现今柔性显示面板逐渐进入了消费者的视野,屏幕的可卷曲性大大拓展了显示领域的应用。柔性屏在用于显示装置中时可构成滑卷显示装置,滑卷显示装置在使用时其用于显示的显示区的面积可以进行调节,在不使用时可以对其进行卷曲,方便收纳且节省空间,因此使用越来越广泛。
目前滑卷显示装置中,在对柔性屏向外拉伸和收卷操作时,柔性屏在靠近卷轴区域和屏幕中间显示区容易发生翘曲,从而平整度低,该问题会严重影响屏幕信赖性,降低用户的操作体验。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种柔性屏终端,上述柔性屏终端可提高柔性屏组件的平展度,从而提升用户体验。
为达到上述目的,本申请提供以下技术方案:
一种柔性屏终端,包括柔性屏组件、第一固定框、第二固定框、滑卷组件以及磁性件,其中:
所述滑卷组件包括相互平行且沿第一方向排列的第一滚轴和第二滚轴,所述第一滚轴与所述第二滚轴之间通过支架连接,所述第一滚轴位于所述第 二滚轴远离所述第一固定框的一侧,所述滑卷组件可沿第一方向做往复运动;
所述柔性屏组件包括柔性屏主体以及背离所述柔性屏主体显示面一侧的可卷曲支撑件,所述柔性屏组件围绕所述滑卷组件设置,且所述柔性屏组件支撑于所述第一滚轴和第二滚轴,所述柔性屏组件包括相对的第一侧边和第二侧边,所述第一侧边固定于所述第一固定框的第一端、所述第二侧边与所述第二固定框之间通过弹性件连接,所述第一固定框的第一端和第二固定框位于所述支架所在的平面的同侧,且所述第二固定框位于所述支架所在的平面与第一固定框的第一端之间,当所述柔性屏组件处于卷曲工位时,所述第二固定框位于所述第一滚轴和第二滚轴之间,所述柔性屏组件中位于所述第一侧边与所述第一滚轴之间的区域形成可视区;
所述磁性件设置于所述支架,位于所述第一滚轴和第二滚轴之间且靠近第一滚轴的位置,所述磁性件与所述可卷曲支撑件磁性配合以使所述柔性屏组件平展。
上述柔性屏终端中,柔性屏组件第一侧边与第一固定框的第一端固定连接、第二侧边与第二固定框之间通过弹性件连接,且柔性屏组件围绕滑卷组件设置并支撑于滑卷组件,从而在滑卷组件沿第一方向做往复运动时可以带动柔性屏组件展开或围绕滑卷组件卷曲,当滑卷组件向远离柔性屏组件的第一侧边的方向运动时,柔性屏组件中可视区以外的部分绕滑卷组件沿第一方向运动以使可视区的面积增加,同时弹性件的伸缩量逐渐增大,直至全部的柔性屏组件均为可视区;当滑卷组件向靠近柔性屏组件的第一侧边的方向运动时,柔性屏组件中可视区部分绕滑卷组件沿与第一方向相反的第二方向运动以使可视区的面积减小,同时弹性件的伸缩量逐渐减小,使得柔性屏组件围绕滑卷组件卷曲;用户可以在使用时将柔性屏组件展开以扩大视野,当使用完毕时使柔性屏组件卷曲;本申请中的柔性屏终端在柔性屏主体背离显示面的一侧设置有可卷曲支撑件,可卷曲支撑件可以提升柔性屏组件的刚度,防止在展开过程中柔性屏主体发生翘曲,特别是防止柔性屏主体边缘部位的翘曲,且本申请中的柔性屏终端中设置有用于与可卷曲支撑件磁性配合的磁 性件,磁性件对可卷曲支撑件产生朝向滑卷组件方向的吸附力,使得柔性屏组件与滑卷组件的接触更充分,可以进一步防止柔性屏发生翘曲,柔性屏组件中位于第一滚轴附近但未被第一滚轴支撑的部分容易发生翘曲,将磁性件设置于第一滚轴与第二滚轴之间且位于靠近第一滚轴的位置,从而可以防止柔性屏组件靠近第一滚轴的部分发生翘曲,因此,本申请中的柔性屏终端中柔性屏组件的平展性强,用户体验感更好。
优选地,所述可卷曲支撑件包括沿所述第一侧边和第二侧边排列方向排列的多个刚性支撑片以及包裹于全部刚性支撑片外侧且填充于相邻刚性支撑片之间的软胶。
优选地,每个所述刚性支撑片朝向所述柔性屏主体一侧以及背离所述柔性屏主体一侧的表面均为朝向所述柔性屏主体一侧凸出的曲面,所述曲面的曲率与所述第一滚轴及第二滚轴的外表面的曲率相同。
优选地,所述刚性支撑片的材料为可以与所述磁性件磁性配合的刚性材料。
优选地,所述软胶背离所述柔性屏主体的一侧中与每两个相邻的刚性支撑片之间的部位相对的位置形成有凹槽。
优选地,沿所述凹槽的底部向开口的方向,所述凹槽的两个侧面之间的距离越来越大。
