为了使扩散膜4、半透明板5与支架2更好地配合,支架2正面设置一第二凹槽23,扩散膜4和半透明板5配合在该第二凹槽23上,该第二凹槽23可以限制扩散膜4和半透明板5的移动。更进一步地,第二凹槽23的深度d大于扩散膜4的厚度,而小于等于扩散膜4与半透明板5的厚度之和。当将面板3与支架2锁紧时,面板3对半透明板5施加压力,从而将半透明板5和扩散膜4很好地压抵在支架2的正面。
上述PCB板上还设有与显示模块12连接的主控芯片11。具体地,所述显示模块12设有一个以上的位码控制端和四个段码控制端,所述位码控制端和段码分别连接主控芯片11的IO口;所述显示模块12包括一个以上显示单元,每一显示单元连接一位码控制端;所述显示单元设有四组LED,每组LED由两个反向并联的LED构成;四组LED一端连接与该显示单元连接的位码控制端,四组LED另一端则分别连接至四个位码控制端。
如图6所示,PCB板上还设有电源模块13、升压电路模块14、电压采集模块15、感应信号采集模块16、心率信号采集模块17和按键电路模块18。其中,电源模块13采用两节1.5V的电池。升压电路模块14采用升压芯片IC2实现,该升压芯片IC2的型号为QX2304。电压采集模块15采集电源模块13的电源,并连接主控芯片11,当电池电压低于阈值时,主控芯片11会控制电量指示LED闪烁,以提示用户更换电池。
感应信号采集模块用于检测干簧管的开闭信号,或是其他高低电平信号,其连接主控芯片,主控芯片接收到感应信号通过程序计算在LED上显示出对应的数值。心率信号采集模块(包括但不仅限于手握心率模块和无线心率模块)连接主控芯片11的两个IO口,一个使能口、一个信号口,主机工作时或从睡眠中唤醒时给心率信号采集模块一个使能信号,心率信号采集模块接收到心率信号后通过信号口给主控芯片发送心率信号。按键电路模块18采用三个按键与主控芯片11相连进行交互,三个按键分别用于模式选择按键、设置按键以及清零按键,设置按键用于设置包括但不限于时间、距离、卡路里、速度、次数、次数/分钟。
该实施例中显示模块12具有五个显示单元,也就表示显示模块12具有五个位码控制端和四个段码控制端,五个位码控制端分别为第一位码控制端COM1、第二位码控制端COM2、第三位码控制端COM3、第四位码控制端COM4、第五位码控制端COM5,其分别连接主控芯片11的五个IO口。四个段码控制端分别为第一段码控制端S1、第二段码控制端S2、第三段码控制端S3、第四段码控制端S4,其分别经由电阻R2、R3、R4、R5连接至主控芯片11的的四个IO口。
五个显示单元跟别为第一显示单元21、第二显示单元22、第三显示单元23、第四显示单元24和第五显示单元25。第一显示单元21由LED灯D1-D8构成,其中,D1和D5反向并联后,两端分别连接第一位码控制端COM1和第一段码控制端S1;D2和D6反向并联后,两端分别连接第一位码控制端COM1和第二段码控制端S2;D3和D7反向并联后,两端分别连接第一位码控制端COM1和第三段码控制端S3;D4和D8反向并联后,两端分别连接第一位码控制端COM1和第四段码控制端S4。
第二显示单元22由LED灯D9-D16构成,其中,D9和D13反向并联后,两端分别连接第二位码控制端COM2和第一段码控制端S1;D10和D14反向并联后,两端分别连接第二位码控制端COM2和第二段码控制端S2;D11和D15反向并联后,两端分别连接第二位码控制端COM2和第三段码控制端S3;D12和D16反向并联后,两端分别连接第二位码控制端COM2和第四段码控制端S4。
第三显示单元23由LED灯D17-D24构成,其中,D17和D21反向并联后,两端分别连接第三位码控制端COM3和第一段码控制端S1;D18和D22反向并联后,两端分别连接第三位码控制端COM3和第二段码控制端S2;D19和D23反向并联后,两端分别连接第三位码控制端COM3和第三段码控制端S3;D20和D24反向并联后,两端分别连接第三位码控制端COM3和第四段码控制端S4。
第四显示单元24由LED灯D25-D32构成,其中,D25和D29反向并联后,两端分别连接第四位码控制端COM4和第一段码控制端S1;D26和D30反向并联后,两端分别连接第四位码控制端COM4和第二段码控制端S2;D27和D31反向并联后,两端分别连接第四位码控制端COM4和第三段码控制端S3;D28和D32反向并联后,两端分别连接第四位码控制端COM4和第四段码控制端S4。
