本发明实施例提供的一种可折叠显示装置,请结合参阅图1-图4,图1是本发明实施例提供的一种可折叠显示装置的分解结构示意图;图2是本发明实施例提供的一种可折叠显示装置的俯视结构示意图;图3是本发明实施例提供的一种可折叠显示装置展开状态下的截面结构示意图;图4是本发明实施例提供的一种可折叠显示装置折叠状态下的截面结构示意图,以下分别进行详细说明。
所述可折叠显示装置包括:
底壳组件100,所述底壳组件包括:
后壳,包括第一后壳11与第二后壳12,
连接构件13,分别与所述第一后壳11与所述第二后壳12连接,且所述第一后壳11与所述第二后壳12分别可以所述连接构件13为轴转动,以实现显示装置的折叠与展开,
四个滑块构件14,其中两者相对地固定连接在所述第一后壳11的内部,另两者相对地固定连接于所述第二后壳12的内部,通常情况下,所述滑块构件固定于所述第一后壳与所述第二后壳的内侧壁与底面的交界处;
支撑板200,包括第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22,所述第一支撑板21设置于所述第一后壳11的内部且与相应的所述滑块构件14固定连接,所述第二支撑板22设置于所述第二后壳12的内部且与相应的所述滑块构件14固定连接,在折叠的过程中,所述第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22会在滑块构件14的作用下,发生相对滑动;
柔性显示屏300,包括第一非弯折区31、弯折区33以及第二非弯折区32,所述第一非弯折区31以及第二非弯折区32分别贴附连接在所述第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22上,在所述支撑板的支撑作用下,避免了所述柔性显示屏因自身过于柔软发生褶皱的问题;以及
前框400,与所述第一后壳11与第二后壳12连接,所述前框包括一个开口以露出所述柔性显示屏300,通常情况下,为了实现折叠功能,所述前框400为分体结构,包括第一前框41与第二前框42,所述第一前框41与所述第一后壳11的侧边相连,所述第二前框42与所述第一后壳12与的侧边相连。
所述第一前框41与第二前框42分别于所述第一后壳11与所述第二后壳12连接,所述连接方式可以为螺栓连接、卡扣连接或其他常用的连接方式。
当所述可折叠显示装置处于展开状态时,所述第一支撑板21与所述第一后壳11平行,所述第二支撑板22与所述第二后壳12平行,
当所述可折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第一支撑板21与所述第一后壳11平行,处于平行状态下的所述第一支撑板21下方空间较大,可容纳显示装置所需的体积较大的其他组件,而所述第二支撑板22相较所述第二后壳12呈倾斜状态,相适应地,所述柔性显示屏的第二非弯折区32也相对所述第二后壳12呈倾斜状态,可以理解的是,对于同一空间,倾斜状态较平行状态的长度更长,即可使的使弯折后“多出来的”柔性显示屏可容纳在设备内部,通常情况下,在弯折时,第二支撑板22相较所述第二后壳12呈倾斜状态,具体表现为所述第二支撑板22远离所述弯折区33的一侧边至所述第二后壳12的垂直距离大于第二支撑板22靠近所述弯折区33的一侧边至所述第二后壳12的垂直距离。
在一种实施例中,所述连接构件13的连接端设置有第一齿轮轴部131与第二齿轮轴部132,所述第一后壳11上的连接端设置有第一齿轮部111,所述第二后壳12上的连接端设置有第二齿轮部121,所述第一齿轮轴部131穿设于所述第一齿轮部111中,所述第二齿轮轴部132穿设于所述第二齿轮部121中,即可实现所述第一后壳11绕所述第一齿轮轴部131转动,所述第二后壳12绕所述第二齿轮轴部132转动。
具体地,所述第一齿轮轴部131包括分别设于所述连接构件13对应两侧的连接端的第一齿轮轴部第一分轴与第一齿轮轴部第二分轴,同样地,所述第二齿轮轴部132包括分别设于所述连接构件13对应两侧的连接端的第二齿轮轴部第一分轴与第二齿轮轴部第二分轴。
在一种实施例中,所述第一齿轮部与所述第二齿轮部相互啮合,二者实现联动转动。
在一种实施例中,所述第一壳体11内部还设置有两个第一支撑台15,相对地设置在所述第一壳体11内侧壁上,所述第一支撑台15的支撑高度与所述滑块构件14的支撑高度相同,即,无论所述可折叠显示装置处于何种状态,所述第一支撑板21与所述第一后壳11均处于平行状态。