优选地,所述可卷曲支撑件与所述柔性屏主体之间粘接固定。
优选地,所述第一滚轴包括第一固定轴以及套设于所述第一固定轴外侧且可绕所述第一固定轴转动的第一转动部,所述第一固定轴的两端与所述支架固定;所述第二滚轴包括第二固定轴以及套设于所述第二固定轴外侧且可绕所述第二固定轴转动的第二转动部,所述第二固定轴的两端与所述支架固定,所述第一转动部的直径大于所述第二转动部的直径。
优选地,所述第一固定轴和第二固定轴所在的平面与所述可视区平行。
优选地,所述磁性件为电磁铁。
优选地,所述磁性件在所述柔性屏组件展开过程中与所述可卷曲支撑件 磁性配合,在所述柔性屏组件卷曲过程中不工作。
优选地,还包括设置于所述支架远离所述第二滚轴一端的可移动框,所述可移动框与所述第一固定框配合形成用于容纳所述滑卷组件以及柔性屏组件的容纳空间,所述容纳空间的开口朝向所述可视区。
优选地,所述第二固定框固定于所述第一固定框或固定于所述支架。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参考图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,本申请提供一种柔性屏终端,包括柔性屏组件、第一固定框6、第二固定框7、滑卷组件以及磁性件9,其中:
滑卷组件包括相互平行且沿第一方向排列的第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4,第一滚轴3与第二滚轴4之间通过支架5连接,第一滚轴3位于第二滚轴4远离第一固定框6的一侧,滑卷组件可沿第一方向(如图1和图3中A方向所示)做往复运动;
柔性屏组件包括柔性屏主体1以及背离柔性屏主体1显示面一侧的可卷曲支撑件2,柔性屏组件围绕滑卷组件设置,且柔性屏组件支撑于第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4,柔性屏组件包括相对的第一侧边和第二侧边,第一侧边固定于第一固定框6的第一端61、第二侧边与第二固定框7之间通过弹性件8连接,第一固定框6的第一端61和第二固定框7位于支架所在的平面的同侧,且第二固定框7位于支架所在的平面与第一固定框6的第一端61之间,当柔性屏组件处于卷曲工位时,第二固定框位于第一滚轴和第二滚轴之间,柔性屏组件中位于第一侧边与第一滚轴3之间的区域形成可视区;
磁性件9设置于支架5,位于第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4之间且靠近第一滚轴的位置,磁性件9与可卷曲支撑件2磁性配合以使柔性屏组件平展。
上述柔性屏终端中,柔性屏组件第一侧边与第一固定框6的第一端61固定连接、第二侧边与第二固定框7之间通过弹性件8连接,且柔性屏组件围绕滑卷组件设置并支撑于滑卷组件,从而在滑卷组件沿第一方向做往复运动时可以带动柔性屏组件展开或围绕滑卷组件卷曲,当滑卷组件向远离柔性屏组件的第一侧边的方向运动时,柔性屏组件中可视区以外的部分绕滑卷组件沿第一方向运动以使可视区的面积增加,同时弹性件8的伸缩量逐渐增大,直至全部的柔性屏组件均为可视区;当滑卷组件向靠近柔性屏组件的第一侧边的方向运动时,柔性屏组件中可视区部分绕滑卷组件沿与第一方向相反的第二方向运动以使可视区的面积减小,同时弹性件8的伸缩量逐渐减小,使得柔性屏组件围绕滑卷组件卷曲;用户可以在使用时将柔性屏组件展开以扩大视野,当使用完毕时使柔性屏组件卷曲;本申请中的柔性屏终端在柔性屏主体1背离显示面的一侧设置有可卷曲支撑件2,可卷曲支撑件2可以提升柔性屏组件的刚度,防止在展开过程中柔性屏主体1发生翘曲,特别是防止柔 性屏主体1边缘部位的翘曲,且本申请中的柔性屏终端中设置有用于与可卷曲支撑件2磁性配合的磁性件9,磁性件9对可卷曲支撑件2产生朝向滑卷组件方向的吸附力,使得柔性屏组件与滑卷组件的接触更充分,可以进一步防止柔性屏发生翘曲,柔性屏组件中位于第一滚轴附近但未被第一滚轴支撑的部分容易发生翘曲,将磁性件9设置于第一滚轴与第二滚轴之间且位于靠近第一滚轴的位置,从而可以防止柔性屏组件靠近第一滚轴的部分发生翘曲,因此,本申请中的柔性屏终端中柔性屏组件的平展性强,用户体验感更好。
