Abstract

본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기는 하용기와, 상기 하용기를 개폐하는 상용기와, 상기 상용기에 설치되는 버튼 및 상기 상용기에 형성되는 거울을 포함하되, 상기 상용기는 하용기에 결합되는 연결부재와 상기 연결부재에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 커버부재로 이루어지고, 상기 버튼은 상기 연결부재에 형성되는 탄성걸림부재와 상기 커버부재에 형성되는 누름부재로 나뉘어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기
본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상용기에 설치된 버튼의 분리 구조를 통해 상용기의 일부분이 버튼에 방해받지 않고 하용기로부터 용이하게 착탈되도록 한 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
화장품은 인체의 겉모습을 미화시켜 용모의 결점을 커버하고, 매력적으로 보이게 하거나 피부, 모발 등의 건강을 유지하는데 사용되는 물품이다.
상기 화장품은 사용 목적에 따라 기초 화장품, 색조 화장품, 기능성 화장품으로 분류되고, 그 특성에 따라 액상이나 겔 형태 또는 고형이나 분말의 형태로 제작되어 다양한 형태의 화장품 용기에 저장, 사용된다
이에 따라, 화장품의 사용 목적 및 그 특성에 따라 다양한 종류의 화장품에 대한 용기의 개발도 필요하게 되었는데, 일반적으로 액상 또는 겔상 화장품을 유리 용기 또는 튜브 용기에 충전하여 사용 시에 사용자가 손에 덜거나, 짜내어 피부에 도포하는 방식으로 사용되었다.
하지만, 이러한 종래의 화장품 용기는 사용자가 사용할 때마다 손에 화장료를 묻히게 되어 매번 손을 씻어야 하는 사용상 불편함 및 화장료가 낭비되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 퍼프가 내장된 콤팩트 용기가 개발되어 화장료를 손에 묻히지 않아도 되도록 하고 또한 휴대가 간편하도록 하였다.
이와 같은 종래의 콤팩트 용기로 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1584512호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 외용기와 상기 외용기 내측에 결합되며 내부에 화장료를 수용한 리필용기와, 상기 리필용기를 개폐하는 리필용기뚜껑 및 상기 외용기를 개폐하는 외용기뚜껑을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 외용기와 리필용기가 탈부착 가능하도록 언더컷 결합되도록 함으로써, 리필용기 내에 수용된 화장료를 다 사용하게 되면 상기 리필용기를 외용기로부터 분리하고, 상기 외용기에 새로운 리필용기를 결합할 수 있게 된다.
하지만, 상기 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 리필용기 내부에 수용된 화장료의 종류 및 색상을 확인하기 위해 외용기와 리필용기로부터 외용기뚜껑과 리필용기뚜껑을 각각 개방해야 하는 사용상 불편함이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 외용기의 전면에 누름버튼이 설치되어 있기 때문에, 상기 외용기와 리필용기를 모두 투명한 재질로 형성하여 상기 리필용기에 수용된 화장료가 외부로 비치도록 하더라도 상기 누름버튼에 의해 외용기의 일부분이 가려지면서 화장료의 종류 및 색상을 확인하는데 방해가 되며, 상기 외용기에 설치된 누름버튼이 외용기 내측에 일정 공간을 차지하게 되어 화장료가 수용될 수 있는 공간이 줄어드는 구조적인 한계가 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1684243호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래기술은 뚜껑에 개폐버튼이 구비된 화장료용 콤팩트 용기로써, 개폐버튼을 용기뚜껑에 형성하여 용기본체에서 차지하고 있던 개폐버튼의 수용공간을 없애고, 개폐버튼을 조립하기 위해 필요했던 중용기를 제거하여 용기본체의 화장료 수용공간을 최대화 함으로써, 많은 화장료를 효과적으로 충전할 수 있도록 하여 잦은 화장료 리필을 최소화 한 것이다.
