Description

Blank sheet of packaging box and its packaging box
The present invention relates to a blank sheet of a packaging box. More specifically, the present invention relates to a blank sheet of a packaging box compatible with an automatic sealing device, wherein the packaging box made of the blank sheet is a packaging box in which the binding band does not easily bite even when bound by a resin binding band.
When transporting products, it is common practice to pack the products in cardboard boxes from the viewpoints of impact resistance, stain resistance, and ease of loading and transportation. Further, when a plurality of corrugated cardboard boxes are transported together, it is widely practiced to bind the corrugated cardboard boxes with a resin binding band so that the corrugated cardboard boxes do not fall apart.
When binding a cardboard box with a binding band, the binding band may bite into the corner of the cardboard box and cause edge breakage. In particular, lightweight cardboard boxes tend to be easily bitten by cable ties, and the rigidity of cardboard boxes weakens in a humid environment, which is a strong tendency. If the cable tie bites into the cardboard box or the edges are cut off, the products inside the cardboard box may be deformed, or insects or water may easily enter the cardboard box. It will be easier to do.
Therefore, in order to prevent the binding band from biting into the cardboard box, a method of providing a chamfered portion at the corner of the cardboard box has been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a corrugated cardboard box in which a stepped portion is formed on one side and a separated crease line is formed on the other side of the basic crease line as an edge breakage prevention processing portion. In this cardboard box, when tension acts on the band and the ridge is tightened, the cardboard at the ridge is double-folded to form an inclined surface, which improves the winding strength and suppresses the band from biting into the cardboard. It has a structure to be used.
Japanese Patent No. 6112992
By the way, the corrugated cardboard box described in Patent Document 1 is a so-called mandarin orange box (a corrugated cardboard packaging box based on JIS Z 1507 02 (grooving type)). Since the grooved cardboard box has a certain capacity, it is convenient for storing items of different sizes together in one box. In this grooved cardboard box, it is common to first seal the bottom surface, then put the product inside the cardboard, and then seal the top surface. And since grooved corrugated cardboard boxes are often assembled and sealed by human hands, there is not much demand for strictness regarding line suitability such as folding flaps.
On the other hand, in addition to the above grooving type, the corrugated cardboard packaging box has JIS Z 1507 03 (telescope type), 04 (assembly type), 05 (insertion type), 06 (bliss type), 07 (glue simple assembly type). And so on. In particular, when packing a plurality of products having the same shape, an assembled type that can produce a box with the plurality of products placed on a blank sheet is often used. Here, the boxing of the assembled corrugated cardboard is performed by an automatic sealing device (hereinafter, referred to as "autocaser"). When making boxes with an autocaser, strict line suitability is required for cardboard boxes. Therefore, if a chamfered portion as in Patent Document 1 is provided in the assembled corrugated cardboard box, the frequency of box-making defects may increase as compared with the case where the chamfered portion is not provided.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems. That is, it is an object of the present invention to provide a blank sheet of a packaging box and the packaging box thereof, which prevents the binding band from biting into the packaging box and is suitable for box making with an autocaser. The present inventor has studied how to provide the main ruled line and the auxiliary ruled line so that the force is not easily applied to the auxiliary ruled line when the box is manufactured by the autocaser and the force is applied to the auxiliary ruled line when the band is fastened. Then, they have newly found that the above problem can be solved by the method of providing the auxiliary ruled line, and have completed the present invention.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention relates to a blank sheet of a packaging box in which a chamfered portion for preventing edge breakage due to a distribution band is provided on a twill portion formed by wall plates in two directions connected via a main ruled line. The chamfered portion is formed by an auxiliary ruled line provided on the mirror object with the main ruled line interposed therebetween, the main ruled line and the auxiliary ruled line are provided on the inner surface side of the blank sheet, and the main ruled line is provided on the outer surface side of the blank sheet. Provided is a blank sheet provided with a ruled line.
According to this configuration, since the auxiliary ruled line is provided only on the inner surface side of the blank sheet, box making failure is unlikely to occur when the box is made by the autocaser. In addition, since the main ruled lines are provided on both the inner and outer sides of the blank sheet, it is easy to make a box.
Further, in the above configuration, it is preferable that a perforation is provided at a position corresponding to the auxiliary ruled line on the outer surface side of the main blank sheet. Further, it is preferable that the auxiliary ruled line is further perforated. Further, the main ruled line and the auxiliary ruled line are step-crushed, and it is preferable that the main ruled line on the inner surface side of the packaging box is deeper than the main ruled line on the outer surface side of the packaging box.
According to such a configuration, by providing perforations, a chamfered portion is easily formed when fastening with a fastening band. Further, by providing a difference in the depth of the step crushing structure, the ease of box making can be improved.

(About main ruled lines L1 to L8)
The main ruled line in the present embodiment plays a role of suppressing a box-making defect by making it easy to bend with reference to the main ruled line in the box-making process. In the present embodiment, the main ruled line is formed by a step crushing process in which the front liner and the back liner are crushed from both sides toward the center core.
