2.若遇淹水情形时,插座的电力仍将会予以传导,虽离插座越远其电场越弱,故一般而言仅会轻微触电,其仍具有一定的危险性,若距插座的距离较近,若此时电场较强的范围内具有金属导体,则其将具有较强的触电感,致使其危险性提升;不仅如此,淹水后的水将会入侵并氧化插座内的电路,致使短路故障而发生不可预测的危险。
3.一般而言,将插头***于插座时,或电器启动时,插头与插座间将产生轻微的火花,而若应用环境为具可燃或易燃气体的工厂等场所,则有导致气爆的危险性。
现有的插头,不管任何款式形状,都有绝缘体包覆着那二个可导电的导电铜片,因此绝缘体会产生较大框边来包覆,提供使用人手握安全使用。
另提供一种现有的弹片设置,将纳米涂层涂于插座铜片,使之隔绝防水触电的效果。但这种设计不完美,当插头常使用时产生摩擦及冲击下,更会脱落消失。就算没经常使用插座,但时间一久,纳米涂层也会逐渐消失,在纳米涂层消失后,已不具有任何防水效果时,并没有任何方式或方法可知道,而让使用者误信还有防水功能,这会产生更大触电危险性,故此防水安全设计并不完善。
另揭示一种现有的安全插座,是要插头上凸出那两片导电铜片,厚度宽度要符合他插座设计规范,才能启动电源,这种设计有很大缺点,如同大家身上都有一串多支钥匙,但能打开的只有一支。
一间房子里,墙壁的壁插座一定很多,在现代世界,家庭用电商品上万种,大小插头规格不一,要使用电源时,没有几样家电商品插头,在***这种规范设计插座时,能通电使用家电产品一定少之又少。
能通电使用电源这种规范设计插座,就是会挑插头,会让用户造成非常大的麻烦,所以可以肯定,少有人会安装这种规范插座,而使用这种规范插座,也不安全的,因为,如有小朋友拿金属异物***插座时,这金属异物如刚好符合插座规范,也是会触电危险。
发明人潜心进一步研究插座的安全性,并着手进行研发及改良,期以一较佳发明以解决上述问题,且在经过不断试验及修改后而有本发明的问世。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决前述问题,为达致以上目的,吾等发明人提供一种防爆防水无电安全插座,其包括:一座体,其设有一第一导体及一第二导体,该 第一导体及该第二导体间连接有至少一导电组;该座体设有一开口,并于该开口处设置有一对应盖合的盖体;所述导电组分别包括一第一导座及一第二导座;所述第一导座与该第一导体之间,以及所述第二导座与该第二导体之间,分别设置有一微动开关;所述导电组分别配置有一凸按压开关,所述凸按压开关底端与该座体间设置有一弹性单元;该盖体设有对应于所述第一导座及第二导座的插孔,以及对应于所述凸按压开关的按压孔,每一所述按压孔相近于对应的所述插孔,而该凸按压开关顶端受弹性单元的弹性抵顶而凸伸于该按压孔;所述插孔用以供一插头***,并于该插头***于所述插孔时,将按压该凸按压开关,故将弹性迫压所述弹性单元,并按压开启所述微动开关,以令该第一导体导电于对应的所述第一导座,以及令该第二导体导电于对应的所述第二导座。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,该座体于对应所述第一导座及所述第二导座处还设有一下半部独立槽,所述下半部独立槽呈绝缘设置,且所述第一导座及所述第二导座分别设置于所述下半部独立槽内;该盖体底端还设有对应于所述下半部独立槽的上半部独立槽。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,所述上半部独立槽外还套设有一防水垫圈。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,所述凸按压开关顶端还分别套设有一防水套,所述防水套侧缘设有一组接部,该盖体于所述按压孔处还设有一对应于所述组接部的组合部。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,还包括一电源指示灯,其连接于该第一导体及该第二导体,且该盖体设有对应于所述该电源指示灯的贯孔,且该电源指示灯及该贯孔间设有一防水组件。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,该第一导体及该第二导体接设 于一导电线,该导电线外缘设有防水部;该座体及该盖体设有对应于该导电线的凹孔,且该防水部对应抵顶于该凹孔壁面;且该座体及该盖体之间还设有二个防水单元。