本发明涉及衣物处理设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种组合式衣物处理装置及控制方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的组合式衣物处理装置,具有多个衣物处理单元,多个衣物处理单元具有多个加热装置,对衣物进行加热或者烘干处理等。在多个衣物处理单元同时加热工作时,各个加热装置的功率之和极易超过衣物处理装置额定最大功率,从而导致跳闸或者发生安全事故的现象。
申请号为CN200880124154.4的发明专利公开了一种衣物处理装置及其控制方法,所述衣物处理装置包括第一衣物处理装置和邻近第一衣物处理装置的第二衣物处理装置。设置在第一衣物处理装置中的第一加热器和设置在第二衣物处理装置中的第二加热器能够选择性地和交替地***作以加热洗涤水。
该申请公开的衣物处理装置及其控制方法,其虽然公开了第一衣物处理装置中的第一加热器和设置在第二衣物处理装置中的第二加热器能够选择性地和交替地***作以加热洗涤水,但是其公开的第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置的加热元件仅具有一个功率的加热器,第一衣物处理装置或第二衣物处理装置的功率不可调,若要避免衣物处理装置的总功率不超过额定最大功率,只能通过选择性或者交替地控制第一加热器和第二加热器的工作,第一加热器和第二加热器不能同时工作,导致衣物处理装置整机的工作效率低。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有功率可变的加热装置的组合式衣物处理装置,通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
为实现上述发明目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种组合式衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置包括至少两个衣物处理单元,至少一个衣物处理单元包括功率可变的加热装置。
进一步的,所述衣物处理装置包括第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元,所述第一衣物处理单元具有第一加热装置,所述第二衣物处理单元具有第二加热装置,所述第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置具有至少两个不同功率的加热器。
进一步的,所述第一加热装置包括第一加热器和第二加热器,所述第一加热器的功率大于第二加热器;所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器和第四加热器,所述第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器,所述第一加热器与第四加热器、或者第二加热器与第三加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率;
或者,所述第一加热装置包括第一加热器;所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器和第四加热器,所述第一加热器/第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器,第一加热器与第四加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率。
本发明的另一目的还提供了一种具有上述组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,所述衣物处理装置控制加热装置开启,通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
进一步的,通过控制第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置不同功率的加热器的工作情况,调控第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置的功率,使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。

2、本发明提供的衣物处理装置包含两个或多个衣物处理单元的组合式衣物处理装置,每个衣物处理单元都具有一套加热装置,至少其中的一套加热装置具有两种功率加热器的组合,其中一个加热器的功率大于等于另一个加热器的功率。衣物处理装置在工作的过程中,在保证不影响每个衣物处理单元的正常工作的情况下,通过控制不同功率加热器的不同工作情况,使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。可操控性强,且电路简单,易于实现。

本发明提供了一种具有功率可变的加热装置的组合式衣物处理装置,通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
具体的,所述衣物处理装置包括至少两个衣物处理单元,其中至少一个衣物处理单元包括功率可变的加热装置。本发明提供的组合式衣物处理装置,包括至少两个衣物处理单元,每个衣物处理单元都具有一套加热装置,至少一个衣物处理单元具有功率可变的加热装置。所述衣物处理装置控制加热装置开启,通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
通过本发明的方案,解决了现有的组合式衣物处理装置,由于多个衣物处理单元同时加热工作,极易造成衣物处理装置的总功率超过额定最大功率,从而导致跳闸或者发生安全事故的现象,影响用户的使用体验。
本实施例以所述衣物处理装置包括两个衣物处理单元为例进行说明,所述衣物处理单元的数量不受限制,可以为三个或者四个或者更多。