As shown in FIGS. A pair of third main ruled lines L3, a pair of fourth main ruled lines L4, a pair of sixth main ruled lines L6, and a pair of seventh main ruled lines L7 become horizontal ruled lines (so-called scores) of cardboard. Is set to. The formation direction of the ruled line in the present embodiment is along each edge, but the formation direction is not limited to this, and the ruled line may be formed in any direction.
(About auxiliary ruled line 40)
The auxiliary ruled line 40 in the present embodiment plays a role of inducing the formation of the chamfered portion 50, which will be described later, when the tension due to the binding band is applied to the corner portion of the packaging box 10. That is, the portion surrounded by the auxiliary ruled line 40 functions as the chamfered portion 50 described later. As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary ruled line 40 is formed by the step crushing process of crushing toward the core only from the back liner side. It is preferable that the step crushing process on the auxiliary ruled line 40 is shallower than the step crushing process on the main ruled lines L1 to L8.
In the present embodiment, the auxiliary ruled line 40 is formed so as to be a mirror object with the main ruled lines L1 to 8 interposed therebetween. More specifically, the auxiliary ruled line 40 has a pair of sides 41 provided parallel to the main ruled line with the main ruled line in between, and a main ruled line from both ends of each side 41 so that the angle formed with the side 41 is an obtuse angle. It is composed of sides 42 provided toward. Of the ends of the side 42, the ends that are not in contact with the side 41 form a closed space because the ends of the side 42 are in contact with each other. In the present embodiment, the shape formed by the auxiliary ruled line is a hexagon, but there is no particular limitation as long as it is a polygonal shape composed of even-numbered angles of 6 or more.
(About chamfering part 50)
A chamfered portion provided on the first edge L1, the second edge L2, and the pair of third edge L3 will be described with reference to FIG. Here, the chamfered portions at the eighth edge L8, the fifth edge L5, and the pair of seventh edge L7 are the chamfered portions at the first edge L1, the second edge L2, and the pair of third edge L3, respectively. Since it has the same form, the description thereof will be omitted.
The chamfered portion 50 is for preventing damage to the packaging box 10 when it is fastened with a resin band. Although the details will be described later, the corners of the packaging box 10 are crushed to form the chamfered portion 50, so that biting can be prevented. The chamfered portion 50 corresponds to a polygonal shape formed by the auxiliary ruled line 40. In the present embodiment, chamfered portions 50 are provided at the center of each main ruled line on the four edge edges (main ruled lines) L1 to 3 of the first surface portion.
(About perforation 60)
In the present embodiment, a perforation 60 is further provided on the back liner for the purpose of not affecting the box making and facilitating the formation of the chamfered portion 50 when tension is applied by the fastening band. May be good. As the position where the perforation 60 is provided, it is preferable to provide the perforation 60 on the auxiliary ruled line 40 which has been subjected to the step crushing process. In addition to the back liner, the front liner may be provided with perforations 60. The position of the perforation 60 provided on the front liner is preferably a position corresponding to the auxiliary ruled line 40 provided on the back liner.
<About making packaging boxes>
An example of assembling the packaging box 10 from the blank sheet 10B in the present embodiment will be described. First, the blank sheet 10B is arranged so that the back liner is located on the upper side. Next, the article to be accommodated is placed on the first surface portion 11. The second surface portion 12 and the third surface portion 13 are bent around the first surface portion 11 via the first main ruled line L1 and the second main ruled line L2. Then, the pair of first inner flap portions 21 and the pair of second inner flap portions 23 are bent via the pair of fourth main ruled lines L4 and the pair of sixth main ruled lines L6. Subsequently, the pair of first outer flap portions 31 are bent via the pair of third main ruled lines L3 so as to overlap the first inner flap portion 21 and the second inner flap portion 23, and the first inner flap portion 31 is bent. It adheres to the portion 21 and the second inner flap portion 23. Further, the fourth surface portion 14 is bent so as to face the first surface portion 11 via the fifth main ruled line L5, and subsequently overlaps the first inner flap portion 21 and the second inner flap portion 23. As described above, the pair of the second outer flap portions 33 are bent and adhered to the first inner flap portion 21 and the second inner flap portion 23 via the pair of the seventh main ruled lines L7. Finally, the packaging box 10 shown in FIG. 1 is formed by bending the fifth surface portion 15 via the eighth main ruled line L8 and adhering it to the second surface portion 12 so as to overlap the second surface portion 12. Assembled. Adhesion in the present embodiment is performed by, for example, sticking (hot melting) with an adhesive such as a heat-melted resin. In addition, the adhesive in the present embodiment can be applied to each adhesive portion at an appropriate timing. By this assembly, the first surface portion 11 is a bottom surface portion, the fourth surface portion 14 is a top surface portion, the second surface portion 12, the fifth surface portion 15 and the third surface portion 13 are length surface portions, and a pair of first inner flap portions 21 and a pair. A packaging box 10 having a second inner flap portion 23, a pair of first outer flap portions 31 and a pair of second outer flap portions 33 as width surface portions is formed. Here, according to the present invention, since the main ruled lines L1 to L8 are step-crushed, they are easily bent. Further, since the auxiliary ruled line 40 is provided only on the back surface liner, box making failure is unlikely to occur. The reason why the auxiliary ruled line 40 does not bend during box making is that the main ruled lines L1 to L8 are provided on both sides of the front liner and the back liner, so that the auxiliary ruled line 40 is more easily bent than the auxiliary ruled line 40. That is, it is considered that the main ruled lines L1 to 8 are easily bent, so that the force applied to the box making is likely to be concentrated on the main ruled lines L1 to 8 and does not propagate to the auxiliary ruled lines 40.