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,所述导电组还分别包括一故障安全指示灯,该盖体设有对应于所述故障安全指示灯的穿孔,所述故障安全指示灯内设有二个发光组件,所述发光组件分别设有二个导线,其一所述发光组件的其一所述导线连接于该第一导体,另一所述导线连接于对应的所述第二导座与其所述微动开关之间;而对应的另一所述发光组件的其一所述导线连接于该第二导体,另一所述导线系连接于对应的所述第一导座与其所述微动开关之间。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,所述故障安全指示灯及所述穿孔间,还设有一防水部件。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,该座体在对应于该第一导体及该第二导体处,还分别设有二个定位槽,所述定位槽分别容置一定位组件,所述定位组件为导体,且分别对应连接于其对应的该第一导体或该第二导体,所述定位组件具有一卡掣部及一弯折部,所述弯折部呈弹性设置;该座体设有对应于所述卡掣部的导孔;位于该第一导体的所述定位槽间,以及位于该第二导体的所述定位槽间,还分别设置有一滑块,所述滑块设有一斜面,且该座体设有对应于该斜面的切槽;所述卡掣部于受弯折部的弹性以遮蔽于对应的所述导孔的轴向投影位置,并对应弹性推抵所述滑块;而所述滑块的所述斜面由所述切槽的轴向方向受力推动时,将抵顶所述卡掣部,而令所述卡掣部非遮蔽于对应的所述导孔的轴向投影位置。
据上所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其中,所述导电组还分别包括一发光 单元,该盖体设有对应于所述发光单元的通孔,所述发光单元分别设有二个电导线,其一所述电导线连接于该第一导体,另一所述电导线连接于对应的所述第二导座与其所述微动开关之间。
是由上述说明及设置,显见本发明主要具有下列数项优点及功效,兹逐一详述如下:
1.本发明可应用于工业及家用延长线及壁插,于凸按压开关未受按压时,第一导体及第二导体,与第一导座及第二导座间,将因微动开关未通电而形成断路,故此时无论用金属由外部接触第一导座及第二导座,皆不会导致触电,故可大幅降低幼童误触而遭受电击的危险;本发明需将插头确实***于第一导座及第二导座时,插头设置铜片接点一端的平面方可迫压凸按压开关的凸按压开关,使凸按压开关触动微动开关而令其通电,方可形成通路以进行电力的供给,借以大幅提升本发明的安全性;此外,本发明的安全机制不易受外力而致其安全性失效,且可经得起高压水枪的冲击测试,故其安全性永久有效。
2.本发明于时于淹水时,因如前述,当凸按压开关未受按压,第一导体及第二导体,与第一导座及第二导座间,将形成断路,故于水中仍不会具有触电的危险性。
3.本发明设置有故障安全指示灯,其于第一导座与第一导体形成通路,或第二导座与第二导体形成通路时将予发光,借可予以指示目前插座是否进行供电,以令用户可知道,插座内铜片是否有通电,在平时没插上插头时,如故障安全指示灯亮起,就表示插座孔内铜片有电源了,已没有防水、防电、防气爆安全装置了,有了故障安全指示灯,使用者更可安心使用。
4.本发明于盖体、座体及下半部独立槽之间,以及凸按压开关、故障安全指示灯与发光单元所连接盖体的穿孔及通孔之间,凸按压开关与按压孔之间, 皆分别设有单一或多个可予防水的构件,借以全面性防止水由外界侵入插座内部,以保护内部构件及电路,借以达致绝佳的防水效果。
5.本发明即使应用于具易燃气体的场所,由于透过下半部独立槽的设置,形成插座内部,密封不与外界空气接触,如果因为插座内部微动开关产生火花,也不会引燃外界可燃气体,因为是在密封状态下,故本发明装置亦可达到防爆的功效。

具体实施方式
关于吾等发明人的技术设计方式,兹举数种较佳实施例配合附图于下文进行详细说明,以利深入了解并认同本发明。
请先参阅图1至8所示,其应用于延长线,本发明一种防爆防水无电安全插座,其包括:
一座体1,其设有一第一导体11及一第二导体12,该第一导体11及该第二导体12间连接有至少一导电组2;该座体1设有一开口13,并于该开口13 处设置有一对应盖合的盖体3;