所述衣物处理装置包括第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元,所述加热装置包括第一加热装置和第二加热装置,所述第一衣物处理单元具有第一加热装置,所 述第二衣物处理单元具有第二加热装置,所述第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置具有至少两个不同功率的加热器。
所述第一加热装置和第二加热装置其中的一个具有至少两个不同功率的加热器。优选的,所述第一加热装置和第二加热装置分别具有至少两个不同功率的加热器,使得衣物处理装置的工作过程中的总功率可变范围更大,用户的选择性更多样化。
或者,在另一种方案,所述第一加热装置和第二加热装置其中的一个加热装置具有至少两个功率相同的加热器,通过控制不同加热器的开闭情况,来控制多个加热器同时处于工作状态的数量,进而调整衣物处理装置的总功率,使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
本实施例提供了一种实施方式,以所述第一加热装置和第二加热装置至少其中一个具有两个不同功率的加热器为例进行说明,每个加热装置包含的加热器的数量不受限制,可以为三个或者四个或者更多。
本发明提供的组合式衣物处理装置,各衣物处理单元之间的大功率加热装置采用在硬件上互锁方式,小功率加热装置可以保证各衣物处理单元的基本的加热需求,即不同衣物处理单元的大功率的加热器,不能同时工作,防止超过一个电源插头的所能承受的最大功率。
在一种方案中,所述第一加热装置和第二加热装置均具有两个不同功率的加热器,所述第一加热装置包括第一加热器、第二加热器和第一电源控制板,所述第一加热器的功率大于第二加热器。所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器、第四加热器和第二电源控制板,所述第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器。第一加热器和第三加热器为两个功率较大的加热器,其采用硬件互锁的方式进行电路连接,以保证第一加热器和第三加热器两个功率较大的加热器不能同时工作。所述第一加热器与第四加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率,所述第二加热器与第三加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率,以保证第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元可同时工作,且第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元同时工作的总功率之和不超过额定最大功率。
在另一种方案中,所述第一加热装置仅包括第一加热器,所述第一加热器的功率大小相对较大,单独的第一加热器工作就能够满足第一衣物处理单元正常工作所需的加热能量;所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器和第四加热器,所述第一加热器/第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器,第一加热器与第四加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率。以保证第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元可同时工作,且第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元同时工作的总功率之和不超过额定最大功率。
本实施例还提供了一种实施方式,以所述第一加热装置和第二加热装置至少其中一个具有两个相同功率的加热器为例进行说明,每个加热装置包含的加热器的数量不受限制,可以为三个或者四个或者更多。

或者,所述第一加热装置包括第一加热器;所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器和第四加热器,所述第一加热器、第三加热器、第四加热器的功率相同,第一加热器、第三加热器、第四加热器任意两个加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率。通过控制第三加热器和第四加热器的开闭情况,调整衣物处理装置的总功率,例如当第一加热器需要工作时,则控制第三加热器和第四加热器至少一个要处于关闭状态,以避免衣物处理装置的总功率超过额定最大功率。在上述方案中,如图5所示,第一电源控制板和第二电源控制板可以合并为一个电源控制板;各衣物处理单元共用一个电源主控制板,控制所有衣物处理装置的流程运行。各衣物处理单元共用一个电源线插头,因此,多个衣物处理单元在同时工作时,若每个衣物处理单元均采用较大功率的加热器工作,很容易造成衣物处理装置的各个衣物处理单元的总功率超过一个电源线插头所能承受的额定最大功率。
本发明中,所述加热装置的温度可变不限于通过设置不同功率的加热器来实现,所述加热装置也可以采用具有多个功率档位的加热装置,所述加热装置至少具有两个功率档位,衣物处理装置在工作的过程中,通过调整加热装置以不同功率档位加热工作,来保证多个衣物处理单元在同时工作时衣物处理装置的总功率不超过额定最大功率。
如图1至5所示,本发明的另一目的还提供了一种具有上述组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,如图1所示,所述衣物处理装置控制加热装置开启,通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。通过该控制方法,解决了现有的组合式衣物处理装置,由于多个衣物处理单元同时加热工作,极易造成衣物处理装置的总功率超过额定最大功率,从而导致跳闸或者发生安全事故的现象。