<Chamfering part 50 forming mechanism>
The chamfered portion 50 is formed as follows. As shown in FIG. 1, although the front liner (outside) of the packaging box 10 just made according to the present embodiment has a perforation 60 that matches the shape of the chamfered portion 50, the chamfered portion 50 is still formed. Not. FIG. 4 shows a plurality (here, three) of the packaged packaging boxes 10 stacked in the vertical direction (see FIG. 1). The fastening bands are hung on the stacked packaging boxes 10 in the width direction and the length direction (front-rear direction and left-right direction in FIG. 1) (see FIG. 5). The fastening band hung on the packaging box 10 comes into contact with the corners of the top and bottom packaging boxes 10 as the band is tightened. The band in contact with the corners of the packaging box 10 exerts a tightening force toward the inside of the packaging box 10.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 6A, the packaging box 10 tries to disperse the tension concentrated on the corners. The tension applied to the corner portion travels along the surface portion of the packaging box 10 as shown by the solid white arrow in FIG. 6 (a). The tension transmitted in this way is also transmitted to the auxiliary ruled line 40. Since the back liner of the step-crushed portion, which is the auxiliary ruled line 40, is crushed toward the center core, the step-crushed portion is easily bent by the force transmitted from the corner portion. Further, when the perforations 60 are provided on the surface liner and the auxiliary ruled line 40, the stress is concentrated on the perforations 60, so that the perforations are more easily bent. As a result, the auxiliary ruled line 40 is bent. If any one of the auxiliary ruled lines 40 is bent, the force transmitted through the surface portion is propagated along the auxiliary ruled lines 40. When the auxiliary ruled line 40 is bent, the chamfered portion 50 emerges, and at the same time, the corner portion returns to a flat surface as shown in FIG. 6 (b). Here, when the chamfered portion 50 is formed, the number of corner portions, which was initially only one, increases to two. By increasing the number to two, the tension applied to one corner is more dispersed, and it is possible to prevent the tension from biting into the packaging box. Further, since the contact area between the fastening band and the cardboard box is increased by forming the chamfered portion 50, the fastening can be performed more firmly. Further, unlike the conventional packaging box, it does not bite and only the surface is dented.
On the other hand, in the conventional packaging box, as shown in FIG. 7, even if the tension concentrated on the corners is transmitted through the surface portion of the packaging box, there is no place where the stress is concentrated. As a result, when the tension concentrated on the corners exceeds the limit, edge breakage occurs due to the biting of the band.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by taking a specific configuration as an example.
A packaging box blank sheet was created based on the conditions shown in Table 〇.
(Box making test)
A blank sheet based on Table 1 was box-made with an autocaser, and box-making defects were confirmed from the viewpoint of box-making suitability. The criteria for proper box making are as follows.
◯: It is possible to make a box in the same way as a normal blank sheet using the current equipment.
Δ: Loss occurs in the current setting, but it is possible to make a box with minor adjustments.
×: Significant equipment modification is required, and it is difficult to use it together with the case of making a normal blank sheet.
(Fixing test)
In the fastening test, packaging boxes containing instant food in containers were stacked in three stages as shown in FIG. 4, and fastening bands were hung in the width direction and the length direction. The fastening band was tightened so that the fastening band did not bend and was in close contact with the surface. At this time, it was confirmed whether the fastening band was biting into the corner of the packaging box or the edge was cut. The judgment criteria are as follows. The results are shown in Fig. 0.
⊚: The chamfered portion is formed in the intended shape, and the fastening band does not bite or the edge is cut.
〇: The chamfered part is not formed sufficiently, but the fastening band does not bite or the edge is cut. The intended function is generally functioning, and biting is unlikely to occur.
X: The fastening band is biting or the edge is cut.

As is clear from Table 2, no box-making failure occurred in Examples 1 to 4. Moreover, in any of the examples, no biting or edge cutting occurred in the fastening test. From this, it was suggested that providing an auxiliary ruled line on the back liner (inside the packaging box) would help box-making and prevent the fastening band from biting. Comparing Examples 1 to 4, the auxiliary ruled line alone is sufficient as a countermeasure against the biting of the fastening band, but by providing the perforation, the chamfered portion is formed in a more intended shape to prevent the fastening band from biting. It turns out that it is effective for. In particular, when the sewing machine surfaces are provided on both the front and back surfaces, the chamfered portion can be easily formed.
As described above, in the present invention, by providing the auxiliary ruled line on the inner surface side of the packaging box, it is possible to form a chamfered portion at the time of fastening with the fastening band while suppressing the occurrence of box-making defects during box-making. can. This has the effect of preventing the fastening band from biting into and cutting the edge.