그러나 위와 같은 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 용기뚜껑의 내측에 거울이 고정 결합된 상태에서 용기본체와 힌지 결합된 구조로, 상기 용기뚜껑을 개방한 상태로 용기본체를 잡고 거울을 사용해야 하는 불편함이 있었으며, 외부 충격 또는 용기본체의 기울어짐 등에 의해 상기 용기뚜껑이 임의대로 닫혀 거울이 가려지게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에, 상기 콤팩트 용기의 용기뚜껑이 용기본체로부터 착탈되는 구조를 적용하여 상기 용기뚜껑에 구비된 거울을 별도로 사용할 수 있는데, 이때 상기 용기본체와 용기뚜껑을 분리하기 위해서는 버튼을 눌러 상기 용기뚜껑과 용기본체 간의 체결을 해제한 후 상기 용기뚜껑을 용기본체로부터 강제로 떼어내 분리해야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 또한, 상기 콤팩트 용기의 용기뚜껑을 서로 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 상부판과 하부판의 둘 이상의 구성으로 형성하여 상기 용기뚜껑의 하부로부터 상부를 분리하여 거울을 별도로 사용할 수도 있는데, 이때 용기뚜껑의 일측에 버튼이 설치되어 있어 상기 버튼이 용기본체와 용기뚜껑의 착탈 과정에서 방해가 되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 거울을 별도 사용하거나 재활용하기 위해 버튼이 설치된 용기뚜껑을 용기본체로부터 분리할 때, 상기 용기본체와 용기뚜껑 간의 분리 또는 결합 과정에서 상기 용기뚜껑에 설치된 버튼이 방해되지 않도록 하는 화장품 용기의 개발이 필요하였다.

상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명은 상용기에 구비된 거울을 별도 사용하거나 재활용하기 위해 하용기로부터 상용기를 분리할 때, 상용기에 설치된 버튼의 일부 구성도 함께 분리되도록 함으로써, 상기 버튼이 상용기와 하용기의 착탈에 방해되지 않아 사용이 편리한 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 하용기를 투명한 재질로 형성하고, 상기 하용기를 개폐하는 상용기에 버튼을 설치함으로써, 상기 하용기의 투명한 외벽 전체를 통해 내용물이 외부로 비쳐 사용자가 내용물을 손쉽게 확인 가능하고 심미감이 향상됨은 물론, 하용기의 내부공간 확보가 용이한 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은 하용기와, 상기 하용기를 개폐하는 상용기와, 상기 상용기에 설치되는 버튼 및 상기 상용기에 형성되는 거울을 포함하되, 상기 상용기는 하용기에 결합되는 연결부재와 상기 연결부재에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 커버부재로 이루어지고, 상기 버튼은 상기 연결부재에 형성되는 탄성걸림부재와 상기 커버부재에 형성되는 누름부재로 나뉘어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 하용기는 투명한 재질로 형성되어 내부에 보관된 내용물이 외부로 비춰질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하용기에는 내용물이 수용되는 내용물용기와 상기 내용물용기를 개폐하는 내용물용기커버가 장착될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하용기는 일측에 걸림돌기를 갖는 중체를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 상용기의 커버부재는 연결부재의 상부를 덮으면서 일정 구간 회전 가능하게 결합되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 상용기의 연결부재에는 삽입홈과 고정돌기가 형성되어 버튼의 탄성걸림부재가 고정될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 상용기의 연결부재에는 탄성돌기가 형성되어 버튼의 탄성걸림부재를 연결부재의 외면으로부터 일정 간격 이격시키면서 수평으로 탄력 지지하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 상용기의 연결부재에는 수평체결홈과 수직분리홈으로 이루어진 체결부가 형성되고, 버튼의 누름부재에는 체결돌기가 형성되어 상기 수평체결홈과 체결되거나 수직분리홈 내에 위치될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 버튼의 탄성걸림부재에는 걸림후크가 형성되고, 상기 걸림후크의 양측으로 탄성날개가 연장 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 버튼의 누름부재는 상용기의 외측으로 노출되는 누름부와 커버부재에 결합되는 결합부로 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 