所述导电组2分别包括一第一导座21及一第二导座22;所述第一导座21与该第一导体11之间,以及所述第二导座22与该第二导体12之间,分别设置有一微动开关4;所述导电组2分别配置有一凸按压开关5,所述凸按压开关5底端与该座体1间设置有一弹性单元51;
该盖体3设有对应于所述第一导座21及第二导座22的插孔31,以及对应于所述凸按压开关5的按压孔32,每一所述按压孔32相近于对应的所述插孔31,而该凸按压开关5系受弹性单元51的抵顶,而令凸按压开关5的顶端凸伸于该按压孔32;并于该凸按压开关5受力按压时,将弹性迫压所述弹性单元51,并按压开启所述微动开关4,藉以令该第一导体11导电于对应的所述第一导座21,以及令该第二导体12导电于对应的所述第二导座22。
并如图4所示,就第一导座21及第二导座22的防水配置而言,该座体1于对应所述第一导座21及所述第二导座22处更设有一下半部独立槽14,所述下半部独立槽14呈绝缘设置,在一实施例中,下半部独立槽14系可借由灌胶成型,惟其仅系举例说明,并不以此作为限定,而所述第一导座21及所述第二导座22分别设置于所述下半部独立槽14内;为可达致防水的效果,故该盖体3底端还设有对应于所述下半部独立槽14的上半部独立槽33,且可知悉,盖体3设有对应所述第一导座21及第二导座22的插孔31,故上半部独立槽33设于对应包围每一插孔31的位置;较佳者,上半部独立槽33设置于下半部独立槽14的内侧壁面,借以于淹水时,即使外部进水,水先灌满下半部独立槽14,而极难以逆流至上半部独立槽33与下半部独立槽14之间;为达致良好的防水性,更可于所述上半部独立槽33外更套设有一防水垫圈331,并使下半部独立槽14将防水垫圈331抵顶于盖体3之壁面,可确实防止水逆流至本发明内部。
另就每一凸按压开关5的配置而言,如图5、6所示,其可于座体1设置一定位座15,而定位座15内容置有弹性单元51,并于定位座15侧缘垂直切设有对应接设凸按压开关5的限位槽151,可限制凸按压开关5仅可垂直运动,而无法于旋转方向位移,令凸按压开关5不因旋转位移而致无法确实按压所述微动开关4;而所述凸按压开关5顶端还分别套设有一防水套52,所述防水套52侧缘设有一组接部521,该盖体3于所述按压孔32处还设有一对应于所述组接部521的组合部321,借以防止水由按压孔32进入本发明内部。
具体而言,凸按压开关5两侧具有一定位臂53,该定位臂53位于所述限位槽151内,借以达致防止旋转的效果,而定位臂53的末端设有一直立臂54,该直立臂54末端具有对应卡合于微动开关4的卡接槽55,借以令凸按压开关5可确实传动并作用于微动开关4;而微动开关4可为现有的按压式电路开关,借以于按压时可予形成通路,并于未受按压时形成断路,其属现有技术,故在此不予赘述;故就凸按压开关5的动作而言,如前述,初始状态下,系如图5所示,此时因凸按压开关5未受按压,故微动开关4形成断路,是以,此时之第一导座21及第二导座22并未予以通电,因此,即使拿取金属插接第一导座21及第二导座22,或于淹水时,皆不会导致触电,以达致绝佳的安全性,且不因长久使用或外力冲击而致失效者;而凸按压开关5与盖体3之间可另设置有防水套环56,使进一步达致防水的功效。
并如图1、6所示,当一电器的插头6***于第一导座21及第二导座22时,插头6设置有铜片接点的一端平面将会压抵凸按压开关5,故较佳者,凸按压开关5及按压孔32的位置,需靠进于插孔31,此外,令凸按压开关5仅些微突出于盖体3,以令插头6的铜片接点至少***百分的九十七以上时方能确实按压所述凸按压开关5为佳,并如前所述,当凸按压开关5受按压时,弹性单元51将 被压缩,而直立臂54将会传动并按压微动开关4,使微动开关4形成通路,故第一导体11将导电于对应的第一导座21,而该第二导体12将导电于对应的第二导座22,始可供电以驱动电器。
如由前所述,除可达致防电及防水的功效外,若应用于具有一燃气体的环境时,若设置为铜片接点至少***百分之九十七以上时方能确实按压所述凸按压开关5,此时因插头6铜片已接触第一导座21、第二导座22,形成大面积接触,故不会产生火花,如因瞬间通电致使微动开关4产生火花,也就是俗称亮点,因有下半部独立槽14设置,是在插座内部密闭空间里,故不与外界空气接触,故不会引起气爆,故本发明亦可达到防爆的功效。
