Description

PORTABLE POOL WITH STRETCHED FLOOR WITH PRESSURIZED LIQUID Technical Area
This invention; is about the portable floating pools that are used to create safe swimming areas in dangerous waters such as oceans, open seas, lakes, ponds, dam lakes, basins, streams, rocky beaches, cliffs, and recreational and sports swimming areas in places such as hotel coastline, water park, boat back, Olympic pool lane. During the installation of the floating pool for use, it is characterized by the fact that the pontoons that provide stretching of the ground part consisting of structure such as mesh, porous mesh, etc. the lateral parts consisting of structures and fabric, weaving, coated fabric, plastic-based covers and so on, have a different structure from the known technique and a new and advantageous filling method compared to the existing technique. Prior Art
Floating pools, in general, are used to create a safe, clean, and segregated swimming area in the waters such as ocean, sea, lake, pond, stream, dam lake, deep pool, etc. Thanks to the floating pools in the offshore parts of the sea or lakes, safe swimming environments and poolside recreation areas (sunbathing, beach, water sports, poolside dining, and entertainment areas) can be created. Floating pools; is positioned on the coasts and shorelines of places such as hotel, holiday village, site, etc. to determine the swimming area and keep it safe and clean. It can be installed on cliffs, rocky beaches, dam lakes, basins to create safe swimming areas. In the oceans and open seas, it can create sheltered swimming areas from dangerous marine animals. It can be placed in deep pools to create safe swimming areas for children and disabled people. It can create reserved lanes in the Olympic pools, in the sea and lakes areas reserved for water sports. Floating pools generally consists of;
• of lateral structures with a certain height, which consists of materials such as net, porous mesh, etc. that allow water to pass but do not allow the passage of creatures such as algae, fish, jellyfish, and foreign substances, · of the floor structure, which consists of material such as fabric, woven, coated fabric, plastic-based cover and connected with lateral structures,
• of upper bollards located along the edges of the lateral structures that are not on the ground side or a part of said edges and which allow the said edges of the lateral structures to remain on the water surface, · of lower pontoons located along the sides where the lateral structures and the ground meet or on the part of the said edges ensure that the pool structure stays in the water stably.
The above-mentioned floating dock elements describe the general structure. This structure can be changed and used differently in the current technique. In portable floating pools, the pontoons above are generally inflatable.
Floating pools, in water, in all conditions, should not pose a danger to users and protect their stable structure. In this context, the lateral nets and the ground fabric must remain tight and smooth in the water under all conditions. Various solutions have been proposed in the current art for this stretched and stable structure. Many of these solutions; are designed to add various support elements to the structure mentioned above.
In the known technique, portable floating pool structure is found in the patent articles "Foldable Floating Pool with Diagonal Support Elements" publication number TR2015 / 10197. The stretched and stable structure in the said portable floating pool is provided by diagonal support elements passing over the lateral networks. In the portable floating pool mentioned in the patent document with application number TR2015 / 10197, there is a floating upper pontoon on the water surface, but there is no lower pontoon. The most critical problem in having lower pontoons in floating pools is that the lower pontoon must remain suspended and stretched in water at a certain depth. In the known technique, in the patent document titled "Seawater swimming pool floated on the sea" with publication number KR1020190093943, the use of a lower pontoon is seen in the floating pool. In the mentioned patent specification, there are statements that the said sub-pontoons are filled with air in swimming mode and with water in submerging mode. However, the aforementioned lower pontoons are not inflatable. In this context, the floating pool mentioned in the patent document with publication number KR1020190093943 is not portable. Besides, the lower pontoons are not inflatable, allowing water to fill with a normal pump without additional solutions. As it is necessary to use inflatable pontoons in floating pools that are portable; Additional solutions will be needed in the lower pontoons' water filling process.
In the known technique, there is a lower pontoon use in the floating pool mentioned in the patent document titled "Bathing device" with publication number US3571819. The lower pontoon in the floating pool in question is designed in the form of a perforated tube. It is intended that water will enter into it during submerging. For this reason, the lower pontoon mentioned is not foldable or inflatable. Therefore, the floating pool mentioned in the patent document with publication number US3571819 is not portable.
In the known technique, the structuring mentioned in the patent document with publication number FR2645451B1 titled "Structure for arranging a pool, particularly a swimming pool" is not a floating pool. However, it is intended to create partitions in a normal pool. By positioning the pool on the water surface with air-filled pontoons; creates partitions in the pool. The pontoons above are not intended to keep the floor fabric of the floating pools stretched.