上述柔性屏终端中,弹性件8可以为弹簧或其他具备弹性的部件,弹性件8的数量可以为多个且均匀设置于第二侧边与第二固定框之间,以保持柔性屏组件的平展。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,可卷曲支撑件2包括沿第一侧边和第二侧边排列方向排列的多个刚性支撑片21以及包裹于全部刚性支撑片21外侧且填充于相邻刚性支撑片21之间的软胶22。
可卷曲支撑件2包括刚性支撑片21和软胶22,其中,刚性支撑片21可以对柔性屏主体1提供支撑,软胶22包裹刚性支撑片21,一方面可以起到连接刚性支撑片21的作用,另一方面可以保护柔性屏主体1,防止刚性支撑片21和滚轴组件对柔性屏主体1造成损伤。
具体地,如图4所示,每个刚性支撑片21朝向柔性屏主体1一侧以及背离柔性屏主体1一侧的表面均为朝向柔性屏主体1一侧凸出的曲面,曲面的曲率与第一滚轴3及第二滚轴4的外表面的曲率相同。
上述刚性支撑片21的结构可以使可卷曲支撑件更好地与第一滚轴和第二滚轴贴合,以使柔性屏组件与第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4的外表面更好的贴合,防止产生折痕或者翘曲,当可卷曲支撑件2与第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4的外表面接触时,可卷曲支撑件2背离第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4一侧的表面的软胶22拉伸、朝向第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4一侧的表面的软胶22收缩,位于相邻的刚性支撑片21之间的软胶22中,靠近第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4的一侧被相邻的刚性支撑片21挤压,从而实现柔性屏组件与第一滚轴3和第二滚 轴4的外表面完全贴合。
具体地,刚性支撑片21的材料为可以与磁性件9磁性配合的刚性材料。
本申请中刚性支撑片21的材料可以为金属或者合金等可以与磁性件9磁性配合的材料,本申请不做特别限定。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,软胶22背离柔性屏主体1的一侧中与每两个相邻的刚性支撑片21之间的部位相对的位置形成有凹槽23。
当柔性屏组件与第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4的外表面接触时,凹槽23可以直接吸收相邻刚性支撑片21之间的形变量,无需对软胶22进行压缩即可避免产生折痕翘曲等问题,效果更好。
具体地,如图4所示,沿凹槽23的底部向开口的方向,凹槽23的两个侧面之间的距离越来越大,从而更有助于依照弯曲方向更好的对形变量进行吸收。
具体地,可卷曲支撑件2与柔性屏主体1之间粘接固定。
可卷曲支撑件2与柔性屏主体1之间通过粘接固定,固定方式简单且固定效果好,在粘接时,将可卷曲支撑件2中用于与柔性屏主体1贴合固定的一侧表面整面涂胶,并将柔性屏主体1放置于可卷曲支撑件2涂胶一侧表面,从而实现柔性屏主体1与可卷曲支撑件2的整面粘接,这样可使柔性屏主体1与可卷曲支撑件2之间没有任何的相对运动,使得可卷曲支撑件2对柔性屏主体1的支撑效果更好且进一步防止柔性屏主体发生翘曲或产生折痕。
在一种实施方式中,如图1和图2所示,第一滚轴3包括第一固定轴31以及套设于第一固定轴31外侧且可绕第一固定轴31转动的第一转动部32,第一固定轴31的两端与支架5固定;第二滚轴4包括第二固定轴41以及套设于第二固定轴41外侧且可绕第二固定轴41转动的第二转动部42,第二固定轴41的两端与支架5固定,第一转动部32的直径大于第二转动部42的直径。
