技术领域
本公开涉及换热装置技术领域,特别涉及一种安装卡座、减震垫及减震组件。
背景技术
车辆上一般安装有冷却装置,例如散热器,用来给车辆上的发热结构降温,冷却装置需要与整车安装固定。为了减少冷却装置的震动,一般会在冷却装置上安装减震垫,减震垫再与整车连接。
一般地,会在整车上设置安装卡座以固定冷却装置,但是,相关技术中,减震垫安装至安装卡座的过程中,存在装配困难的问题。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于,例如,提供了一种安装卡座、减震垫及减震组件,以缓解现有技术中减震垫安装至安装卡座装配困难的技术问题。
本公开的实施例可以这样实现:
本公开的实施例提供了一种安装卡座,其包括座本体、卡件和复位件,所述座本体上设置有安装槽,所述复位件与所述安装槽的侧壁连接,所述复位件与所述卡件连接,所述卡件能够相对所述座本体活动,所述复位件配置成使所述卡件运动后复位,所述卡件配置成在减震垫***所述安装槽后与减震垫上的配合件连接从而阻止所述减震垫反向运动。
可选地,所述卡件可转动地设置于所述座本体。
可选地,所述复位件为扭簧,所述扭簧的一端与所述卡件连接,所述扭簧的另一端与所述安装槽的侧壁连接。
可选地,所述卡件可滑动地设置于所述座本体。
可选地,所述复位件为压簧,所述压簧的一端与所述安装槽的侧壁连接,所述压簧的另一端与所述卡件连接。

本公开实施例提供的安装卡座,包括座本体、卡件和复位件,座本体上设置有安装槽,复位件与安装槽的侧壁连接,复位件与卡件连接,卡件能够朝向远离安装槽的中心的方向运动,复位件使卡件运动后复位,卡件配置成在减震垫***安装槽后与减震垫上的配合件连接从而阻止减震垫反向运动。通过将减震垫安装至安装卡座的安装槽内,从而实现减震垫与安装卡座的连接固定。在安装减震垫过程中,将减震垫沿***方向***安装槽内,在减震垫运动过程中,安装卡座上的卡件能够相对座本体活动,当减震垫运动到位后,复位件能够使卡件复位,并与减震垫上的配合件连接,从而阻止减震垫沿***方向的反向运动,即阻止减震垫由安装槽脱离,从而完成减震垫与安装卡座的安装。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
在本公开的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
在本公开的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”是指附图中所示的方位,是为了描述结构位置,并不是指在具体使用过程中自然状态下的“上”、“下”。
请参考图1,图1所示的是一种常用的固定在冷却装置上的安装卡座10,安装卡座10上设置安装槽12,安装槽12的上部设置环形凸起19,减震垫20的外周壁上设置截面呈U型的卡槽25。以图1中的相对位置介绍,安装时,将减震垫20由下而上(图1中箭头所指的方向)***安装槽12内,用力将减震垫20向上推进,以使环形凸起19卡入减震垫20的卡槽25内,从而实现减震垫20安装固定在安装卡座10内。但是,这种技术方案,减震垫20安装至安装卡座10的过程中,存在装配困难的技术问题。
请参考图2和图3,本实施例提供的一种安装卡座10可以有效地缓解该技术问题。具体地,如图2所示,本公开实施例提供了一种安装卡座10,包括:座本体11、卡件14和复位件13,座本体11上设置有安装槽12,复位件13与安装槽12的侧壁连接,复位件13与卡件14连接,卡件14能够相对座本体11活动,复位件13配置成使卡件14运动后复位,卡件14配置成在减震垫20(图4示出)***安装槽12后与减震垫20上的配合件22连接从而阻止 减震垫20反向运动。
