一种防烫伤加热壶,包括壶身、壶盖,所述壶身内的顶部设有支撑套体,所述支撑套体的直径自下而上逐步增大,且所述支撑套体的顶端与壶身固定连接,所述支撑套体的外壁与壶身的内壁之间留有间隙,所述支撑套体上设有排气孔,所述壶盖底部设有与支撑套体相适应的密封部,所述密封部的直径自下而上逐步增大,所述密封部的底端的直径小于支撑套体的顶端的内径,所述密封部的顶端的直径大于支撑套体的底端的内径;
且在将壶盖扣合在壶身上时,所述密封部的底端位于排气孔的顶端的下侧,所述密封部的外壁与支撑套体的内壁之间留有间隙。

实施例:如附图1-3所示,本实用新型所述是一种防烫伤加热壶,包括壶身1、壶盖2,所述壶身1内的顶部设有支撑套体3,所述支撑套体3的直径自下而上逐步增大,且所述支撑套体3的顶端与壶身1固定连接,支撑套体3与壶身1之间可采用一体式结构,所述支撑套体3的外壁与壶身1的内壁之间留有间隙,支撑套体3可采用外形呈圆台状的套体,支撑套体3的高度可根据壶身1的大小确定,一般不超过2cm。所述支撑套体3上设有排气孔4,排气孔4的数 量不限,可为一个也可为多个,优选为至少两个,且相邻两个排气孔4之间的距离不超过排气孔4的内径的两倍,能够快速排气。进一步的,所述排气孔4位于壶身1的一侧,在使用时,使用者站于远离排气孔4的一侧抓握壶身1上的把手,能够使排气位置远离使用者,进一步消除烫伤使用者的风险。所述壶盖2底部设有与支撑套体3相适应的密封部5,密封部5与壶盖2之间可采用一体式结构,也可采用卡扣连接或其它连接方式固定将密封部5固定在护盖2的底部,所述密封部5的直径自下而上逐步增大,密封部5的外形可采用下大上小圆台状,优选的,所述密封部5的外形呈双曲面状,能够加大密封部5的外表面的面积,为水蒸气的冷凝提供较大的附着面积,提高水蒸气冷凝效果。所述密封部5的底端的直径小于支撑套体3的顶端的内径,所述密封部5的顶端的直径大于支撑套体3的底端的内径,保证密封部5能够将支撑套体3的底端封闭,优选的,所述密封部5的顶端的直径大于支撑套体3的顶端的内径,能够将支撑套体3的顶端完全覆盖,将水蒸气的排除位置尽可能的远离使用者;
密封部5与支撑套体3的尺寸应保证,在将壶盖2扣合在壶身1上时,所述密封部5的底端位于排气孔4的顶端的下侧,所述密封部5的外壁与支撑套体3的内壁之间留有间隙,如下实施方式均可,密封部5的底端的外径与支撑套体3的底端的内径相同,密封部5的底端的外径略大于支撑套体3的底端的内径,密封部5的底端的外径略小于支撑套体3的底端的内径。

  1. 一种防烫伤加热壶,包括壶身(1)、壶盖(2),其特征是:所述壶身(1)内的顶部设有支撑套体(3),所述支撑套体(3)的直径自下而上逐步增大,且所述支撑套体(3)的顶端与壶身(1)固定连接,所述支撑套体(3)的外壁与壶身(1)的内壁之间留有间隙,所述支撑套体(3)上设有排气孔(4),所述壶盖(2)底部设有与支撑套体(3)相适应的密封部(5),所述密封部(5)的直径自下而上逐步增大,所述密封部(5)的底端的直径小于支撑套体(3)的顶端的内径,所述密封部(5)的顶端的直径大于支撑套体(3)的底端的内径;
    且在将壶盖(2)扣合在壶身(1)上时,所述密封部(5)的底端位于排气孔(4)的顶端的下侧,所述密封部(5)的外壁与支撑套体(3)的内壁之间留有间隙。
