如图1-图6所示,根据本实用新型实施例的玩具船100包括:船体1、炮台2、发射组件3和响应件4。
具体的,炮台2设在船体1上,炮台2具有:炮筒21和炮弹22,炮筒21具有炮口,炮弹22设在炮口内,由此,炮台2设在船体1上后,炮弹22可以从炮口内发射出去,从而增加了玩具船100的功能,也提高了玩具船100的趣味性,在船体1上设有炮台2使得玩具船100的整体造型更加酷炫。
发射组件3至少部分设在炮筒21内,发射组件3在触发时推动炮弹22射出炮口,也就是说,发射组件3的部分结构可以配合在炮筒21内,发射组件3与炮筒21配合后,可以在炮筒21朝向炮口的一端放置炮弹22,以使炮弹22与发射组件3接触,当触发发射组件3时,发射组件3可以朝向炮***动,以将炮弹22推出炮口,从而使炮弹22发射出去。
可以理解的是,通过触发发射组件3就可以使炮弹22发射出去,可以简化发射炮弹22的步骤,而炮弹22发射出去的过程,可以给玩家视觉冲击,从而提高了玩耍的趣味性和新奇性。

具体的,推杆31设在炮筒21内,推杆31的一端朝向炮口设置以止顶在炮弹22上,推杆31在收缩位置和临近炮口的发射位置之间可移动,例如图4所示,推杆31可以沿前后方向延伸,推杆31邻近炮口位置的一端可以与炮弹22抵接,进一步地,推杆31可以在炮筒21内沿前后方向活动,从而使推杆31可以在收缩位置和发射位置之间活动。具体而言,当推杆31朝向如图4所示的后方活动(即朝远离炮口的方向活动),并活动至收缩位置时,推杆31与炮口之间有一定距离,从而使炮弹22可以放于推杆31与炮口之间,进而使炮弹22可以存放于炮筒21内,为发射做准备。当推杆31朝向前活动(即朝向靠近炮口的方向活动),使得推杆31可以从收缩位置向发射位置活动,在此过程中,推杆31可以推杆炮弹22朝向炮口的方向活动,当推杆31活动至发射位置时,推杆31可以将炮弹22推出炮口,从而使炮弹22可以发射出去。
第一弹性件32可以用于驱动推杆31朝向发射位置移动,卡持件33可活动地设在炮筒21内,卡持件33可用于将推杆31卡在收缩位置,第二弹性件34连接卡持件33以使卡持件33保持在与推杆31相配合的状态,第一触发件35设在炮筒21上,第一触发件35在触发时可以推动卡持件33释放推杆31。
也就是说,卡持件33可以配合在炮筒21内,且在炮筒21内可以活动,具体而言,卡持件33在炮筒21内可以沿上下方向活动,第一触发件35可以与卡持件33相连,且 第一触发件35可以相对于炮筒21沿上下方向活动。进一步地,第二弹性件34的一端可以与卡持件33相连,第二弹性件34的另一端可以与炮筒21连接,由此,当向下按压第一触发件35时,卡持件33可以向下活动,卡持件33向下活动过程中可以压缩第二弹性件34,以使第二弹性件34可以储存能量,当撤去外力时,第二弹性件34可以释放储存的能量,以使卡持件33可以向上活动。
在如图4所示的具体示例中,通过按压下第一触发件35,使得卡持件33可以向下活动后,从而使卡持件33与推杆31的凸出部331可以配合在一起,撤去外力后,第二弹性件34释能以推动卡持件33向上活动,从而可以维持卡持件33与推杆31的凸出部331配合的状态,同时卡持件33可以对推杆31限位,进而使推杆31保持在收缩位置处,从而使推杆31压缩第一弹性件32,使其处于蓄能状态。再次按压第一触发件35,卡持件33向下活动,使得卡持件33与推杆31的凸出部331脱离,从而使第一弹性件32可以释能,以将推杆31朝向发射位置推动,从而使炮弹22可以发射出去。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,玩具船100还包括:捞钩5和绳体,捞钩5设在船体1的船舷上,绳体的一端从炮筒21内连接炮弹22,绳体的另一端穿过船体1连接捞钩5,由此,拉动捞钩5朝向远离船舷的方向活动的过程中,捞钩5带动绳体朝向远离玩具船100的方向活动,绳体跟随捞钩5活动时又可以带动炮弹22活动至炮筒21内,从而使炮弹22可以在炮筒21内做好发射准备。
通过将绳体设于船体1内部,拉动捞钩5时可以带动炮弹22活动至炮筒21内,可以增加玩具车的神秘感,同时也使得船体1可以保护绳体活动,还可以得玩具船100的外部结构更加美观。通过在船体1上安装有对绳体限位的限位件(图中未示出),从而使绳体可以沿规划的路径活动,防止绳体松弛并与其他结构发生干涉。
