Е. In the course of multi-pass arc welding, the transformation of austenite, the formation of the structure and properties of various zones of the welded joint occurs under conditions of high-cycle heating and cooling [Efimenko LA, Kapustin OE, Merkulova AO, Vyshemirsky D.Ye. It is known that multipass arc welding allows you to regulate welding thermal cycles to obtain a more favorable structural state of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the welded joint [Efimenko L.A., Kapustin O.E., Merkulova A.O., Vyshemirsky D.E. In multi-pass welding, the metal of the root weld and each of the filling seams during multi-pass welding undergoes repeated heating and cooling during subsequent seams, which affects the change in the properties of hardening structures formed in the metal of welded joints.
Н. Э. 2007. - 748.]It should be noted that in arc welding, the distribution of energy over the cross section of the electric arc obeys the law of normal distribution, therefore, the contribution of energy over the cross section of the seam during the formation of the welded joint will be uneven [Konovalov A. V., Nerovny V. M., Kurkin A. S., Theory welding processes: textbook for universities, ed. V. M. Nerovny - Moscow: Publishing house of MSTU im. N. E. Bauman, 2007. - 748.]
Uneven distribution of energy over the cross section of the electric arc reduces the accuracy of control of the welding thermal cycle and the process of thermal cycling of the welded joint when filling the joints.
Г. — 664 с.].Laser welding, in comparison with arc welding, has a number of significant technological advantages [Grigoryants, A.G. Technological processes of laser processing: textbook / A.G. Grigoryants, I.N. Shiganov, A.I. Misyurov; edited by A.G. Grigoryants. - M .: MGTU im. Bauman, 2006. - 664 p.].
High stability of the laser radiation power, accurate dosage of energy, high value of the concentration factor of the laser welding power source, the ability to oscillate the laser beam at a high frequency and speed (an order of magnitude or more higher than the frequency and speed of the electric arc oscillation) opens up great potential for more precise control of the welding thermal cycle and the process of thermal cycling of the welded joint in comparison with arc welding.
–2015. –№1. С.87-92]. The metal of the seam being formed perceives the laser energy source as uniform with high-frequency oscillation of the laser beam [Sitnikov I.V. Application of electron beam oscillation in electron beam welding // Master's journal. –2015. –№ 1. P.87-92].
The geometry of the shape of the laser beam oscillation has a significant effect on the control of the distribution of energy input in order to obtain uniform penetration of the weld bead and the formation of an energy distribution over the cross section of the laser beam, excluding overheating in the center of the weld.
The known method of consumable electrode arc welding of pipelines from high-strength pipes with controlled heat input RU 2563793 C1. According to this method, the edges of the connecting pipe ends for welding are prepared with the ratio of the total groove width to the thickness of the welded elements from 1.2 to 2.0, which corresponds to a wide slot groove characteristic of all types of electric arc welding and corresponding to the concentration coefficient of electric arc welding sources energy.
A wide gap groove is characterized by higher values of heat input into the welded joint in comparison with a narrow gap groove.
In multi-pass welding of high-strength steels, the welding thermal cycle and thermal cycling determine the mechanical properties of the welded joint and largely depend on the magnitude and accuracy of heat input into the metal (heat input). High heat input reduces the strength characteristics of welded joints. To ensure the standard values of the mechanical properties of the welded joint, it is necessary to limit the value of the maximum heat input and to exclude the formation of hardening martensitic structures.
Therefore, the main criterion for obtaining a high-quality welded joint from high-strength steels in multi-pass welding is minimizing the heat input into the welded joint and optimizing the parameters of the thermal welding cycle.

The problem to be solved by the invention is to obtain a welded joint of equal strength with the base metal.
The technical result that can be obtained with the implementation of the present invention consists in more accurate regulation of welding thermal cycles to obtain a favorable structural state of the weld and the heat-affected zone of the welded joint, reduce the number of hardening structures and obtain values of hardness and toughness corresponding to the requirements of regulatory documents PJSC Gazprom.

The studies carried out have shown that the penetration depth when applying beads and, accordingly, the mixing coefficient significantly depend on the shape of the laser beam scanning geometry. Investigations of thermal cycling with a single-roll overlay of layers in the process of laser welding for all spatial positions showed that each subsequent layer does not lead to overheating of the weld metal and HAZ of the previous one. ... As a result, in contrast to arc welding, multilayer laser welding with heating has an insignificant effect on the structural changes in the weld and HAZ of the previous layers and forms a bainite structure with a small amount of ferrite in the HAZ seam in different spatial positions, in contrast to arc welding, which forms in structure of ferrite and ferrite-carbide mixture.
Oscillation of the laser beam in a certain frequency range makes it possible to form a uniform thermal input during the formation of a weld and, accordingly, to more accurately control the cooling rate of the welded joint metal in the heat-affected zone in the temperature range of diffusive decomposition of austenite to speeds below critical and the formation of a predominantly bainite structure in the heat-affected zone of the heat-affected zone with a minimum content of the martensite phase, providing a given set of mechanical properties of the welded joint.