为令使用者明确知悉本发明的第一导体11及第二导体12是否有过电,故可借由设置一电源指示灯7,其连接于该第一导体11及该第二导体12,以于过电时可令电源指示灯7亮起,表示目前正常运作中,而该盖体3设有对应于所述该电源指示灯7的贯孔34,且该电源指示灯7及该贯孔34间设有一防水组件71,以防止水由贯孔34进入本发明内部;而就电源指示灯7的配置而言,其可具有一阶面,并由盖体3外侧镶入,而防水组件71则由盖体3内侧套入电源指示灯7,并透过螺丝等固定方式定位电源指示灯7,以达致防水的功效,惟其配置仅举例说明,并不以此作为限定。
就第一导体11及第二导体12的线路9配置而言,其分别接设于一导电线8,该导电线8外缘设有防水部81;该座体1及该盖体3设有对应于该导电线8的凹孔16、35,且该防水部81对应抵顶于该凹孔16、35壁面;且该座体1及该盖体3之间还设有二个防水单元82,以令导电线8的组接,以及座体1及盖体3间的组合,可确实达致防水的效果;而在一实施例中,座体1及盖体3边缘的接合处,如图2、4、5、6所示,可呈阶状设置,并形成有对应的凹凸特征,借 以容置并压抵防水单元82,借以达致绝佳的防水效果。
在另一实施例中,为令使用者明确知悉本发明的第一导座21及第二导座22是否通电,故在一较佳的实施例中,如图2、3、7、8所示,导电组2还分别包括一故障安全指示灯23,该盖体3设有对应于所述故障安全指示灯23的穿孔36,所述故障安全指示灯23内设有二个发光组件24、24’,所述发光组件24、24’分别设有二个导线241、241’,其一所述发光组件24的其一所述导线241连接于该第一导体11,另一所述导线241’连接于对应的所述第二导座22与其所述微动开关4之间;而对应的另一所述发光组件24’的其一所述导线241连接于该第二导体12,另一所述导线241’连接于对应的所述第一导座21与其所述微动开关4之间;借此,于位于第一导座21一端的微动开关4通电时,对应的发光组件24、24’将会发光,同理,当位于第二导座22一端的微动开关4通电时,对应的发光组件24、24’亦将会发光,故使用者即可借由故障安全指示灯23的发光与否,进而判别第一导座21及第二导座22是否通电,而当微动开关4因长期使用的下丧失断电的功能时,因其将维持通电,故致使未按压所述凸按压开关时故障安全指示灯23仍恒亮,此时即代表第一导座21或第二导座22仍有通电,此时,使用者即可知悉其损坏情形,而选择是否予以维修更换以维持安全性,或直接如同现有的延长线而继续使用。
就所述故障安全指示灯23的防水设置而言,在一实施例中,故障安全指示灯23及所述穿孔36间还设有一防水部件231,其安装方式可同于电源指示灯7,借以达致等同的防水效果,使水无法由任何孔位进入本发明内部,故显见本发明确实具有良好的防水、防爆的效果,并具有极佳的安全性。
本发明凸设有凸按压开关5,就延长线的部分,为了防止意外误触到凸按压开关5,故在凸按压开关5,将故障安全指示灯23设计比凸按压开关5还凸高 出许多,以防止误触凸按压开关5,因离凸按压开关5有些距离,故不影响一般插座使用。
本发明保护范围是凸按压开关5,设计位置是紧靠插孔31的二个孔上方设立,是借由每个插头6绝缘体框框外侧设置凸按压开关5,在插头6***插座里的深度达百分的九十七时,才按压到,本发明设计凸按压开关5而启动插座内部微动开关4,进而进行通电送电供应电源使用。
任何款式插头6都有绝缘体框框,在使用插头6时,都可按压到本发明设置的凸按压开关5,所以本发明于任何插头6都可适用,不会挑插头6。
