现有计量型注射笔虽能达到定量输出药剂液的功能,或进一步具备操作省力的功能,但是,现有注射器于其所组装的药剂瓶中的药剂用完后,因注射器中的推送机构不具备重回起始状态的功能,造成现有注射器均丢弃处理,无法重复再利用。

如上所述的注射器中,该卡匣套包括一匣套本体,该匣套本体的周壁设有至少一观视窗,该匣套本体的后端具有一连接部,该匣套本体的周壁于该连接部的前端具有一限位凸缘,该连接部的外周面形成多个卡接凸粒,该外壳的前端为一匣套结合部,该匣套结合部的内周壁形成多个L形卡接槽,所述L形卡接槽包括平行于该中心轴的一直槽段与连接于该直槽段的后端的一横向段,该卡匣套的后端的连接部置入该外壳的前端的匣套结合部内部时,所述卡接凸粒能沿着所述L形卡接槽的直槽段移动,再旋入所述横向段的末端定位,使该卡匣套组接定位于该外壳的前端。
如上所述的注射器中,该外壳的内周壁具有至少一螺旋导条;该螺旋推送组件包括一驱动螺管、一离合套管及一输出钮;其中:

如上所述的注射器中,该外壳的周壁后段设有一刻度观视窗口,该驱动螺管的外周壁形成平行于该驱动螺旋导槽的一螺旋刻度部,该螺旋刻度部具有多个刻度线,并能通过该外壳的刻度观视窗口显示该螺旋刻度部的刻度线。
本发明可达成的有益功效是,该注射器于使用时,该注射机构除能于其前端连接药剂瓶,并通过该注射器的整体组成构造,使该注射机构能被手动触发而执行该注射模式与该备用模式的变换,其中,于注射机构的该斜张钮被触发而朝后移动时,即能带动多个逆止棘轮弹扣啮合该外壳的单向棘轮部而呈注射模式,使其具备多次药剂液定量输出功能,待注射机构前端组设的药剂瓶内所有药剂液用完,药剂瓶取下,该注射机构能手动触发该斜张钮朝前移动,使所述逆止棘轮弹扣脱离该外壳的单向棘轮部而呈该备用模式,进而使计量螺杆能直接手动朝后推回原位,同时驱动计量导套逆向旋转,并将总量管制螺帽朝后推回至计量导套的起始满量位置,使该注射器能重复再使用。
本发明注射器还能进一步使用卡匣套对注射机构执行注射模式与备用模式的变换作为触发元件,该卡匣套兼具装设药剂瓶及组设针头部件的功能,并该卡匣套装设于注射机构的外壳前端时,即能自动推动该斜张钮朝后移动而带动该多个逆止棘轮弹扣啮合该外壳的单向棘轮部呈注射模式,且在该卡匣套自注射机构的外壳前端拆下时,该斜张钮能朝前移动,使所述逆止棘轮弹扣脱离该外壳的单向棘轮部而呈备用模式。
本发明注射器还能进一步使该外壳前端内部设有导环,该导环与该活动空间的周壁 之间具有间距,且该导环于其内环壁设有至少一导引凸块;该计量螺杆的螺杆本体具有通过该螺杆螺纹部且平行该中心轴的一轴向导槽,所述轴向导槽与该外壳的导环内的导引凸块配合,借此,于当药剂瓶内所有药剂液用完时,使用者将卡匣套及其内的药剂瓶自外壳前端拆下,计量导套的逆止棘轮弹扣脱离外壳的单向棘轮部而解除其逆止功能时,计量螺杆的轴向导槽能位于对准外壳的导环内的导引凸块的位置,使原伸出外壳的计量螺杆能直接沿着中心轴的方向朝后快速推回原位,并驱动计量导套逆向旋转,以及将总量管制螺帽沿着中心轴的方向朝后推回至计量导套的起始满量位置,增进其使用的简便性。
本发明注射器还能进一步使该螺旋推送组件包括一驱动螺管、一离合套管及一输出钮;其中,该驱动螺管能螺旋运动地螺设于该外壳内,该驱动螺管于其螺管通道的前区段形成导引曲面,该离合套管能螺旋运动地穿设于该驱动螺管的螺管通道中,该离合套管后端伸出外壳后端外侧且组接输出钮,该离合套管于其套管本体前端设有多个弹性扣爪,多个弹性扣爪具有径向张开与内缩的弹性,当该离合套管相对于驱动螺管往前位移时,多个弹性扣爪能为该驱动螺管前端的导引曲面推挤而径向收合夹持该计量导套,使计量导套、离合套管与驱动螺管能一同旋转,且多个弹性扣能沿着该导引曲面朝后弹回原位而张开释放计量导套,借此,使计量导套与该螺旋推送组件之间的离合具备良好的动作顺畅性且精确性。
