本申请的实施方式涉及广播接收装置、服务器设备、信息记录播放装置及显示***。
背景技术
以往,存在广播接收装置,其收看广播的内容。这样的广播接收装置为了以适合于内容的画质的参数来进行显示,能够从外部服务器获取信息。

发明内容
然而,用户有的情况下根据自己的喜好而变更了设定。在这样的情况下,广播接收装置若基于从外部服务器获取到的信息来变更设定,则有可能会变更用户的设定。
本申请要解决的问题在于,得到一种不会变更用户的设定而能够利用与内容的特性相应的设定来显示内容的广播接收装置、服务器设备、信息记录播放装置及显示***。
本申请实施方式的广播接收装置具备第一接收部、变更部、第一确定部、 以及显示控制部。第一接收部接收用于确定内容的画质的特性的内容特性信息、以及表示按照每个所述特性的内容的显示设定的显示设定信息。变更部将按照内容的画质的特性而设置的所述显示设定中的、在所述广播接收装置中未变更设定的项目,变更成所述显示设定信息所表示的设定。第一确定部基于所述内容特性信息,对内容的画质的特性进行确定。显示控制部使显示部显示基于由所述第一确定部确定的特性的所述显示设定而调整过的内容。

以下,参照附图详细地说明实施方式。
第一实施方式
图1是示出第一实施方式的画质调整***1的结构的一个例子的图。画质调整***1具备管理服务器10及电视装置20。管理服务器10和电视装置20经由网络30以可通信的方式连接。另外,图1所示的画质调整***1具备管理服务器10及电视装置20各为一台。但是,画质调整***1具备这些装置不限于一台,也可以具备多台。
管理服务器10是个人计算机、云计算等服务器设备。另外,管理服务器10不限于由一台服务器设备构成,也可以由多台服务器设备构成。管理服务器10存储有:内容特性信息107(参照图2),其用于确定内容的画质的特性;以及显示设定信息109(参照图2),其表示与内容的画质的特性相符的显示设定。而且,管理服务器10向经由网络30连接着的电视装置20发送内容特性信息107及显示设定信息109。
电视装置20是使广播的内容以可收看的方式显示的广播接收装置。电视装置20在接收到显示设定信息109的情况下,将显示设定中的没有被用户变更设定的项目变更成显示设定信息109所示的设定。另外,电视装置20基于内容特性信息107来确定获取到的内容的特性。然后,电视装置20基于确定 了的特性的显示设定来显示已调整后的内容。
接着,说明画质调整***1的各装置的硬件结构。图2是示出第一实施方式的管理服务器10的硬件结构的一个例子的框图。
管理服务器10具备CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央处理器)101、RAM(Random Access Memory:随机存取处理器)102、ROM(Read Only Memory:只读存储器)103、存储部104及通信部105。
CPU101通过执行各种计算机程序来控制管理服务器10的各组件。RAM102在CPU101执行程序时,临时存储各种程序、各种数据。ROM103是存储程序、数据的存储介质。而且,CPU101将RAM102作为工作区(作业区域)来执行在ROM103或存储部104等中存储的程序。
存储部104是HDD(Hard Disk Drive:硬盘驱动器)、SSD(Solid State Drive:固态盘)等存储装置。存储部104存储特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107及视像调整数据包108。
特性内容信息106是表示内容的画质的特性各自的特征的信息。图3是示出特性内容信息106的数据结构的一个例子的说明图。特性内容信息106关联了画质特性码和内容信息。画质特性码是用于识别内容的画质的特性的识别信息。内容信息是表示由画质特性码确定的画质的特性的内容的信息。画质调整***1的管理者等通过参照内容信息,能够掌握画质特性码是根据什么样的意图制作出来的。
内容特性信息107是用于确定内容的画质的特性的信息。图4是示出内容特性信息107的数据结构的一个例子的说明图。内容特性信息107关联了画质分类、画质特性码、广播方法、SID、种类(Genre)、编码(Code)、关键词及免除关键词。画质分类是表示画质的特性的分类名的信息。例如,画质分类中存在赛璐珞动画、简单动画、标准动画、全上色动画、普通动画、电影、戏剧、田径赛、冬季运动、游泳/水上运动、相扑、高尔夫球、棒球/垒球、室外比赛、足球/橄榄球、格斗比赛等。画质特性码是用于识别内容的画质的特性的识别信息。广播方法是表示内容的广播方法的信息。SID是服务 ID等用于识别广播电台的广播电台识别信息。种类(Genre)是表示由一般社团法人电波产业会(ARIB:Association of Radio Industries and Businesses)规定的内容的种类(Genre)的信息。编码(Code)是用于确定种类(Genre)的识别信息。关键词是表示字符串的信息。例如,设定广播的内容的标题名、比赛名等。例如,判定在广播的内容的元信息中包含的标题、概要文字中是否包含着关键词。免除关键词是将关键词的匹配设为无效的字符串。例如,即使在广播的内容的元信息中包含的标题、概要文字中包含关键词,在包含了免除关键词的情况下,也判定为不匹配。
