活动房是一种以轻钢为骨架,以夹芯板为围护材料,以标准模数系列进行空间组合,构件采用螺栓连接,全新概念的环保经济型活动房屋,使临时房屋进入了一个系列化开发、集成化生产、配套化供应、可库存和可多次周转使用的定型产品领域;
但是活动房的框架结构组装和拆卸耗费时间较长,需要的人工成本高,且移动运输时需要将活动房的框架结构完全拆卸,拆卸过程中容易造成组件损坏,不利于使用,因此需要一种不需要 拆卸便可完成移动运输的活动房框架结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决背景技术中的问题,提供一种折叠扩展房的框架结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种折叠扩展房的框架结构,包括主体前框架,所述主体前框架的底部卡接有主体底框架,所述主体底框架远离主体前框架的一端顶部卡接有主体后框架,所述主体前框架的顶部卡接有主体顶框架,主体顶框架的内侧卡接有顶面网框架,所述主体底框架的内侧卡接有底面网框架,所述主体底框架的侧面设有展开底框架,所述展开底框架远离主体底框架的一侧设有展开立板框架,所述主体顶框架的侧面设有展开顶框架,所述展开底框架的底部螺栓连接有支脚,所述主体底框架的两侧、主体顶框架的两侧和展开底框架的两侧均螺栓连接有合页门轴。
其中,所述展开底框架通过合页门轴连接在主体底框架的两侧,所述展开顶框架通过合页门轴连接在主体顶框架的两侧,所述展开立板框架通过合页门轴连接在展开底框架的一侧。
其中,所述主体前框架、主体底框架、主体后框架、主体顶 框架、顶面网框架和底面网框架均采用方形钢管。
其中,所述展开底框架、展开立板框架和展开顶框架采用L型钢板折弯件。
其中,所述展开底框架的宽度和长度等于展开立板框架的宽度和长度,所述展开底框架的宽度小于主体前框架的高度。
其中,所述展开顶框架的内侧通过转轴连接有支撑杆,所述展开顶框架的表面对应支撑杆的位置开设有矩形孔。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型中,展开时,先将主体顶框架两侧的展开顶框架旋转展开,将支撑杆通过螺栓固定在主体前框架和主体后框架的侧面,保证展开顶框架的位置固定,然后转动展开底框架,当展开底框架旋转至水平位置时,在转动展开立板框架,使展开立板框架旋转至竖直位置,再将展开立板框架和展开顶框架卡接,完成折叠扩展房的搭建,展开后的折叠扩展房体积大,适合居家使用,折叠后的折叠扩展房体积小,便于运输,折叠过程中不需要拆卸组件。
2、本实用新型中,支撑杆、主体前框架(主体后框架)和展 开顶框架可以组成稳定的三角形结构,使折叠扩展房的内部结构更加稳定,支撑杆可以支撑展开顶框架,保证展开底框架和展开立板框架在折叠时,展开顶框架位置固定,提高了折叠扩展房折叠时的安全性。

参照图1-3,一种折叠扩展房的框架结构,包括主体前框架1, 主体前框架1的底部卡接有主体底框架2,主体底框架2远离主体前框架1的一端顶部卡接有主体后框架3,主体前框架1的顶部卡接有主体顶框架4,主体顶框架4的内侧卡接有顶面网框架9,主体底框架2的内侧卡接有底面网框架10,主体底框架2的侧面设有展开底框架6,展开底框架6远离主体底框架2的一侧设有展开立板框架7,主体顶框架4的侧面设有展开顶框架8,展开底框架6的底部螺栓连接有支脚11,主体底框架2的两侧、主体顶框架4的两侧和展开底框架6的两侧均螺栓连接有合页门轴5,展开底框架6通过合页门轴5连接在主体底框架2的两侧,展开顶框架8通过合页门轴5连接在主体顶框架4的两侧,展开立板框架7通过合页门轴5连接在展开底框架6的一侧,主体前框架1、主体底框架2、主体后框架3、主体顶框架4、顶面网框架9和底面网框架10均采用方形钢管,展开底框架6、展开立板框架7和展开顶框架8采用L型钢板折弯件。
通过采用上述技术方案:
展开时,先将主体顶框架4两侧的展开顶框架8旋转展开,将支撑杆12通过螺栓固定在主体前框架1和主体后框架3的侧面,保证展开顶框架8的位置固定,然后转动展开底框架6,当 展开底框架6旋转至水平位置时,在转动展开立板框架7,使展开立板框架7旋转至竖直位置,再将展开立板框架7和展开顶框架8卡接,完成折叠扩展房的搭建。
展开底框架6的宽度和长度等于展开立板框架7的宽度和长度,展开底框架6的宽度小于主体前框架1的高度,展开顶框架8的内侧通过转轴连接有支撑杆12,展开顶框架8的表面对应支撑杆12的位置开设有矩形孔。
通过采用上述技术方案:
支撑杆12、主体前框架1主体后框架3和展开顶框架8可以组成稳定的三角形结构,使折叠扩展房的内部结构更加稳定,支撑杆12可以支撑展开顶框架8,保证展开底框架6和展开立板框架7在折叠时,展开顶框架8位置固定,提高了折叠扩展房折叠时的安全性。
工作原理,参照图1-3,展开时,先将主体顶框架4两侧的展开顶框架8旋转展开,将支撑杆12通过螺栓固定在主体前框架1和主体后框架3的侧面,保证展开顶框架8的位置固定,然后转动展开底框架6,当展开底框架6旋转至水平位置时,在转动展开立板框架7,使展开立板框架7旋转至竖直位置,再将展开 立板框架7和展开顶框架8卡接,完成折叠扩展房的搭建,折叠时,首先将展开立板框架7旋转至展开底框架6的顶面,再将展开底框架6旋转至竖直位置,最后放下展开顶框架8,完成折叠扩展房的折叠。