本发明注射器还能进一步于该外壳的周壁设置一刻度观视窗口,该驱动螺管的外周壁形成平行于该驱动螺旋导槽的一螺旋刻度部,该螺旋刻度部具有多个刻度线,并能通过该外壳的刻度观视窗口显示该螺旋刻度部的刻度线,使驱动螺管能以单一部件兼具驱动及剂量刻度表示功能。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及本发明的优选实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
请配合参看图1及图2所示,依据前揭发明内容的记载,本发明注射器能组设一内装有药剂液的药剂瓶3与连接于该药剂瓶3前端的一针头部件3A,提供一种用于执行药剂液注射功能的器具。所述药剂瓶3及所述针头部件3A均为已知物件,所述药剂瓶3内部除了装有药剂液,还装有推挤药剂液输出的活塞3C。
如图1及图2所示,本发明该注射器主要包括一注射机构2,该注射机构2具备一注射模式与一备用模式,该注射机构2能由使用者直接手动触发或通过一触发元件间接手动触发而执行所述注射模式与所述备用模式的变换。
于图1及图2所示的较佳实施例中,该注射器使用一卡匣套1作为注射机构2变换模式的触发元件,通过该卡匣套1结合注射机构2的前端而触发注射机构2自备用模式变换至注射模式,当卡匣套1自注射机构2的前端拆下时,注射机构2能自动变换为备用模式。但本发明注射器中,用于触发注射机构2变换模式的触发元件不以前述卡匣套1为限。
为便于本发明注射器的具体结构说明,以下是以图1及图2的较佳实施例为例提出说明。本发明注射器定义有前后轴向延伸的一中心轴A,该注射机构2包括一外壳20、一螺旋推送组件2A、一计量导套60、一总量管制螺帽70、一斜张钮80以及一计量螺杆90。以下分别就前述每一部件说明其构造。
如图1至图5以及图6至图8所示,该外壳20中具有沿着该中心轴A方向贯通的一活动空间200,该外壳20的活动空间200中形成一单向棘轮部23,该单向棘轮部23具有多个单斜向棘齿,且该多个单斜向棘齿相对于该中心轴A的预定顺向旋转方向呈旋 转对称排列,该外壳20的前端能拆组地连接所述药剂瓶3。
如图1至图5以及图6至图8所示,该外壳20的活动空间200内部相对单向棘轮部23的前方还设有一导环22,该导环22与该活动空间200的周壁之间具有间距。于本较佳实施例中,该导环22的外周面通过多个支臂24连接活动空间200的周壁,使导环22与活动空间200的周壁之间维持预定的间距,该导环22的内环壁设有至少一导引凸块221。于本较佳实施例中,该导环22的内环壁中设有相对于该中心轴A呈径向对称的两导引凸块221。该外壳20于活动空间200的后段周壁设有一条或多条螺旋导条25。
如图2至图4以及图6至图10所示,该螺旋推送组件2A能沿着该中心轴A方向螺旋运动地装设于该外壳20的活动空间200中,该螺旋推送组件2A伸出该外壳20的后端外侧,并能被按压而产生螺旋推进力量。于本较佳实施例中,该螺旋推送组件2A包括一驱动螺管30、一离合套管40及一输出钮50。
如图2至图4以及图6至图10所示,该驱动螺管30能螺旋运动地装设于该外壳20的活动空间中,该驱动螺管30内具有沿着该中心轴A方向贯通的一螺管通道31,螺管通道31的前端区段形成由后朝前偏向该中心轴A倾斜的一导引曲面32,即螺管通道31位于驱动螺管30的前端区段形成由后往前口径递减的曲面型态。该驱动螺管30的外周壁形成一驱动螺旋导槽33,该驱动螺旋导槽33的螺距依据注射器预定注射药剂液的剂量大小而设定,且该驱动螺旋导槽33与该外壳20内的螺旋导条25螺合,该驱动螺管30的后端具有较大外径的一螺管后端部34,该螺管后端部34伸出该外壳20的后端外侧,且螺管后端部34能受到外壳20后端的限位而限制其移动行程。