在上述实施方式中,由于第一固定轴31和第二固定轴41均固定于支架5,因此当支架5沿第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4的排列方向运动时,可带动第一固 定轴31和第二固定轴41做同步的运动,由于第一转动部32和第二转动部42分别套设于第一固定轴31和第二固定轴41,因此在支架5移动的过程中,柔性屏组件与第一转动部32和第二转动部42之间滚动配合,从而使得柔性屏组件展开或卷曲,滚动配合的方式摩擦力小,可防止对柔性屏组件造成损伤。
具体地,第一转动部32的直径大于第二转动部42的直径,从而可便于柔性屏组件在卷曲和展开之间切换。
在另一种实施方式中,第一滚轴3和第二滚轴4可以仅为与支架5固定的轴,在这种实施方式中,第一滚轴3、第二滚轴4与柔性屏组件之间滑动配合。
具体地,如图1所示,第一固定轴31和第二固定轴1所在的平面与可视区平行。
由于第一转动部32的直径大于第二转动部42的直径且第一固定轴31和第二固定轴41所在的平面与可视区平行,从而使得柔性屏组件中位于支架5背离可视区一侧的部分中,靠近第二滚轴4的部分较靠近第一滚轴3的部分更靠近可视区,从而有助于保持柔性屏组件中位于支架5背离可视区一侧的部分的平展。
具体地,磁性件9为电磁铁,磁性件在柔性屏组件展开过程中与可卷曲支撑件磁性配合,在柔性屏组件卷曲过程中不工作。
磁性件9采用电磁铁更为方便可控,可以在对柔性屏组件收卷时对电磁铁断电,防止对柔性屏组件收卷产生阻力,在对柔性屏组件展开时启动电磁铁,从而有助于在柔性屏组件展开过程中保持柔性屏组件的平展。
电磁铁可以如图2所示,设置于支架5上的开孔内,电磁铁的数量可以为多个且沿第一滚轴3的延伸方向均匀设置于支架5,电磁铁的数量也可以为一个,且电磁铁沿第一滚轴3的延伸方向的长度与第一滚轴3的长度相同。
具体地,在一种实施方式中,如图1所示,本申请提供的一种柔性屏终端还包括设置于支架远离第二滚轴一端的可移动框,可移动框10与第一固定框6配合形成用于容纳滑卷组件以及柔性屏组件的容纳空间,容纳空间的开 口朝向可视区。
上述柔性屏终端中的可移动框10与支架5进行固定,并随支架5移动,从而使得容纳空间的开口宽度随可视区的变化而进行调节,以使容纳空间的开口暴露整个可视区,当柔性屏组件处于卷曲状态时,可移动框10与第一固定框6在支架5背离可视区的一侧存在部分交叠,当柔性屏组件处于展开状态时,可移动框10与第一固定框6之间的交叠部分分开。
具体地,第二固定框固定于第一固定框或固定于支架。
在一种实施方式中,如图3所示,第二固定框7固定于第一固定框6,在这种实施方式中,第二固定框7保持不动,滑卷组件沿第一方向做往复运动的从而使得弹性件拉伸或者压缩。
在另一种实施方式中,如图1和图2所示,第二固定框7固定于支架5,在这种实施方式中,第二固定框7随滑卷组件沿第一方向做往复运动,第二固定框7随滑卷组件同步运动较第二固定框7固定不动的情况可以减小弹性件的形变量,从而避免由于对柔性屏组件的拉力过大而对柔性屏组件造成影响,可提升柔性屏组件信赖性。
在一种实施方式中,支架5采用可伸缩支架,包括第一部分52、第二部分53以及位于第一部分与第二部分之间的伸缩部51,其中,第一部分52设置有第一滚轴3且第一部分可52沿第一方向(如图6和图7中A方向所示)做往复运动,从而使伸缩部51拉伸或压缩,磁性件9设置于第一部分52,第二部分53设置有第二滚轴4,且第二部分53远离第一部分51的一端与第一固定框6固定,在柔性屏组件卷曲或展开的过程中,第二部分53固定不动,仅第一部分52沿第一方向做往复运动,以带动柔性屏组件卷曲或展开。
当支架5采用可伸缩支架时,第二固定框7可以固定于第一固定框6,如图7所示,或者,第二固定框7也可以固定于支架的第二部分53,如图6所示。上述柔性屏终端中,还包括用于驱动支架5动作的驱动机构,驱动机构可以为电机,也可以为可用于驱动支架5沿第一方向做往复运动的其他机构,本申请不做限定。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种柔性屏终端,其特征在于,包括柔性屏组件、第一固定框、第二固定框、滑卷组件以及磁性件,其中:
