INTELLIGENT ACCESSORIES SYSTEM FOR DISINFECT BACTERIAL AND VIRAL CONTAMINATION OF THE AIR INSIDE THE VEHICLES
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a smart programmable system that consists of different devices for disinfecting bacterial and viral contamination of air in living areas and vehicles (land, sea and air vehicles). This system includes special hardware and software. The system includes ultraviolet (UV.) Light sources operating in the 200- 280 nm wavelength range, gas sterilization apparatus, accessories with a filtering system that filters outside air entering the vehicle, smart and programmable automation systems that activate them remotely. In addition to ensuring sealing to prevent the intake of outside air, providing positive compressed air in the vehicle.
PRIOR ART
Cars, designed to carry passengers or cargo, have been added to innovations to provide comfort for the driver and passengers since the first invention. Air conditioning has been used as a standard since 1938. In 1958, the seat belt system was patented, !n-car heating and cooling systems, radio, television, internet connection, blutooth, wi-fi connections, all of which are inventions for the comfort of drivers and passengers. On the one hand, while rapid improvements were made in the field of safe driving and unmanned driving technologies, it became clear that an area was neglected; “Disinfection of bacterial and viral contamination of the air inside the vehicles”. In fact, different filters, even pollen filters, were used to clean the air used in air conditioning systems from dust and small particles. However, these filters were not enough to keep bacteria and viruses with very small diameters for a long time. In addition, as the doors of the vehicles opened and closed, it was possible to enter different disease agents. It is time to take measures to prevent them from entering and destroy them. In particular, the Covid-19 pandemic has made it no longer a luxury and has made it a necessary feature.
This air transferred into the vehicle is filtered through various filters and transmitted into the cabin. However, the studies show that this filter and filtering process cannot provide active protection against very small dimensions and various properties of particles / substances and living materials. These filters, which are currently used, are likely to cause serious health problems due to this disadvantage.
For this reason, the air delivered into the vehicle needs to be effectively filtered. This filtering process should cover a wide range. Effective protection must be provided against all unwanted materials, primarily dust, pollen, bacteria, virus, parasite and so on. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The air in transportation vehicles and in living spaces contain many factors that negatively affect human health. Living and inanimate substances in these areas affect the human body either by touch or by the respiratory tract. According to the type and function of this affecting material, various manifestations occur on human health. Serious results are observed depending on the nature of the active substance and the condition of the person being affected.
At this point; It is considered as the most effective solution to filter these living and inanimate substances in living spaces and transportation vehicles in order to prevent their passage to the internal environment, to remove them from the internal environment, to disable the structures of the existing part in the internal environment by degrading them. Main living and inanimate substances/materials affecting human beings in our living spaces and transportation vehicles; dust, smoke, pollen, bacteria, virus, microbe, various organisms, parasites and fungi.
The object of the invention is to prevent the passage of living / inanimate material (dust, smoke, pollen, bacteria, virus, microbe, various organisms, parasites and fungi) in our living spaces and transportation vehicles or carried from another environment to these environments. The large number of bacteria and viruses that cause illness in humans are usually brought either by a sick passenger or by getting caught in the clothing of the driver and / or passengers. This situation always poses a serious risk for healthy people.
One of the main purposes of the present invention is to prevent the viruses and bacteria that cause disease in humans in personal or public transportation (land, sea and air) vehicles that we frequently use in our daily lives. Thus, it is to provide a healthy environment in the vehicles and to prevent viruses and bacteria from entering outside by filtering.
For this purpose, the invention is a solution to different problems; One of them is to prevent the air entering the air conditioners of the vehicles to contain any bacteria and viruses that cause disease. For this purpose, filters, chemicals and ultraviolet light of different properties are used. The other is to clean the bacteria and viruses that have entered the vehicle from outside. Another solution is to prevent dirty air from entering when the doors are opening and closing or through the door openings. In relation to the solution of the first problem, a filtering system is proposed which can be easily installed in vehicles to ensure that the air entering the vehicle air conditioners is free of any bacteria and viruses that cause disease.
In this new system, in addition to the filters that can hold bacteria and viruses, there are a sufficient number of UV light sources both inside the enclosure where the filter is located and inside the airways that transmit the air passing through the filter into the vehicle. They provide an additional effect on the sterilization of disease-causing agents that can be suspended in the air passing through.