如图3及图4所示,该外壳20的周壁设置一刻度观视窗口26,该驱动螺管30的外周壁形成平行于该驱动螺旋导槽33的一螺旋刻度部35,该螺旋刻度部35具有多个刻度线(图未示),并能通过该外壳20的刻度观视窗口26显示该螺旋刻度部35的刻度线,并使驱动螺管30兼具驱动及剂量刻度显示功能。
如图2至图4以及图6至图8所示,该离合套管40穿设于该驱动螺管30的螺管通道31中且能相对于该驱动螺管30直线运动。该离合套管40包括一套管本体41、设于该套管本体41前端的多个弹性扣爪42,以及位于该套管本体41后端的一组接端部43,该套管本体41中形成沿着该中心轴A方向由前往后延伸的一套管通道44,该套管通道44的周壁具有平行于该中心轴的至少一套管导引槽部45,该多个弹性扣爪42具有径向张开与内缩的弹性,当离合套管40相对于驱动螺管30往前位移时,该多个弹性扣爪42能为驱动螺管30前端的导引曲面32推挤而径向收合,并能沿着导引曲面32朝后弹回 原位而张开。于本较佳实施例中,所述弹性扣爪42的内侧面为一扣合面421,所述扣合面421具有沿着前后方向延伸的多个直条纹。
该输出钮50位于该外壳20的后端外侧,且该输出钮50枢接该离合套管40后端的组接端部43,该输出钮50用于提供使用者操作的部件。
如图2至图4以及图6至图11所示,该计量导套60能定点旋转地枢设于外壳20中,且穿设于该驱动螺管30与该离合套管40的内部,并能为离合套管40的多个弹性扣爪42选择性夹持,当驱动螺管30的导引曲面32带动离合套管40的弹性扣爪42收合夹持计量导套60的状态下,计量导套60与离合套管40、驱动螺管30三者能一同旋转,该计量导套60包括一导套本体61以及多个逆止棘轮弹扣62,该导套本体61中具有沿着该中心轴A方向贯通的一导套中孔63,该导套本体61前端具有一导套前端部64,导套前端部64枢接于外壳20的导环22中,导套中孔63位于该导套前端部64的区段的内周壁具有至少一螺旋部65,该导套本体61的后段外周面形成一导套螺纹部66,所述导套螺纹部66的螺距小于该驱动螺管30的驱动螺旋导槽33的螺距。该导套本体61于导套前端部64与导套螺纹部66之间的外周面形成一接合面67,所述接合面67具有平行于中心轴A的多个直条纹,所述接合面67的直条纹与所述弹性扣爪42的扣合面421的直条纹相匹配,该多个逆止棘轮弹扣62成形于该导套前端部64外侧面,该多个逆止棘轮弹扣62均呈弯曲状且相对于该中心轴A的预定顺向旋转方向呈旋转对称排列,且该多个逆止棘轮弹扣62能受控与该外壳20的单向棘轮部23离合。当所述逆止棘轮弹扣62啮合外壳20的单向棘轮部23时,该计量导套60仅能被驱动顺向旋转而不能逆向旋转,即呈所述注射模式,当所述逆止棘轮弹扣62脱离外壳20的单向棘轮部23时,即解除逆止功能,则该计量导套60能自由地顺向或逆向旋转,即呈所述备用模式。于本较佳实施例中,所述逆止棘轮弹扣62前端面具有朝前凸伸的一翼片621。
如图2至图4以及图6至图8所示,该总量管制螺帽70能沿中心轴A方向直线运动地装设于该驱动螺管30的螺管通道31内,且该总量管制螺帽70螺接于该计量导套60,该总量管制螺帽70于该计量导套60的导套螺纹部66上所能移动的距离总长对应于所述药剂瓶3内的活塞3C所能移动距离,用以管制药剂瓶3所能输出的药剂液总量。于本较佳实施例中,该总量管制螺帽70中具有内螺孔,且螺设于计量导套60的导套本体61后段的导套螺纹部66,该总量管制螺帽70外周面具有凸缘71,所述凸缘71与该离合套管40的套管通道44内的套管导引槽部45相配合。