视像调整数据包108具有电视装置20的每个设备种类的显示设定信息109。显示设定信息109是表示按照每个画质的特性的内容的显示设定的信息。图5是示出显示设定信息109的数据结构的一个例子的说明图。显示设定信息109按照每个画质特性码,设定有内容的显示设定。另外,显示设定中存在多个项目。即,在显示设定信息109中,按照每个画质特性码,示出了显示设定的各项目的设定值。
通信部105是用于经由网络30与其它装置进行通信的接口。例如,通信部105是通过有线或无线方式与网络30连接的网卡。
图6是示出第一实施方式的电视装置20的硬件结构的一个例子的框图。电视装置20具备天线201、第一输入端子202a、第二输入端子202b、第3输入端子202c、调谐器203、解调器204、解复用器205、A/D(模拟/数字)转换器206、选择器207、信号处理部208、扬声器209、显示面板210、操作部211、受光部212、IP通信部213、CPU214、内存215、存储器216、麦克风(扬声器)217以及音频I/F(接口)218。
天线201接收数字广播的广播信号,并将接收到的广播信号经由第一输入端子202a供给至调谐器203。调谐器203根据从天线201供给的广播信号来对期望的频道的广播信号进行选台,并将选台了的广播信号供给至解调器204。广播信号也称为广播波。
解调器204对从调谐器203供给的广播信号进行解调,并将解调了的广 播信号供给到解复用器205。解复用器205将从解调器204供给的广播信号分离,生成元数据、视像信号及声音信号,并将生成了的元数据、视像信号及声音信号供给到选择器207。
选择器207构成为:从由解复用器205、A/D转换器206及第3输入端子202c供给的多个信号中选择1个,并将选择了的1个信号供给到信号处理部208。
信号处理部208构成为:对于从选择器207供给的视像信号实施规定的信号处理,并将处理后的视像信号供给到显示面板210。另外,信号处理部208构成为:对于从选择器207供给的声音信号实施规定的信号处理,并将处理后的声音信号供给到扬声器209。
扬声器209构成为:基于从信号处理部208供给的声音信号来输出语音、或各种声音。另外,扬声器209基于由CPU214进行的控制来变更要输出的语音或各种声音的音量。
显示面板210构成为:基于从信号处理部208供给的视像信号或由CPU214进行的控制来显示静态图像、动态图像等视像。显示面板210是显示部的一个例子。
第二输入端子202b接收从外部输入的模拟信号(元数据、视像信号及声音信号)。另外,第3输入端子202c接收从外部输入的数字信号(元数据、视像信号及声音信号)。例如,第3输入端子202c能够从录像机(Recorder)(BD录像机)等进行数字信号的输入,该录像机搭载有驱动BD(Blu-ray Disc:蓝光光碟)(注册商标)等录像播放用的记录介质以进行录像及播放的驱动器装置。A/D转换器206将通过对从第二输入端子202b供给的模拟信号实施A/D转换而生成了的数字信号供给到选择器207。
操作部211接收用户的操作输入。另外,受光部212接收来自遥控器119的红外线。IP通信部213是用于经由网络30进行IP(互联网协议)通信的通信接口。
CPU214是控制电视装置20整体的控制部。内存215是存储CPU214执 行的各种计算机程序的ROM、向CPU214提供作业区域的RAM等。另外,存储器216是HDD、SSD等。存储器216例如将由选择器207选择了的信号作为录像数据进行记录。
扬声器217获取用户发出的音声,并送出到音频I/F218。
音频I/F218将扬声器217获取到的音声进行模拟/数字转换,并作为声音信号而送出到CPU214。
接着,说明第一实施方式的画质调整***1的各装置的功能。图7是示出第一实施方式的画质调整***1的各装置的功能结构的一个例子的框图。
管理服务器10的CPU101通过将ROM103等中存储的程序读出并执行,从而在RAM102中生成各功能部。具体而言,管理服务器10具备存储控制部1001、更新部1002、以及发送部1003作为功能部。