누름부재의 결합부는 링 형상으로 형성되어 커버부재의 내측으로 결합되고, 누름부는 결합부로부터 외측으로 돌출 형성되어 탄성걸림부재의 전방에 위치되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 상용기의 커버부재가 일정 구간 회전되면서 연결부재와 체결 또는 체결 해제되는 동시에, 버튼의 누름부재가 함께 회전되면서 탄성걸림부재와 연결 또는 분리될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 상용기에 구비된 거울을 별도 사용하거나 재활용하기 위해 하용기로부터 상용기를 분리할 때, 상용기에 설치된 버튼의 일부 구성도 함께 분리되도록 함으로써, 상기 버튼이 상용기와 하용기의 착탈에 방해되지 않아 사용이 편리한 효과를 갖는다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 하용기를 투명한 재질로 형성하고, 상기 하용기를 개폐하는 상용기에 버튼을 설치함으로써, 상기 하용기의 투명한 외벽 전체를 통해 내용물이 외부로 비쳐 사용자가 내용물을 손쉽게 확인 가능하고 심미감이 향상됨은 물론, 하용기의 내부공간 확보가 용이한 효과를 갖는다.

이하, 도 1 내지 도 9를 참고하여, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 자세히 설명한다.

도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 하용기(10)와, 상용기(20), 버튼(30) 및 거울(40)를 포함하되, 상기 상용기(20)는 하용기(10)에 결합되는 연결부재(22)와 상기 연결부재(22)에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 커버부재(24)로 이루어지고, 상기 버튼(30)은 상기 연결부재(22)에 형성되는 탄성걸림부재(32)와 상기 커버부재(24)에 형성되는 누름부재(34)로 나뉘어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 하용기(10)는 내측에 화장품이 보관되며, 상부와 하부가 개방된 원통 형태로 형성된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기의 도면에서는 하용기(10)가 높이가 낮고 폭이 넓은 원통 형태인 것으로 도시하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 사용의 편의성 또는 구매자의 기호 또는 유행 등에 따라 다양한 형태로 변경될 수 있다.
상기 하용기(10)는 전체가 투명한 재질로 형성되어 내부에 보관된 내용물이 외부로 비춰질 수 있다. 즉, 사용자가 하용기(10)로부터 상용기(20)를 개방하여 내부에 보관된 내용물을 직접 눈으로 확인하지 않더라도 하용기(10)의 투명한 외벽 전체를 통해 내용물이 외부로 비쳐 상기 하용기(10) 내에 보관된 내용물을 손쉽게 확인할 수 있고, 이에 따라 화장품 용기 외관의 심미감이 향상된다.
도 2에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 하용기(10)의 일측에는 힌지삽입홀(12)이 형성되고, 상기 힌지삽입홀(12)에는 힌지삽입돌기(12a)가 형성되어 이를 통해 상용기(20)가 힌지 결합될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 힌지삽입돌기(12a)는 힌지삽입홀(12)의 양측벽에 한 쌍으로 돌출 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고 상기 하용기(10)의 상단에는 링 형상의 중체(14)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 중체(14)는 링 형상으로 형성되어 하용기(10)의 상단에 형성되며, 일측에 걸림돌기(14a)가 상측으로 돌출 형성되어 상용기(20)에 설치된 버튼(30)과 걸림 결합된다. 상기 걸림돌기(14a)는 내측 상부에 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 돌출부의 양측 하부로 외벽이 연장 형성되며, 상기 돌출부와 외벽 사이에 홈이 형성되는 형태일 수 있다.
도 3에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 중체(14)의 하단에는 접합홈(14b)이 형성되고, 하용기(10)의 상단에는 접합돌기(16)가 형성되어 서로 끼워지면서 접합될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 중제(14)는 하용기(10)의 상단에 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합 또는 열 접합되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 하용기(10)와 중체(14) 사이에 별도의 결합 구조를 가질 경우, 상기 결합 구조로 인해 화장품 용기의 심미감이 떨어질 수 있으므로, 이를 방지하기 위함이다.
