如图1-图4所示,锁体1包括锁盒11和锁盖12,锁盒11的两端设置有第一座体111和第二座体112,钢丝绳2的固定端21包括固定座211和第二导线212,固定座211固定于第一座体111内,第二导线212与电路板4电连接。钢丝绳2的插头22穿过第二座体112与触发开关3接触连接,触发开关3与电路板4电连接,形成一个设防回路。电路板4接收到插头22与触发开关3连接的信号后,控制驱动组件51驱动锁定组件52将插头22锁定。
可选地,锁体1内还设置有报警装置6和报警感应线圈7,报警装置6和报警感应线圈7均与电路板4电连接。在本实施例中,报警装置6包括蜂鸣器61和报警指示灯62,报警指示灯62为LED灯,发红光。锁盖12上设置有透光孔121,通过透光孔121能够使LED灯发出的红光显示出来,蜂鸣器61发出的蜂鸣声也会通过透光孔121传出来。当设防回路发生意外断开时,即不法分子使用暴力手段将钢丝绳2剪断时,报警装置6能够发出高分贝的蜂鸣声和红光的报警信号,以提示用户。当然,在其他实施例中,报警装置6也可以只设置蜂鸣器61或只设置报警指示灯62。
在商场、超市和服装店,门口一般设有报警***,目前常用的报警***通过无线射频信号8.2MHz或无线声磁信号58KHz来实现报警,锁体1内设置的报警感应线圈7的无线传输信号与门口的报警***的传输信号一致。如果有人将带有防盗标签的商品带出,经过门口的报警***时,门口的报警***感应到锁体1中的无线传输信号后会报警,报警感应线圈7感应到门口报警***的传输信号的磁场,也会报警。报警***和防盗标签将会同时报警,以使安保人员及时找到盗窃人员。
可选地,无线解锁机构还包括解锁感应线圈53,解锁感应线圈53与电路板4电连接。具体地,防盗标签还包括用于解锁的无线解锁器。可选地,无线通信方式为无线射频信号、无线声磁信号、蓝牙、红外线、NFC、WIFI、Zigbee、GPRS或RFID。在本实施例中,报警感应线圈7通过无线声磁信号58Khz的传输信号报警,解锁感应线圈53和无线解锁器通过无线射频信号8.2MHz的传输信号解锁,当解锁感应线圈53感应到无线解锁器的传输信号后,将该信号反馈给电路板4,电路板4控制驱动组件51驱动锁定组件52将插头22解锁,解锁后,可人工将钢丝绳2的插头22从锁体1内拔出。
当然,在其他实施例中,报警感应线圈7也可以通过无线射频信号8.2MHz的传输信号报警,解锁感应线圈53和无线解锁器通过无线声磁信号58Khz的传输信号解锁;或者报警感应线圈7通过蓝牙、红外线、NFC、WIFI、Zigbee、GPRS或RFID任一种传输信号报警,只需保证解锁感应线圈53和无线解锁器与报警感应线圈7的无线通信传输方式不一样即可。否则会造成在正常解锁的时候触发报警***,造成不必要的误解。
可选地,如图4所示,插头22包括第一连接部221、第二连接部222和锁定柱223,第一连接部221与锁体1连接,第二连接部222与触发开关3连接,锁定柱223设置于第一连接部221和第二连接部222之间。在本实施例中,第一连接部221和第二连接部222均为圆柱体,第一连接部221的周向与锁盒11内的第二座体112配合连接,第二连接部222的底部设置有容纳腔,触发开关3的一端***容纳腔内与第二连接部222接触连接,以形成设防回路。锁定柱223的直径小于第一连接部221和第二连接部222的直径。
可选地,如图5所示,锁定组件52包括连接板521,连接板521的一端设置有锁定槽522,另一端设置有第三连接部523,锁定槽522与锁定柱223配合将插头22锁定,第三连接部523与驱动组件51转动连接。在本实施例中,锁定槽522与锁定柱223卡接,第一连接部221和第二连接部222分别位于连接板521的两侧,连接板521将插头22的位置锁定,使其无法从锁体1内拔出。
具体地,第三连接部523上设置有连接孔5231,驱动组件51通过连接孔5231与锁定组件52转动连接。驱动组件51包括微型马达,微型马达的一端设置有驱动轴,驱动轴与连接孔5231转动连接;微型马达的另一端设置有第一导线(图中未示出),第一导线与电路板4电连接。在本实施例中,微型马达一端的驱动轴伸入连接孔5231内,与连接板521转动连接,驱动连接板521转动,以将插头22锁定或解锁。微型马达通过第一导线与电路板4电连接,以实现电路板4根据接收到的信号控制微型马达动作。当然,在其他实施例中,驱动组件51也可以为其他驱动结构。
可选地,如图6所示,锁体1内还设置有充电电池8和无线充电接收线圈9,无线充电接收线圈9与充电电池8电连接,充电电池8与电路板4电连接。在本实施例中,无线充电接收线圈9设置于锁盒11的底板上,无线充电接收线圈9上设置有充电电池8,充电电池8与其上的电路板4电连接。在本实施例中,一个无线充电器可以同时对多个防盗标签进行充电,充电效率高。需要说明的是,无线充电技术已经是现有技术,在此不再赘述。