如图2至图4以及图6至图10所示,该斜张钮80能沿着该中心轴A方向移动地装 设于该外壳20的前端内,该斜张钮80能被带动而改变所述逆止棘轮弹扣62相对于该外壳20的单向棘轮部23的离合状态而变换该注射模式与该备用模式。
于本较佳实施例中,该斜张钮80装设于该外壳20前端的匣套结合部21内,且该斜张钮80通过该外壳20前端的活动空间200的周壁与该导环22外周缘之间的空间,该斜张钮80中具有沿中心轴A贯穿的一内孔81,且斜张钮80具有由后往前尺寸递增的一圆锥曲面82,所述圆锥曲面82后段接触逆止棘轮弹扣62的翼片621,当斜张钮80受力朝后位移时,该斜张钮80能借其圆锥曲面82的径向斜张的推力驱动计量导套60的逆止棘轮弹扣62径向扩张,而使逆止棘轮弹扣62与外壳20的单向棘轮部23相啮合。当斜张钮80未受力时,能使逆止棘轮弹扣62借其本身的弹性收合而脱离该外壳20的单向棘轮部23,并能推抵该斜张钮80的圆锥曲面82而使斜张钮80朝前位移复位。
如图2至图4以及图6至图10所示,该计量螺杆90穿设于该斜张钮80与该外壳20的导环22,且该计量螺杆90螺设于该计量导套60内,并能被驱动沿着该中心轴A方向直线移动,该计量螺杆90包括一螺杆本体91以及设于该螺杆本体91前端的一螺杆前端部92,螺杆本体91外周面具有一螺杆螺纹部93,并具有通过螺杆螺纹部93且平行中心轴A的至少一轴向导槽94,螺杆螺纹部93与计量导套60的导套前端部64内的螺旋部65螺接配合,所述轴向导槽94与该外壳20的导环22内的导引凸块221配合,该螺杆前端部92位于外壳20的导环22前方与斜张钮80的前方,使计量导套60的螺旋运动能驱动计量螺杆90于外壳20中沿着中心轴A方向直线移动,用以推抵药剂瓶3内的活塞3C执行所述药剂瓶3的药剂液定量输出,当该注射机构2处于备用模式时,伸出该外壳20前端外的该计量螺杆90能沿着该中心轴A方向朝后直线运动地收合至该外壳20内。
当本发明注射器使用卡匣套1作为注射机构2变换模式的触发元件时,如图1至图2所示,该卡匣套1能容置该药剂瓶3及装设连接该药剂瓶3的该针头部件3A,并能拆组地连接该注射机构2。于本较佳实施例中,该卡匣套1中具有沿着该中心轴A方向贯通的一容置空间100,且该卡匣套1包括一匣套本体10,该匣套本体10的前端具有一针头结合部11,且该匣套本体10的后端具有一连接部12,该容置空间100于该卡匣套1的前端及后端均形成开口,药剂瓶3能拆组地装设于该卡匣套1的容置空间中定位,针头部件3A能拆组地套设于该针头结合部11,该匣套本体10后端的连接部12则能拆组地连接该注射机构2。
如图1至图5以及图6至图8所示,于本较佳实施例中,该针头结合部11外周面 设有螺纹,该针头部件3A螺接组设于该针头结合部11,该匣套本体10的周壁于连接部12的前端具有一限位凸缘13。该匣套本体10的周壁还可设置连通容置空间100的一个或多个观视窗14,提供使用者观视位于卡匣套1内的药剂瓶3的药剂液容量。
如图1至图5以及图6至图8所示,该外壳20的前端具有一匣套结合部21,该卡匣套1后端的连接部12可拆组地连接该外壳20的匣套结合部21,该外壳20前端的匣套结合部21与该卡匣套1后端的连接部12之间的组合构造可为卡接或螺接等组合构造,于本较佳实施例中,揭示该外壳20前端的匣套结合部21与卡匣套1后端的连接部12之间的组合构造为卡接组合构造,其中,于该卡匣套1后端的连接部12的外周面形成多个卡接凸粒15,于该外壳20前端的匣套结合部21的内周壁形成多个L形卡接槽211,所述L形卡接槽211包括平行于中心轴A的直槽段与连接于直槽段后端的横向段,使卡匣套1后端的连接部12置入外壳20前端的匣套结合部21内部时,卡接凸粒15沿着L形卡接槽211的直槽段移动后,再旋转卡匣套1一角度,卡接凸粒15即卡接定位于L形卡接槽211的横向段末端,使卡匣套1固定于外壳20的前端。
