５とほぼ同じか、少し大きい程度に作製される。袋体１１には、第１の面ファスナー６のオス面６Ａが設けられ、一方ガードル本体２の配置領域４には第１の面ファスナー６のメス面６Ｂが設けられる。
５つの緩衝片１３のうちの中央に位置する緩衝片１３と、これに重なる緩衝片１４は、図６に示すように座ったときに座骨Ｘの下に配される座骨対応部位３に位置するように配設され、他の緩衝片１３及び緩衝片１４は、座骨対応部位３の近傍部位３Ａに配設されるように設計される。なお、図６中のＹは骨盤を示す。
次に、緩衝部材１２の材質につき説明する。緩衝片１３、緩衝シート１５、及び、緩衝シート１６は、ポリエーテル系ウレタンフォームからなり、緩衝片１４は、これよりも硬質のポリエーテル系ウレタンフォームからなる。なお、この硬度の違いは、製造工程において密度を変化させることで実現される。
このような構成のクッション部材５Ａに対し，クッション部材５Ｂは左右対称に構成されており、説明は省略する。
続いて、袋体１１に設ける第１の面ファスナー６のオス面６Ａと、ガードル本体２の配置領域４に設ける第１の面ファスナー６のメス面６Ｂとの配置につき説明する。ここで、便宜上、ガードル本体２の腰回りの部位８を上側、股下を下側と称する。
第１の面ファスナー６のオス面６Ａは、クッション部材５Ａ、５Ｂの夫々につき上下２箇所、第１の面ファスナー６のメス面６Ｂも２つの配置領域４の夫々につき上下２箇所に設けられている。
クッション部材５Ａの上側のオス面６Ａ（１）は、クッション部材５Ｂ側に寄せて設けられ、クッション部材５Ａの下側のオス面６Ａ（２）は、クッション部材５Ａの幅中央に設けられ、クッション部材５Ｂの上側のオス面６Ａ（３）は、クッション部材５Ａ側に寄せて設けられ、クッション部材５Ｂの下側のオス面６Ａ（４）は、クッション部材５Ｂの幅中央に設けられている。
クッション部材５Ａが配置される配置領域４Ａの上側のメス面６Ｂ（１１）、配置領域４Ａの下側のメス面６Ｂ（１２）、クッション部材５Ｂが配置される配置領域４Ｂの上側のメス面６Ｂ（１３）、及び配置領域４Ｂの下側のメス面６Ｂ（１４）は、夫々オス面６Ａ（１）、オス面６Ａ（２）、オス面６Ａ（３）及びオス面６Ａ（４）に対応する位置に設定されている。
オス面６Ａ（１）をメス面６Ｂ（１１）に貼り付け、オス面６Ａ（２）をメス面６Ｂ（１２）に、オス面６Ａ（３）をメス面６Ｂ（１３）に、オス面６Ａ（４）をメス面６Ｂ（１４）に夫々貼り付ける。すると、上述したように、５つの緩衝片１３のうちの中央に位置する緩衝片１３と、これに重なる緩衝片１４は、図２及び図６に示したように座ったときに座骨Ｘの下の座骨対応部位３に位置するように配設され、他の緩衝片１３及び緩衝片１４は、近傍部位３Ａに配設される。
従って、本実施形態のガードル１にあっては、歩いて移動するときは、隙間ｔにより違和感の無い歩きが可能であり、あるいはガードル本体２からクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを取り外しておくこともできる。一方、椅子等に座るときは、クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂをガードル本体２の配置領域４に取り付けることで、お尻が痛くなったり黒ずみができたりするのを防止することができる。クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂの取り付け、取り外しは、第１の面ファスナー６と第２の面ファスナー１０を貼り付けたり、剥がしたりするだけでよく、非常に簡単にできる。
特に、本実施形態のように各クッション部材５Ａ（５Ｂ）に対して第１の面ファスナー６を２箇所に設けておくと、クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを配置領域４の所望の位置に簡単かつ確実にセットすることが可能になり、座った際に座骨対応部位３，３が座骨Ｘの下に正確に配置される。また、尾てい骨の下にはクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂが配置されないものの、座骨対応部位３，３が座骨Ｘの下に正確に配置されることで、座った際には、尾てい骨と着座面との間に隙間ができる（接触しない）。したがって、お尻の痛みを確実に防止することができる。なお、第１の面ファスナー６を設置する箇所は、各クッション部材５Ａ（５Ｂ）に対して２箇所に限らず、１箇所又は３箇所以上であってもよい。３箇所以上の場合には、本実施形態と同様の効果が得られるが、貼り付けたり、剥がしたりするのが面倒である。
