업체(30)는 동물(14)에 대하여 호텔, 미용, 펫시터(pet sitter) 등의 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 제공업자뿐만 아니라 보험상품, 접종약품, 미용상품, 사료상품 등의 다양한 상품을 제조/판매하는 판매업자를 포함한다. 이때, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 동물 통합 관리 서비스에 등록된 다양한 업체들을 업체 데이터베이스로 관리할 수 있다.

보호자정보 수신부(101)는 보호자에 대한 성명, 주소, 생년월일, 성별 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 보호자정보를 수신한다. 즉, 보호자정보 수신부(101)는 본발명의 실시예에 따른 동물 통합 관리 서비스에 가입한 보호자(12)로부터 해당 보호자(12)에 대한 성명, 주소, 생년월일, 성별 등의 보호자정보를 수신하며, 수신된 보호자정보를 등록할 수 있다. 이때, 보호자정보 수신부(101)는 보호자(12)에 대하여 공인인증서 인증, 휴대폰 인증 등을 통하여, 수신되는 보호자정보에 대한 인증절차를 수행할 수도 있다.

전자상품권 제공부(105)는 수신되는 동물정보에 대응하여 보호자(12)에게 동물(14)에 대한 진료, 접종 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전자상품권을 제공한다. 이때, 전자상품권 제공부(105)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 동물 통합 관리 서비스에 회원으로 가입한 보호자(12)에게 설정된 금액의 가입비용을 지급받으며, 그에 대응하여 동물(14)에 대한 진료, 접종, 미용, 펫시터(pet sitter), 동물 호텔 숙박 등의 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 전자상품권이나, 사료, 장난감, 미용용품, 약품 등을 구매할 수 있는 전자상품권을 제공할 수 있다.

진료이력 관리부(109)는 수신되는 진료정보에 따라 동물(14)에 대한 진료이력을 보호자정보와 매칭시켜 관리한다. 즉, 진료이력 관리부(109)는 네트워크(2)를 통하여 수의사(22)의 단말기로부터 동물(14)에 대한 진료정보가 수신되면, 해당 진료정보를 보호자(12)에 대한 보호자정보와 매칭시켜 관리한다.
식별코드 부여부(111)는 보호자(12), 및 보호자(12)에 대응하는 동물(14)에게 각각 식별코드를 부여한다. 이때, 식별코드 부여부(111)는 보호자(12)에 대응하는 동물이 복수인 경우, 각각의 동물에게 서로 다른 식별코드를 부여한다. 또한, 동물이 분양되는 경우, 식별코드 부여부(111)는 피분양자에게 새로운 식별코드를 부여한다.

예를 들어 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 보호자1이 동물1, 동물2 및 동물3을 소유하고 있으며, 동물2 및 동물3이 서로 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 경우, 진료이력 관리부(109)는 동물1에 대해서는 보호자1의 식별코드와 동물1의 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리하며, 동물2 및 동물3에 대해서는 각각 보호자1의 식별코드와 해당 동물(동물2 또는 동물3)의 식별코드와, 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 다른 동물(동물2에 대해서는 동물3, 그리고 동물3에 대해서는 동물2)의 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리할 수 있다. 이때, 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물2 및 동물3 중 동물2가 피분양자에게 분양된 경우, 진료이력 관리부(109)는 동물2에 대하여 이전의 보호자1의 식별코드와, 피분양자의 식별코드와, 동물2의 식별코드와, 동물3의 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 동물이 어느 하나의 보호자로부터 다른 보호자로 분양되는 경우, 해당 동물에 대하여 이전 보호자에 대한 식별코드와 피분양자에 대한 식별코드를 해당 동물의 식별코드와 함께 매칭시켜 관리함으로써, 동물에 대한 분양이력을 명확하게 파악할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 어느 하나의 동물에 대하여 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물의 식별코드를 해당 동물의 식별코드와 함께 관리함으로써, 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물이 다른 보호자에게 분양되더라도 분양된 동물의 식별코드를 통하여 누구에게 분양되었는지를 파악할 수 있으며, 동물에게 유전적 질병이 발생하는 경우에 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물들 사이에 신속한 협조를 할 수 있도록 한다.