For the same purpose, there is a “static electric field” on part of the airpath that transmits the air passing through the filters into the vehicle, and it is an apparatus that captures very small particles, including viruses, passed through it.
A sufficient number of UV illumination is placed inside the vehicle in order to remove the bacteria and viruses that have entered the vehicle from the outside. Especially in the floor mats of the vehicles, stronger UV sources will be placed in those areas since the frequency of viruses is high.
Continuous "positive compressed air" will be provided inside the vehicle. Thus, the entry of dirty air through the door openings of the vehicle is prevented in this way. Although positive compressed air has been used in hospital operating rooms and intensive care units for this purpose for a long time, However there has been no study on its use in vehicles.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
It is an intelligent system consisting of apparatus for disinfecting bacterial and viral contamination of air in vehicles (land, sea and air) and living spaces. It is a programmable and remote accessible smart system that includes filtering system, environmental gas sterilization apparatus with toxic gas sensors, UV light sterilization apparatus, continuous positive compressed air generation apparatus, UV light disinfection apparatus for air paths of air-conditioner.
The filtering system (2), which is the first hardware apparatus monitored and controlled by this software / application (1), is a system that can be easily attached to vehicles in order to ensure that the air entering the vehicle's cabin is free from bacteria and viruses.
Thanks to its tight texture, it does not penetrate dust, smoke, pollen, bacteria, viruses, microbes, organisms, parasites and fungi. These foreign particles collected on the filter are sterilized by exposure to UV light at different times. The filter should be replaced at periodic intervals. These replacement times are determined in the software and reminded to the user through the application of the entire system. The filtering system consists of three main parts. These; fine porous filters, the UV light that disinfects the filter, and the device that loads the pipe of air path with static electricity by wrapping the air conditioner pipe going into the vehicle. Thus, air conditioning air paths ensure that very small particles are captured and trapped when loaded with "static electricity". In periodic maintenance, the surfaces where these particles are held will also be cleaned. These air conditioner air paths and filters are exposed to UV light by the system at different time intervals. The system warns when it is not exposed to UV light for a long time and calculates different time interval options, risk factors for UV application and presents them to the user. These calculations also vary according to the frequency of passengers' and driver's presence in the vehicle. Furthermore, The sterilization of the interior of the air conditioning pipes is also provided by the UV light in this filtering system.
Another hardware apparatus monitored and controlled by this software / application (1) is the “positive compressed air” apparatus (3). Since it creates positive compressed air inside the vehicle or in the environment, it prevents the entrance of
air inside the door and window openings. Thus, the air always comes out from inside. This method is already used in hospitals, operating theaters. Thanks to this new system, it will also be used in vehicles. Includes air compressor (3.1), compressed air tank (3.2), pressure gauge panel (3.4) and compressed air valve (3.3), or can use the existing air conditioning system in the vehicle. It also provides filtered clean air via its “compressor”. It includes an air pressure sensor (3.5), and pressure drop alarm (3.6) (audible and / or illuminated). Thus, before the person gets on the vehicle, this system makes the environment positive pressure and becomes active at scheduled or desired times. The third hardware apparatus monitored and controlled by this software / application is the “UV light sources” (4) (4.1) apparatus. This apparatus can be placed in sufficient number to sterilize the environment in the interior cabin of the vehicles, on the passenger seats and in the related living areas. They can be designed in different ways as ceiling or floor surface. They can be placed in the vehicle, in front of the front and rear parts of the vehicle, especially in the sections where the floor mats are located, thanks to the connection element (4.2), they can be operated with the help of the software / application at the time specified by the user or with instant commands the user tells the software whether his vehicle or his room is empty or full with a single command. In this way, the light intensity is reduced so as not to disturb the driver's eye or all or some of them are closed as required. While the person is not in their vehicle, these light sources will continue to sterilize the environment. The system understands that there are people or animals in the vehicle or in the room with photocell sensors, and it can reduce or decrease the amount of light.