また、第２の面ファスナー１０を剥がしてカバー７の上端部分９とガードル本体２の腰回りの部位８とを開けると、その開口の上方からクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを簡単に挿入できる。逆に、第２の面ファスナー１０を貼り付けてカバー７の上端部分９とガードル本体２の腰回りの部位８とを閉じていると、履く際に足がカバー７に引っ掛かることがないので履き易い。また、洗濯するとき、第２の面ファスナー１０を剥がしてクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを取り出しておくと、乾き易くすることができる。また、カバー７の一部がガードル本体２に縫い付けられているので、カバー７とガードル本体２とがバラバラにならず、また洗濯後にカバー７の表裏を確認する必要がない。このとき、第２の面ファスナー１０を貼り付けていると、普通のガードルと同じような取り扱いで洗濯、乾燥ができる。
また、袋体１１の内側に緩衝部材１２が収納される構成であるので、複数種類の袋体１１、例えば厚みが厚い緩衝部材１２を収納した袋体１１や、柔らかい緩衝部材１２を収納した袋体１１などを予め用意しておくことで、お尻の痛み状況に応じた緩衝部材１２を選択使用することができる。そして、袋体１１に第１の面ファスナー６のオス面（またはメス面）を設けておくと、ガードル本体２の配置領域４に、複数種類の袋体１１の一つを選択的に取り付けることができる。このとき、ガードル本体２の配置領域４には、袋体１１側とは反対の、第１の面ファスナー６のメス面（またはオス面）を設けることになる。
本実施形態にあっては、緩衝部材１２は短冊状緩衝片１３、１４がその幅方向に並設されると共に隣同士の緩衝片１３、１４の間に隙間ｔを開け、かつ座骨対応部位３及びその近傍部位３Ａに配設された構成を採るので、立ったり座ったりしても、ズボン等のお尻の外観を綺麗にできる。即ち、座骨対応部位３及びその近傍部位３Ａに、これを覆うように広い緩衝用のシート片を用いる場合、座骨対応部位３では応力が大きく薄肉になるので、お尻の形に緩衝用のシート片の中央部が変形するが、応力が小さい緩衝用のシート片の周辺部では変形を抑制するように引っ張りあうために変形せずに、或は変形しても変形が小さいのでお尻から離れたようになって、ズボン等のお尻の外観を綺麗にできない。これに対し、本発明では緩衝片１３，１４が短冊状であるので、短冊状緩衝片１３，１４の長手方向中央部から端部までがお尻に沿うように変形し易くなり、また隣同士の間に隙間ｔを開けているので、緩衝片１３，１４が圧縮を受けて幅方向に広がってもその広がりが隣の緩衝片１３，１４に干渉し難くすることができ、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。
本実施形態にあっては、座骨対応部位３で２層の緩衝片１３，１４が積層されているので、座骨Ｘにかかる負荷を緩衝片１３，１４が吸収し易くできる。近傍部位３Ａでは、座骨対応部位３よりも積層枚数が少なく１つの緩衝片１３だけであるので、その緩衝片１３の端部がお尻に沿うように変形し易く、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。
また、座骨対応部位３における座骨Ｘに近い緩衝片１３が座骨Ｘから遠い緩衝片１４よりも柔らかいので、座骨Ｘに加わる強い力を固い方の緩衝片１４が吸収し、座骨Ｘに加わる弱い力を柔らかい方の緩衝片１３が吸収するので、色々な椅子に対応して座骨Ｘに伝わる力を弱くすることができ、座骨Ｘの保護に好適である。なお、座骨対応部位３における緩衝片の積層数は２層に限らず、３層以上にしてもよい。また、近傍部位３Ａにおける緩衝片は１層に限らず、２層以上にしてもよいが、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にするためには、座骨対応部位３よりも緩衝片を薄くするのがよい。
更に、本実施形態にあっては、緩衝片１３，１４の両側に緩衝シート１５，１６を取り付けることで緩衝片１３，１４の受ける力が緩衝シート１５，１６にも及んで変形するため、緩衝シート１５，１６を設けない場合よりも緩衝部材１２の変形をなだらかにすることができ、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。この場合、図５に示すように緩衝シート１５，１６のうち、大きい緩衝シート１５を外側に配するようにすることで、緩衝部材１２の凹凸の変化を緩やかに見せ、小さい緩衝シート１６を外側に配するよりも緩衝部材１２の変形をよりなだらかに見せることができ、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にできる。但し、座骨にかかる負荷を軽減するだけを目的にするなら、緩衝片１３，１４及び緩衝シート１５，１６のうちいずれか１つ以上の厚みを厚くすることで、緩衝シート１５，１６の一方を省略することもできる。