在一种实施例中,所述第二齿轮轴部132凸出于所述第二壳体12的内侧壁,在所述第二齿轮轴部132凸出部分的侧面还连接设置有两个第二支撑台133,分别设于所述第二齿轮轴部第一分轴与第二齿轮轴部第二分轴的侧面,所述第二支撑台133的截面形状为长方形,在所述可折叠显示装置处于完全展开状态时,所述长方形的长边垂直于所述第二支撑板22,此时,所述第二支撑台133的支撑高度与所述滑块构件14的支撑高度相同,故所述第二支撑板22相较所述第二后壳12处于平行状态,接着在显示设备折叠的过程中,由于所述柔性显示屏的挺性会使第二支撑板22始终与第二支撑台133接触,随着转动角度变化,所述第二支撑板22与第二支撑台133接触的位置发生变化,具体地,从截面结构分析,在起始状态时,所述第二支撑台133长方形的长边垂直于所述第二支撑板22,随着折叠角度越来越大,所述长方形长边开始倾斜于所述第二支撑板22,直至完全折叠时,所述长方形长边平行于所述第二支撑板22,即随着折叠的角度越来越大,所述第二支撑台133的支撑高度越来越小,故所述第二支撑板22相较于所述第二后壳12的倾斜角度越来越大,即所述第二显示面板相较于所述第二后壳的倾斜角度也越来越大。可以理解的是,所述第二支撑台的截面形状不仅限于长方形,理论上来说,只要满足在展开状态时所述第二支撑台垂直方向的高度大于水平方向的宽度,即可实现在折叠过程中,所述第二支撑台的支撑高度逐渐降低,进而使得所述第二支撑板逐渐由平行于所述第二后壳转动至与所述第二后壳呈倾斜状态。
进一步地,使得所述第二支撑板在转动过程中发成生倾斜的方式不仅限于上述在齿轮轴设置特定形状的支撑台,其他能实现该功能的结构均可,例如,在所述第二支撑板的下方设置可自动升降的支撑台,在折叠过程中,支撑台通过升降调整至所需的支撑高度,当然,还可为其他的方式,本实施例在此不作具体限定。
在一种实施例中,所述第一齿轮轴部131上也以前述的方式设置有第二支撑台133,起进一步的辅助支撑作用,但由于第一支撑台15的设置,无论该可折叠显示装置处于何种状态,所述第一支撑板21相对所述第一后壳11均处于平行状态。
在一种实施例中,所述滑块构件14中包括弹簧,在所述可折叠显示装置折叠的过程中,所述第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22在所述弹簧的推动作用下,向远离所述弯折区的方向滑动,为所述柔性显示屏300的弯折区33提供弯折空间。
在一种实施例中,所述可折叠显示装置还包括电池17、***板16与摄像头组件18,所述电池17与***板16因体积较大,设置于所述第一壳体11内,且位于所述第一支撑板21背离所述柔性显示屏300的一侧,所述摄像头组件17由于体积较小,设置于所述第二壳体12内,且位于所述第二支撑板22背离所述柔性显示屏300的一侧。
在一种实施例中,所述柔性显示屏为柔性OLED显示面板。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见上文针对其他实施例的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
具体实施时,以上各个单元或结构可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元或结构的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置包括:
    后壳,包括第一后壳与第二后壳;
    连接构件,分别与所述第一后壳与所述第二后壳连接,使所述第一后壳与所述第二后壳由所述连接构件相连,且所述第一后壳与所述第二后壳分别以所述连接构件为轴转动;
    四个滑块构件,其中两者彼此相对地固定连接在所述第一后壳的内部,另两者彼此相对地固定连接于所述第二后壳的内部;
    支撑板,包括第一支撑板与第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板设置于所述第一后壳的内部且与相应的所述滑块构件固定连接,所述第二支撑板设置于所述第二后壳的内部且与相应的所述滑块构件固定连接;
    柔性显示屏,包括第一非弯折区、弯折区以及第二非弯折区,所述第一非弯折区以及第二非弯折区分别贴附连接在所述第一支撑板与第二支撑板上;以及
    前框,所述前框包括与所述第一后壳的侧边相连的第一前框,以及与所述第二后壳的侧边相连的第二前框,其中所述第一前框及所述第二前框围成一个开口,