The fourth smart hardware apparatus monitored and controlled by this software / application is the “gas sterilization” apparatus (5). It contains a gas cylinder or gas generator (ozone) (5.1) to be used for sterilization in the vehicle or in the environment. It is characterized by having a "gas sterilization" process. There are toxic gas sensors (5.3) and photocell sensors (5.4) on this apparatus. The programming button (5.2) of the "gas sterilization" process is pre-programmed by the existing hardware and software for the start and end times. There is also an on / off (5.6) button. Thus, the apparatus starts to release the gas it uses to sterilize by checking with photocell that there are no living things inside. In order to disinfect, the user determines many different gas options while purchasing this apparatus. Users
with allergies or young children can choose harmless glycol vapor or ozone gas. Thanks to the connector (5.5), it is easily installed and the toxic gas sensors warn the user not to enter the vehicle when there is gas inside. In this case, the user ventilate the environment manually or with the "positive compressed air" equipment. When it is adequately ventilated, toxic gas sensors show that the ambient air is healthy. If one of the gases harmless to human health is selected by the user as the gas to be used in this equipment, this procedure changes and this harmless gas or steam is given to the environment at the intervals programmed by the user while it is alive inside.
The controller apparatus monitors and controls other accessories mentioned above. It has a microprocessor with software. With the programming button (6.1), the user can select many short and long-term hygiene programs, and set their start and end times. RF, the bluetooth or the WiFi data communication element (6.2), On / Off (6.3) button, connection apparatus (6.5), warning LEDs (6.4) that provide information about the program are located on the control apparatus. The system subject to the invention, thanks to its software (1), programs and monitors the four hardware apparatus mentioned above. The app can disinfect the vehicle by commanding it from the home or workplace before going to the vehicle via the remote control (7). The software also reminds the maintenance of the hardware, lists the appropriate options for the user, notifies the hardware failures, records the work done by these smart hardware apparatus and reminds them for sterilization when necessary. Thanks to positive pressure and static electric filtering, no dust is generated in the environment, viruses and bacteria cannot enter this way and the vehicle or related environment always contains clean and healthy air. This system reduces cleaning costs when used in vehicles and other living environments.
Claims
1. An intelligent system consisting of apparatus for disinfecting bacterial and viral contamination of air in vehicles (land, sea and air) and in our living spaces this smart filtering system (2) is characterized in comprising; in-vehicle gas sterilization apparatus (5), sterilization of the interior of the vehicle with UV light apparatus (4), continuous positive compressed air apparatus (3), toxic gas and dirty air sensors (5.3) a programmable controller apparatus (6), and a remote control (7) that provides remote accessibility.
2. The "positive compressed air" apparatus mentioned in claim 1 characterized in comprising; a compressor (3.1), a compressed air tank (3.2), a pressure gauge panel (3.4) and compressed air valves (3.3).
3. The "compressor" (3.1) mentioned in Claim 2 characterized by; provide filtered clean positive pressure air.
4. The "positive compressed air" apparatus mentioned in claim 1 characterized in comprising; an air pressure sensor (3.5) and pressure drop alarm (3.6) (with sound and/or light).
5. The filtering system (2) mentioned in claim 1 characterized in comprising; filters (2.1) that can be easily attached to vehicles to ensure that the air entering the vehicle's air conditioner is free of bacteria and viruses.
6. The filtering system mentioned in claim 1 characterized in that; the inside of the filters and air conditioning pipes are sterilize with UV light (2.3).
7. The intelligent gas sterilization apparatus (5) mentioned in Claim 1 characterized in comprising; a gas cylinder or gas generator (5.1) to be used for gas sterilization process in the vehicle .
8. The smart filtering system (2) mentioned in claim 1 characterized by; the preprogramming of the start and end times of the "gas sterilization" process by the hardware and software available.
9. The UV light apparatus (4) mentioned in Claim 1 chracterised by; placed inside the vehicle so that it reaches every surface on the front and rear parts and where there are floor mats.
10. The smart filtering system (2) is mentioned in claim 1 , characterized in comprising; an apparatus that can be “charged with static electricity” (2.2) and that enables the capture and retention of very small particles (dust, smoke, pollen, bacteria, virus, microbe, various organisms, parasites and fungi).
11. The control unit (6) mentioned in claim 1 characterized by; hygiene programs completed in many different periods and its ability to be updated and reminded for maintanence.