所述第一加热装置具有两个不同功率的第一加热器和第二加热器,第一加热器的功率大于第二加热器,所述第二加热装置具有两个不同功率的第三加热器和第四加热器,第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器。
如图3和图5中所示,所述衣物处理装置的控制单元控制所述第一加热器和第三加热器不同时工作,两个衣物处理单元的两个大功率的加热器即所述第一加热器和第三加热器采用硬件互锁方式。
优选的,当所述第一加热器/第三加热器工作时,控制所述第二加热器和第四加热器不同时工作。如图5所示,两个小功率加热器即第二加热器和第四加热器也采用硬件互锁方式,保证两个大功率加热器不同时工作;当一个大功率加热器工作时,可以保证两个小功率加热器不同时工作,不会出现三个加热器同时工作的现象,进一步防止了衣物处理装置工作时的总功率不超过一个电源插头的所能承受的最大功率。

第一种情形:
第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元需要同时启动工作,则通过比较分析第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元各自加热所需的时间来控制不同加热器的工作情况。
判断第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1是否小于第二衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 2,所述第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1和第二衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 2可由用户设定的时间,或者由衣物处理装置的控制单元通过传感器检测到的衣物信息得出的需要加热的时间,所述衣物信息包括衣物量、衣物的材质、衣物脏污程度、衣物的湿度等信息。
若判断到第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1小于第二衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 2,则关闭第三加热器,打开第一加热器,使得所述第一加热器和第四加热器同时加热工作,第二加热器和第三加热器保持关闭状态,当完成第一衣物处理单元的加热时,关闭所述第一加热器,打开第三加热器,优先完成第一衣物处理单元的加热程序。

当第一衣物处理单元需要进行加热程序时,若第二衣物处理单元处于工作中,则比较第一衣物处理单元所述加热时间与第二衣物处理单元剩余加热时间,来控制不同加热器的工作情况;当第二衣物处理单元需要进行加热程序时,若第一衣物处理单元未处于工作中,则第二衣物处理单元直接进行加热即可,若第一衣物处理单元处于工作中,则比较第二衣物处理单元所述加热时间与第一衣物处理单元剩余加热时间,来控制不同加热器的工作情况。如图4所示,当第一衣物处理单元需要对筒内的洗涤水进行加热时,首先检测第二衣物处理单元的加热器是否工作,若检测到第二衣物处理单元的加热器未工作,则第一衣物处理单元直接正常进行加热。
若检测到第二衣物处理单元的加热器只有一个工作时,则打开与之功率大小相对的另一路的第一衣物处理单元的加热器,使两者同时加热工作。例如,若检测到只有第三加热器工作,则打开第二加热器;若检测到只有第四加热器工作,则打开第一加热器。
若检测到第三加热器和第四加热器同时工作,则进一步判断第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1是否小于第二衣物处理单元的剩余加热时间T S,所述第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1可由用户设定的时间,或者由衣物处理装置的控制单元通过传感器检测到的衣物信息得出的需要加热的时间,所述衣物信息包括衣物量、衣物的材质、衣物脏污程度、衣物的湿度等信息。
若判断到第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1小于第二衣物处理单元的剩余加热时间T S,则关闭第三加热器,打开第一加热器,使得所述第一加热器和第四加热器同时加热工作,第二加热器和第三加热器保持关闭状态,当完成第一衣物处理单元的加热程序时,关闭所述第一加热器,打开第三加热器,优先完成第一衣物处理单元的加热程序。
若判断第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1不小于第二衣物处理单元的剩余加热时间T S,则关闭第四加热器,打开第二加热器,使的第二加热器和第三加热器同时加热工作,第一加热器和第四加热器保持关闭状态,优先完成第二衣物处理单元的烘干加热程序。
进一步的,当判断到第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1小于第二衣物处理单元的剩余加热时间T S时;进一步判断第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1是否小于T S/6,若判断为是,则关闭第三加热器和第四加热器,打开第一加热器和第二加热器, 当完成第一衣物处理单元给洗涤水加热的加热程序时,再打开第三加热器和第四加热器,关闭第一加热器和第二加热器。
进一步的,当判断到第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1大于第二衣物处理单元的剩余加热时间T S时;进一步判断第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间T 1是否大于2T S,若判断为是,则当第二衣物处理单元的烘干加热程序完成时,再进行第一衣物处理单元的加热程序;或者,关闭第四加热器,打开第二加热器,使的第二加热器和第三加热器同时加热工作,第一加热器和第四加热器保持关闭状态。