As can be seen, in the current technique, in portable floating pools, no bottom pontoon structure keeps the lateral surfaces of the pool and the ground fabric stretched without the need for other support elements on the lateral surfaces and is used by filling it with pressurized liquid.
Brief Description of the Invention
The most important feature of the invention has the structure and installation method that ensures that the lateral surfaces (nets) and the ground (floor fabric) remain at the desired stretch by filling the upper pontoon with air (gas). The lower pontoon with water (liquid), the upper pontoon stays smoothly on the water surface, and the lower pontoon is suspended in the water at a certain depth during the use of the floating pool.
The most important feature of the installation method is the filling process of the bottom pontoon filled with water (liquid) with pressurized (accelerated) water (liquid), thus ensuring homogeneous filling without any air gap. In this way, both the net and the ground of the floating pool are provided with the desired stretch, and the swimming position of the floating pool in the water (with the balance of density) is correctly adjusted.
The invention aims to obtain a portable floating pool that can be easily opened and collected and can remain in the water's desired stretch when opened and used. The invention's subject, the portable floating pool, is designed to have a minimum volume when collected.
While the portable floating pool system is opened, the upper pontoons/pontoons are filled with air (gas), while the lower pontoon/pontoons are filled with water (liquid) in a pressurized manner. There is a separate entrance (hose) for each pontoon. Pumps that can fill gas and liquid in the portable floating pool system can be included in the system or excluded from the system. Gas-filling pump/pumps are connected to the inlet hose of the upper pontoon; the pump/pumps filling liquid are connected to the inlet hose/hoses of the lower pontoon/pontoons are already connected.
The internal or external gas and liquid pumps of the portable floating pool, which are collected in the form of a package in the installation, are operated, and each pump starts to fill gas and liquid to the pontoon to which it is connected. The filled liquid is conveyed under pressure to avoid gaps and homogeneous filling in the pontoon. When the portable floating pool reaches the desired opening and stretch, the pumps stop pumping gas and liquid. Opening and stretching in the installation takes place within 3 to 4 minutes. In the collection process, the pumps mentioned above are operated in reverse to ensure that the gas or liquid in the pontoon they are connected to is transferred out. The pontoons, which are inflatable with liquid or gas, are emptied, and the folding process collects the portable floating pool. The portable floating pool, which is the invention's subject, is suitable for use in all kinds of water areas and the back of the boat, hotel beach, rocky beaches, pools due to its structure and features. Inflatable pontoons are made of steel, composite, etc. when covered with a rigid material, and the lateral nets are designed in the form of metal mesh, it can be used to create a sheltered swimming area in oceans and areas where predatory marine animals (sharks, etc.) are found.
The present invention is described in more detail hereinafter by way of example with the accompanying drawings. The invention's portable floating pool subject is not limited to the form shown in the drawings attached to the description. Images are provided for illustrative purposes.

• The upper pontoon in at least one piece, with air (gas) inflatable feature, which is located along the edges of the lateral nets (2) that are not on the side of the ground (7) or a part of the said edges and ensures that the said edges of the lateral nets (2) remain on the water surface. (5);
• At least one upper pontoon hose (6) that allows the internal or external pump/pumps which are used to pump air (gas) into the upper pontoon (5) and discharge air (gas) from the upper pontoon (5) to be connected to the upper pontoon (5);
• Lower pontoon (3) in the form of at least one piece of inflatable with water (liquid), which is located along the edges where the lateral nets (2) and the floor (7) meet or on the part of the said edges, and which allows the portable floating pool (1) structure to be suspended in the water and the floor to stand at the desired stretch; • At least one lower pontoon hose (4) that allows the internal or external pump/pumps which are used to pump water (liquid) into the lower pontoon (3) and discharge water (liquid) from the lower pontoon(3) to be connected to the lower pontoon (3);
• Connecting stubs (8) located between the floor (7) and lateral nets (2) and the lower pontoon (3) and between the lateral nets (2) and the upper pontoon (5) and that enable these structures to be connected;
• At least one lower inner pontoon (9) located along the inner part of the lower pontoon (3) and/or along the inner perimeter and/or along the outer perimeter and/or along the upper part and/or along the lower part, providing safety in the event of damage to the lower pontoon (3) and ensuring density adjustment in the water when necessary;
• The lower inner pontoon hose (10) enables the internal or external pump/pumps to be connected to the lower inner pontoon (9), which is used to pump water (liquid) into the lower inner pontoon (9) and discharge water (liquid) from the lower inner pontoon (9);
• At least one lower pontoon strap inflated with pressurized water (liquid) that is filled to the lower pontoon (3) and extends from one side of the floor (7) to the other side and/or passes through the surface of the floor (7), and which kept the floor at the desired stretch in portable floating pools (1) of enlarged size.