可选地,玩具船100还包括:设在船体1内的中转块和中转弹簧,中转弹簧的一端连接船体1且另一端连接中转块,绳体包括:第一绳段和第二绳段,第一绳段的一端连接炮弹22且另一端连接中转块,第二绳段的一端连接捞钩5且另一端连接中转块。
由此,当拉动捞钩5朝向远离船体1的方向活动时,捞钩5可以拉动第二绳段朝向远离船体1的方向活动,第二绳段可以带动中转块朝向捞钩5的方向活动,中转块活动过程中又可以带动第一绳体和中转弹簧朝向捞钩5的方向活动,从而使得第一绳体可以将炮弹22拉动至炮筒21内,而此时中转弹簧处于拉伸状态,可以储蓄能量,撤去拉动捞钩5的外力后,中转弹簧释放能量,从而使中转弹簧朝向与其固定的船体1方向活动,进而使中转弹簧带动第二绳段与其一起活动,进而使捞钩5可以重新配合在船舷上。
需要说明的是,当中转弹簧释能拉动中转块朝与其固定的船体1方向活动时,由于 绳体为柔性体,不会使炮弹22发射出去。进一步地,通过将绳体设为具有弹性的绳体,以使得中转弹簧释能后,绳体不会松弛与其他结构发生干涉。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,玩具船100还包括设在船体1上的桅杆7和船帆8,船帆8可转动地连接在桅杆7上,也就说说,桅杆7可以设于船体1上,且桅杆7可以沿如图2所示的上下方向延伸,桅杆7配合在船体1上后,船帆8可以与桅杆7连接,并围绕桅杆7的周向转动,从而营造出起风后升起船帆8的视觉效果,以提高玩耍的趣味性。
可选地,桅杆7的顶部设有瞭望台9,玩具船100还包括:公仔10和弹出组件11,公仔10设在瞭望台9内,弹出组件11连接瞭望台9和公仔10,弹出组件11在触发时推动公仔10伸出瞭望台9。
例如图1和图3所示,瞭望台9内可以形成有安装空间(图中未示出),以使公仔10可以配合在安装空间内,且公仔10在安装空间内可以活动。进一步地,弹出组件11的一端可以与公仔10相连,弹出组件11的另一端与瞭望台9连接,由此,公仔10配合在瞭望台9的安装空间内时,公仔10可以压缩弹出组件11,使弹出组件11蓄能,当弹出组件11释放能量时,弹出组件11对公仔10产生向上的作用力,以使公仔10可以伸出瞭望台9。
可以理解的是,公仔10可以为人偶,也可以为动物模型,还可以为科幻人物模型,不作具体限制。例如,当公仔10为海盗人偶时,该玩具船100可以理解为海盗船。再例如,当公仔10为奥特曼时,该玩具船100可以理解为用于打怪兽的正义船。由此,通过将公仔10设为不同的角色,玩具船100则被赋予不同的故事背景,从而可以提高玩家的想象力。
当然,公仔10伸出瞭望台9时可以理解为人站在瞭望台9上进行瞭望,以观察敌情或前方状况。
可选地,瞭望台9的底部设有连接弹出组件11的第二触发件12,船体1上设有与响应件4相连的第三触发件,船帆8转动时其触发端子81可分别触发第二触发件12和第三触发件,以使公仔10弹出且响应件4响应。
例如图4所示,第二触发件12可以包括:触发本体121、触发端部122和第三弹性件123,触发本体121可以沿左右方向延伸,且触发本体121可以在左右方向上活动,触发本体121上可以设有贯穿的通孔,公仔10的下端可以设有公仔支撑杆101,而公仔支撑杆101可以支撑公仔10,也可以对公仔10限位,以使公仔10可以在竖直方向上活动。可选地,通孔的直径适于大于公仔支撑杆101的直径,以使公仔支撑杆101可以穿 过通孔。进一步地,触发端部122设于触发本体121的一端,触发本体121的另一端设有第三弹性件123,由此,第三弹性件123可以对触发本体121产生作用力,以使触发本体121朝向触发端部122活动,从而使触发本体121可以挤压公仔支撑杆101,以对公仔支撑杆101限位,进而使公仔支撑杆101可以在通孔内保持不动,从而使公仔10可保持处于瞭望台9内或伸出瞭望台9的状态。例如,公仔支撑杆101压缩弹出组件11时,公仔10保持在瞭望台9内,触发本体121挤压公仔支撑杆101,以使公仔10可以保持处于瞭望台9内这种状态。