存储控制部1001使存储部104存储表示内容的画质的特性的内容特性信息107、以及表示每个内容的画质的特性的显示设定的显示设定信息109。进一步,存储控制部1001使存储部104存储表示内容的画质的特性各自的特征的特性内容信息106。
更新部1002更新特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109。另外,更新部1002既可以将特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109全部在同时期更新,也可以在不同的时期更新。即,更新部1002将特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109中的至少任一个更新。在此,更新部1002进行的各种信息的更新方法没有限定。例如,更新部1002可以基于由画质调整***1的管理者进行的操作来更新各种信息,也可以利用通过深度学习而生成的学习后模型来更新各种信息,还可以基于接收到的数据来更新各种信息。
发送部1003将特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109发送到电视装置20。更详细而言,在存储部104中存储的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109比请求源的电视装置20具有的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109新的情 况下,发送部1003向电视装置20发送。另外,发送部1003在发送显示设定信息109的情况下,发送与请求源的电视装置20的设备种类相符的显示设定信息109。
进一步,在未由更新部1002将特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109全部更新的情况下,发送部1003也可以不发送未更新的信息。即,发送部1003发送特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109中的至少任一个。
电视装置20的CPU214通过将ROM等中存储的程序读出并执行从而在RAM中生成各功能部。具体而言,电视装置20具备内容获取部2001、接收部2002、设定变更部2003、特性确定部2004、及显示控制部2005作为功能部。
内容获取部2001通过接收广播,从而获取具有元数据、视像信号及声音信号的内容。
接收部2002接收用于确定内容的画质的特性的内容特性信息107、以及表示每个特性的内容的显示设定的显示设定信息109。另外,接收部2002接收特性内容信息106。接收部2002是第一接收部的一个例子。
更详细而言,接收部2002在每经过任意的期间时,判定管理服务器10的存储部104中存储的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109是否比电视装置20具有的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109新。即,接收部2002在前次接收了特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109之后,判定特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109是否已被更新。然后,接收部2002在管理服务器10的存储部104中存储的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109比电视装置20具有的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109新的情况下,向管理服务器10请求特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109。由此,接收部2002接收特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109。
设定变更部2003将按照每个内容的画质的特性而设置的显示设定中的、在电视装置20中未变更设定的项目变更成显示设定信息109所示的设定。设定变更部2003是变更部的一个例子。在此,用户基于自己的喜好来变更电视装置20的显示设定。电视装置20在显示内容的情况下,优选以与用户的喜好相应的显示设定来显示。因此,设定变更部2003对用户未变更的显示设定的项目进行变更。此外,设定变更部2003也可以基于用户变更了的设定来变更显示设定的各项目。例如,在显示设定信息109表示着对于某个项目进行了+3的设定变更的情况下,设定变更部2003也可以执行对用户设定了的设定值加上3的设定变更。
