本发明实施例带来了以下有益效果:采用旋转盘转动连接于底座,第一锁止件和第二锁止件均具有锁止状态和解锁状态,在锁止状态下旋转盘被锁固于底座,在解锁状态下旋转盘被解锁,通过第一锁止件与第二锁止件联动,以实现在锁止状态和解锁状态之间同步切换,可以提高锁止和解锁的操作便捷性。并且,第一锁止件和第二锁止件可以共同锁止旋转盘,从而增强了锁止状态下旋转盘的稳定性。

实施例一
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的旋转调节机构,包括:第一锁止件100、第二锁止件200、旋转盘300和底座400;旋转盘300转动连接于底座400;第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均具有锁止状态和解锁状态,在锁止状态下旋转盘300被锁固于底座400,在解锁状态下旋转盘300被解锁;第一锁止件100与第二锁止件200联动,以在锁止状态和解锁状态之间同步切换。
具体地,在锁止状态下,第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200共同作用,以将旋转盘300锁止,可以提高旋转盘300被锁止时的稳定性。第一锁止件100与第二锁止件200联动,以便通过同步操控实现锁止或解锁。
在本发明实施例中,第一锁止件100与第二锁止件200间隔设置,第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200分别活动连接于旋转盘300。
一些实施例中,旋转盘300和底座400中的其一连接第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200,且第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均包括锁销,销轴滑动插设于旋转盘300和底座400中的其一,旋转盘300和底座400中的另一设有与锁销相适配的销孔,销孔与旋转盘300的旋转轴线间隔设置。第一锁止件100连接第二锁止件200,自锁止状态至解锁状态,两个销轴同时从销孔中拔出,从而使旋转盘300能够自由转动;自解锁状态至锁止状态,两个销轴一一对应地插设于两个销孔中,从而将旋转盘300锁止。
本实施例中,第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200分别枢转连接于旋转盘300,底座400设有分别与第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200相适配的锁固部,锁固部可采用卡槽或凸块等,当第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200分别配合于锁固部时,旋转盘300被锁止;当 第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200分别摆转至脱离锁固部时,旋转盘300可自由转动。
进一步的,第一锁止件100包括第一锁钩,第二锁止件200包括第二锁钩,第一锁钩和第二锁钩分别枢接于旋转盘300;底座400上连接有第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402,第一锁固件401与第二锁固件402间隔设置;第一锁钩和第二锁钩分别择一适配于第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402。
具体的,第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402均包括连接在底座400上的杆件;相对于旋转盘300的旋转轴线,第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402所对应的圆心角为180度。自第一锁钩配合第一锁固件401,且第二锁钩配合第二锁固件402的状态,切换至第一锁钩配合第二锁固件402,且第二锁钩配合第一锁固件401的状态。即:旋转盘300每旋转180度,可自一个锁止工位到达另一锁止工位,以便第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均自解锁状态切换至锁止状态。
一些实施方式中,第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402均设有多个,绕旋转盘300的旋转轴线,第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402逐一间隔设置。当旋转盘300绕旋转轴线旋转时,通过第一锁钩配合于第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402中的其一,第二锁钩配合于 第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402中的另一,从而可实现对旋转盘300锁止。
如图1、图4和图5所示,第一锁钩和第二锁钩的开口朝向相反;在锁止状态下,第一锁钩配合在第一锁固件401朝向第二锁固件402的一侧,第二锁钩配合在第二锁固件402朝向第一锁固件401的一侧;自锁止状态至解锁状态,第一锁钩和第二锁钩分别向内侧摆转。
在锁止状态下,第一锁钩和第二锁钩一一对应地抵接在第一锁固件401和第二锁固件402的内侧,从而使第一锁钩和第二锁钩分别与底座400稳固配合,以提高锁止状态下旋转盘300的稳定性。自锁止状态至解锁状态,第一锁钩和第二锁钩分别向内侧摆转,可以缩小解锁状态下第一锁钩和第二锁钩在旋转盘300径向上所占的空间,相比于第一锁钩和第二锁钩向外侧摆转实现解锁,可以减小布置第一锁钩和第二锁钩所需的尺寸空间,进而使旋转调节机构结构更紧凑。