本实施例中,通过将减震垫20安装至安装卡座10的安装槽12内,从而实现减震垫20与安装卡座10的连接固定。在安装减震垫20过程中,将减震垫20沿***方向(图3、图5中箭头所指的方向)***安装槽12内,在减震垫20运动过程中,安装卡座10上的卡件14能够相对座本体11活动,当减震垫20运动到位后,复位件13能够使卡件14复位,并与减震垫20上的配合件22连接,从而阻止减震垫20沿***方向的反向运动,即,阻止减震垫20由安装槽12脱离,从而完成减震垫20与安装卡座10的安装。因此,可以使得减震垫20安装至安装卡座10的装配过程变得简单易操作。
本实施例提供的安装卡座10中的卡件14能够相对座本体11运动,从而能够避免影响减震垫20***安装槽12内,而当减震垫20运动到位后,复位件13又能够使卡件14复位,并与减震垫20上的配合件22连接,从而将减震垫20卡住,这种结构的安装卡座10使得减震垫20与安装卡座10的安装过程容易、简单、快捷。
需要说明的是,卡件14与座本体11的连接关系并不限定,例如,卡件14可转动地设置于座本体11,或者,卡件14可滑动地设置于座本体11。
当卡件14可转动地设置于座本体11时,复位件13可以为扭簧,扭簧的一端与卡件连接,扭簧的另一端与安装槽12的侧壁连接。当卡件14可滑动地设置于座本体11时,复位件13可以为压簧,压簧的一端与安装槽12的侧壁连接,压簧的另一端与卡件14连接。值得注意的是,复位件13并不一定局限于扭簧和压簧,能够实现弹性形变的弹片也是可以采用的,或者具备弹性的橡 胶材质制成的块状、杆状、片状结构也是可以采用的。
同时,卡件14可以仅与座本体11转动连接,也可以仅与座本体11滑动连接,当然了,也可以是卡件14相对于座本体11转动连接的同时,还相对于座本体11滑动连接,只要该卡件14能够相对于座本体11运动,进而能够在减震垫20***安装槽12内时,不阻碍该减震垫20的安装,并且在减震垫20安装到位后,在复位件13的作用下能够阻止减震垫20反向运动即可。
其中,卡件14的结构形式和复位件13的结构形式可以为多种,相应的减震垫20上的配合件22的结构形式也可以为多种,例如:当复位件13为扭簧,卡件14为插板、插柱或者插块等时,卡件14可以通过连接轴与安装槽12的侧壁转动连接,扭簧套设在连接轴上,其一端与卡件14连接,另一端与安装槽12的侧壁连接,卡件14能够向着减震垫20的***方向转动,卡件14上设置限位块,当卡件14复位后,限位块与安装槽12的侧壁抵接,以阻止卡件14向着减震垫20的***方向反向转动;此时,配合件22可以为设置在减震垫本体21外壁的块状凸起,当减震垫20运动至卡件14与配合件22相遇时,配合件22推动卡件14转动直至减震垫20运动到位,即配合件22与卡件14完全错过,当减震垫20运动到位后,复位件13使卡件14复位,卡件14卡住配合件22,从而阻止减震垫20反向运动;或者,配合件22可以包括滑槽和设置在滑槽底部的插孔,当减震垫20沿***方向***的过程中,卡件14和减震垫20接触,并在减震垫20***时发生转动,随着减震垫20的运动,卡件14在滑槽内滑动,当减震垫20运动到位后,卡件14运动至插孔处,复位件13使卡件14复位并***插孔内。
又如:当复位件13为压簧,卡件14为插板、插柱或者插块等时,安装槽12的侧壁上设置滑槽,压簧设置在滑槽内,压簧的一端与滑槽的底部连接,另一端与卡件14连接,卡件14滑动设置在滑槽内;此时,配合件22可以为设置在减震垫20上的插口,当减震垫20***过程中,卡件14被减震垫20抵压,从而缩回至滑槽内(此时,卡件14朝向远离安装槽12的中心的方向运动),当减震垫20运动到位后,卡件14运动至插口处,复位件13使卡件14复位,卡件14伸出滑槽并伸入插口内。
作为一种可选方案,复位件13为条状片体,复位件13的一侧边沿与座本体11连接,卡件14固定在复位件13朝向安装槽12的一侧,可以理解的,该卡件14固定在复位件13与座本体11连接处相对的一侧。
