以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る知財管理システムについて説明する。本実施形態の知財管理システムは、商品又はサービス(以下、サービスも含めて商品という。)に関する知的財産に係る権利処理が適切に行われることを支援しようとするものである。
図3は、管理サーバ30を実現するコンピュータのハードウェア構成例を示す図である。なお、図3に示すコンピュータは、ユーザ端末10及びデザイナー端末20のハードウェア構成例としても用いることができる。
図5は、権利処理の状況を評価する処理の流れを示す図である。管理サーバ30は、商品情報の入力を受け付け(S401)、商品情報に対応するデザイン情報の入力を受け付ける(S402)。なお、対応するデザイン情報が登録されている場合には、デザイン情報記憶部332からデザイン情報を読み出すことができる。管理サーバ30は、デザイン情報に対応する知財情報の入力を受け付ける(S403)。なお、対応する知財情報が登録されている場合には、知財情報記憶部333から知財情報を読み出すことができる。管理サーバ30は、知財情報に対応する書面情報の入力を受け付ける(S404)。なお、対応する書面情報が登録されている場合には、書面情報記憶部334から書面情報を読み出すことができる。
商品情報の登録後、デザインの変更などが行われることもあり、本実施形態の知財管理システムでは、ユーザは、現在の商品が意匠権で保護されているか否かのリスクを確認することができる。図6は、商品が意匠権で保護されていないリスクの評価処理の一例を示す図である。
図7は、商品情報、デザイン情報、知財情報、及び書面情報の紐付けがなされない場合に、商品が意匠権で保護されていないリスクを評価する処理の一例を示す図である。
