3、将纺织品放入放置箱内,关闭箱盖,开启第二驱动电机,使得第二螺纹杆转动,带动两个第一滑块同时向内或向外运动,使得第二滑块同时向内或向外运动,实现升降板的升降,代替了人工进行搬运,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

参照图1-6,一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,包括底座1,底座1内开设有安装槽104,底座1底壁滑动连接有移动装置2,底座1侧壁通过支架焊接有第二驱动电机3,第二驱动电机3的输出轴焊接有第二螺纹杆31,第二螺纹杆31与底座1通过轴承贯穿转动连接,第二螺纹杆31两端设置有旋向相反的螺纹,第二螺纹杆31两端螺纹连接有第一滑块32,每个第一滑块32上壁均焊接有下固定座33,每个下固定座33均通过销轴转动连接有连接杆34,连接杆34的交叉处均通过销轴转动连接,每个连接杆34远离对应的下固定座33的一端均通过销轴转动连接有上固定座35,每个上固定座35上壁均焊接有第二滑块36,每个第二滑块36共同滑动连接有升降板6,升降板6侧壁焊接有第三滑块5,第三滑块5滑动连接有立柱4,立柱4与底座1顶壁焊接,升降板6上设置有放置箱7,开启第二驱动电机3,第二驱动电机3使得第二螺纹杆31转动,由于第二螺纹杆31具有旋向相反的螺纹,第二螺纹杆31转动时使得两个第一滑块32同时向内或向外运动,两个第一滑块32带动下固定座33同时向内或向外运动,通过连接杆34带动上固定座同时向内或向外运动,将升降板6顶升或降低,自由调节升降板6的高度,不需要人工进行堆叠,省时省力。
底座1内部开设有安装槽104,移动装置2顶壁螺纹连接有若干第一螺纹杆21,每个第一螺纹杆21均与底座1通过轴承贯穿转动连接并延伸至安装槽104内,每个第一螺纹杆21位于安装槽104内的一端均过盈配合有第一齿轮22,每个第一齿轮22共同啮合有第二齿轮23,第二齿轮23过盈配合有从动轴24,从动轴24与安装槽104顶壁通过轴承转动连接,从动轴24过盈配合有蜗轮25,蜗轮25啮合有蜗杆26,蜗杆26过盈配合有转动轴27,转动轴27与底座1通过轴承贯穿转动连接,底座1侧壁通过支架焊接有第一驱动电机28,第一驱动电机28的输出轴与转动轴27焊接,开启第一驱动电机28,第一驱动电机28带动转动轴27转动,使得蜗杆26转动,带动与其啮合的蜗轮25转动,蜗轮25带动与其过盈配合的从动轴24转动,与从动轴24过盈配合的第二齿轮23转动,带动与其啮合的第一齿轮22转动,第一齿轮22带动对应的第一螺纹杆21转动,通过第一螺纹杆21转动使得移动装置2降低,当万向轮29与地面接触时关闭电机,使得装置可以更加方便的移动至所需要的位置,不需要人工进行纺织品的搬运,大大降低了劳动强度。
放置箱7顶壁焊接有连接柱8,放置箱7通过铰链转动连接有箱盖71,箱盖71顶壁焊接有固定块73,放置箱7顶壁焊接有安装板74,安装板74贯穿滑动连接有若干固定销75,每个固定销75均与放置箱7顶壁贯穿滑动连接,安装板74与放置箱7之间设置有若干弹簧76,每个固定销75远离固定块73的一端均粘接有操作块77,箱盖71关闭防止在运输与升级过程中纺织品从放置箱7内滑出将人砸伤。
第一螺纹杆21与第一齿轮22至少对称设置有四组,移动装置底壁焊接有若干万向轮29。
放置箱7内底壁与箱盖71侧壁设置有若干滚轮78,放置箱内侧壁均粘接有橡胶垫79,滚轮78可以将放置纺织品时的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,更加省力,橡胶垫79可以防止纺织品在放置箱7运输时晃动造成损坏,保护纺织品。
底座1侧壁焊接有若干固定装置101,每个固定装置101底壁均焊接有支撑柱102,每个支撑柱102底壁均粘接有防滑垫103,防滑垫103防止在升降过程中装置受外力出现滑动的现象。
升降板6底壁开设有第二滑动槽61,第二滑块36通过第二滑动槽61与升降板6滑动连接,立柱4靠近升降板6的一侧开设有第一滑动槽41,第三滑块5通过第一滑动槽41与立柱4滑动连接,立柱4的设置可以使得升降板6在升降过程中避免出现偏移,升降更加平稳。
第二滑块36与第三滑块5均为截面T形的滑块,第一滑动槽41与第二滑动槽61均为T形滑动槽,T形滑块与滑动槽配合防止滑块在滑动过程中脱离滑动槽,使得装置更加稳固。
第一驱动电机28应采用Y355L1-2型号电机,第二驱动电机3应采用Y315L2-2型号电机,固定装置101位于底座1每个侧壁至少设置有两组。
本发明中,首先拉动操作块77,使得固定销75向上运动解除对固定块73的限位,打开箱盖71,将生产好的纺织品放入放置箱7内,关闭箱盖71,开启第一驱动电机28,第一驱动电机28带动转动轴27转动,使得蜗杆26转动,带动与其啮合的蜗轮25转动,蜗轮25带动与其过盈配合的从动轴24转动,与从动轴24过盈配合的第二齿轮23转动,带动与其啮合的第一齿轮22转动,第一齿轮22带动对应的第一螺纹杆21转动,通过第一螺纹杆21转动使得移动装置2降低,当万向轮29与地面接触时关闭电机,将装置推动至纺织品堆叠处,开启第一驱动电机28,使得移动装置2升高,当防滑垫103与地面接触时关闭电机,开启第二驱动电机3,第二驱动电机3使得第二螺纹杆31转动,由于第二螺纹杆31具有旋向相反的螺纹,第二螺纹杆31转动时使得两个第一滑块32同时向内运动,两个第一滑块32带动下固定座33同时向内运动,通过连接杆34带动上固定座同时向内运动,将升降板6顶升,升高至堆放高度后关闭电机,打开箱盖71取出纺织品进行堆叠即可。