本实施例中,复位件13是一种弹簧片,在减震垫20***安装槽12过程中,至少在卡件14与配合件22相遇时,配合件22推动卡件14朝向远离安装槽12的中心的方向运动,此时复位件13同向运动,复位件13储存能量,减震垫20继续运动直至配合件22与卡件14错开,复位件13推动卡件14复位,卡件14与配合件22卡住(可以理解为卡件14与配合件22的位于***方向上游的部分卡住)。这种结构的复位件13和卡件14结构简单。
此时,配合件22可以为柱状体或者板状体等。
可选地,配合件22为条状设置的凸起,并且,配合件22为块状体,配合件22的长度方向与减震垫20的***方向相交设置,如配合件22的长度方向与减震垫本体21(图3示出)的轴向一致。这样能够保障卡件14完全与配合件22卡住,使连接牢固。
复位件13可以采用金属材质,或者,采用弹性大的塑料材质。
其中,复位件13与座本体11的连接方式可以为多种,例如:焊接、过盈连接或者螺纹连接等。
作为一种可选方案,如图2所示,座本体11的安装槽12的侧壁上设有与复位件13相适配的通孔17,如通孔17的面积大于复位件13的面积,复位件13的一侧边沿与通孔17的一端一体成型,复位件13的其余侧与通孔17的侧壁之间设有间隔。本实施例中,复位件13无需占用安装槽12内的空间,使得安装卡座10的结构简单,规整。
具体地,图2中,通孔17呈条形,卡件14复位时,复位件13完全位于通孔17的内部。
通孔17呈U型,具体地,可以通过在座本体11上冲压形成,通过冲压,被U型的通孔17包围的部分座本体11形成了该复位件13,同时,该卡件14也可以在复位件13上通过冲压形成,例如,沿安装槽12外部到安装槽12内部的方向,对复位件13的部分位置进行冲压,使得被冲压的部分朝向安装槽12的内部延伸,该延伸的部分形成该卡件14。
其中,卡件14可以设置在复位件13与座本体11的连接处的外侧,即沿减震垫20的***方向,复位件13与座本体11的连接处可以位于卡件14的下游。
作为一种可选方案,如图2所示,卡件14可以设置在复位件13与座本体11的连接处的内侧,即沿减震垫20的***方向,复位件13与座本体11的连 接处位于卡件14的上游。本实施例中,卡件14位于减震垫20的下游,则能够避免在配合件22与卡件14相遇时,卡件14不能够顺利向外扩张,更方便减震垫20***、安装。
当然了,复位件13与座本体11的连接处还可以位于卡件14的中游。
在上述实施例基础之上,可选地,卡件14可以呈柱状体或者板状体等。
作为一种可选方案,如图2以及图3所示,卡件14呈块状体,卡件14面向减震垫20***方向的一侧设有导向结构141。
其中,导向结构141可以为设置在卡件14面向减震垫20***方向的一侧的斜面或者弧面。换句话说,导向结构141为设置在卡件14面向安装槽12一侧的斜面或者弧面。
本实施例中,卡件14面向减震垫20***方向的一侧设有导向结构141,则更有利于配合件22推动卡件14运动,进一步使得减震垫20与安装卡座10的安装容易。
当然,配合件22首先与卡件14相接触的一侧可设置呈弧形或者设置成斜面,从而进一步方便推动卡件14运动。
在上述实施例基础之上,可选地,减震垫20可以上下方向***,如,安装槽12开口向上或者向下,或者安装槽12贯穿座本体11的上下设置,安装槽12截面可呈圆形设置,安装槽12的侧壁连续。当复位件13为条状片体时,复位件13的延伸方向与安装槽12的开口方向一致。卡件14和配合件22的连 接阻止减震垫20上下(可以理解为减震垫20的轴向)运动,安装槽12的侧壁阻止减震垫20径向运动。
作为一种可选方案,如图2所示,座本体11的侧部设置有配置成减震垫20***的***口15,***口15与安装槽12连通,安装槽12贯穿座本体11上下设置,座本体11上设置有限位件18,限位件18配置成限制减震垫20在安装槽12的开口方向上运动。
本实施例中,减震垫20能够从安装卡座10的一侧***安装槽12内,方便快捷。当复位件13为条状片体时,复位件13的延伸方向与***口15的开口方向一致(与安装槽12的开口方向相交)。卡件14和配合件22的连接阻止减震垫20沿***口15的开口方向(也就是减震垫20的径向)运动,限位件阻止减震垫20在安装槽12的开口方向(也就是减震垫20的轴向)上运动。