本実施形態にあっては、一対のクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂが連結部材５Ｃを介して連結されているので、各クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂの表裏の確認を夫々する必要がなく、片方のクッション部材５Ａ（または５Ｂ）で表裏確認が可能になる。また、２つのクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂがバラバラにならず、探して一対にする必要がなく便利である。なお、連結部材５Ｃを省略しても良い。この場合には、左右で異なる緩衝性能のクッション部材５Ａとクッション部材５Ｂを取り付けることが可能になり、お尻の左右で痛みが異なる場合に調整することができる。また、クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂをガードル本体２に取り付ける際に、クッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを誤って落下させても連結部材５Ｃがガードル本体２の股部分に引っ掛かり易いので、取り扱いに便利である。さらには、ガードル１の着用時に例えばスクワットのような姿勢をしても、連結部材５Ｃによって連結されたクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂはそれぞれお尻の横側に拡がるようにバラけることがない。
また、年老いた人あるいは例えば癌等の病気や太りたくても太ることができない体質により痩せた人は、季節を問わず身体が冷えやすいという悩みがあるが、ガードル１を着用することで保温効果を奏することができる。
上述した実施形態にあっては、図３に示すように、クッション部材５Ａ（５Ｂ）は衝片１３を５個，緩衝片１４を３個用いているが、本発明はこれに限らない。例えば、図７に示すように緩衝片１３を４個，緩衝片１４を２個用いてクッション部材を構成してもよく、或は緩衝片１３を２個（または３個），緩衝片１４を１個（または２個）用いてクッション部材を構成してもよく、緩衝片１３を６個以上，緩衝片１４を４個以上用いてクッション部材を構成してもよい。緩衝片１４の個数が緩衝片１３の個数よりも少ないのは、ズボン等のお尻の見た目を綺麗にするためである。緩衝性能の向上やお尻の見た目を綺麗にできるのであれば、緩衝片１４の個数及び緩衝片１３の個数は適宜変更してもよい。
また、上述した実施形態にあっては、積層される緩衝シート１５，１６及び緩衝片１３，１４が、一纏めに縫い合わされているものとしてもよい。その場合、縫い目が緩衝シート１５（１６）の長手方向に延伸するようにする。より好ましくは、当該縫い目が緩衝シートの幅方向中央よりも中央側（すなわち緩衝シート１５においては端１５Ａ側）において緩衝シート１５（１６）の長手方向に延伸するようにする。
また、上述した実施形態にあっては、図３に示すように緩衝片１３，１４を、その長手方向を緩衝シート１５，１６の幅方向に一致させて並設しているが、本発明はこれに限らない。例えば、図８に示すように緩衝片１３，１４を、その長手方向を緩衝シート１５，１６の幅方向と交差させるように並設してもよい。交差角度は適宜選択できる。また、緩衝片１３，１４の隣との隙間も、適宜選択できる。
更に、上述した実施形態にあっては、第１の面ファスナー６によりガードル本体２の配置領域４にクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを取り付けているが、本発明はこれに限らず、ガードル本体２の配置領域４に、着脱手段としてポケットを設け、そのポケットに対してクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂを着脱する構成としてもよい。但し、この構成の場合には、ポケットの底にクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂが当たることになり、使用経過に伴ってクッション部材５Ａ，５Ｂの底当接部位が撓んで変形し、座骨対応部位３が座骨Ｘからずれる虞がある。よって、配置領域４にポケットを設ける場合にあっても、第１の面ファスナー６を併用することが好ましい。
更に、上述した実施形態にあっては、オスメス型の面ファスナー６，１０の説明をしているが、本発明はこれに限るものではなく、オスメスの区別のない単一型の面ファスナーであってもよい。さらに言えば、面ファスナーと同等の作用（着脱が可能）を奏する着脱手段であれば何でも良い。ただし、面ファスナー（オスメス型、単一型）を着脱手段に用いる場合には、着脱を非常に簡単に行うことができる。