本实施例提供的防盗标签,通过在锁体1内设置充电电池8和无线充电接收线圈9,可以实现防盗标签充电方便快捷,且能多次使用。
本实施例提供的防盗标签的使用方法为:
使用时,先将钢丝绳2的插头22插进锁体1内,使得插头22与触发开关3接触,形成设防回路;电路板4接收到插头22与触发开关3接触的信号后,控制微型马达驱动连接板521,使得锁定槽522与锁定柱223配合锁定。解锁时,将锁体1与无线解锁器靠近,解锁感应线圈53感应到无线解锁器的信号后,将该信号反馈给电路板4,电路板4接收到信号后,控制微型马达驱动连接板521转动,使得锁定槽522脱离锁定柱223,然后将插头22从锁体1内拔出,即可解锁。
  显然,本实用新型的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本实用新型所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防盗标签,包括锁体(1),所述锁体(1)内设置有触发开关(3)和电路板(4),所述锁体(1)上设置有钢丝绳(2),所述钢丝绳(2)的一端为固定端(21),所述固定端(21)与所述锁体(1)固定连接,且与所述电路板(4)电连接;另一端设置有插头(22),所述插头(22)能够***所述锁体(1)内与所述触发开关(3)接触,且与所述电路板(4)形成设防回路,其特征在于,所述锁体(1)内还设置有无线解锁机构,所述无线解锁机构包括驱动组件(51)和锁定组件(52),所述驱动组件(51)与所述电路板(4)电连接,所述电路板(4)通过接收到的电子信号控制所述驱动组件(51)动作,所述驱动组件(51)与所述锁定组件(52)转动连接,所述锁定组件(52)能够将所述插头(22)锁定或解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述插头(22)包括第一连接部(221)、第二连接部(222)和锁定柱(223),所述第一连接部(221)与所述锁体(1)连接,所述第二连接部(222)与所述触发开关(3)连接,所述锁定柱(223)设置于所述第一连接部(221)和所述第二连接部(222)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述锁定组件(52)包括连接板(521),所述连接板(521)的一端设置有锁定槽(522),另一端设置有第三连接部(523),所述锁定槽(522)与所述锁定柱(223)配合将所述插头(22)锁定,所述第三连接部(523)与所述驱动组件(51)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述第三连接部(523)上设置有连接孔(5231),所述驱动组件(51)通过所述连接孔(5231)与所述锁定组件(52)转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(51)包括微型马达,所述微型马达的一端设置有驱动轴,所述驱动轴与所述连接孔(5231)转动连接;所述微型马达的另一端设置有第一导线,所述第一导线与所述电路板(4)电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述无线解锁机构还包括解锁感应线圈(53),所述解锁感应线圈(53)与所述电路板(4)电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述防盗标签还包括用于解锁的无线解锁器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述锁体(1)内还设置有报警装置(6)和报警感应线圈(7),所述报警装置(6)和所述报警感应线圈(7)均与所述电路板(4)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述防盗标签,其特征在于,所述锁体(1)内还设置有充电电池(8)和无线充电接收线圈(9),所述无线充电接收线圈(9)与所述充电电池(8)电连接,所述充电电池(8)与所述电路板(4)电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述防盗标签,其特征在于,无线通信方式为无线射频信号、无线声磁信号、蓝牙、红外线、NFC、WIFI、Zigbee、GPRS或RFID。
