背景技术
吸痰管是临床医疗上常用的一种医疗器具,其主体为一根软管和一个抽吸装置,由于医护人员无法直接看到痰液在气管中的具***置,医护人员常常需要根据经验来预测,然后采用盲插吸痰管的方式吸痰,这种方式不但非常耗时耗力,而且吸痰不够干净,有时候还会损坏咽喉部、气管内粘膜,给病人带来极大痛苦。  
对于昏迷及咳痰无力的患者,由于其咳嗽吞咽功能下降,造成痰液排出困难。若痰液吸入肺部,容易出现肺部感染,甚至危及生命,针对深部位痰液的排出,目前临床采用吸痰管的解决方法;而对于昏迷及不能吞咽的患者,为了保证其营养需求,维持水、电解质平衡及药物的应用,促进疾病恢复,目前采用胃管输送营养液的解决方法,上述两种解决方案目前在医疗领域得到了大量的应用。
中国专利号201420135609.5公开了一种可视吸痰管,其包括用于拍摄寻找痰液和异物位置的拍摄腔和用于排出痰液和异物的吸引腔,所述拍摄腔的端部设置有用于拍摄寻找痰液和异物位置的图像拍摄模块,所述图像拍摄模块将图像数据传输给数据接口,进而传输至外部控制和显示设备。但上述解决方案虽然解决了可视化问题,该可视吸痰管作为一次性医用器材,使用后将被丢弃,丢弃部分包含了图像拍摄模块、数据传输线以及数据接口等,大大增加了吸痰的成本,从而增加了患者的经济负担。

拍摄腔道,用于容置可插拔的摄像模块,所述摄像模块通过透明罩和软管与外界隔离,拍摄体内部位的图像,拍摄腔道的前端通过透明罩密封,拍摄腔道的后端设置可插拔接口;
辅助腔道,用于吸出或注入流体物质;
光源腔道,用于容置光源模块,提供摄像模块所需的照明光源。
进一步的,所述摄像模块的前端还可以包括可旋转部件,进而带动多功能可视导管前端旋转,方便导管对不同方向进行观察或移动。
进一步的,所述的可视导管还包括设置在前端的透明罩,透明罩的前端表面可以为平面或球面。
进一步的,所述的透明罩采用PMMA或PC材料制成。
进一步的,所述的可视导管前端圆周表面还布设有开孔,开孔的数量为1个或多个。

    本领域技术人员可以理解的是,拍摄腔道101、辅助腔道102及光纤腔道的排布方式不限于图2所示的排列方式,例如,拍摄腔道101和辅助腔道102还可以采用套设的方式排布,进一步的,拍摄腔道101、辅助腔道102及光纤腔道的排列方式还可以是三根腔道并排或堆叠的方式设置。
    可视导管的工作过程如下:
     使用前,将可视导管前端1的带有***镜头的可视线缆通过拍摄腔道101末端的接头处穿入到拍摄腔道101中,直至到达可视导管的透明罩103处,此时摄像镜头的前端镜头刚好到达腔道的前端端口。
    当进行吸痰操作时,将导管的辅助腔道接头7连接负压装置,并将导管***到患者的咽喉部或气管内,在***过程中,在外部的可视装置(图中未示出)显示屏幕上观察导管前端摄像头拍摄的导管***的画面,根据观察到的情况调整导管***的位置或深度,进而吸出痰液。

  7. 如权利要求1所述的多功能可视导管,其特征在于,所述的可视导管采用硅胶、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚氨脂制成。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的多功能可视导管,其特征在于,所述辅助腔道的截面形状可以为圆形、月牙形、异形的任一种。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的多功能可视导管,其特征在于,所述的辅助腔道的数量可以是一个或多个。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的多功能可视导管,其特征在于,所述的光源腔道可以采用凹槽或密封结构。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的多功能可视导管,其特征在于,所述的拍摄腔道和辅助腔道可以采用套设的方式排布。