한편, 상기 하용기(10)에는 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 내용물용기(50)와 상기 내용물용기(50)를 개폐하는 내용물용기커버(60)가 장착될 수 있다.
상기 내용물용기(50) 내에는 내용물이 수용되거나, 내용물이 함침된 함침스펀지가 내장되는데, 상기 함침스펀지는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NRSBR(Nateral Rubber Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식 우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 내용물용기(50)는 하용기(10)와 마찬가지로 표면이 투명한 재질로 형성될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 내부에 수용된 내용물이 투명한 내용물용기(50)와 하용기(10)를 통해 외부로 비치게 되어 사용자가 내용물을 쉽게 확인할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 하용기(10)와 내용물용기(50)는 정보 전달성 또는 심미감 등을 위해 투명도(透明度, 광물이 빛을 통과시키는 정도를 비율로 나타낸 값)를 조절할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 하용기(10)와 내용물용기(50)의 투명도를 높임으로써 부에 수용된 내용물이 내용물용기(50)와 하용기(10)를 통과하면서 선명하게 보이지도록 할 수도 있고, 투명도를 낮춤으로써 내부에 수용된 내용물이 내용물용기(50)와 하용기(10)를 통과하면서 은은하게 보여지도록 할 수도 있다.
도 2에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 내용물용기(50)의 상단에는 링 형상의 내용물용기결합링(52)이 결합되는데, 상기 내용물용기결합링(52)은 내용물용기(50)의 내부를 밀폐하는 동시에, 내용물용기커버(60)와 축 결합된다.
상기 내용물용기결합링(52)의 테두리 하측에는 제1, 2하부연장돌륜(52a, 52b)이 수직으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1, 2하부연장돌륜(52a, 52b)의 내측으로 일정 간격 이격되어 제3하부연장돌륜(52c)이 수직으로 연장 형성될 수 있다. 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 제1, 2하부연장돌륜(52a, 52b)은 내용물용기(50)의 외벽 상단을 감싸면서 결합되고, 상기 제3하부연장돌륜(52c)은 내용물용기커버(60)가 닫혔을 때 상기 내용물용기커버(60)의 하부에 형성된 밀폐돌륜(62)과 밀착되면서 내용물용기(50) 내부를 밀폐하게 된다. 여기서, 상기 제3하부연장돌륜(52c)의 내측으로 수평연장돌륜(52d)이 수평으로 연장 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 수평연장돌륜(52d)은 내용물용기(50)에 내장된 함침스펀지가 외부로 노출되는 부분을 제한하거나, 외부로 빠지는 것을 방지하게 된다.
그리고 상기 내용물용기결합링(52)의 상부 일측에는 제1힌지결합부(54)가 돌출 형성되어 내용물용기커버(60)와 힌지 결합될 수 있다.
상기 내용물용기커버(60)는 내용물용기(50)의 내용물용기결합링(52)과 힌지 결합되어 축 회동되면서 내용물용기(50)를 개폐하게 된다. 상기 내용물용기커버(60)의 하부에는 밀폐돌륜(62)이 하측으로 연장 형성되어 내용물용기커버(60)가 닫혔을 때 내용물용기(50)의 제3하부연장돌륜(52c)의 내주연에 밀착되고, 상부에는 화장도구보관홈(66)이 형성되어 화장도구(미도시)가 보관 될 수 있다.
또한, 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 내용물용기커버(60)의 일측에는 제2힌지결합부(64)가 형성되어 내용물용기(50)의 제1힌지결합부(54)와 힌지 결합되고, 상기 제2힌지결합부(64)의 맞은편에는 사용자가 용이하게 잡을 수 있도록 손잡이(68)가 외측으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
상기 상용기(20)는 하용기(10)의 일측에 결합되어 상기 하용기(10)를 개폐한다. 상기 상용기(20)는 하용기(10)에 결합되는 연결부재(22)와 상기 연결부재(22)에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 커버부재(24)로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 연결부재(22)는 중앙이 관통된 링 형상으로써, 하용기(10)와 커버부재(24)를 연결하며, 하용기(10)의 상부에 힌지 결합되어 축 회동된다.