续请参阅图9至16所示,其系本发明第二实施例,其与第一实施例的差别在于,本实施例应用于壁插,由于市电系配置有线路9,而须令线路9***于本发明,以供电导通于第一导体11及第二导体12,是以,本实施例并未配置有导电线8,而于座体1在对应于该第一导体11及该第二导体12处,分别设有二定位槽17,所述定位槽17分别容置一定位组件171,所述定位组件171为导体,且系分别对应连接于其对应的该第一导体11或该第二导体12,所述定位组件171具有一卡掣部1711及一弯折部1712,所述弯折部1712呈弹性设置;而该座体1设有对应于所述卡掣部1711的导孔18;而位于该第一导体11的所述定位槽17间,以及位于该第二导体12的所述定位槽17间,分别设置有一滑块172,所述滑块172设有一斜面1721,且该座体1设有对应于该斜面1721的切槽19;所述卡掣部1711于受弯折部1712的弹性以遮蔽于对应的所述导孔18的轴向投影位置,并对应弹性推抵所述滑块172;而所述滑块172的所述斜面1721由所述切槽19的轴向方向受力推动时,将抵顶所述卡掣部1711,而令所述卡掣部1711非遮蔽于对应的所述导孔18的轴向投影位置;借此,座体1底端可如图12所示,设置有标示组件181,以利于使用者判别市电线路9应***的导孔18, 市电的线路9由导孔18***,如图15所示,而所述弯折部1712将弹性推抵卡掣部1711,使所述卡掣部1711末端卡掣线路9,令线路9不易脱落;而当欲移除市电的线路9时,如图16所示,可借由一工具191通过切槽19以推抵滑块172的斜面1721,进而使滑块172可推动并迫压卡掣部1711,此时即可令线路9抽出导孔18。
而就发光指示的配置而言,本实施例并未设置第一实施例的故障安全指示灯23,而另于所述导电组2还分别包括一发光单元25,其同样可达致故障安全指示灯23的通电指示效果,该盖体3设有对应于所述发光单元25的通孔37,所述发光单元25分别设有二个电导线251、251’,其一所述电导线251连接于该第一导体11,另一所述电导线251’连接于对应的所述第二导座22与其所述微动开关4之间,借此,其同样于第一导座21及第二导座22通电时予以发光,借以令使用者知悉其是否已有通电;并可知悉,发光单元25亦同样配置有防水圈252,借以如前述的故障安全指示灯23安装,并达致防水的效果。
由于本实施例应用于壁插,故其盖体3可呈多层设置,而其之间皆设有防水环38,借以确实达致防水的效果;而本发明其余的配置方式皆与第一实施例近似,故在此不予赘述,且同样可达致防水、防爆、通电指示及防止触电的安全性功效,故显见本发明确实可适用于各式插座,并提供绝佳的安全性。
以上所述,仅为本发明的数种较佳实施例,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即大凡依本发明申请专利范围及发明说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种防爆防水无电安全插座,其特征在于,包括:
    一座体,其设有一第一导体及一第二导体,该第一导体及该第二导体间连接有至少一导电组;该座体设有一开口,并于该开口处设置有一对应盖合的盖体;所述导电组分别包括一第一导座及一第二导座;所述第一导座与该第一导体之间,以及所述第二导座与该第二导体之间,分别设置有一微动开关;所述导电组分别配置有一凸按压开关,所述凸按压开关底端与该座体间设置有一弹性单元;
    该盖体设有对应于所述第一导座及第二导座的插孔,以及对应于所述凸按压开关的按压孔,每一所述按压孔相近于对应的所述插孔,而该凸按压开关顶端受弹性单元的弹性抵顶而凸伸于该按压孔;所述插孔用以供一插头***,并于该插头***于所述插孔时,将按压该凸按压开关,将弹性迫压所述弹性单元,并按压开启所述微动开关,以令该第一导体导电于对应的所述第一导座,以及令该第二导体导电于对应的所述第二导座。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其特征在于,该座体于对应所述第一导座及所述第二导座处还设有一下半部独立槽,所述下半部独立槽呈绝缘设置,且所述第一导座及所述第二导座分别设置于所述下半部独立槽内;该盖体底端还设有对应于所述下半部独立槽的上半部独立槽。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的防爆防水无电安全插座,其特征在于,所述导电组还分别包括一故障安全指示灯,该盖体设有对应于所述故障安全指示灯的穿孔,所述故障安全指示灯内设有二个发光组件,所述发光组件分别设有二个导线,其一所述发光组件的其一所述导线连接于该第一导体,另一所述导线连接于对应的所述第二导座与其所述微动开关之间;而对应的另一所述发光组件的其一所述导线连接于该第二导体,另一所述导线连接于对应的所述第一导座与其所 述微动开关之间。
