Description

背景技术
汽车制动卡钳总成是汽车制动***的重要部件,在汽车制动的过程中,驾驶人员通过制动踏板、制动总泵及制动管路最终将通过制动卡钳摩擦块作用在制动盘上产生制动力以对汽车进行制动,踩刹车时通过制动卡钳夹住制动盘起到减速或者停车的作用。制动卡钳在整个制动***中是直接指令的执行者,在***中起着至关重要的作用。

为此,本发明提供一种具有定制固定卡扣的卡钳罩,以解决现有的卡钳罩存在安装不便,卡钳罩固定不牢固,卡钳罩散热性能差,以及行车过程中会产生噪音的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种具有定制固定卡扣的卡钳罩,所述具有定制固定卡扣的卡钳罩包括卡钳罩主体,所述卡钳罩主体的上 边沿向靠近卡钳的一侧延伸形成第一弧形侧板,所述钳罩主体的下边沿向靠近卡钳的一侧延伸形成第二弧形侧板;所述具有定制固定卡扣的卡钳罩还包括两个间隔设置的卡扣组件和至少一个第一扣件,所述卡扣组件包括第一连接片、第二连接片和第二扣件,所述第一连接片的一端与第一弧形侧板连接,所述第一连接片的另一端与第二连接片的上端连接,所述第二连接片的下端向下延伸,并与第二扣件连接,所述第一扣件设置于卡钳罩主体靠近卡钳一侧的下部。

如图1所示,具有定制固定卡扣的卡钳罩包括卡钳罩主体1、两个间隔设置的卡扣组件和至少一个第一扣件4,卡钳罩主体1的上边沿向靠近卡钳10的一侧延伸形成第一弧形侧板2,第一弧形侧板2的弧度与卡钳10上表面的弧度相匹配,第一弧形侧板2的中部设置有缺口,设置缺口可方 便对卡钳10进行维护。钳罩主体的下边沿向靠近卡钳10的一侧延伸形成第二弧形侧板3,卡钳罩主体1两端靠近卡钳10的一侧分别设置有限位挡片9。卡钳罩主体1一体化的整体设计,可使空间利用率更高。
如图2所示,卡扣组件包括第一连接片5、第二连接片6和第二扣件7,第一连接片5的一端与第一弧形侧板2连接,第一连接片5的另一端与第二连接片6的上端通过铆钉连接,当然也可将第一连接片5与第二连接片6一体成型,第二连接片6的下端向下延伸,第二连接片6的下端与第二扣件7通过螺栓连接。第一扣件4设置于卡钳罩主体1靠近卡钳10一侧的下部,本实施例中第一扣件4的数量为两个,两个第一扣件4间隔设置,当然第一扣件4的数量并不限定于两个。第一扣件4与第二扣件7均呈U字形,第一扣件卡口的宽度与卡钳横杆11的宽度相匹配,第二扣件卡口的宽度与卡钳竖杆12的宽度相匹配。
第一连接片5的下表面和第一扣件4的内侧均覆盖有导热硅胶垫8,采用增加导热硅胶垫8的设计,让刹车产生的泵体热量,可以通过导热硅胶垫8快速传递到铝合金卡钳罩表面,利用铝合金材料的优秀散热性能,帮助刹车泵体增加散热面积,加快散热速度,另外导热硅胶垫8在这里还起到了消音避震的作用。导热硅胶垫8包括矽胶布、硅胶层和背胶层,其中背胶层位于硅胶层靠近第一连接片5或第一扣件4的一侧,通过背胶把散热硅胶固定在第一连接片5的下表面和第一扣件4的内侧,矽胶布位于硅胶层背离第一连接片5或第一扣件4的一侧,安装时通过表层矽胶布和刹车泵体接触,矽胶布同样具有较好散热性。由于硅胶层本身柔软,容易破损,矽胶布增加表面强度,延长了硅胶层的使用寿命。增加导热硅胶垫8不仅很大程度上提高了实际散热效果,同时也因为硅胶的紧密填充而有效改善了由于震动引起异响的风险。
安装时,如图3和4所示,将第一连接片5的下表面抵靠于卡钳10的顶部,两个第二扣件7分别一一对应地卡住卡钳竖杆12,通过第一扣件4卡住卡钳横杆11,从而将卡钳罩固定于卡钳10,由于第一扣件4和第二扣件7拆卸时的方向不同,因此卡钳罩并不需要螺栓对其进行固定,拆卸更方 便。通过两个卡扣组件分别卡住车钳两端的卡钳竖杆12,通过第一扣件4卡住卡钳10一侧的卡钳横杆11,从而将卡钳罩固定于卡钳10,通过在第一连接片5的下表面和第一扣件4的内侧设置导热硅胶垫8可增强卡钳罩的散热性能和减震性能,避免汽车运行过程中卡钳罩产生噪音;相较于现有的卡钳罩,本发明的卡钳罩具有安装方便,固定牢固,散热和减震效果好的优点。