수의사정보 저장부(113)는 등록된 수의사(22)에 대한 진료지역(동물병원의 위치), 진료가능시간 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 수의사정보를 저장한다. 이때, 수의사정보 저장부(113)는 등록된 수의사(22)에 대한 진료지역, 진료가능시간 이외에 해당 수의사(22)의 진료경력, 전문으로 하는 동물, 전문병과 등에 대한 수의사정보를 저장할 수도 있다.
제1선택메뉴 제공부(115)는 보호자(12)에게 수의사정보에 대한 선택메뉴를 제공한다. 이때, 제1선택메뉴 제공부(115)는 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 등록된 수의사(22)에 대한 수의사정보를 진료지역에 따라 분류하고 보호자(12)의 주소지 또는 현재의 위치로부터 거리 순으로 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1선택메뉴 제공부(115)는 각각의 수의사정보를 선택하면, 그에 대응하는 교통정보, 보호자(12)의 현재의 위치로부터 도보로 소요되는 시간 등을 표시할 수도 있다. 이를 통해, 보호자(12)는 동물(14)에 대하여 긴급한 상황이 발생한 경우, 보호자(12)의 현재의 위치로부터 가까운 수의사(22)를 검색하여 동물(14)이 신속한 치료를 받을 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 제1선택메뉴 제공부(115)는 등록된 수의사(22)에 대한 수의사정보를 전문으로 진료하는 동물의 종류, 전문으로 진료하는 병과 등에 따라 분류하고, 그에 대한 선택메뉴를 제공할 수도 있다. 이때, 제1선택메뉴 제공부(115)는 제공된 선택메뉴에 대응하여 보호자(12)가 어느 하나의 수의사정보를 선택하면, 선택된 수의사정보에 대한 상세정보를 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1선택메뉴 제공부(115)는 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 선택된 수의사정보에 대응하는 수의사(22)가 현재 통신채널의 개설이 가능한지의 여부를 함께 표시할 수 있다.
통신채널 개설부(117)는 보호자(12)가 선택된 수의사정보에 기초하여, 해당 수의사(22)와 통신채널을 개설할 것을 요청하면, 선택된 수의사정보에 대응하는 수의사(22)와 보호자(12) 사이의 통신채널을 개설한다. 이때, 통신채널 개설부(117)는 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 보호자(12)와 수의사(22)가 채팅을 할 수 있도록 통신채널을 개설함으로써, 보호자(12)가 동물(14)의 증상, 상태 등에 대한 질병 가능성 등을 문의하고, 수의사(22)로부터 적절하고 신속한 조치를 받을 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 여기서는, 통신채널 개설부(117)가 채팅을 위한 통신채널을 개설하는 것으로 도시하고 설명하였지만, 통신채널 개설부(117)는 채팅 채널 이외에 음성채널, 영상채널 등의 다양한 통신채널을 개설할 수도 있다.
커뮤니티 개설부(119)는 보호자(12)의 요청에 대응하여 등록된 다른 적어도 하나의 보호자와 커뮤니티(community)를 개설하거나, 이미 개설된 커뮤니티에 참여하도록 할 수 있다. 이때, 커뮤니티 개설부(119)는 커뮤니티의 개설이 용이하도록, 회원으로 등록된 보호자들에 대한 동물의 종류와 각각의 종류에 대응하는 회원 수, 각각의 동물에 대한 품종과 각각의 품종에 대응하는 회원 수 등의 정보를 보호자들 사이에 공개할 수 있다. 또한, 커뮤니티 개설부(119)는 이미 개설된 커뮤니티에 대한 동물의 종류, 동물에 대한 품종 등의 정보를 공개할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 커뮤니티 개설부(119)는 애완견 중 특정 품종의 애완견을 소유하고 있는 보호자를 위한 커뮤니티에 대하여 해당 애완견의 품종과 커뮤니티 내의 회원수를 공개하며, 동일한 동물(14)로 소유하고 있는 보호자(12)가 다른 회원들과 각각의 동물(14)에 대한 진료, 접종, 미용 등에 대한 의견을 서로 교환할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.