特性确定部2004基于内容特性信息107来确定广播的内容的画质的特性。特性确定部2004是第一确定部的一个例子。在此,在内容中包含表示内容(contents)的信息的元数据。在元数据中包含广播方法、SID、种类(Genre)、Code等信息、内容的标题、对内容的概要进行说明的注释等。特性确定部2004将内容特性信息107与内容的元数据进行比较,来判定是否与任一行(row)相符。然后,特性确定部2004判定由相符的行(row)的画质特性码确定的特性为内容的画质的特性。
在此,在追加了新节目、广播方法的情况下,内容特性信息107中追加新的行(row)。因此,特性确定部2004按照行(row)为新的顺序来判定是否与行(row)相符。由此,特性确定部2004能够选择适当的特性。
显示控制部2005使基于由特性确定部2004确定了的特性的显示设定进行了调整后的内容显示在显示面板210上。更详细而言,显示控制部2005基于由特性确定部2004确定了的特性的显示设定来调整内容。然后,显示控制部2005使调整后的内容显示在显示面板210上。由此,显示控制部2005能够利用与内容的画质的特性相符的显示设定来显示。
接着,说明第一实施方式的画质调整***1的各装置执行的处理。
图8是示出第一实施方式的管理服务器10执行的信息管理处理的一个例子的流程图。
更新部1002判定是否接收了请求特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109的至少任一个的更新的更新请求(步骤S1)。
在接收了更新请求的情况下(步骤S1;是),更新部1002更新成为更新请求的对象的信息(步骤S2)。
在未接收到更新请求的情况下(步骤S1;否),发送部1003判定是否从电视装置20接收了请求特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109的至少任一个的发送的发送请求(步骤S3)。在未接收到发送请求的情况下(步骤S3;否),管理服务器10转移到步骤S1。
在接收了发送请求的情况下(步骤S3;是),发送部1003将成为发送请求的对象的信息发送到电视装置20(步骤S4)。
如上所述,管理服务器10执行信息管理处理。
图9是示出第一实施方式的电视装置20执行的调整处理的一个例子的流程图。
在电视装置20接收后,接收部2002判定更新了的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、或显示设定信息109是否已被存储在管理服务器10中(步骤S11)。
在更新了的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、或显示设定信息109已被存储在管理服务器10中的情况下(步骤S11;是),接收部2002从管理服务器10接收更新了的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、或显示设定信息109(步骤S12)。
在更新了的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、或显示设定信息109未被存储在管理服务器10中的情况下(步骤S11;否),内容获取部2001判定是否获取了内容(步骤S13)。在未获取到内容的情况下(步骤S13;否),电视装置20转移到步骤S11。
在获取了内容的情况下(步骤S13;是),特性确定部2004基于内容特性信息107来确定内容的画质的特性(步骤S14)。
显示控制部2005基于由特性确定部2004确定了的特性的显示设定来调 整视像信号(步骤S15)。显示控制部2005使调整了的视像信号显示在显示面板210上(步骤S16)。
如上所述,电视装置20执行调整处理。
如上所述,第一实施方式的电视装置20从管理服务器10接收内容特性信息107和显示设定信息109。另外,电视装置20对于显示设定中的未由用户变更设定的项目,变更成显示设定信息109所示的设定。另外,电视装置20在获取到广播的内容的情况下,基于内容特性信息107来确定内容的画质的特性。然后,电视装置20使显示面板210显示基于显示设定信息109确定了的特性的显示设定进行了调整后的内容。因此,电视装置20能够不会变更用户的设定地利用与内容的特性相应的设定来显示内容。
第二实施方式
第二实施方式的画质调整***1a具备电视***40,该电视***40连接有电视装置20a和录像机50。此外,对于与第一实施方式相同的结构赋予相同的附图标记并省略说明。