触发端部122被触发后,即挤压触发端部122朝向第三弹性件123的方向活动,使得触发本体121朝向靠近第三弹性件123的方向活动,从而使触发本体121不对公仔支撑杆101限位,在弹出组件11的恢复弹力作用下,使公仔10可以朝向上方运动,从而使公仔10可以伸出瞭望台9,进而使得玩具船100的整体造型更威武。
第三触发件设在船体1上后,第三触发件可以与响应件4进行电连接,以使第三响应件4触发时,响应件4可以发出声音和/或点亮灯光。
由此,船帆8围绕桅杆7转动时,触发端子81可以分别触发第二触发件12和第三触发件,当触发端子81触发第二触发件12时,触发本体121可以朝向靠近第三弹性件123的方向活动,从而使触发本体121不对公仔支撑杆101限位,进而使公仔10可以伸出瞭望台9。当触发端子81触发第三触发件时,响应件4可以发出声音和/或点亮灯光。
可以理解的是,船帆8在转动时其触发端子81可以同时触发第二触发件12和第三触发件,也可以分开触发第二触发件12和第三触发件,不作具体限制。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,玩具船100还包括船舵13,船舵13可转动地设在船体1的甲板6上,船舵13上连接有船舵齿轮14,船体1上设有卡在船舵齿轮14上的船舵发声齿15。
也就是说,船舵13可以设在甲板6上,且船舵13相对于甲板6可以转动,如图5所示,船舵齿轮14可以与船舵13配合安装,以使船舵13转动可以带动船舵齿轮14转动,进一步地,船舵发声齿15配合在船舵齿轮14上,使得船舵13在转动过程中,船舵发声齿15可以感应到船舵齿轮14转动,从而使船舵发声齿15发出声音。例如,船舵发声齿15可以发出船舵13的转动方向和转动角度,以提醒水手船实际的转向,从而可以提高玩具船100的新颖性。
在一个实施例中,玩具船100还包括摇把16,摇把16可转动地设在船体1的船尾上,摇把16上连接有摇把齿轮17,摇把齿轮17位于船体1内,船体1上设有卡在摇把齿轮17上的摇把发声齿18。
也就是说,摇把16可以设在船尾处,且摇把16相对于船体1可以转动,如图6所示,摇把16上可以配合安装有摇把齿轮17,以使摇把齿轮17的转动轴线与摇把16的转动轴线重合,从而使得摇把16转动可以带动摇把齿轮17转动,可选地,通过将摇把齿轮17设于船体1内部,使得船体1可以保护摇把齿轮17,防止摇把齿轮17与其他物体发生碰撞,同时可以使得玩具船100的整体造型更美观。进一步地,摇把发声齿18配合在摇把齿轮17上,使得摇把16在转动过程中,摇把发声齿18可以感应到摇把齿轮17转动,从而使摇把发声齿18发出声音。
可以理解的是,通过在玩具船100上设有摇把16,使得玩具船100的整体造型更加奇特,可以提高小朋友的想象力。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,玩具船100还包括:设在船体1的船舷上的开关门19,开关门19可以与响应件4相连以在开门使响应件4响应。
例如图1所示,在船体1上可以设有两个开关门19,具体的,两个开关门19可以沿前后方向设于船舷上,开关门19可以有打开状态和关闭状态两种状态,当开关门19处于关闭状态时,与普通的门关闭状态相同,从门外面看不到门里面的物体,而当打开开关门19时可以看到门里面的物体。
在一个示例中,在开关门19上连接与响应件4,响应件4可以设为灯泡,当打开开关门19时,灯泡可以被点亮,从而使灯泡可以照亮船体1内部。
在另一个示例中,在船体1内部可以设有玩偶,玩偶的一端与弹性件相连,玩偶的另一端朝向开关门19,当开关门19处于关门状态时,开关门19可以挤压玩偶,以使玩偶可以挤压弹性件,从而使弹性件处于压缩状态,储蓄能量,当打开开关门19时,弹性件释能,以使玩偶可以经过门口而弹出船体1,从而可以给玩家惊喜。
可以理解的是,在船体1内朝向门处可以设有不同的场景、物体、响应件4,以使打开开关门19后可以看到不同的场景、物体、响应,从而增加玩具船100的趣味性,这里对开关门19里面的设置不作限制。
下面参考图1-图6描述本实用新型玩具船100的具体安装及运动过程中的具体过程。