如图1所示,该注射器还可进一步包括一护盖4,该护盖4能套设于装有药剂瓶3与针头部件3A的卡匣套1外侧,用以防护装有针头部件的药剂瓶3,此外,该针头部件3A也可以套设一针头护套3B,用以避免针头外露,确保使用安全性。
关于本发明注射器的使用情形,以图1及图2所示的注射器较佳实施例为例,请配合参看图13、图14结合图6至图8、图12所示,将具有满量药剂液的药剂瓶3装设于卡匣套1后,以卡匣套1后端的连接部12置入注射机构2的外壳20前端的匣套结合部21中组合,并通过卡匣套1的限位凸缘13抵靠在外壳20的前端限位,同时利用卡匣套1的后端推压斜张钮80朝后移动,进而利用斜张钮80的圆锥曲面82推抵计量导套60的逆止棘轮弹扣62径向扩张,并与外壳20的单向棘轮部23相啮合而呈注射模式,并开启注射器的计量设定模式。
如图15、图16结合图6至图8所示,当卡匣套1前端装上针头部件3A,即能执行人体的药剂注射,其中,由使用者按压螺旋推送组件2A后端的输出钮50,同时通过输出钮50推抵离合套管40往前行进,当离合套管40前端的弹性扣爪42受驱动螺管30前端的导引曲面32的推挤作用下,弹性扣爪42收合并夹持计量导套60,使驱动螺管30、离合套管40与计量导套60三者同动顺向旋转,其中,通过螺旋推送组件2A的驱动螺管30外周面的驱动螺旋导槽33与外壳20内周壁的螺旋导条25的螺合构造,驱动螺管30于外壳20内部朝前螺旋行进时,且驱动螺管30的旋转圈数等于离合套管40驱 动总量管制螺帽70于计量导套60上旋转的圈数,计量导套60因斜张钮80推压限位,而使计量导套60扩张的逆止棘轮弹扣62与外壳20的单向棘轮部23相啮合,计量导套60仅能于外壳20内定点旋转,并在驱动计量螺杆90朝前直线移动,进而推顶药剂瓶3内活塞而执行定量药剂液输出。
如图17、图18结合图6至图8所示,当使用者完成一次定量药剂输出注射动作后,释放螺旋推送组件2A后端的输出钮50,离合套管40前端的弹性扣爪42受驱动螺管30前端的导引曲面32的导引作用,离合套管40能朝后弹回,并使弹性扣爪42张开而释放计量导套60,如此,螺旋推送组件2A即能朝后拉动,执行下一次定量药剂液输出的注射动作。
如图19至图21结合图6至图8所示,当使用多次后,药剂瓶3内所有药剂液用完,使用者将卡匣套1及其内的药剂瓶3自外壳20前端拆下,此时,原卡匣套1作用于斜张钮80上的力量已去除,斜张钮80即在计量导套60的逆止棘轮弹扣62内缩的回复弹力作用下,斜张钮80被朝前推回原位,而计量导套60因逆止棘轮弹扣62脱离外壳20的单向棘轮部23而解除其逆止功能,并变换为备用模式,此时,计量螺杆90的轴向导槽94位于对准外壳20的导环22内的导引凸块221的位置,原伸出外壳20的计量螺杆90即直接沿着中心轴的方向朝后推回原位,同时通过计量导套60逆向旋转,并将总量管制螺帽70沿着中心轴A方向朝后推回至计量导套60的起始满量位置。如此,使该注射器能重复再使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种注射器,其能拆组地组接具有药剂液的一药剂瓶与连接于所述药剂瓶的前端的一针头部件,其特征在于:所述注射器定义有前后轴向延伸的一中心轴且所述注射器包括一注射机构,所述注射机构具备一注射模式与一备用模式,并且所述注射机构能被手动触发而执行所述注射模式与所述备用模式的变换,所述注射机构包括:
    一外壳,其具有沿着所述中心轴的方向贯通的一活动空间,所述外壳的前端能拆组地连接所述药剂瓶,所述外壳的活动空间的前段周壁形成一单向棘轮部;
    一螺旋推送组件,其能沿着所述中心轴的方向螺旋运动地装设于所述外壳的活动空间中,所述螺旋推送组件伸出所述外壳的后端外侧,并且所述螺旋推送组件能被按压而产生螺旋推进力量;