동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 동물 통합 관리서비스에 가입한 보호자(12)로부터 보호자에 대한 성명, 주소, 생년월일, 성별 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 보호자정보를 수신한다(S103). 이때, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 보호자(12)에 대하여 공인인증서 인증, 휴대폰 인증 등을 통하여, 수신되는 보호자정보에 대한 인증절차를 수행할 수도 있다.

동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 보호자(12), 및 보호자(12)에 대응하는 동물(14)에게 각각 식별코드를 부여한다(S107). 이때, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 보호자(12)에 대응하는 동물이 복수인 경우, 각각의 동물에게 서로 다른 식별코드를 부여한다. 또한, 동물이 분양되는 경우, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 피분양자에게 새로운 식별코드를 부여한다.
동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 보호자(12)로부터 수신되어 저장된 동물정보에 대응하여 보호자(12)에게 동물(14)에 대한 진료, 접종 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전자상품권을 제공한다(S109). 이때, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 동물 통합 관리 서비스에 회원으로 가입한 보호자(12)에게 설정된 금액의 가입비용을 지급받으며, 그에 대응하여 동물(14)에 대한 진료, 접종, 미용, 펫시터, 동물 호텔 숙박 등의 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 전자상품권이나, 사료, 장난감, 미용용품, 약품 등의 상품을 구매할 수 있는 전자상품권을 제공할 수 있다.

동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 수의사(22)로부터 수신되는 진료정보에 따라 동물(14)에 대한 진료이력을 보호자정보와 매칭시켜 관리한다(S117). 즉, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 네트워크(2)를 통하여 수의사(22)의 단말기로부터 동물(14)에 대한 진료정보가 수신되면, 해당 진료정보를 보호자(12)에 대한 보호자정보와 매칭시켜 관리한다. 이때, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 이전의 보호자에게 부여된 식별코드와 피분양자에게 부여된 식별코드를 동물(14)에게 부여된 식별코드와 매칭시켜 관리한다. 또한, 보호자(12)에 의해 소유되는 동물(14)이 복수이며, 각각의 동물(14)이 서로 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 경우, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 각각의 동물(14)에게 부여된 식별코드와, 서로 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물(14)의 식별코드와, 보호자(12)에게 부여된 식별코드를 서로 매칭시켜 관리한다.
예를 들어, 보호자1이 동물1, 동물2 및 동물3을 소유하고 있으며, 동물2 및 동물3이 서로 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 경우, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 동물1에 대해서는 보호자1의 식별코드와 동물1의 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리하며, 동물2 및 동물3에 대해서는 각각 보호자1의 식별코드와 해당 동물(동물2 또는 동물3)의 식별코드와, 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 다른 동물(동물2에 대해서는 동물3, 그리고 동물3에 대해서는 동물2)의 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리할 수 있다. 이때, 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물2 및 동물3 중 동물2가 피분양자에게 분양된 경우, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 동물2에 대하여 이전의 보호자1의 식별코드와, 피분양자의 식별코드와, 동물2의 식별코드와, 동물3의 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 동물이 어느 하나의 보호자로부터 다른 보호자로 분양되는 경우, 해당 동물에 대하여 이전 보호자에 대한 식별코드와 피분양자에 대한 식별코드를 해당 동물의 식별코드와 함께 매칭시켜 관리함으로써, 동물에 대한 분양이력을 명확하게 파악할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 어느 하나의 동물에 대하여 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물의 식별코드를 해당 동물의 식별코드와 함께 관리함으로써, 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물이 다른 보호자에게 분양되더라도 분양된 동물의 식별코드를 통하여 누구에게 분양되었는지를 파악할 수 있으며, 동물에게 유전적 질병이 발생하는 경우에 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 동물들 사이에 신속한 협조를 할 수 있도록 한다.