도 2에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 연결부재(22)의 일측에는 삽입홈(22a)이 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 삽입홈(22a)은 연결부재(22)의 전방에 서로 일정 간격 떨어진 한 쌍으로 형성되고, 상기 한 쌍의 삽입홈(22a) 안쪽으로 버튼(30)의 양측 단부가 삽입되어 상기 버튼(30)을 수평으로 고정시킨다. 상기 연결부재(22)의 전방 상단에는 적어도 하나 이상의 고정돌기(22b)가 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 고정돌기(22b)는 버튼(30)의 상단을 압박하여 상기 버튼(30)을 수직으로 고정시킨다. 결국, 상기 삽입홈(22a)과 고정돌기(22b)에 의해 버튼(30)이 연결부재(22)의 전방에서 안정적으로 고정되는 것이다.
상기 연결부재(22)의 삽입홈(22a) 및 고정돌기(22b)와 인접하게 즉, 한 쌍의 삽입홈(22a) 사이에는 탄성돌기(22c)가 돌출 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 탄성돌기(22c)는 삽입홈(22a)과 마찬가지로 서로 일정 간격 떨어진 한 쌍으로 형성되어 버튼(30)의 탄성걸림부재(32) 후면을 지탱하게 되고, 이에 따라 상기 탄성돌기(22c)가 탄성걸림부재(32)를 연결부재(22)의 외주연으로부터 일정 간격 이격시키면서 수평으로 탄력 지지하게 된다.
상기 연결부재(22)의 전방에는 삽입홀(22d)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 삽입홀(22d)에는 하용기(10)의 걸림돌기(14a)와 버튼(30)의 걸림후크(34a)가 함께 삽입되어 서로 체결될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 삽입홀(22d)의 반대편에는 힌지연결부(22e)가 형성되어 하용기(10)의 힌지삽입홀(12)로 삽입되면서 연결부재(22)와 하용기(10)를 축 결합하게 되는데, 상기 힌지연결부(22e)에는 힌지삽입홈(22f)이 형성되어 하용기(10)의 힌지삽입돌기(12a)가 끼어진다. 이때, 상기 힌지삽입홈(22f)은 힌지삽입돌기(12a)와 마찬가지로 힌지연결부(22e)의 양측벽에 한 쌍으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 연결부재(22)의 외주연에는 수평체결홈(26a)과 수직분리홈(26b)으로 이루어진 체결부(26)가 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 수평체결홈(26a)과 수직분리홈(26b)은 서로 연속적으로 또는 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 수평체결홈(26a)은 연결부재(22)의 외주연을 따라 수평으로 연장된 홈으로 형성되고, 상기 수직분리홈(26b)는 연결부재(22)의 높이 방향을 따라 수직으로 연장되어 상부가 개방된 홈으로 형성되는 것이 적절할 것이다. 도 2의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 수평체결홈(26a)과 인접한 상부에는 이탈방지돌기(26c)가 외측으로 돌출 형성되고, 수평체결홈(26a)과 인접한 수직분리홈(26b)의 일측면에는 일정 각도로 기울어진 사선면(26d)이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 이탈방지돌기(26c)에 의해 누름부재(30)의 체결돌기(34c)가 연결부재(22)의 상부로 분리되는 것을 방지하며, 커버부재(24)의 회전 시 상기 사선면(26d)에 의해 누름부재(30)의 체결돌기(34c)가 수직분리홈(26b)로부터 수평체결홈(26a)으로 부드럽게 이동될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버부재(24)는 일측이 개방되고 내부에 일정한 공간이 마련된 원판 형상으로써, 연결부재(22)의 상부를 덮으면서 상기 연결부재(22)로부터 일정 구간 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 상기 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24) 전방에는 버튼관통홀(24a)이 형성되고, 상기 버튼관통홀(24a)에 버튼(30)의 적어도 일부분이 관통될 수 있다.
