背景技术
高低压开关柜顾名思义就是接高压或低压线缆的设备,一般供电局,变电所都是用高压柜,然后经变压器降压再到低压柜,低压柜再到各个用电的配电箱,里面无非就是把一些开关断路器之类保护器件组装成一体的电气设备,高低压开关柜是一种电设备,外线先进入柜内主控开关,然后进入分控开关,各分路按其需要设置,如仪表,自控,电动机磁力开关,各种交流接触器等,有的还设高压室与低压室开关柜,设有高压母线,如发电厂等,有的还设有为保主要设备的低周减载。
但目前市场上大部分高低压开关柜的内部结构比较简单,不能具有散热功能,大部分都存在高低压开关柜容易处于在高温环境中,长时间工作运行,容易导致电路受到损坏,无法正常运行。

本发明在实施过程中,当开关柜内电气零件安装完毕后,根据针对发热量大的部位,将金属软管14弯曲使喷气头15对准发热量大的部位,然后启动进风机4,一方面风从排气孔6排出对柜体1内整体散热,另一方面风从喷气头15喷出,夹块发热量大的部位的局部空气流速,实现加强散热,达到差异化散热的目的,当需要强效降温散热时,控制半导体制冷片30通电制冷,制冷板降温,进风机4吹出的风经过制冷板32后变成低温空气进入主风管5内从排气孔6和喷气孔16喷出实现强效降温;
在柜体1使用过程中,干燥剂26能够通过除湿孔28将柜体1内空气中的水分吸收使其内部干燥,排气管9在排气时会吹动风叶板37,从而带动第二传动轮24转动,带动干燥剂26移动,第一导热板12和第二导热板29对干燥剂26加热。使其内部水分蒸发速度加快从蒸发孔27排出,实现除湿干燥。
本发明通过设置主气管能够对柜体1内部整体进行通风散热,通过设置定点散热装置7能够根据主要发热器件的具***置进行定点吹风,以加强散热效果,通过设置半导体制冷片30能够对散热效果进行加强,实现强效快速降温,通过设置风力驱动装置和防潮装置能够对散热排出的风能进行利用,对柜体内1部进行持续干燥,避免柜体1内部潮湿。

  1. 一种具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,包括柜体(1),柜体(1)的底部四角均固定连接底脚(2),其特征在于,柜体(1)的底部中央固定连接制冷装置(3),制冷装置(3)的一端固定连接进风机(4),制冷装置(3)的顶部固定连接主气管(5),主气管(5)位于柜体(1),主气管(5)上开设有多个排气孔(6),主气管(5)的侧边自上而下固定连接多个定点散热装置(7),柜体(1)的顶端固定连接排风机(8),排风机(8)的输出端固定连接排气管(9),柜体(1)的一侧贯穿固定连接防潮装置(10),防潮装置(10)连接风力驱动装置(11),排气管(9)与风力驱动装置(11)相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述制冷装置包括固定设置于柜体(1)底部的底壳(3),底壳(3)内固定连接半导体制冷片(30),半导体制冷片(30)的冷端与热端分别固定连接多个制冷板(32)和散热板(31),底壳(3)的顶端开设有与主气管(5)相连通的冷气出口(33)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述制冷板(32)上开设有密集的通风孔(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述定点散热装置(7)包括固定设置于主气管(5)上的安装座(13),安装座(13)上固定连接金属软管(14),金属软管(14)远离安装座(13)的一端固定连接喷气头(15),喷气头(15)上开设有密集的喷气孔(16),金属软管(14)与主气管(5)内部相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述安装座(13)上转动连接第一转动座(17),第一转动座(17)上转动连接第二转动座(18),第二转动座(18)上 转动连接红外摄像头(19)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述防潮装置(10)包括干燥罩(20),干燥罩(20)内的两端分别转动连接第一传动轮(23)和第二传动轮(24),干燥罩(20)内还设有传动带(22),第一传动轮(23)与第二传动轮(24)通过传动带(22)传动连接,传动带(22)的外侧固定连接多个隔板(25),每两个相邻的隔板(25)之间均填充有干燥剂(26),所述干燥罩(20)的顶部两端分别开设有除湿孔(28)和蒸发孔(27),除湿孔(28)位于柜体(1)内,蒸发孔(27)位于柜体(1)的外部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述风力驱动装置(11)包括固定设置于干燥罩(20)外部的驱动外罩(35),驱动外罩(35)内转动连接转动轴(36),转动轴(36)与第二传动轮(24)同轴固定连接,转动轴(36)的外部固定连接多个风叶板(37),驱动外罩(35)的上端与下端分别开设有进风口(38)和出风口(39)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有防潮散热功能的高低压开关柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(1)的一侧固定连接第一导热板(12),第一导热板(12)的一端位于柜体(1)内部,第一导热板(12)的另一端固定连接第二导热板(29),第二导热板(29)嵌设于干燥罩(20)的底端。