동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 설정된 기간 동안 분석되는 분석정보를 판매자 또는 제조자에게 제공한다(S135). 즉, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 판매자 또는 제조자로부터 수신되는 상품정보에 대응하여, 설정된 기간 동안에 각각의 상품이 얼마나 팔렸는지, 주로 구매하는 보호자(12)의 동물(14)은 어떠한 종류, 품종, 성별, 생년월일 등에 해당하는지 등에 대한 분석정보를 제공한다.
이를 통해, 상품의 제조자 또는 판매자는 자신의 상품에 대하여 점차 발전적인 판매전략, 개선책 등을 수립할 수 있게 된다.
동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 동물(14)에 대한 박람회를 기획하며, 기획되는 박람회를 홍보한다(S137). 즉, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 보험업자, 약품업자, 미용품업자, 사료업자, 동물 미용실 등이 참여할 수 있는 박람회를 개최하며, 참여하는 보험업자, 약품업자, 미용품업자, 사료업자, 동물 미용실 등의 상품 또는 서비스의 판매를 촉진할 뿐만 아니라 참여하는 보호자(12)에 대해서는 동물(14)을 더욱 예쁘고 건강하게 관리할 수 있도록 함으로써, 동물 관리를 활성화할 수 있도록 한다. 이때, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 기획되는 박람회에 대한 행사기간, 내용, 동물(14)에 대한 혜택 등을 보호자(12)에 대응하는 단말기로 전송하여 박람회 참여를 유도하며, 박람회 참가의 광고 효과, 박람회 참여가 예측되는 인원수 등을 상품 및 서비스의 판매자 또는 제조자의 단말기로 전송함으로써 박람회의 참가를 모집하고, 적극적인 행사참가를 유도할 수 있다.
동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 등록된 판매자 중 상기 박람회의 참여자를 모집하며(S139), 상기 보호자에게 상기 박람회에 대한 참가 티켓을 제공한다(S141). 즉, 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 박람회의 성격, 목적 등에 따라 상품 또는 서비스를 제공하는 판매자 및 제조자를 모집하며, 회원으로 등록된 보호자(12)에게 박람회에 참가함으로써 특정 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 하는 참가 티켓을 제공할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 본 발명의 실싱예에 따른 동물 통합 관리서버(100)는 상품 또는 서비스를 제공하는 판매자 또는 제조자는 박람회를 통해 다양한 광고효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하며, 보호자는 박람회에 참여함으로써 동물에 대하여 다양한 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한다.
이상에서 본 발명에 따른 실시예들이 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 분야에서 통상적 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 범위의 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 보호 범위는 다음의 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 동물의 체내에 마이크로 칩을 삽입하지 않으면서도 동물의 분양이나 유전적 질병 등이 발생한 경우에 신속하게 파악할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 동물에 대하여 다양한 상품 또는 서비스를 통합적으로 제공하며, 동물을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 보호자에 대한 성명, 주소, 생년월일, 성별 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 보호자정보를 수신하는 보호자정보 수신부;
    상기 보호자에 대응하는 동물의 종류, 성별, 사진, 생년월일 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 동물정보를 수신하는 동물 수신부;
    수신되는 상기 동물정보에 대응하여 상기 보호자에게 상기 동물에 대한 진료, 접종 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전자상품권을 제공하는 전자상품권 제공부;
    제공된 상기 전자상품권에 대응하여, 상기 동물에 대한 진료, 수술, 접종, 처방 중의 적어도 하나에 대한 진료정보를 수신하는 진료정보 수신부;
    수신되는 상기 진료정보에 따라 상기 동물에 대한 진료이력을 상기 보호자정보와 매칭시켜 관리하는 진료이력 관리부; 및
    상기 보호자 및 상기 동물에게 각각 식별코드를 부여하되, 상기 보호자에 대응하는 동물이 복수인 경우에 각각의 상기 동물에게 서로 다른 식별코드를 부여하는 식별코드 부여부;
    를 포함하며,
    상기 식별코드 부여부는 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 복수의 동물 중 적어도 하나의 동물이 분양되는 경우에 피분양자에게 새로운 식별코드를 부여하고,
