Description
本发明涉及冰箱结构技术领域,具体为一种竖直位移止位***。
在现有的技术中,用户在使用过程中为了更加合理的利用空间,冰箱冷藏室内的托盘和冰箱门体上面的小抽屉是可以实现上下移动的,但是当托盘过大,负载过多,承载的东西易滚动时,移动托盘或者抽屉需要将里面的物品全部拿出,待托盘或者抽屉等承载物移动到目标格子后再重新放入物品,真个过程相当烦琐。并且用于固定托盘或者抽屉的格子的数量较少间距较大,不能实现托盘或者抽屉细微的调整,不能最大程度的利用空间。
申请号为201310461942.5的一件专利公开了一种冰箱可调搁物架,其包括搁物架本体和升降调节机构,搁物架本体通过支架支撑在支撑架上,两个支架可以对应支撑架上下移动,支撑架上设有多个定位孔,支架上设有定位销,定位销通过伸缩机构实现定位销从定位孔中***或者脱出,但是上述结构的支架和伸缩机构均位于末端不方便使用者操作。
针对现有冰箱调整托盘或者抽屉不方便的问题,本发明提供了一种竖直位移止位***,其能便于调节承载物的位置。
其技术方案是这样的:一种竖直位移止位***,其包括滑动导向机构,锁止机构和承载机构,所述锁止机构包括定位孔、定位销和伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述锁止机构还包括位于所述承载机构前部的把手,所述把手通过传动件与所述定位销连接;所述伸缩机构包括壳体,所述壳体内开设有活动腔,所述活动腔内设有活动块,所述传动件通过所述活动块与所述定位销连接,所述活动块顶部和所述壳体之间还设有复位弹簧。
其进一步特征在于:所述把手滑动连接于所述承载机构底部;所述壳***于所述承载机构底部末端,所述壳体和所述承载机构开设有供所述定位销穿过的通孔;所述活动块还连接有导向杆,所述导向杆外套接有所述复位弹簧,所述壳体上开设有供所述导向杆伸出的通孔;所述滑动导向机构包括活动轨和固定轨,所述活动轨与所述承载机构连接;所述承载机构包括与所述固定轨连接的支撑件和用于放置物品的承载装置,所述承载装置末端两侧设有T形连接件,所述连接件包括位于末端凸出的卡接部和位于卡接部前端的连接部,所述支撑件两侧开设有安装孔,所述安装孔包括依次连通的伸入孔、连接孔和卡接孔,所述伸入孔的长度大于等于所述卡接部的长度,所述连接孔和所述卡接孔的长度大于等于所述连接部的长度、小于所述卡接部的长度;其还包括助力机构,所述助力机构包括位于箱体上的支撑座,所述支撑座上转动连接有转动轴,所述转动轴通过恒力弹簧与所述承载机构连接;其还包括缓冲机构,所述缓冲机构包括位于箱体上的齿条、与所述齿条配合连接的齿轮以及位于所述承载机构上的缓冲器。
采用了这样的结构后,当需要调节承载机构的位置时,只需要拉动位于承载机构前部的把手将定位销从定位孔中拉出,再操作承载机构在滑动导向机构的作用下移动到合适的位置,再松开把手使定位销***定位孔中实现锁定即可实现位移止位,且在冰箱门口即可进行操作,使用方便。

如图1、图2和图5所示的一种竖直位移止位***,其包括滑动导向机构1,锁止机构2和承载机构3,锁止机构2包括定位孔2-1、定位销2-2和伸缩机构2-3,锁止机构2还包括位于承载机构3前部的把手2-4,把手2-4通过传动件2-5与定位销2-2连接,传动件2-5优选柔性件;伸缩机构2-3包括壳体2-31,壳体2-31内开设有活动腔,活动腔内设有活动块2-32,传动件2-5通过活动块2-32与定位销2-2连接,活动块2-32顶部和壳体2-31之间还设有复位弹簧2-33。拉动把手2-4在传动件2-5的传动作用下带动活动块2-32在活动腔内移动从而带动定位销2-2移动从定位孔2-1中脱出,当松开把手2-4时,定位销2-2在复位弹簧2-33作用下伸出从而可以进入定位孔2-1中,实现位移止位,即使销与孔未对准也只要向上或者向下稍移动承载机构3即可使销进入孔中,操作方便,而且把手2-4和承载机构3之间可以采用弹簧连接便于把手2-4复位,便于使用。
更为具体的结合附图2、图5,把手2-4滑动连接于承载机构3底部;壳体2-31位于承载机构3底部末端,壳体2-31和承载机构3开设有供定位销2-2穿过的通孔;活动块2-32还连接有导向杆2-34,导向杆2-34外套接有复位弹簧2-33,可以避免弹簧扭动,壳体2-31上开设有供导向杆2-34伸出的通孔;壳体2-31可以通过滑动盖板(图中未示出)来开闭活动腔。
如图1、图2、图6、图7所示,滑动导向机构1包括活动轨1-1和固定轨1-2,活动轨1-1与承载机构3连接。承载机构3包括与固定轨1-2连接的支撑件3-1和用于放置物品的承载装置3-2,承载装置3-2末端两侧设有T形连接件3-21,连接件3-21包括位于末端凸出的卡接部3-211和位于卡接部3-211前端的连接部3-212,支撑件3-1两侧开设有安装孔3-11,安装孔3-11包括依次连通的伸入孔3-111、连接孔3-112和卡接孔3-113,伸入孔3-111的长度大于等于卡接部3-211的长度,连接孔3-112和卡接孔3-113的长度大于等于连接部3-212的长度、小于卡接部3-211的长度;承载装置3-2例如抽屉的连接件3-21先***伸入孔3-111中,再向一侧移动使连接件3-21的连接部3-212进入卡接孔3-113中,实现承载装置 3-2的插接安装,安装方便。
如图3所示,其还包括助力机构4,助力机构4包括位于箱体上的支撑座4-1,支撑座4-1上通过轴承转动连接有转动轴,转动轴在转动过程中更加顺畅,声音更加小,转动轴通过恒力弹簧4-2与承载机构3连接,从而时刻能提供一个向上的力便于在放置物品过多的情况下抬升承载机构3,使用方便。
如图4所示,其还包括缓冲机构5,缓冲机构5包括位于箱体上的齿条5-1、与齿条5-1配合连接的齿轮5-2以及位于承载机构3上的双向旋转缓冲器5-3。缓冲器5-3跟随抽屉一起做上下的移动,在移动过程时齿轮5-2在齿条5-1的作用下发生转动,从而实现向上下运动的过程中速度平稳。