安装槽12的侧壁的上部的限位件18可与减震垫20的上边沿23抵接,安装槽12的侧壁的下部的限位件18可与减震垫20的下边沿24抵接,也就是说,两个限位件18将减震垫20夹住。而且,两个限位件18之间形成有配置成减震垫20***的轨道,更方便减震垫20的安装。换句话说,限位件18的数量为两个,两个限位件18间隔设置,其中一个限位件18配置成与减震垫20的上边沿23抵接,另一个限位件18配置成与减震垫20的下边沿24抵接,从而将减震垫20夹住。
其中,限位件18的结构形式可以为多种,例如:限位件18包括多个沿安装槽12的上边沿或者下边沿间隔设置的块状体。
作为一种可选方案,限位件18为与座本体11一体成型的板状体,方便加工。
具体地,座本体11呈U型设置,U型的座本体11的开口为***口15,U型的座本体11的内部形成安装槽12,结构简单方便加工制造。
如图2所示,在上述实施例基础之上,可选地,该安装卡座10还包括加强件16,加强件16设置在座本体11的下方,加强件16的两端分别与安装槽12的相对的两个侧壁连接。安装槽12贯穿座本体11的上下设置,且座本体11的侧部设置***口15,加强件16能够提高座本体11的强度。
如图4所示,本公开的实施例还提供了一种减震垫20,包括:减震垫本体21和设置在减震垫本体21的外壁上的配合件22,配合件22配置成与安装卡座10上的卡件14连接以在减震垫20***安装卡座10的安装槽12后阻止减震垫20反向运动。
本实施例中,通过将减震垫20安装至安装卡座10的安装槽12内,从而实现减震垫20与安装卡座10的连接固定。在安装减震垫20过程中,将减震垫20沿***方向***安装槽12内,在减震垫20运动过程中,安装卡座10上的卡件14能够相对座本体11活动,当减震垫20运动到位后,复位件13能够使卡件14复位,并与减震垫20上的配合件22连接,从而阻止减震垫20沿***方向的反向运动,即阻止减震垫20由安装槽12脱离,从而完成减震垫20与安装卡座10的安装。
本实施例提供的减震垫20使得减震垫20与安装卡座10的安装容易、简单、快捷。
配合件22的结构形式可以为多种,在上文中已经详细描述,在此不再赘述。
如图5和图6所示,本公开的实施例还提供了一种减震组件,包括上述的安装卡座10和上述的减震垫20,减震垫20插设在安装槽12内,安装卡座10内的卡件14与减震垫20上的配合件22连接。
本实施例中,通过将减震垫20安装至安装卡座10的安装槽12内,从而实现减震垫20与安装卡座10的连接固定。在安装减震垫20过程中,将减震垫20沿***方向***安装槽12内,在减震垫20运动过程中,安装卡座10上的卡件14能够相对座本体11活动,当减震垫20运动到位后,复位件13能够使卡件14复位,并与减震垫20上的配合件22连接,从而阻止减震垫20沿***方向的反向运动,即阻止减震垫20由安装槽12脱离,从而完成减震垫20与安装卡座10的安装。本实施例提供的减震组件安装容易、简单、快捷。
本实施例中,结合图2-图4,复位件13、卡件14的数量为两个,且对应设置在U型的安装槽12的相对的两个壁上,配合件22的数量也为两个,且对称分布在减震垫本体21的外壁,因此,当减震垫20卡入安装槽12内后,减震垫20也不能绕其轴线自转。
在一些实施例中:
请参考图1:图1示出的安装卡座10呈筒状,其内部限定出安装槽12,安装卡座10的内壁凸设有环形凸起19,减震垫20呈块状,其外周壁凹设有环形的卡槽25,以图1中的相对位置介绍,安装时,将减震垫20从下至上(图1中箭头所指的方向)***安装卡座10的内部,当减震垫20的上边沿与环形凸起19接触时,使用者用力将减震垫20继续向上推进,使得环形凸起19卡入环形的卡槽25中,从而实现减震垫20与安装卡座10的装配。