    当所述可折叠显示装置处于展开状态时,所述第一支撑板与所述第一后壳平行,所述第二支撑板与所述第二后壳平行,
    当所述可折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第一支撑板与所述第一后壳平行,所述第二支撑板相较所述第二后壳呈倾斜状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,当所述可折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第二支撑板远离所述弯折区的一侧边至所述第二后壳的垂直距离大于第二支撑板靠近所述弯折区的一侧边至所述第二后壳的垂直距离。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述连接构件的连接端设置有第一齿轮轴部与第二齿轮轴部,所述第一后壳上的连接端设置有第一齿轮部,所述第二后壳上的连接端设置有第二齿轮部,所述第一齿轮轴部穿设于所述第一齿轮部中,所述第二齿轮轴部穿设于所述第二齿轮部中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一齿轮轴部包括分别设于所述连接构件对应两侧连接端的第一齿轮轴部第一分轴与第一齿轮轴部第二分轴,所述第二齿轮轴部包括分别设于所述连接构件对应两侧连接端的第二齿轮轴部第一分轴与第二齿轮轴部第二分轴。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一齿轮部与所述第二齿轮部相互啮合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一壳体内部还设置有第一支撑台,所述第一支撑台的支撑高度与所述滑块构件的支撑高度相同。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一壳体内部设置有两个所述的第一支撑台,分别设于所述第一壳体对应的两侧内。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二齿轮轴部的侧面还设置有第二支撑台,所述第二支撑台的截面形状为长方形,在所述可折叠显示装置处于完全展开状态时,所述长方形的长边垂直于所述第二支撑板。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二齿轮轴部凸出于所述第二壳体的内侧壁,所述第二支撑台设于所述第二齿轮轴部凸出部分的侧面。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二齿轮轴部的侧面还设置有两个所述的第二支撑台,分别设于第二齿轮轴部第一分轴与第二齿轮轴部第二分轴的侧面。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,第一齿轮轴部的侧面也设置有所述第二支撑台。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,在所述可折叠显示装置处于完全展开状态时,所述第二支撑台的支撑高度与所述滑块构件的支撑高度相同。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,在所述可折叠显示装置折叠的过程中,所述第二支撑板始终与所述第二支撑台接触,在所述第二支撑台的支撑下,由平行于所述第二后壳转动至与所述第二后壳呈倾斜状态。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述滑块构件中包括弹簧,在所述可折叠显示装置折叠的过程中,所述第一支撑板与第二支撑板在所述弹簧的推动作用下,向远离所述弯折区的方向滑动。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置还包括电池、***板与摄像头组件,所述电池与***板设置于所述第一壳体内,且位于所述第一支撑板背离所述柔性显示屏的一侧,所述摄像头组件设置于所述第二壳体内,且位于所述第二支撑板背离所述柔性显示屏的一侧。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一前框与第二前框分别于所述第一后壳与所述第二后壳以螺栓连接或卡扣连接的方式相互连接。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏为柔性OLED显示面板。