    상기 진료이력 관리부는 상기 분양되는 동물에 대응하여 상기 보호자에게 부여된 식별코드와 상기 피분양자에게 부여된 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리하되, 상기 분양되는 동물의 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매 중의 적어도 하나에게 부여된 식별코드를 함께 매칭시켜 관리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    동물에 대한 보험상품, 접종상품, 미용상품, 사료상품 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상품을 판매하는 판매자로부터 상품정보를 수신하는 상품정보 수신부;
    상기 보호자가 수신되는 상기 상품정보 중 적어도 하나의 상품을 구매하면, 상기 보호자에 대응하는 동물의 동물정보와 구매된 상기 상품의 관련성을 분석하는 관련성 분석부; 및
    설정된 기간 동안 상기 관련성 분석부에 의해 분석되는 분석정보를 상기 판매자에게 제공하는 분석정보 제공부;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    동물용 호텔, 미용실, 펫시터(pet sitter) 중의 적어도 하나의 이용서비스에 대한 지역, 이용가능시간을 포함하는 서비스정보를 저장하는 서비스정보 저장부;
    저장된 상기 서비스정보에 대한 선택메뉴를 상기 보호자에게 제공하는 선택메뉴 제공부; 및
    상기 보호자가 제공된 상기 선택메뉴에 대응하여 서비스정보를 선택하면, 상기 보호자가 기 지불한 금액에서 선택된 상기 서비스정보에 대응하는 비용을 차감하는 전자코드를 제공하는 전자코드 제공부;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호자정보에 기반한 동물 통합 관리서버.
  4. 동물 통합 관리서버에 의해 수행되는 동물 통합 관리방법에 있어서,
    보호자에 대한 성명, 주소, 생년월일, 성별 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 보호자정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 보호자에 대응하는 동물의 종류, 성별, 사진, 생년월일 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 동물정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 보호자 및 상기 동물에게 각각 식별코드를 부여하되, 상기 보호자에 대응하는 동물이 복수인 경우에 각각의 상기 동물에게 서로 다른 식별코드를 부여하는 단계;
    수신되는 상기 동물정보에 대응하여 상기 보호자에게 상기 동물에 대한 진료, 접종 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전자상품권을 제공하는 단계;
    제공된 상기 전자상품권에 대응하여, 상기 동물에 대한 진료, 수술, 접종, 처방 중의 적어도 하나에 대한 진료정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    수신되는 상기 진료정보에 따라 상기 동물에 대한 진료이력을 상기 보호자정보와 매칭시켜 관리하는 단계;
    를 포함하며,
    상기 식별코드를 부여하는 단계는 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매의 관계에 있는 복수의 동물 중 적어도 하나의 동물이 분양되는 경우에 피분양자에게 새로운 식별코드를 부여하고,
    상기 진료이력을 관리하는 단계는 상기 분양되는 동물에 대응하여 상기 보호자에게 부여된 식별코드와 상기 피분양자에게 부여된 식별코드를 매칭시켜 관리하되, 상기 분양되는 동물의 부, 모, 형, 제, 자, 매 중의 적어도 하나에게 부여된 식별코드를 함께 매칭시켜 관리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물 통합 관리방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    동물에 대한 보험상품, 접종상품, 미용상품, 사료상품 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상품에 대한 상품정보를 수신하여 저장하는 단계;
    상기 보호자가 저장된 상기 상품정보 중 적어도 하나의 상품을 구매하면, 상기 보호자에 대응하는 동물의 동물정보와 구매된 상기 상품의 관련성을 분석하는 단계; 및
    설정된 기간 동안 상기 관련성의 분석단계에 의해 분석되는 분석정보를 수신되는 상기 상품정보에 대응하는 판매자에게 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물 통합 관리방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    동물용 호텔, 미용실, 펫시터 중의 적어도 하나의 이용상품에 대한 지역, 이용가능시간을 포함하는 서비스정보를 저장하는 단계;
    상기 보호자에게 저장된 상기 서비스정보에 대한 선택메뉴를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 보호자가 제공된 상기 선택메뉴에 대응하여 서비스정보를 선택하면, 상기 보호자가 기 지불한 금액에서 선택된 상기 서비스정보에 대응하는 비용을 차감하는 전자코드를 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물 통합 관리방법.