请参考图2和图3:图2和图3示出的安装卡座10包括座本体11、复位件13、卡件14、加强件16以及两个限位件18。座本体11设置有安装槽12,以图2和图3中的相对位置介绍,安装槽12沿上下方向贯穿座本体11的上部,安装槽12呈U型。座本体11的左侧形成有***口15,该***口15与安装槽12连通。该安装槽12的内壁开设有贯穿的通孔17,通孔17呈条形。复位件13也呈条形,复位件13的一侧边沿与通孔17的一端侧壁连接,复位件13的其余侧边沿均位于通孔17内,且与通孔17的其余侧壁间隙设置。卡件14固定在复位件13的一侧,且卡件14朝向安装槽12设置。以图2的相对位置介绍,复位件13的左侧边沿与座本体11连接,卡件14相对位于复位件13的右侧边沿。卡件14朝向安装槽12的一侧设置有导向结构141。加强件16连接在座本体11的下部位置,以增加该处的强度。两个限位件18间隔设在座本体11靠近安装槽12的一侧,两个限位件18之间的区域形成了轨道。
请参考图4:图4示出的减震垫20包括减震垫本体21以及凸设在减震垫本体21外壁上的条形的配合件22,该减震垫本体21呈筒状,配合件22沿减 震垫本体21的轴向延伸,以图4中的相对位置介绍,该减震垫本体21具备上边沿23以及下边沿24。
请参考图5:图5示出的减震垫20包括减震垫本体21以及凸设在减震垫本体21外壁的条形的配合件22。该安装卡座10固定在车辆(图中未标号的部件)上,沿图5中箭头所指的方向,可以将减震垫20安装至安装卡座10上。
请参考图6:图6中示出的减震垫20已经安装至安装卡座10上。
具体地,结合图2-图6,减震垫20的一种具体的安装过程如下:
先将图4中的减震垫20对准安装卡座10的***口15,并且减震垫20的上边沿23和下边沿24与由两个限位件18限定出的轨道大致平齐。沿图3中箭头所指的方向移动该减震垫20,使得两个限位件18中相对靠上的限位件18对上边沿23限位,相对靠下的限位件18对下边沿24限位,保证该减震垫20不能在安装槽12中沿上下方向脱离。
沿图3中箭头所指的方向继续移动该减震垫20,减震垫20的配合件22与卡件14的导向结构141接触,这样可以引导该减震垫20更方便地继续移动,在继续移动的过程中,卡件14由于受到减震垫20的抵接,因此,卡件14会朝向远离安装槽12的方向移动,这样该配合件22可以沿图3中箭头所指的方向继续移动以翻过该卡件14,当配合件22完全翻过卡件14时,卡件14在复位件13的复位作用下朝向靠近安装槽12的方向移动,进而抵住配合件22,使得配合件22不能沿与图3中箭头所指的方向相反的方向脱离安装槽12。
由于该安装槽12呈U型,此时的减震垫20也不能继续沿图3中箭头所指的方向继续移动。通过上述的操作,使得减震垫20安装到安装槽12内后,不能沿上下、左右、前后等方向移动,因此可以将减震垫20稳固在安装槽12内。同时,由于复位件13、卡件14的数量为两个,且对应设置在U型的安装槽12的相对的两个壁上,而配合件22的数量也为两个,且对称分布在减震垫本体21的外壁,因此,当减震垫20卡入安装槽12内后,减震垫20也不能绕其轴线自转。

综上所述,本公开提供了一种安装卡座、减震垫及减震组件,减震垫安装至安装卡座的过程中,装配容易、简单、快捷。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种安装卡座,其特征在于,包括:座本体、卡件和复位件,所述座本体上设置有安装槽,所述复位件与所述安装槽的侧壁连接,所述复位件与所述卡件连接,所述卡件能够相对所述座本体活动,所述复位件配置成使所述卡件运动后复位,所述卡件配置成在减震垫***所述安装槽后与减震垫上的配合件连接从而阻止所述减震垫反向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述卡件可转动地设置于所述座本体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述复位件为扭簧,所述扭簧的一端与所述卡件连接,所述扭簧的另一端与所述安装槽的侧壁连