图10是示出第二实施方式的画质调整***1a的结构的一个例子的图。画质调整***1a具备电视***40。电视***40是使从录像机50提供的内容以能够收看的方式显示在电视装置20a上的***。
录像机50是将广播的内容存储到HDD等存储介质中的信息记录播放装置。而且,录像机50将存储了的内容输出到电视装置20a。由此,电视装置20a使录像机50存储的内容以能够收看的方式显示。
管理服务器10a经由网络30与电视***40具有的电视装置20a及录像机50分别连接。在此,视像调整数据包108具备电视装置20a的每个设备种类的显示设定信息109。即,显示设定信息109是指定电视装置20a的每个设备种类的显示设定的信息。因此,管理服务器10a将显示设定信息109发送到电视装置20a,但是不发送到录像机50。而且,基于由电视装置20a的显示设定信息109设定的显示设定来显示从录像机50输出的内容。
电视装置20a与录像机50由HDMI(注册商标)(High-Definition  Multimedia Interface:高清多媒体接口)等线缆41连接。此外,线缆41不限于HDMI(注册商标),也可以根据其它的规范来连接。
接着,说明录像机50的硬件结构。图11是示出第二实施方式的录像机50的硬件结构的一个例子的框图。录像机50具备调谐器501、控制部502、连接接口503、存储部504、以及光盘读写器505。
调谐器501从广播信号中选择期望的频道的广播信号。另外,调谐器501通过对选台的广播信号进行解调,从而生成元数据、视像信号及声音信号。
控制部502是控制录像机50整体的SoC(System on a Chip:片上***)。控制部502具备CPU、RAM、及ROM。CPU通过执行各种计算机程序,从而控制录像机50的各组件。在CPU执行程序时,RAM临时存储各种程序、各种数据。ROM是存储程序、数据的存储介质。而且,CPU将RAM作为工作分区(作业区域)来执行ROM等中存储的程序。
例如,控制部502使具有调谐器501生成的元数据、视像信号及声音信号的内容存储到存储部504中,或者使光盘读写器505写入到光盘中。另外,控制部502使连接接口503发送存储部504中存储的内容、光盘读写器505从光盘中读取到的内容。
连接接口503是用于经由线缆41来执行与电视装置20a的通信的接口。
存储部504是HDD、SSD等存储装置。存储部504存储具有调谐器501生成了的元数据、视像信号及声音信号的内容。
光盘读写器505对于DVD(Digital Versatile Disc:数字通用光盘)、蓝光光盘等光盘执行信息的读出、写入。
接着,说明第二实施方式的画质调整***1a的各装置的功能。图12是示出第二实施方式的画质调整***1a的各装置的功能结构的一个例子的框图。
管理服务器10a的CPU101通过读出并执行ROM103等中存储的程序,从而在RAM102中生成各功能部。具体而言,管理服务器10a具备存储控制部1001、更新部1002、及发送部1003a作为功能部。
存储控制部1001及更新部1002具有与第一实施方式同样的功能。
发送部1003a对电视装置20a发送特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109。另一方面,发送部1003a对录像机50发送特性内容信息106及内容特性信息107。即,发送部1003a对录像机50不发送显示设定信息109。
录像机50的控制部502具有的CPU通过读出并执行ROM等中存储的程序,从而在RAM中生成各功能部。此外,控制部502也可以利用集成电路来实现各功能部的全部或一部分。而且,录像机50具备内容获取部5001、内容记录部5002、接收部5003、特性确定部5004、以及连接控制部5005作为功能部。
内容获取部5001通过接收广播,从而获取具有元数据、视像信号及声音信号的内容。
内容记录部5002使内容获取部5001获取到的内容存储在存储部504、光盘等存储介质中。
接收部5003从管理服务器10a接收特性内容信息106及用于确定内容的画质的特性的内容特性信息107。接收部5003是第二接收部的一个例子。
特性确定部5004基于内容特性信息107来确定内容的画质的特性。特性确定部5004是第二确定部的一个例子。更详细而言,特性确定部5004比较内容特性信息107与内容的元数据,来判定是否与任一行(row)相符。而且,特性确定部5004判定为由相符的行(row)的画质特性码来确定的特性是内容的画质的特性。另外,特性确定部5004按照行(row)为新的顺序来判定是否与行(row)相符。由此,特性确定部5004能够选择适当的特性。