第五显示单元25由LED灯D33-D40构成,其中,D33和D37反向并联后,两端分别连接第五位码控制端COM5和第一段码控制端S1;D34和D38反向并联后,两端分别连接第五位码控制端COM5和第二段码控制端S2;D35和D39反向并联后,两端分别连接第五位码控制端COM5和第三段码控制端S3;D36和D40反向并联后,两端分别连接第五位码控制端COM5和第四段码控制端S4。
主控芯片11通过控制各位码控制端和段码控制端的高低电平状态,即可控制每个显示单元的LED点亮情况,进一步实现电子表的数字显示。例如,当第一位码控制端为高电平,四个位码控制端均为低电平时,第一显示单元21的D5-D8点亮,如果需要将D1-D4与D5-D8同时点亮,可以通过主控芯片11进行分时点亮,由于人眼视觉残留就能看到数字。
综上,本发明的关键在于,本发明将用于显示的LED与用于控制LED显示的PCB板1直接焊接在一起,形成一个整体,实现了电子表的显示部分连接的稳定性;然后通过将PCB板1连接于支架2上,再将支架2与面板3锁接在一起,实现了电子表显示部分与面板3的相对分离。因此提高了电子表的显示效果,避免面板3的形变以及螺丝松动而影响电子表的显示效果,提高了人们的健身体验。
此外,本发明将电子表显示模块12中的每个显示单元形成四组LED,并将四组LED分别连接至四个段码控制端。而每组LED由反向并联的LED组成,使得两个LED共用一个段码控制端,由此减少显示单元对主控芯片11IO口的占用数量,进而降低显示模组的成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:包括PCB板、支架和面板,所述PCB板连接于支架的背面,所述面板锁接于支架的正面;
    所述PCB板的正面设有由多个LED灯构成的显示模块,所述支架上设有多个贯穿支架的第一凹槽,所述LED灯配合在第一凹槽内;
    所述面板与支架之间夹设有扩散摸和半透明板,所述扩散摸和半透明板依次压抵在支架的正面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述支架上的多个第一凹槽之间相互独立。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述PCB板卡接于支架的背面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述支架和面板上设有相互配合的锁孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述支架上的锁孔为长形孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述支架正面设有一第二凹槽,所述扩散摸和半透明板配合在该第二凹槽上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽的深度大于扩散摸的厚度,而小于等于扩散摸与半透明板的厚度之和。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述PCB板上还设有主控芯片,所述显示模块设有一个以上的位码控制端和四个段码控制端,所述位码控制端和段码分别连接主控芯片的IO口;
    所述显示模块包括一个以上显示单元,每一显示单元连接一位码控制端;所述显示单元设有四组LED,每组LED由两个反向并联的LED构成;四组LED一端连接与该显示单元连接的位码控制端,四组LED另一端则分别连接至四个位码控制端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述PCB板上还设有电源模块和升压电路模块,所述电源模块经由升压电路模块连接主控芯片。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种健身器LED电子表,其特征在于:所述电路还包括电压采集模块、感应信号采集模块、心率信号采集模块和按键电路模块,所述电压采集模块连接电源单元和主控芯片,所述感应信号采集模块、心率信号采集模块和按键电路模块均连接主控芯片。