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述卡件可滑动地设置于所述座本体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述复位件为压簧,所述压簧的一端与所述安装槽的侧壁连接,所述压簧的另一端与所述卡件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述复位件为条状片体,所述复位件的一侧边沿与所述座本体连接,所述卡件固定在所述复位件朝向所述安装槽的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述安装槽的侧壁上设有通孔,所述通孔的面积大于所述复位件的面积,所述复位件的一侧边沿与 所述通孔的一端一体成型,所述复位件的其余侧与所述通孔的侧壁之间设有间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述通孔呈条形,所述卡件复位时,所述复位件完全位于所述通孔的内部。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述卡件设置在所述复位件与所述座本体的连接处的内侧,或,所述卡件设置在所述复位件与所述座本体的连接处的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述卡件呈块状体,所述卡件面向减震垫***方向的一侧设有导向结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述导向结构为设置在所述卡件面向所述安装槽一侧的斜面或者弧面。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述座本体的侧部设有配置成减震垫***的***口,所述***口与所述安装槽连通,所述安装槽贯穿所述座本体上下设置,所述座本体上设置限位件,所述限位件配置成限制减震垫在安装槽的开口方向上运动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述限位件的数量为两个,两个限位件间隔设置,其中一个所述限位件配置成与所述减震垫的上边沿抵接,另一个所述限位件配置成与所述减震垫的下边沿抵接,从而将所述减震垫夹住。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的安装卡座,其特征在于,所述安装卡座还包括加强件,所述加强件设置在座本体的下方,所述加强件的两端分别与所述安装槽的相对的两个侧壁连接。
  15. 一种减震垫,其特征在于,包括:减震垫本体和设置在减震垫本体的外壁上的配合件,所述配合件配置成与安装卡座上的卡件连接以在减震垫***安装卡座的安装槽后阻止减震垫反向运动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的减震垫,其特征在于,所述配合件为条状设置的凸起,所述配合件的长度方向与所述减震垫本体的轴向一致。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的减震垫,其特征在于,所述配合件配置成与所述卡件首先相接触的一侧设置成弧形或者斜面。
  18. 一种减震组件,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的安装卡座和如权利要求15-17中任一项所述的减震垫,所述减震垫插设在所述安装槽内,所述安装卡座内的所述卡件与所述减震垫上的所述配合件连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的减震组件,其特征在于,所述复位件和所述卡件的数量为两个,且对应设置在所述安装槽相对的两个壁上;所述配合件的数量为两个,且对称分布在所述减震垫本体的外壁。