反之当第二衣物处理单元需要进行加热时,首先检测第一衣物处理单元是否正在进行加热程序,以及第一衣物处理单元的加热器的工作情况,根据比较分析第二衣物处理单元加热所需的时间和第一衣物处理单元剩余加热时间控制相应的加热器的工作情况,若第二衣物处理单元的加热所需的时间小于第一衣物处理单元的剩余加热的时间,则优先完成第二衣物处理单元的加热程序,若第二衣物处理单元的加热的时间大于第一衣物处理单元剩余加热的时间,则优先完成第一衣物处理单元的加热程序,相应的控制不同加热器的工作情况。
在另一种实施方式中
所述第一加热装置仅具有一个加热器,为第一加热器,所述第二加热装置具有两个不同功率的第三加热器和第四加热器,第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器,第一加热器的功率大于第四加热器。所述衣物处理装置的控制单元控制所述第一加热器和第三加热器不同时工作,两个衣物处理单元的两个大功率的加热器即所述第一加热器和第三加热器采用硬件互锁方式。
所述第一衣物处理单元为洗衣机,第二衣物处理单元为干衣机,两个衣物处理单元的大功率加热器之间采用互锁电路的方式控制加热工作,小功率加热器之间采用互锁电路的方式控制加热工作,保证多个加热器加热工作时的功率之和不超过电源线插头的额定最大功率。
当第一衣物处理单元需要进行加热时,首先检测第二衣物处理单元的加热器是否工作,当第三加热器和第四加热器同时工作时:若第一衣物处理单元加热所需要时间少于第二衣物处理单元剩余加热所需时间,则关闭第三加热器,打开第一加热器,使两者同时加热工作,完成第一衣物处理单元的水加热程序后,再次打开烘干加热器第三加热器。
若第一衣物处理单元的加热所需时间大于第二衣物处理单元剩余加热时间时,则关闭第三加热器,打开第一加热器,使两者同时加热工作,完成第一衣物处理单元的水加热后,再次打开第二衣物处理单元的第三加热器。
若第一衣物处理单元加热所需要时间远大于第二衣物处理单元的剩余加热时间时,大约是第二衣物处理单元剩余加热时间的2~3倍时,则第一衣物处理单元等待至完成第二衣物处理单元的烘干加热程序后再进行加热程序。
第二种控制方式:(根据加热温度判断)
当第一衣物处理单元要加热时,首先检测第二衣物处理单元的加热器是否工作,当第二衣物处理单元第三加热器和第四加热器同时工作时:
判断第一衣物处理单元加热的目标设置温度与预设温度阈值的大小,若第一衣物处理单元加热的目标设置温度低于预设温度阈值,则关闭第二衣物处理单元第三加热器/第四加热器,对应打开第一衣物处理单元第一加热器/第二加热器,使两者同时加热工作,第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元有一个加热器处于工作状态,其中一个衣物处理单元为大功率的加热器工作,另一个衣物处理单元的对应为小功率的加热器工作。
更进一步的,若第一衣物处理单元加热的目标设置温度远低于预设温度阈值,如预设温度阈值是目标设置温度的5~6倍,可采用关闭第二衣物处理单元第三加热器和第四加热器,打开第一衣物处理单元第一加热器和第二加热器,优先完成第一衣物处理单元的加热,之后再转为第二衣物处理单元加热。或者,关闭第二衣物处理单元的第三加热器,打开第一衣物处理单元的第一加热器,使两者同时加热工作。
若第一衣物处理单元加热的目标设置温度高于预设温度阈值,关闭第二衣物处理单元第三加热器/第四加热器,对应打开第一衣物处理单元第一加热器/第二加热器,使两者同时加热工作。
更进一步,若第一衣物处理单元加热的目标设置温度远高于预设温度阈值,加热的目标设置温度是预设温度阈值2~3倍,则第一衣物处理单元加热等待至第二衣物处理单元加热完成后再工作。或者,关闭第二衣物处理单元第四加热器,打开第一衣物处理单元第二加热器,使第二加热器和第三加热器两者同时加热工作,
当需要第一衣物处理单元加热时,首先检测第二衣物处理单元加热器是否工作,当第二衣物处理单元加热器只有一个工作时,则打开与之功率大小相对的另一路的第一衣物处理单元加热器,使两者同时加热工作。
第三种控制方式:(根据湿度值判断)
当第二衣物处理单元需要加热时,首先检测第一衣物处理单元加热器是否工作,当第一衣物处理单元第一加热器和第二加热器同时工作时。
比较第二衣物处理单元内衣物当前的湿度值和预设湿度阈值的大小,若第二衣物处理单元检测的衣物当前湿度值高于预设湿度阈值,则打开第二衣物处理单元第 四加热器,关闭第一衣物处理单元第二加热器,使第一加热器和第四加热器两者同时加热工作。
若检测到第二衣物处理单元的当前湿度值低于预设湿度阈值,则打开第二衣物处理单元的第三加热器,关闭第一衣物处理单元第一加热器,使第二加热器和第三加热器两者同时加热工作。
当第二衣物处理单元加热时,首先检测第一衣物处理单元加热器是否工作,当第一衣物处理单元加热器只有一个工作时,则打开与之功率大小相对的另一路的第一衣物处理单元加热器,例如只有第一加热器工作,那么就打开第四加热器,若只有第二加热器工作,那么就打开第三加热器。
第四种控制方式:(固定加热方式)
当第一衣物处理单元要加热时,首先检测第二衣物处理单元的加热器是否工作,当第二衣物处理单元的第三加热器和第四加热器同时工作时,关闭第二衣物处理单元第三加热器/第四加热器,对应打开第一衣物处理单元第一加热器/第二加热器。例如:当第一衣物处理需要加热时,若第二衣物处理单元的第三加热器和第四加热器均处于工工作状态,则可设定关闭第四加热器,打开第二加热器,设定已执行加热的衣物处理单元采用大功率的加热器加热;或者,也可以设定关闭第三加热器,打开第一加热器,设定要执行加热的衣物处理单元采用大功率的加热器工作。
第三种情形:
其中一个衣物处理单元要进行加热程序时,另一个衣物处理单元未处于工作状态的情形,那么就正常执行要进行的衣物处理单元的加热程序即可,如果需要加热的温度高于设定值或者衣物湿度值高于设定值,则启动该衣物处理单元的两个加热器同时工作。如果需要加热的温度高于设定值或者衣物湿度值小于设定值,则可根据实际需求启动该衣物处理单元的一个或者两个加热器即可。例如,当第一衣物处理单元需要进行加热程序时,若第二衣物处理单元未处于工作中,则第一衣物处理单元则可根据设定的程序或者上述判断方法等正常进行加热即可。