连接控制部5005控制与电视装置20a的连接。例如,连接控制部5005利用CEC(Consumer Electronics Control:消费电子控制)来从电视装置20a接收对应设备种类信息和功能状态信息。对应设备种类信息是表示是否是具有使基于从管理服务器10a获取到的显示设定信息109进行了调整后的内容进行显示的功能的设备种类的信息。功能状态信息是表示使基于从管理服务器10a获取到的显示设定信息109进行了调整后的内容进行显示的功能是否 为有效的信息。
另外,连接控制部5005输出由特性确定部5004确定了的画质特性码及内容。连接控制部5005是输出部的一个例子。更详细而言,连接控制部5005从存储部504、光盘读写器505读出内容。在特性确定部5004对于读出了的内容确定了画质特性码的情况下,连接控制部5005将画质特性码及内容输出到电视装置20a。
另外,连接控制部5005也可以将源信息发送到电视装置20a。源信息是表示获取了向电视装置20a输出的内容的获取源的信息。例如,源信息是表示蓝光光盘、DVD、地面波数字广播等获取源的信息。在此,有的情况下,根据获取源的不同,构成内容的数据不同。因此,连接控制部5005通过发送源信息,从而能够使其用于内容的画质的特性的确定。
电视装置20a的CPU214通过读出并执行ROM等中存储的程序,从而在RAM中生成各功能部。具体而言,电视装置20a具备内容获取部2001、接收部2002、设定变更部2003、特性确定部2004、连接控制部2007、及显示控制部2005a作为功能部。
内容获取部2001、接收部2002、设定变更部2003、及特性确定部2004具有与第一实施方式同样的功能。
即,接收部2002从管理服务器10a接收显示设定信息109。然后,设定变更部2003将按照每个内容的画质的特性而设置的显示设定中的、未在电视装置20a中变更过设定的项目变更成显示设定信息109所示的设定。
连接控制部2007控制与录像机50的连接。连接控制部2007利用CEC将本装置的对应设备种类信息和功能状态信息发送到录像机50。另外,连接控制部2007从录像机50接收画质特性码和内容的输入。连接控制部2007是输入部的一个例子。进一步,连接控制部2007也可以从录像机50接收源信息的输入。
显示控制部2005a使显示面板210显示基于由连接控制部2007接收到的画质特性码确定的特性的显示设定进行了调整后的内容。更详细而言,显示 控制部2005基于由连接控制部2007接收到的画质特性码确定的特性的显示设定来调整内容。然后,显示控制部2005使调整后的内容显示在显示面板210上。由此,显示控制部2005利用与内容的画质的特性相符的显示设定来进行显示。
进一步,显示控制部2005a在连接控制部2007接收到源信息的情况下,基于由画质特性码及源信息确定的特性的显示设定来调整内容。然后,显示控制部2005使调整后的内容显示在显示面板210上。由此,显示控制部2005a能够按照与内容的获取源相符的设定来显示内容。
接着,说明第二实施方式的画质调整***1a的各装置执行的处理。图13是示出第二实施方式的电视***40执行的显示处理的一个例子的流程图。
录像机50的接收部5003执行接收内容特性信息107及显示设定信息109的接收处理(步骤S21)。即,在管理服务器10a的存储部104中存储的内容特性信息107及显示设定信息109比录像机50存储的内容特性信息107及显示设定信息109新的情况下,接收部5003接收内容特性信息107及显示设定信息109。
电视装置20a的接收部2002执行接收特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109的接收处理(步骤S22)。即,在管理服务器10a的存储部104中存储的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109比电视装置20a存储的特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109新的情况下,接收部2002接收特性内容信息106、内容特性信息107、以及显示设定信息109。
电视装置20a的连接控制部2007将对应设备种类信息、功能状态信息等电视装置20a的信息发送到录像机50(步骤S23)。
录像机50的连接控制部5005从电视装置20a接收对应设备种类信息、功能状态信息等电视装置20a的信息(步骤S24)。
录像机50的内容获取部5001获取内容(步骤S25)。
录像机50的特性确定部5004基于内容特性信息107来确定内容的画质 的特性(步骤S26)。
录像机50的连接控制部5005将画质特性码及源信息输出到电视装置20a(步骤S27)。
电视装置20a的连接控制部2007从录像机50接收画质特性码及源信息的输入(步骤S28)。