    所述滑卷组件包括相互平行且沿第一方向排列的第一滚轴和第二滚轴,所述第一滚轴与所述第二滚轴之间通过支架连接,所述第一滚轴位于所述第二滚轴远离所述第一固定框的一侧,所述滑卷组件可沿第一方向做往复运动;
    所述柔性屏组件包括柔性屏主体以及背离所述柔性屏主体显示面一侧的可卷曲支撑件,所述柔性屏组件围绕所述滑卷组件设置,且所述柔性屏组件支撑于所述第一滚轴和第二滚轴,所述柔性屏组件包括相对的第一侧边和第二侧边,所述第一侧边固定于所述第一固定框的第一端、所述第二侧边与所述第二固定框之间通过弹性件连接,所述第一固定框的第一端和第二固定框位于所述支架所在的平面的同侧,且所述第二固定框位于所述支架所在的平面与第一固定框的第一端之间,当所述柔性屏组件处于卷曲工位时,所述第二固定框位于所述第一滚轴和第二滚轴之间,所述柔性屏组件中位于所述第一侧边与所述第一滚轴之间的区域形成可视区;
    所述磁性件设置于所述支架,位于所述第一滚轴和第二滚轴之间且靠近第一滚轴的位置,所述磁性件与所述可卷曲支撑件磁性配合以使所述柔性屏组件平展。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述可卷曲支撑件包括沿所述第一侧边和第二侧边排列方向排列的多个刚性支撑片以及包裹于全部刚性支撑片外侧且填充于相邻刚性支撑片之间的软胶。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,每个所述刚性支撑片朝向所述柔性屏主体一侧以及背离所述柔性屏主体一侧的表面均为朝向所述柔性屏主体一侧凸出的曲面,所述曲面的曲率与所述第一滚轴及第二滚轴的外表面的曲率相同。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述刚性支撑片的 材料为可以与所述磁性件磁性配合的刚性材料。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述软胶背离所述柔性屏主体的一侧中与每两个相邻的刚性支撑片之间的部位相对的位置形成有凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,沿所述凹槽的底部向开口的方向,所述凹槽的两个侧面之间的距离越来越大。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述可卷曲支撑件与所述柔性屏主体之间粘接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述第一滚轴包括第一固定轴以及套设于所述第一固定轴外侧且可绕所述第一固定轴转动的第一转动部,所述第一固定轴的两端与所述支架固定;所述第二滚轴包括第二固定轴以及套设于所述第二固定轴外侧且可绕所述第二固定轴转动的第二转动部,所述第二固定轴的两端与所述支架固定,所述第一转动部的直径大于所述第二转动部的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述第一固定轴和第二固定轴所在的平面与所述可视区平行。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述磁性件为电磁铁。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述磁性件在所述柔性屏组件展开过程中与所述可卷曲支撑件磁性配合,在所述柔性屏组件卷曲过程中不工作。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述支架远离所述第二滚轴一端的可移动框,所述可移动框与所述第一固定框配合形成用于容纳所述滑卷组件以及柔性屏组件的容纳空间,所述容纳空间的开口朝向所述可视区。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏终端,其特征在于,所述第二固定框固定于所述第一固定框或固定于所述支架。