尽管本文较多地使用了底座1、移动装置2、第一螺纹杆21、第一齿轮22、第二齿轮23、从动轴24、蜗轮25、蜗杆26、转动轴27、第一驱动电机28、万向轮29、第二驱动电机3、第二螺纹杆31、第一滑块32、下固定座33、连接杆34、上固定座35、第二滑块36、立柱4、第一滑动槽41、第三滑块5、升降板6、第二滑动槽61、放置箱7、箱盖71、固定块73、安装板74、固定销75、弹簧76、操作块77、滚轮78、橡胶垫79、连接柱8、固定装置101、支撑柱102、防滑垫103、安装槽104等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)内开设有安装槽(104),所述底座(1)底壁滑动连接有移动装置(2),所述底座(1)侧壁通过支架焊接有第二驱动电机(3),所述第二驱动电机(3)的输出轴焊接有第二螺纹杆(31),所述第二螺纹杆(31)与底座(1)通过轴承贯穿转动连接,所述第二螺纹杆(31)两端设置有旋向相反的螺纹,所述第二螺纹杆(31)两端螺纹连接有第一滑块(32),每个所述第一滑块(32)上壁均焊接有下固定座(33),每个所述下固定座(33)均通过销轴转动连接有连接杆(34),所述连接杆(34)的交叉处均通过销轴转动连接,每个所述连接杆(34)远离对应的所述下固定座(33)的一端均通过销轴转动连接有上固定座(35),每个所述上固定座(35)上壁均焊接有第二滑块(36),每个所述第二滑块(36)共同滑动连接有升降板(6),所述升降板(6)侧壁焊接有第三滑块(5),所述第三滑块(5)滑动连接有立柱(4),所述立柱(4)与底座(1)顶壁焊接,所述升降板(6)上设置有放置箱(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述底座(1)内部开设有安装槽(104),所述移动装置(2)顶壁螺纹连接有若干第一螺纹杆(21),每个所述第一螺纹杆(21)均与底座(1)通过轴承贯穿转动连接并延伸至所述安装槽(104)内,每个所述第一螺纹杆(21)位于安装槽(104)内的一端均过盈配合有第一齿轮(22),每个所述第一齿轮(22)共同啮合有第二齿轮(23),所述第二齿轮(23)过盈配合有从动轴(24),所述从动轴(24)与安装槽(104)顶壁通过轴承转动连接,所述从动轴(24)过盈配合有蜗轮(25),所述蜗轮(25)啮合有蜗杆(26),所述蜗杆(26)过盈配合有转动轴(27),所述转动轴(27)与底座(1)通过轴承贯穿转动连接,所述底座(1)侧壁通过支架焊接有第一驱动电机(28),所述第一驱动电机(28)的输出轴与转动轴(27)焊接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述放置箱(7)顶壁焊接有连接柱(8),所述放置箱(7)通过铰链转动连接有箱盖(71),所述箱盖(71)顶壁焊接有固定块(73),所述放置箱(7)顶壁焊接有安装板(74),所述安装板(74)贯穿滑动连接有若干固定销(75),每个所述固定销(75)均与放置箱(7)顶壁贯穿滑动连接,所述安装板(74)与放置箱(7)之间设置有若干弹簧(76),每个所述固定销(75)远离固定块(73)的一端均粘接有操作块(77)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述第一螺纹杆(21)与第一齿轮(22)至少对称设置有四组,所述移动装置(2)底壁焊接有若干万向轮(29)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述放置箱(7)内底壁与箱盖(71)侧壁设置有若干滚轮(78),所述放置箱(7)内侧壁均粘接有橡胶垫(79)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述底座(1)侧壁焊接有若干固定装置(101),每个所述固定装置(101)底壁均焊接有支撑柱(102),每个所述支撑柱(102)底壁均粘接有防滑垫(103)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述升降板(6)底壁开设有第二滑动槽(61),所述第二滑块(36)通过第二滑动槽(61)与升降板(6)滑动连接,所述立柱(4)靠近升降板(6)的一侧开设有第一滑动槽(41),所述第三滑块(5)通过第一滑动槽(41)与立柱(4)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述第二滑块(36)与第三滑块(5)均为截面T形的滑块,所述第一滑动槽(41)与第二滑动槽(61)均为T形滑动槽。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种纺织品堆叠用升降机构,其特征在于,所述第一驱动电机(28)应采用Y355L1-2型号电机,所述第二驱动电机(3)应采用Y315L2-2型号电机,所述固定装置(101)位于底座(1)每个侧壁至少设置有两组。