如图1、图4、图5和图6所示,旋转盘300上活动连接有释锁件500;释锁件500具有第一工位和第二工位;在释锁件500处于第一工位的状态下,第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均处于锁止状态;在第二工位,第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均处于解锁状 态。
一些实施例中,第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均采用锁销,释锁件500连接第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200,通过操作释锁件500可同时插拔两个锁销,从而实现同步解锁或锁止。
本实施例中,第一锁止件100包括第一锁钩,第二锁止件200包括第二锁钩,第一锁钩和第二锁钩分别与释锁件500联动,通过释锁件500可同时驱动第一锁钩和第二锁钩摆转,进而实现同步解锁或锁止。
如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,第一锁钩设有第一槽孔110,第二锁钩设有第二槽孔210;释锁件500设有第一释锁部501和第二释锁部502,第一释锁部501插设于第一槽孔110,第二释锁部502插设于第二槽孔210;释锁件500在第一工位和第二工位之间移动,并使第一释锁部501沿第一槽孔110滑动,以及第二释锁部502沿第二槽孔210滑动。
具体的,释锁件500滑动连接于旋转盘300,且释锁件500的滑动方向与旋转盘300的旋转轴线具有夹角,该夹角可配置为60度、70度、90度或100度。当释锁件500在第一工位和第二工位之间移动时,第一释锁部501沿第一槽孔110滑动,第二释锁部502沿第 二槽孔210滑动,通过第一释锁部501驱动第一锁止件100摆转,并通过第二释锁部502驱动第二锁止件200摆转。
一种实施方式中,第一锁钩设有第一轴孔,连接旋转盘300的第一铰接轴插设于第一轴孔,以将第一锁钩枢转连接在旋转盘300上。第二锁钩设有第二轴孔,连接旋转盘300的第二铰接轴插设于第二轴孔,以将第二锁钩枢转连接在旋转盘300上。第一轴孔位于第一槽孔110和第一锁钩的沟槽之间,第二槽孔210位于第二轴孔和第二锁钩的沟槽之间,当释锁件500相对于旋转盘300滑动时,第一释锁部501驱动第一锁钩摆转,第二释锁部502驱动第二锁钩摆转,且第一锁钩的摆转方向与第二锁钩的摆转方向相反。
进一步的,第一槽孔110包括:第一限位部111和连通第一限位部111的第一滑槽部112;第二槽孔210包括:第二限位部211和连通第二限位部211的第二滑槽部212;在释锁件500处于第一工位的状态下,第一释锁部501配合于第一限位部111,第二释锁部502配合于第二限位部211;在释锁件500处于第二工位的状态下,第一释锁部501配合于第一滑槽部112,第二释锁部502配合于第二滑槽部212。
一些实施例中,第一限位部111和第一滑槽部112的延伸方向相 同,且第一限位部111的宽度尺寸小于第一滑槽部112的宽度尺寸。第一释锁部501沿第一滑槽部112滑动时,第一滑槽部112起导向作用,且应避免第一滑槽部112的宽度尺寸较小导致第一释锁部501卡滞。在锁止状态下,释锁件500处于第二工位,第一释锁部501滑动至第一限位部111,第一限位部111可夹持第一释锁部501,从而确保第一释锁部501无松动,进而提高锁止状态下旋转调节机构的稳定性。同理,第二限位部211和第二滑槽部212的延伸方向相同,且第二限位部211的宽度尺寸小于第二滑槽部212的宽度尺寸。第二释锁部502沿第二滑槽部212滑动时,第二滑槽部212起导向作用,且应避免第二滑槽部212的宽度尺寸较小导致第二释锁部502卡滞。当释锁件500处于第二工位,第二释锁部502滑动至第二限位部211,第二限位部211可夹持第二释锁部502,从而确保第二释锁部502无松动,以提高锁止状态下旋转调节机构的稳定性。
本实施例中,第一限位部111的延伸方向与第一滑槽部112的延伸方向具有夹角,第二限位部211的延伸方向与第二滑槽部212的延伸方向具有夹角。其中,第一限位部111的延伸方向与第一滑槽部112的延伸方向的夹角可配置为90度,第二限位部211的延伸方向与第二滑槽部212的延伸方向的夹角可配置为90度。
具体的,当释锁件500相对于旋转盘300滑动时,第一释锁部 501沿第一滑槽部112滑动,且第二释锁部502沿第二滑槽部212滑动。在锁止状态下,第一释锁部501配合于第一限位部111,第二释锁部502配合于第二限位部211,通过第一限位部111可避免第一释锁部501松动并进入第一滑槽部112,通过第二限位部211可避免第二释锁部502松动并进入第二滑槽部212,从而提高了锁止状态下旋转调节机构的稳定性。需要说明的是,自第二工位至第一工位,释锁件500向第一方向滑动。自连通第一滑槽部112的一端至背离第一滑槽部112的一端,第一限位部111沿第一方向延伸;自连通第二滑槽部212的一端至背离第二滑槽部212的一端,第二限位部211沿第一方向延伸。在释锁件500自第一工位滑动至第二工位过程中,释锁件500沿与第一方向相反的方向滑动,从而使第一释锁部501能够从第一限位部111滑动至第一滑槽部112,并使第二释锁部502能够从第二限位部211滑动至第二滑槽部212,可以避免第一释锁部501和第二释锁部502在解锁过程中产生卡滞。
如图1、图4、图5和图6所示,释锁件500与底座400之间设有弹性元件600,弹性元件600配置为使释锁件500具有自第二工位移动至第一工位的趋势。其中,弹性元件600包括弹簧,弹性元件600的一端连接释锁件500,弹性元件600的另一端连接底座400。手动操作可将释锁件500自第一工位移动至第二工位,释放释锁件 500时,释锁件500在弹性元件600的作用下自第二工位移动至第一工位。释锁件500和旋转盘300其一设有滑槽,另一设有与滑槽适配的滑块。当释锁件500在第一工位和第二工位之间移动时,滑块沿滑槽滑动,从而避免释锁件500产生偏斜或松动。