상기 커버부재(24)의 내측 상부면에는 적어도 하나 이상의 거울가이드돌기(24b)가 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 거울가이드돌기(24b)는 커버부재(24)의 테두리를 따라 원을 그리며 배치되고, 상기 거울가이드돌기(24b)의 안쪽에 거울(40)이 삽입된다. 그리고 상기 커버부재(24)의 내주연에는 제1결합돌기(24c)가 형성되어 버튼(30)의 누름부재(34)와 고정 결합될 수 있다.
상기 버튼(30)은 상용기(20)에 설치되어 사용자에 의해 누름 작동되면서 하용기(10)와 체결 또는 체결 해제되며, 탄성걸림부재(32)와 누름부재(34)로 나뉘어 구성될 수 있다.
상기 탄성걸림부재(32)는 연결부재(22)의 일측에 형성되고, 누름부재(34)의 후방에 위치되어 상기 누름부재(34)에 탄성을 제공하는 구성으로써, 중앙에는 중체(14)의 걸림돌기(14a)와 체결되는 걸림후크(32a)가 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 상기 걸림후크(32a)의 상부는 다른 부분에 비해 내측으로 더 함몰되어 이와 같이 함몰된 부분으로 걸림돌기(14a)가 삽입되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고 상기 걸림후크(32a)의 양측에는 한 쌍의 탄성날개(32b)가 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 탄성날개(32b)는 연결부재(22)의 표면과 대응되도록 곡면 형상으로 연장 형성되어 그 단부가 연결부재(22)의 삽입홈(22a)으로 삽입되며, 상기 탄성날개(32b)의 상단이 연결부재(22)의 고정돌기(22b)와 밀착되는 동시에 뒷면이 연결부재(22)의 탄성돌기(22c)와 밀착되고, 이에 따라 상기 탄성날개(32b)가 수평 또는 수직으로 고정되며, 연결부재(22)의 표면으로부터 일정 간격 이격된 상태에서 수평으로 탄력 지지된다.
상기 누름부재(34)는 커버부재(24)의 내측에 형성되고, 탄성걸림부재(32)의 전방에 위치되어 상기 탄성걸림부재(32)를 후방으로 밀거나, 상기 탄성걸림부재(32)의 복원력에 의해 전방으로 이동된다. 상기 누름부재(34)는 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24) 외측으로 노출되는 누름부(34a)와 커버부재(24)에 결합되는 결합부(34b)로 이루어질 수 있다. 이때, 상기 누름부(34a)는 결합부(34b)로부터 외측으로 돌출 형성되고, 상기 결합부(34b)는 링 형상으로 형성되어 커버부재(24)의 내측으로 결합되는 것이 바람직하다. 이때, 상기 링 형상의 결합부(34b)는 누름부(34a)의 가압 시 그 형태가 변형되면서 상기 누름부(34a)의 탄력적인 움직임을 보조하게 된다.
도 3에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 누름부(34a)는 적어도 일부분이 커버부재(24)의 버튼관통홀(24a)을 관통하면서 외부로 노출되어 사용자에 의해 가압되는데, 상기 누름부(34a)는 탄성걸림부재(32)의 전방에 위치되고, 일측에 접촉돌기(34d)가 형성되어 탄성걸림부재(32)의 외주연과 접촉될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 접촉돌기(34d)는 탄성걸리부재(32)의 안정적인 접촉 및 가압을 위해 누름부(34a)의 내주연 양 측벽에 한 쌍으로 돌출 형성되는 것이 적절할 것이다.