The portable floating pool (1) includes at least one floor (7), similar to the prior art's floating pools. The floor (7) forms the base of the portable floating pool (1). The floor (7) part can be manufactured from fabric, woven, coated fabric, plastic-derived cover, etc. Floor (7) can have a geometric shape such as square, rectangle, triangle, circle, parallelogram, etc.
The portable floating pool (1) includes lateral nets (2) that surround the floor (7) as vertical planes (walls), similar to the floating pools in the prior art. Lateral nets (2) allow water passage into the portable floating pool (1) but prevent foreign substances and sea creatures' entry.
The upper pontoon (5) is located along the edges of the lateral nets (2) that are not on the side of the floor (7) or in at least one piece on the part of said edges. The upper pontoon (5) is inflatable with air (gas). It has a structure and material feature that allows the portable floating pool (1) to be folded when it is not inflated. The upper pontoon (5) inflated with air (gas) can float on the water surface. This context ensures that the lateral nets' upper edges (2) remain on the water surface. Therefore, the upper pontoon (5) enables the portable floating pool (1) to float by being hanging deep from the water surface. Connecting stubs (8) extend between the upper pontoon (5) and the lateral nets (2). Said edges of the lateral nets
(2) are connected to the upper pontoon (5) through connecting stubs (8). At least one pump is used to inflate the upper pontoon (5) by pumping air (gas) and discharge air (gas) from the upper pontoon (5). The said pump is connected to the upper pontoon (5) with the upper pontoon hose (6).
There is a lower pontoon (3) in at least one piece along the edges where the lateral nets (2) and the floor (7) meet or on the part of said edges. The lower pontoon (3) is inflatable with water (liquid). It has a structure and material feature that allows the portable floating pool (1) to be folded when it is not inflated. The lower pontoon (3) inflated with water (liquid) can remain hanging in the water. This context ensures that the lateral nets (2) and the floor (7) remain tight in the water. Therefore, the lower pontoon (3) ensures that the portable floating pool (1) stays tight in the water and takes a smooth form. Connecting stubs (8) extend between the lower pontoon (3) and the lateral nets (2) and between the lower pontoon (3) and the floor (7). Said edges of the lateral nets (2) and the floor (7) are connected to the lower pontoon (3) through connecting stubs (8). At least one pump is used to inflate the lower pontoon (3) by pumping water (liquid) and discharge water (liquid) from the lower pontoon (3). High pressure is used while pumping liquid into the lower pontoon
(3). Thus, it is possible to fill the lower pontoon (3) without gaps and fill the lower pontoon
(3) homogeneously. Besides, thanks to the accelerated filling, the portable floating pool's position (1) in the water can be predicted clearly. The pump that transmits water (liquid) to the lower pontoon (3) is connected to the lower pontoon (3) with, the lower pontoon hose
(4).
There is at least one inner pontoon located along the inner part of the lower pontoon (3) and/or along its inner perimeter and/or along its outer perimeter and/or along its upper part and/or along its lower part to ensure safety in case the lower pontoon (3) is damaged. (9) In the invention's preferred embodiment, the lower inner pontoon (9) is positioned along the lower pontoon's inner part (4). The lower inner pontoon (9) is also inflated with high- pressure liquid like the lower pontoon (3). It has a structure and material feature that allows the portable floating pool (1) to be folded when it is not inflated. At least one pump is used to inflate the lower inner pontoon (9) by pumping water (liquid) and discharging water (liquid) from the lower inner pontoon (9). The pump that transmits water (liquid) to the lower inner pontoon (9) is connected to the lower inner pontoon (9) with, the lower pontoon hose (10).
When the portable floating pool (1) is manufactured by increasing its sizes, support elements may be needed to keep the floor (7) part stretched. In this case, at least one lower pontoon strap (11) is used, which is inflated with pressurized water (liquid) filled into the lower pontoon (3) and extends from one side to the other through the surface and/or through the floor (7). The lower pontoon belts (11) are in connection with the lower pontoon (3) to allow water (liquid) passage. Thus, the lower pontoon straps (11) can be filled with the lower pontoon (3).
Adjectives such as "top", "bottom", "front", "back", "inner", "outer", "side" expressed in the specification do not define a priority, direction and / or order to limit the invention. It is used in this way in order to understand the making of the invention better.