电视装置20a的显示控制部2005基于由输入了的画质特性码确定的特性的显示设定来调整视像信号(步骤S29)。显示控制部2005使调整后的视像信号显示在显示面板210上(步骤S30)。
如上所述,根据第二实施方式的电视***40,录像机50从管理服务器10a接收内容特性信息107。录像机50基于内容特性信息107来确定获取到的内容的画质的特性。然后,录像机50将内容、以及表示确定了的画质的特性的画质特性码输出到电视装置20a。电视装置20a从管理服务器10a接收显示设定信息109。电视装置20a对于显示设定中的未由用户变更过设定的项目,变更成显示设定信息109所示的设定。另外,在从录像机50输出了内容、以及画质特性码的情况下,电视装置20a基于由画质特性码确定的特性的显示设定来使内容显示在显示面板210上。由此,电视***40能够不会变更用户的设定地,利用与内容的特性相应的设定来使内容显示。
此外,本实施方式的各装置(管理服务器10、10a、电视装置20、20a、录像机50)中执行的程序能够以可安装的形式或可执行的形式的文件记录在CD(Compact Disc:光盘)-ROM(Read Only Memory:只读存储器)、软盘(FD)、CD-R(Recordable:可重录光盘)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disk:数字通用光盘)等计算机装置可读取的非易失性存储介质中并提供。另外,该程序也可以经由互联网等网络来提供或发布。
虽然说明了本申请的实施方式,但是,该实施方式是作为例子而提成的,并不意图限定申请的范围。该新的实施方式能够以其它各种各样的形态来实施,在不脱离申请的主旨的范围内能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式、其变形包含在申请的范围、主旨中,并且,包含在权利要求书中记 载的技术方案及其等同的范围中。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种广播接收装置,其中,
    所述广播接收装置具备:
    第一接收部,其接收内容特性信息和显示设定信息,其中,所述内容特性信息用于对内容的画质的特性进行确定,所述显示设定信息表示按照每个所述特性的内容的显示设定;
    变更部,其将按照每个内容的画质的特性而设置的所述显示设定中的、在所述广播接收装置中未变更设定的项目,变更成所述显示设定信息所表示的设定;
    第一确定部,其基于所述内容特性信息,对内容的画质的特性进行确定;以及
    显示控制部,其使显示部显示基于由所述第一确定部确定出的特性的所述显示设定而调整过的内容。
  2. 一种服务器设备,其中,
    所述服务器设备具备:
    存储控制部,其使存储部存储内容特性信息和显示设定信息,其中,所述内容特性信息用于对内容的画质的特性进行确定,所述显示设定信息表示按照每个所述特性的内容的显示设定;
    更新部,其更新所述内容特性信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个;以及
    发送部,其发送所述内容特性信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个。
  3. 一种信息记录播放装置,其中,
    所述信息记录播放装置具备:
    第二接收部,其接收内容特性信息,该内容特性信息用于对内容的画质的特性进行确定;
    第二确定部,其基于所述内容特性信息,对内容的画质的特性进行确定; 以及
    输出部,其输出画质特性码和内容,其中,所述画质特性码表示由所述第二确定部确定出的画质的特性。
  4. 一种显示***,其具备信息记录播放装置和广播接收装置,该广播接收装置显示从所述信息记录播放装置输出的内容,其中,
    所述信息记录播放装置具备:
    第二接收部,其接收内容特性信息,该内容特性信息用于对内容的画质的特性进行确定;
    第二确定部,其基于所述内容特性信息,对内容的画质的特性进行确定;
    输出部,其输出画质特性码和内容,所述画质特性码表示由所述第二确定部确定出的画质的特性,
    所述广播接收装置具备:
    第一接收部,其接收显示设定信息,该显示设定信息表示按照每个内容的画质的特性的显示设定;
    变更部,其将按照每个内容的画质的特性而设置的所述显示设定中的、在所述广播接收装置中未变更设定的项目,变更成所述显示设定信息所表示的设定;
    输入部,其接收所述画质特性码及所述内容的输入;以及
    显示控制部,其基于由所述输入部接收到的所述画质特性码而确定的特性的所述显示设定,使显示部显示所述输入部接收到的所述内容。