按下第一触发件35,卡持件33可以向下活动,此时卡持件33与推杆31的凸出部331脱离,从而使第一弹性件32可以释能,以将推杆31朝向发射位置推动,从而使炮弹22可以发射出去。通过将绳体的一端与炮弹22相连,绳体的另一端与捞钩5相连,拉动捞钩5朝向远离船体1的方向活动,以使发射出去的炮弹22可以回到炮口处,推动炮弹22以使推杆31朝向远离炮口的方向活动,从而使炮弹22可以活动至炮筒21内,炮弹22可以推动推杆31向后活动,使卡持件33可以与推杆31的凸出部331继续配合 在一起,同时卡持件33可以对推杆31限位,进而使推杆31保持在收缩位置处,从而使推杆31压缩第一弹性件32,使其处于蓄能状态,为下次发射炮弹22做准备。
船帆8在围绕桅杆7转动的过程中,可以触发第二触发件12和第三触发件,当船帆8触发触发第二触发件12时,触发本体121朝向靠近第三弹性件123的方向活动,从而使触发本体121的通孔不对公仔支撑杆101限位,在弹出组件11的恢复弹力作用下,使公仔10可以朝向上方运动,从而使公仔10可以伸出瞭望台9。当船帆8触发触发第三触发件时,第三触发件可以与响应件4进行电连接,以使第三响应件4触发时,响应件4可以发出声音和/或点亮灯光。

    船体;
    炮台,所述炮台设在所述船体上,所述炮台具有:炮筒和炮弹,所述炮筒具有炮口,所述炮弹设在所述炮口内;
    发射组件,所述发射组件至少部分设在所述炮筒内,所述发射组件在触发时推动所述炮弹射出所述炮口;
    响应件,所述响应件与所述发射组件相连,所述发射组件在动作时触发所述响应件响应,所述响应件响应时点亮灯光和/或发出声音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的玩具船,其特征在于,所述发射组件包括:
    推杆,所述推杆设在所述炮筒内,所述推杆的一端朝向所述炮口设置以止顶在所述炮弹上,所述推杆在收缩位置和临近所述炮口的发射位置之间可移动;
    第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件用于驱动所述推杆朝向发射位置移动;

    捞钩,所述捞钩设在所述船体的船舷上;
    绳体,所述绳体的一端从所述炮筒内连接所述炮弹,所述绳体的另一端穿过所述船体连接所述捞钩。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的玩具船,其特征在于,还包括:设在所述船体内的中转块和中转弹簧,所述中转弹簧的一端连接所述船体且另一端连接所述中转块,所述绳体包括:第一绳段和第二绳段,所述第一绳段的一端连接所述炮弹且另一端连接所述中转块,所述第二绳段的一端连接所述捞钩且另一端连接所述中转块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的玩具船,其特征在于,还包括:
    设在所述船体上的桅杆;
    船帆,所述船帆可转动地连接在所述桅杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的玩具船,其特征在于,所述桅杆的顶部设有瞭望台,所述玩具船还包括:公仔和弹出组件,所述公仔设在所述瞭望台内,所述弹出组件连接所述瞭望台和所述公仔,所述弹出组件在触发时推动所述公仔伸出所述瞭望台。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的玩具船,其特征在于,所述瞭望台的底部设有连接所述弹出组件的第二触发件,所述船体上设有与所述响应件相连的第三触发件,所述船帆转动时可分别触发所述第二触发件和所述第三触发件,以使所述公仔弹出且所述响应件响应。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的玩具船,其特征在于,还包括:船舵,所述船舵可转动地设在所述船体的甲板上,所述船舵上连接有船舵齿轮,所述船体上设有卡在所述船舵齿轮上的船舵发声齿。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的玩具船,其特征在于,还包括:摇把,所述摇把可转动地设在所述船体的船尾上,所述摇把上连接有摇把齿轮,所述摇把齿轮位于所述船体内,所述船体上设有卡在所述摇把齿轮上的摇把发声齿。
  10. 根据权利要求1中任一项所述的玩具船,其特征在于,还包括:设在所述船体的船舷上的开关门,所述开关门与所述响应件相连以在开门使所述响应件响应。