    一计量导套,其能定点旋转地装设于所述外壳中,且所述计量导套穿设于所述螺旋推送组件中,并且所述计量导套能受控结合所述螺旋推送组件一同旋转,所述计量导套包括一导套本体以及多个逆止棘轮弹扣,所述导套本体中具有一导套中孔以及位于所述导套中孔的内周壁的至少一螺旋部,所述导套本体的后段外周面形成一导套螺纹部,所述导套本体的前端具有一导套前端部,多个所述逆止棘轮弹扣成形于所述导套前端部的外侧面,当多个所述逆止棘轮弹扣受控啮合所述外壳的单向棘轮部时,所述计量导套仅能被驱动顺向旋转而呈所述注射模式,当所述逆止棘轮弹扣脱离所述外壳的单向棘轮部时,所述计量导套能顺向与逆向旋转而呈所述备用模式;
    一总量管制螺帽,其能沿着所述中心轴的方向直线运动地装设于所述螺旋推送组件内,且所述总量管制螺帽螺接于所述计量导套后段的导套螺纹部;
    一斜张钮,其能沿着所述中心轴的方向移动地装设于所述外壳的前端内,所述斜张钮能被带动而改变所述逆止棘轮弹扣相对于所述外壳的单向棘轮部的离合状态而变换所述注射模式与所述备用模式;以及
    一计量螺杆,其穿设于所述斜张钮与所述外壳内,且所述计量螺杆螺设于所述计量导套内,所述计量螺杆包括具有螺杆螺纹部的一螺杆本体,并且所述螺杆本体以所述螺杆螺纹部与所述计量导套内的螺旋部螺接配合,所述螺杆本体的前端伸出所述斜张钮的前方,所述计量导套的螺旋运动能驱动所述计量螺杆于所述外壳中沿着所述中心轴的方向直线移动,用以执行所述药剂瓶的药剂液定量输出,当所述注射机构处于备用模式时,所述计量螺杆能沿着所述中心轴朝后直线运动地收合至所述外壳内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述注射器包括一卡匣套,所述卡匣套中具有沿所述中心轴的方向贯通的一容置空间,所述卡匣套能拆组地组设所述药剂瓶,且所述卡匣套的前端能拆组地组接所述针头部件,所述卡匣套能组设于所述注射机构的外壳的前端,且所述卡匣套能触发所述斜张钮朝后移动并带动多个所述逆止棘轮弹扣啮合所述外壳的单向棘轮部呈所述注射模式,且在所述卡匣套自注射机构的外壳的前端拆下时,所述斜张钮能朝前移动,使所述逆止棘轮弹扣脱离所述外壳的单向棘轮部而呈所述备用模式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述卡匣套包括一匣套本体,所述匣套本体的周壁设有至少一观视窗,所述匣套本体的后端具有一连接部,所述匣套本体的周壁于所述连接部的前端具有一限位凸缘,所述连接部的外周面形成多个卡接凸粒,所述外壳的前端为一匣套结合部,所述匣套结合部的内周壁形成多个L形卡接槽,所述L形卡接槽包括平行于所述中心轴的一直槽段与连接于所述直槽段的后端的一横向段,所述卡匣套的后端的连接部置入所述外壳的前端的匣套结合部内部时,所述卡接凸粒能沿着所述L形卡接槽的直槽段移动再旋入所述横向段的末端定位,使所述卡匣套组接定位于所述外壳的前端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述外壳的前端内部设有一导环,所述导环的外周面以多个支臂连接所述活动空间的周壁,所述导环与所述活动空间的周壁之间具有间距,所述导环的内环壁设有至少一导引凸块;所述计量螺杆的螺杆本体具有至少一通过所述螺杆螺纹部且平行所述中心轴的轴向导槽,所述轴向导槽与所述外壳的导环内的导引凸块配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述逆止棘轮弹扣的前端面具有朝前凸伸的一翼片,所述斜张钮的圆锥曲面接触逆止棘轮弹扣的翼片,使所述斜张钮的圆锥曲面能通过所述翼片推动所述逆止棘轮弹扣啮合所述外壳的单向棘轮