更にまた、上述した実施形態では、ガードルが腰回りから太ももまでを覆うものを対象としているが、本発明はこれに限らず、丈の長さが種々異なるガードルにも適用することができる。例えば、腰回りから股までのガードルや、腰回りから膝までのガードルなどにも適用することができる。但し、座骨対応部位３からその下側までの長さが短いガードルに対応する場合は、クッション部材を短くしたり形状を変えたりしてもよい。
更にまた、上述した実施形態では、緩衝部材１２が短冊状の緩衝片１３、１４を備えるものとしたが、本発明はこれに限るものではない。例えば、図９（片方のクッション部材の緩衝部材１２のみ示す。図１０～１２も同様）のように、緩衝片１３が略円板状であり、積層された複数の緩衝片１３は、お尻側（前方側）ほど小径となるようにし、各緩衝片１３は少なくとも配置領域４を含むように配置されて積層されるようにしてもよい。また、このうちお尻側（前方側）から順に任意の数の層を、より硬質の緩衝片１４としてもよい（ただし、少なくとも最も外側（後方側）の層は緩衝片１３とする）。また、緩衝シート１５，１６はこの複数層の緩衝片を挟むように設けられるようにしてもいいが、設けなくとも良い。
あるいは、図１０のように、緩衝片１３は長方形としてもよく、図１１のように、四つ角がそれぞれ面取された長方形としてもよく、さらには、図１２のように、トラック型にしてもよい。いずれにせよ、緩衝片１３は積層されており、お尻側（前方側）から順に任意の数の層を緩衝片１４としてもよく、緩衝シート１５，１６はあってもなくてもよい。
更にまた、上述した実施形態では、緩衝片１３が緩衝片１４よりも柔らかいものとしたが、本発明はこれに限るものではなく、互いの硬度を反対にしてもよく、あるいは同一にしてもよい。
本発明は、椅子等に腰掛けているときお尻が痛くなく、しかも違和感なく歩行することができるガードルに関する。

Claims (10)

  1. ガードル本体と、前記ガードル本体における後側左右の座骨対応部位を含む２配置領域の前面側に配置される一対のクッション部材と、各クッション部材の後面と前記２配置領域の前面との少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記各クッション部材を前記配置領域に着脱可能に配置するための第１の着脱手段と、を具備することを特徴とするガードル。
  2. 請求項１記載のガードルにおいて、前記第１の着脱手段が、前記クッション部材と前記配置領域との両者が重なる部分の１又は２以上の箇所に設けられていることを特徴とするガードル。
  3. 請求項２記載のガードルにおいて、前記ガードル本体は、後側前面に少なくとも腰回りの部位から前記クッション部材までを覆うカバーを有し、前記カバーが前記腰回りの部位を少なくとも除いて部分的に前記ガードル本体に縫い付けられると共に、前記ガードル本体の腰回りの部位と、その部位に対応する前記カバーの部分との間に第２の着脱手段が設けられていることを特徴とするガードル。
  4. 請求項２または３に記載のガードルにおいて、前記クッション部材は、袋体と、前記袋体の内側に収納される緩衝部材と、を備え、前記第１の着脱手段は、前記袋体と前記配置領域との両者が重なる部分の１又は２以上の箇所に設けられていることを特徴とするガードル。
  5. 請求項１～４のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記緩衝部材は、複数の短冊状緩衝片がその幅方向に並設されると共に隣同士の間に隙間を開け、かつ前記座骨対応部位及びその近傍部位に配設された構成になっていることを特徴とするガードル。
  6. 請求項５に記載のガードルにおいて、前記緩衝片は、少なくとも前記座骨対応部位において積層されており、前記近傍部位においては前記座骨対応部位よりも積層枚数が少ないことを特徴とするガードル。
  7. 請求項６に記載のガードルにおいて、前記座骨対応部位での前記緩衝片は、前記座骨に近い層が、前記座骨から遠い層よりも柔らかいことを特徴とするガードル。
  8. 請求項５～７のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記緩衝部材は、片面側に前記緩衝片が取り付けられ、または前記緩衝片を挟んで設けられた緩衝シートを更に有することを特徴とするガードル。
  9. 請求項１～８のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記一対のクッション部材が連結部材を介して連結されていることを特徴とするガードル。
  10. 請求項１～９のいずれか１つに記載のガードルにおいて、前記着脱手段が面ファスナーであることを特徴とするガードル。
