本发明中所述解锁部件7包括有设置在前置支撑壳3内的限位滑槽65,在所述限位滑槽65内前后滑动设有驱动顶块66,所述驱动顶块66前端与止旋块63的后侧相抵,在所述前置支撑壳3后侧前后滑动有解锁横杆8,所述解锁横杆8前端与驱动顶块66后端相抵,驱动顶块66与解锁横杆8可以为分体设置,也 可以为一体设置为一长条形部件,其中,解锁横杆8穿过前置支撑壳3外壁的一端上滑动安装保险部件9,安装时,刀片2沿固定轴22旋转,旋转卡勾62与固定卡勾10相碰撞的面均有斜面结构,当旋转卡勾62顶压到固定卡勾10时,并克服了扭簧的扭力,从而允许固定卡勾10卡进旋转卡勾62内,再由扭簧的力将其固定卡勾10锁定,进而实现固定锁紧功能;解锁时,通过驱动解锁横杆8顶动驱动顶块66,而驱动顶块66一端顶动止旋块63,从而使旋转卡勾62旋转与固定卡勾10脱离实现解锁;另外,首先止旋块63能起到限位旋转卡勾62的作用,防止旋转卡勾62因扭簧64的力使其旋转角度过大不能与固定卡勾10配合,其二能够通过驱动顶块66顶动止旋块63,从而带动旋转卡勾62旋转与固定卡勾脱离,实现解锁的作用。
本发明中所述解锁横杆8后端延伸至前置支撑壳3的后侧并设有推钮71,在所述前置支撑壳3外侧设有推钮置放槽72,所述推钮71活动设置在推钮置放槽72内,通过推钮71的设置,能够更加舒适、方便的驱动解锁横杆8移动。
本发明中所述保险部件9包括有对称设置在推钮71上端的轨道槽81,在所述轨道槽81内设有能上下滑动保险卡块82,在所述保险卡块82表面优选的设有多个防滑凸条,在所述推钮置放槽72上侧设有限位缺槽83,在所述轨道槽81与保险卡块82之间连接有能使保险卡块82保持伸进限位缺槽83内的第二弹簧84,解除保险时,将保险卡块82沿轨道槽81向下滑动,此时保险卡块82与限位缺槽83的壁面脱离,然后通过推动保险卡块82与推钮71一起往推钮置放槽72内移动,从而带动解锁横杆8顶动解锁部件7实现解锁,以这种方式,首先能起到锁定限位解锁横杆8的作用,同时能防止推钮71意外接触冰球球棍、冰球等外物而导致误解锁,进一步保障使用者的安全。
参见图2-4所示,在所述驱动顶块66前端与前置支撑壳3内壁之间连接有第三弹簧99,优选的,在止旋块63的两侧均设有第三弹簧99,能够让驱动顶块66保持有一个向后的力,使其驱动顶块66更加稳定的固定在限位滑槽65内,并能保障驱动顶块66的顺畅滑动。
为了能让刀片2更加稳定、牢固的安装于安装槽5内,参见图2或3所示,刀片2上的固定卡勾10与U形凹槽11大致呈对称设置,且靠近刀片2的中心位置处,进而能提升刀片2的承受力,延长刀片2的使用寿命,同时能保障刀片2 更加稳定牢固的安装在安装槽5内,保障使用者的安全。
为了进一步加强旋转卡勾62与固定卡勾10的固定强度,所述旋转卡勾62与止旋块63为一体成型的锌合金材质,锌合金具有所有合金的特新,重量轻、强度高、热传导性比钢铁低、耐腐蚀等。
本发明的具体工作原理:首先安装时,将U形凹槽11卡进固定轴22,后刀片2沿固定轴22旋转,使固定卡勾10伸入前置支撑壳3内并与旋转卡勾62配合,旋转卡勾62将固定卡勾10锁紧,进而通过限位部6与旋转卡勾62将刀片2牢牢的固定在安装槽5内;拆卸时,首先将保险卡块82沿轨道槽81向下按动,此时保险卡块82与限位缺槽83脱离,后通过带动保险卡块82与推钮71一起往推钮置放槽72内移动,从而带动解锁横杆8顶动驱动顶块66移动,驱动顶块66顶动止旋块63,从而带动旋转卡勾62旋转与固定卡勾10脱离,最后通过第一弹簧93的弹力,使弹出圆柱92弹出,从而将刀片2前端弹出安装槽5,实现解锁的作用;进而整套的安装与拆卸极其的方便快速,提升了刀片的更换速度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于,包括有:
    刀架(1),所述刀架(1)具有前置支撑壳(3)、后置支撑壳(4)以及连通于该前置支撑壳(3)和该后置支撑壳(4)下方用于安装刀片(2)的安装槽(5);
    限位部(6),所述限位部(6)设置在安装槽(5)内的后端位置处,用于固定刀片(2)的后端部;
    旋转卡勾(62),所述旋转卡勾(62)铰接在所述前置支撑壳(3)内,用于固定刀片(2)的前端部;
    至少一个弹性压紧装置(64),所述弹性压紧装置(64)设置在所述前置支撑壳(3)内,用于使所述旋转卡勾(62)保持锁定刀片(2);
    解锁部件(7),所述解锁部件(7)活动设置在所述前置支撑壳(3)内,所述解锁部件(7)一端顶压在旋转卡勾(62)上部后侧面,另一端延伸并穿出前置支撑壳(3)外侧;
    保险部件(9),所述保险部件(9)设置在所述前置支撑壳(3)上并与解锁部件(7)连接,用于限制解锁部件(7)的移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:还包括有快速弹出装置,所述快速弹出装置包括有设置在所述前置支撑壳(3)内且下方开口的导向圆槽(91),在所述导向圆槽(91)内上下滑动有弹出圆柱(92)与使所述弹出圆柱(92)能保持向下弹动的第一弹簧(93),所述弹出圆柱(92)下端与刀片(2)前端上侧面相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:所述限位部(6)包括有贯穿设置在安装槽(5)后端部的通孔(21),在所述通孔(21)内插设有能与刀片(2)后端的U形凹槽(11)配合的固定轴(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:所述固定轴(22)为铆钉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:所述弹性压紧装置(64)为扭簧,所述扭簧套设在旋转卡勾(62)的铰接轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:在所述旋 转卡勾(62)上端设有止旋块(63)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:所述解锁部件(7)包括有设置在前置支撑壳(3)内的限位滑槽(65),在所述限位滑槽(65)内前后滑动有驱动顶块(66),所述驱动顶块(66)前端与止旋块(63)的后侧相抵,在所述前置支撑壳(3)后侧前后滑动有解锁横杆(8),所述解锁横杆(8)前端与驱动顶块(66)后端相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:所述解锁横杆(8)后端延伸至前置支撑壳(3)的后侧并设有推钮(71),在所述前置支撑壳(3)外侧设有推钮置放槽(72),所述推钮(71)活动设置在推钮置放槽(72)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:所述保险部件(9)包括有设置在推钮(71)上端的轨道槽(81),在所述轨道槽(81)内上下滑动设有保险卡块(82),在所述推钮置放槽(72)上侧设有限位缺槽(83),在所述轨道槽(81)与保险卡块(82)之间连接有能使保险卡块(82)保持伸进限位缺槽(83)内的第二弹簧(84)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种冰刀快速更换结构,其特征在于:在所述驱动顶块(66)前端与前置支撑壳(3)内壁之间连接有第三弹簧(99)。