本实施例中,弹性元件600采用拉簧,拉簧的一端连接释锁件500,拉簧的另一端连接底座400,当释锁件500自第一工位移动至第二工位时,拉簧产生弹性变形并伸长,从而使释锁件500具有自第二工位移动至第一工位的趋势。
实施例二
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的座椅,包括:座椅本体和实施例一提供的旋转调节机构,座椅本体安装于旋转盘300。当第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均处于解锁状态时,座椅本体与旋转盘300可以同步旋转,从而调节座椅本体的朝向;第一锁止件100和第二锁止件200均处于锁止状态时,旋转盘300被锁止,从而可以将座椅本体的朝向固定。本实施例提供的座椅具有与旋转调节机构相同的技术效果,故在此不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转调节机构,其特征在于,包括:第一锁止件(100)、第二锁止件(200)、旋转盘(300)和底座(400);
    所述旋转盘(300)转动连接于所述底座(400);
    所述第一锁止件(100)和所述第二锁止件(200)均具有锁止状态和解锁状态,在所述锁止状态下所述旋转盘(300)被锁固于所述底座(400),在所述解锁状态下所述旋转盘(300)被解锁;
    所述第一锁止件(100)与所述第二锁止件(200)联动,以在所述锁止状态和所述解锁状态之间同步切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁止件(100)与所述第二锁止件(200)间隔设置,所述第一锁止件(100)和所述第二锁止件(200)分别活动连接于所述旋转盘(300)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁止件(100)包括第一锁钩,所述第二锁止件(200)包括第二锁钩,所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩分别枢接于所述旋转盘(300);
    所述底座(400)上连接有第一锁固件(401)和第二锁固件(402),所述第一锁固件(401)与所述第二锁固件(402)间隔设置;
    所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩分别择一适配于所述第一锁固件(401)和所述第二锁固件(402)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩的开口朝向相反;
    在所述锁止状态下,所述第一锁钩配合在所述第一锁固件(401)朝向所述第二锁固件(402)的一侧,所述第二锁钩配合在所述第二锁固件(402)朝向所述第一锁固件(401)的一侧;
    自所述锁止状态至所述解锁状态,所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩分别向内侧摆转。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(300)上活动连接有释锁件(500);
    所述释锁件(500)具有第一工位和第二工位;
    在所述释锁件(500)处于所述第一工位的状态下,所述第一锁止件(100)和所述第二锁止件(200)均处于所述锁止状态;
    在所述第二工位,所述第一锁止件(100)和所述第二锁止件(200)均处于所述解锁状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁钩设有第一槽孔(110),所述第二锁钩设有第二槽孔(210);
    所述释锁件(500)设有第一释锁部(501)和第二释锁部(502),所述第一释锁部(501)插设于所述第一槽孔(110),所述第二释锁部(502)插设于所述第二槽孔(210);
    所述释锁件(500)在第一工位和第二工位之间移动,并使所述第一释锁部(501)沿所述第一槽孔(110)滑动,以及所述第二释锁部(502)沿所述第二槽孔(210)滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一槽孔(110)包括:第一限位部(111)和连通所述第一限位部(111)的第一滑槽部(112);
    所述第二槽孔(210)包括:第二限位部(211)和连通所述第二限位部(211)的第二滑槽部(212);
    在所述释锁件(500)处于所述第一工位的状态下,所述第一释锁部(501)配合于所述第一限位部(111),所述第二释锁部(502)配合于所述第二限位部(211);
    在所述释锁件(500)处于所述第二工位的状态下,所述第一释锁部(501)配合于所述第一滑槽部(112),所述第二释锁部(502)配合于所述第二滑槽部(212)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一限位部(111)的延伸方向与所述第一滑槽部(112)的延伸方向具有夹角,所述第二限位部(211)的延伸方向与所述第二滑槽部(212)的延伸方向具有夹角。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的旋转调节机构,其特征在于,所述释锁 件(500)与所述底座(400)之间设有弹性元件(600),所述弹性元件(600)配置为使所述释锁件(500)具有自所述第二工位移动至所述第一工位的趋势。
  10. 一种座椅,其特征在于,包括:座椅本体和权利要求1-9任一项所述的旋转调节机构,所述座椅本体安装于所述旋转盘(300)。