部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述注射器包括一卡匣套,所述卡匣套中具有沿所述中心轴的方向贯通的一容置空间,所述卡匣套能拆组地组设所述药剂瓶,且所述卡匣套的前端能拆组地组接所述针头部件,所述卡匣套能组设于所述注射机构的外壳前端,且所述卡匣套能触发所述斜张钮朝后移动而带动多个所述逆止棘轮弹扣啮合所述外壳的单向棘轮部呈所述注射模式,当所述卡匣套自注射机构的外壳前端拆下时,所述斜张钮能朝前移动,使所述逆止棘轮弹扣脱离所述外壳的单向棘轮部而呈所述备用模式。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述卡匣套包括一匣套本体,所述匣套本体的周壁设有至少一观视窗,所述匣套本体的后端具有一连接部,所述匣套本体的周壁于所述连接部的前端具有一限位凸缘,所述连接部的外周面形成多个卡接凸粒,所述外壳的前端为一匣套结合部,所述匣套结合部的内周壁形成多个L形卡接槽,所述L形卡接槽包括平行于所述中心轴的一直槽段与连接于所述直槽段的后端的一横向段,所述卡匣套的后端的连接部置入所述外壳的前端的匣套结合部内部时,所述卡接凸粒能沿着所述L形卡接槽的直槽段移动再旋入所述横向段的末端定位,使所述卡匣套组接定位于所述外壳的前端。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述外壳的内周壁具有至少一螺旋导条;所述螺旋推送组件包括一驱动螺管、一离合套管及一输出钮;其中:
    所述驱动螺管能螺旋运动地装设于所述外壳的活动空间中,所述驱动螺管内具有沿着所述中心轴的方向贯通的一螺管通道,所述螺管通道的前端区段形成由后朝前偏向所述中心轴倾斜的一导引曲面,所述驱动螺管的外周壁形成一驱动螺旋导槽,且所述驱动螺旋导槽与所述外壳的螺旋导条螺合,所述驱动螺管的后端具有一螺管后端部,所述螺管后端部伸出所述外壳的后端外侧,且所述螺管后端部能受到所述外壳的后端的限位;
    所述离合套管穿设于所述驱动螺管的螺管通道中且所述离合套管能相对于所述驱动螺管直线运动,所述离合套管包括一套管本体、设于所述套管本体的前端的多个弹性扣爪,以及位于所述套管本体的后端的一组接端部,所述套管本体中形成沿着所述中心轴的方向延伸的一套管通道,所述套管通道的周壁具有平行于所述中心轴的至少一套管导引槽部,多个所述弹性扣爪具有能径向张开与内缩的弹性,当所述离合套管相对于驱动螺管往前位移时,多个所述弹性扣爪能为所述驱动螺管的前端的导引曲面推挤而径向收合,并且多个所述弹性扣爪能沿着所述导引曲面朝后弹回原位而张开;
    所述输出钮位于所述外壳的后方外侧,且所述输出钮枢接所述离合套管的后端的组接端部;
    所述计量导套穿设于所述驱动螺管与所述离合套管的内部,并且所述计量导套能为所述离合套管的多个弹性扣爪夹持;
    所述总量管制螺帽的外周面具有至少一凸缘,所述凸缘与所述离合套管的套管导引槽部相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述弹性扣爪的内侧面为一扣合面,所述扣合面具有沿着前后方向延伸的多个直条纹;所述计量导套的导套本体于所述导套 前端部与所述导套螺纹部之间的外周面形成一接合面,所述接合面具有平行于所述中心轴的多个直条纹,所述接合面的直条纹与所述弹性扣爪的扣合面的直条纹相匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述外壳的周壁后段设有一刻度观视窗口,所述驱动螺管的外周壁形成平行于所述驱动螺旋导槽的一螺旋刻度部,所述螺旋刻度部具有多个刻度线,并能通过所述外壳的刻度观视窗口显示所述螺旋刻度部的刻度线。