本发明提供的衣物处理装置为两个衣物处理单元的组合装置,每个衣物处理单元具有不同功率的加热器,或者至少一个具有两个不同功率的加热器。本发明提供的衣物处理装置包含两个或多个衣物处理单元的组合式衣物处理装置,每个衣物处理单元都具有一套加热装置,至少其中的一套加热装置具有两种功率加热器的组合,其中一个加热器的功率大于等于另一个加热器的功率。衣物处理装置在工作的过程中,在保证不影响每个衣物处理单元的正常工作的情况下,通过控制不同功率加热器的不同工作情况,使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。可操控性强,且电路简单,易于实现。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步的组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组合式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述衣物处理装置包括至少两个衣物处理单元,至少一个衣物处理单元包括功率可变的加热装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述衣物处理装置包括第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元,所述第一衣物处理单元具有第一加热装置,所述第二衣物处理单元具有第二加热装置,所述第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置具有至少两个不同功率的加热器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的组合式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一加热装置包括第一加热器和第二加热器,所述第一加热器的功率大于第二加热器;所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器和第四加热器,所述第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器,所述第一加热器与第四加热器、或者第二加热器与第三加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率;
    或者,所述第一加热装置包括第一加热器;所述第二加热装置包括第三加热器和第四加热器,所述第一加热器/第三加热器的功率大于第四加热器,第一加热器与第四加热器同时工作的功率之和不超过额定最大功率。
  4. 一种具有上述权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:所述衣物处理装置控制加热装置开启,通过调控加热装置的功率使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    通过控制第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置不同功率的加热器的工作情况,调控第一加热装置和/或第二加热装置的功率,使得衣物处理装置的总功率小于等于额定最大功率。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述衣物处理装置的控制单元控制所述第一加热器和第三加热器不同时工作;
    优选的,当所述第一加热器/第三加热器工作时,控制所述第二加热器和第四加热器不同时工作。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    当第一衣物处理单元需要进行加热程序时,首先检测第二衣物处理单元的第三加热器和第四加热器是否工作;
    若检测到只有第三加热器工作,则打开第二加热器;若检测到只有第四加热器工作,则打开第一加热器;
    若检测到第三加热器和第四加热器同时工作,进一步判断第一衣物处理单元加热所需时间T 1是否小于第二衣物处理单元剩余加热时间T S
    若判断为是,则关闭第三加热器,打开第一加热器,使得所述第一加热器和第四加热器同时加热工作,第二加热器和第三加热器保持关闭状态,当完成第一衣物处理单元加热程序时,关闭所述第一加热器,打开第三加热器;
    若判断为否,则关闭第四加热器,打开第二加热器,使的第二加热器和第三加热器同时加热工作,第一加热器和第四加热器保持关闭状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    当判断到第一衣物处理单元加热所需时间T 1小于第二衣物处理单元剩余加热时间T S时;
    进一步判断第一衣物处理单元加热所需时间T 1是否小于T S/6,若判断为是,则关闭第三加热器和第四加热器,打开第一加热器和第二加热器,当完成第一衣物处理单元加热程序时,再打开第三加热器和第四加热器,关闭第一加热器和第二加热器。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    当判断到第一衣物处理单元加热所需时间T 1大于第二衣物处理单元剩余加热时间T S时;
    进一步判断第一衣物处理单元加热程序所需时间T 1是否大于2T S,若判断为是,则当第二衣物处理单元加热程序完成时,再进行第一衣物处理单元加热程序;或者,关闭 第四加热器,打开第二加热器,使的第二加热器和第三加热器同时加热工作,第一加热器和第四加热器保持关闭状态。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的组合式衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    当第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元需要同时启动进行加热程序时,则通过比较分析第一衣物处理单元和第二衣物处理单元各自加热所需的时间来控制不同加热器的工作情况。