또한, 상기 누름부재(34)에는 체결돌기(34c)가 형성되는데, 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 체결돌기(34c)는 연결부재(22)의 수평체결홈(26a)에 삽입되어 체결되거나 수직분리홈(26b) 내에 위치되어 체결 해제될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 체결돌기(34c)가 수평체결홈(26a)에 삽입되어 있다가 커버부재(24)의 일정 구간 회전에 의해 수직분리홈(26b)으로 이동되면 상기 커버부재(24)와 연결부재(22) 간의 체결이 해제되어 커버부재(24)가 분리 가능한 상태가 되는데, 이때 상기 커버부재(24)에 설치된 누름부재(34)가 옆으로 이동되면서 탄성걸림부재(32)의 중앙으로부터 벗어나게 되고, 반대로 상기 체결돌기(34c)가 수직분리홈(26b)에 위치되어 있다가 커버부재(24)의 일정 구간 회전에 의해 사선면(26d)을 타고 넘어가 수평체결홈(26a)으로 삽입되면 상기 커버부재(24)와 연결부재(22)가 체결되는데, 이때 상기 커버부재(24)에 설치된 누름부재(34)가 원래의 위치로 이동되면서 탄성걸림부재(32)의 중앙 전면에 위치된다.
정리하면, 상기 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24)가 일정 구간 회전되면서 연결부재(22)와 체결 또는 체결 해제되는 동시에, 버튼의 누름부재(34)가 함께 회전되면서 탄성걸림부재(32)와 밀착 또는 분리될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 누름부재(34)의 외주연에는 제2결합돌기(34e)가 형성되어 커버부재(24)에 형성된 제1결합돌기(24c)와 언더컷 결합될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기의 도면에서는 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24)와 버튼(30)의 누름부재(34)가 언더컷 결합되는 것으로 도시하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 돌기와 홈에 의한 결합 또는 강제 끼움결합 또는 나사 결합 등 상기 누름부재(34)가 커버부재(24)의 내측에 견고하게 고정 결합될 수 있는 범위 내에서 다양한 결합 방식을 가질 수 있다.
상기 거울(40)은 상용기(20)의 내측에 부착되어 사용자의 화장부위를 비추게 된다. 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 거울(40)은 상용기(20)의 내측 상부면에 부착되며, 거울(40)의 외측 표면이 상기 거울가이드돌기(24b)의 내측면에 밀착되어 상기 거울(40)이 상용기(20)의 내측 중앙에 위치된 상태로 고정된다. 한편, 상기 거울(40)은 연결부재(22)로부터 커버부재(24)를 분리할 때 용이하게 수거되도록 상기 커버부재(24)의 내측에 부착되지 않은 상태로 커버부재(24)와 연결부재(22) 사이에 위치되고, 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 연결부재(22)의 테두리 부분에 의해 압박되면서 고정될 수 있다.
상기에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기는 버튼(30)을 탄성걸림부재(32)와 누름부재(34)로 분리 형성하고, 각각 상용기(20)의 연결부재(22)와 커버부재(24)에 나누어 설치하여 서로 앞, 뒤에 배치되도록 함으로써, 상기 커버부재(24)가 연결부재(22)로부터 분리 또는 결합 시 누름부재(34)도 함께 탄성걸림부재(32)로부터 이탈 또는 연결되고, 이에 따라 상기 버튼(30)이 상용기(20)의 연결부재(22)와 커버부재(24) 간의 착탈 과정에 방해되지 않는 것이다.
도 4 내지 도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기의 사용 및 조립을 예시한 도면으로써, 이를 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기의 사용 방법을 설명한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 화장품 용기를 개방하는 모습을 예시한 단면도이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 하용기와 상용기가 체결된 모습을 예시한 사시도이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 상용기의 커버부재를 회전하여 연결부재와 체결을 해제하는 모습을 예시한 사시도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 상용기의 커버부재를 상부로 들어올려 연결부재로부터 분리하는 모습을 예시한 사시도이며, 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 상용기의 커버부재를 연결부재의 상부로 결합하는 모습을 예시한 사시도이고, 도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따라 상용기의 커버부재를 반대로 회전하여 연결부재와 체결하는 모습을 예시한 사시도이다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서는 먼저, 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 상용기(20)의 일측으로 노출된 버튼(30)을 눌러 하용기(10)와 상용기(20)의 체결을 해제한 후, 상기 상용기(20)를 회동시켜 개방하고, 리필용기커버(52)를 회동시켜 리필용기(50)를 개방한 다음, 상기 리필용기(50) 내에 수용된 화장품으로 화장을 한다. 이때, 상기 버튼(30)의 누름부재(34)가 눌리면서 상기 누름부재(34)의 접촉돌기(34d)가 탄성걸림부재(32)의 전면을 누르게 되고, 이와 동시에 탄성걸림부재(32)의 걸림후크(32a)가 뒤로 밀리면서 중체(14)의 걸림돌기(14a)와의 체결이 해제된다.
한편, 화장품 용기로부터 거울(40)을 분리해서 별도로 사용하거나 재활용할 수도 있다. 화장품 용기로부터 거울(40)을 분리하기 전에는, 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 상용기(20)의 연결부재(22) 내측에 탄성걸림부재(32)가 설치되고, 커버부재(24) 내측에 버튼(30)의 누름부재(34)가 설치되어 상기 누름부재(34)와 탄성걸림부재(32)가 앞, 뒤로 밀착되도록 배치되며, 상기 누름부재(34)의 체결돌기(34c)가 연결부재(22)의 수평체결홈(26a)에 삽입, 체결된 상태로 고정되어 있다. 이때, 상기 누름부재(34)의 체결돌기(34c)는 수평체결홈(26a)의 상부에 형성된 이탈방지돌기(26c)에 의해 수평체결홈(26a)의 상측으로 벗어나 분리되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
도 6에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24)를 어느 한 방향으로 일정 구간 회전시키면 상기 커버부재(24)와 함께 누름부재(34)의 체결돌기(34c)가 옆으로 이동되면서 수직분리홈(26b)으로 삽입됨에 따라, 상기 커버부재(24)와 연결부재(22) 간의 체결이 해제되어 커버부재(24)가 분리 가능한 상태가 된다. 이때, 상기 커버부재(24)에 설치된 누름부재(34)가 옆으로 이동되면서 탄성걸림부재(32)의 중앙으로부터 벗어나 이탈되어 상기 탄성걸림부재(32)와 누름부재(34)로 이루어진 버튼(30)이 작동 불가 상태가 된다.
이후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24)를 상부로 들어올려 연결부재(22)로부터 분리하고, 상기 커버부재(24)의 내측에 부착된 거울(40)을 사용 또는 재활용한다.
한편, 화장품 용기로부터 분리된 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24)를 다시 결합하여 사용할 수도 있다. 먼저, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 누름부재(34)의 체결돌기(34c)를 수직분리홈(26b)의 개방된 상부로 삽입되도록 하면서 상기 커버부재(24)를 연결부재(22)의 상부에 덮어씌운다.
이후, 9에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 상용기(20)의 커버부재(24)를 반대 방향으로 일정 구간 회전시키면 상기 커버부재(24)와 함께 누름부재(34)의 체결돌기(34c)가 옆으로 이동되면서 사선면(26d)을 타고 넘어가 수평체결홈(26a)으로 삽입되면서 체결된다. 이때, 상기 커버부재(24)에 설치된 누름부재(34)가 원래의 위치로 이동되면서 연결부재(22)에 설치된 탄성걸림부재(32)의 중앙 전면에 위치되고, 상기 누름부재(34)의 접촉돌기(34d)가 탄성걸림부재(32)의 외주연에 밀착되어 상기 탄성걸림부재(32)와 누름부재(34)로 이루어진 버튼(30)이 작동 가능한 상태가 된다.

  12. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상용기의 커버부재가 일정 구간 회전되면서 연결부재와 체결 또는 체결 해제되는 동시에, 버튼의 누름부재가 함께 회전되면서 탄성걸림부재와 연결 또는 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼의 분리 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
