结构

例如,将在S11中提取的多个商品(或服务)的信息发送给图1中用虚线表示的外部的服务器5。该服务器5具有购买历史数据库5a和服务利用历史数据库5b。关于接收到的多个商品(或服务)的信息,服务器5使用购买历史数据库5a和服务利用历史数据库5b中的至少一个,对于在S11中提取到的多个商品(或服务)的每个确定优先级。如下进行优先级的确定:基于购买历史数据库5a和服务利用历史数据库5b中的至少一个,对每个商品(或服务)计算规定的得分。计算出的得分值的信息发送到接收机2。接收机2的处理器21基于接收到的多个商品(或服务)的优先级信息,以优先级高的顺序(即用户的兴趣高的顺序),在推荐商品显示图像G上显示多个商品(或服务)的窗口43。
应该说明的是,优先级还可以使用例如预测模型来确定。上述预测模型通过使用了神经网络的机器学习而生成。在上述神经网络中,将人口统计属性信息和收看历史中的至少一个作为输入,并且将商品(或服务)的购买频率(包含服务的利用频率)作为输出。即,优先级还可以利用对录制的节目的收看者的商品的以往的购买信息和服务的以往的利用信息中的至少一个来确定。
另外,应该说明的是,还可以基于节目的收视率来确定向用户推荐的商品(或服务)的优先级。例如由于外部的服务器5具有收视率数据,因此处理器21从服务器5获取收视率数据。
在S12之后,处理器21从服务器获取在S11中提取的各商品(或服务)的显示信息(S13)。各商品(或服务)的显示信息是存储于商品显示信息存储区域15b的图像和文本的信息。
处理器21生成包括以优先级高的顺序排列的商品(或服务)在内的推荐商品显示图像G的图像数据(S14)。
返回到图6,处理器21将在S5中生成的推荐商品显示图像G的显示数据输出到显示装置13,将推荐商品显示图像G显示在显示装置13的画面上(S6)。因此,S6的输出推荐商品显示图像G的显示数据的处理构成显示信息生成部,该显示信息生成部生成针对与录制的节目相关的、包含商品和服务中的至少一者在内的场景的场景信息的显示信息。然后,场景信息生成部(S6)基于在S1中获取的节目信息相关的场景信息,生成用于与场景信息相关的规定的画面(推荐商品显示图像G)的显示信息并显示于显示装置13,从而显示场景信息。场景信息生成部(S6)生成将多个场景信息以规定的优先级的顺序显示的显示信息。
此外,在没有一致节目时,即节目信息PI中包含的节目内容没有被录制于节目内容存储区域12a时(S4:否),处理器21生成显示规定的信息的图像数据,将规定的消息显示于显示装置13(S7)。规定的消息例如是“没有推荐商品”。
应该说明的是,在没有一致节目的情况下,还可以提取针对用户收看或录制的节目的亲和度高的其它节目中包含的商品(或服务)商品,生成提取到的商品(或服务)的显示数据。在该情况下,优先级以亲和度高的顺序确定。
图8是表示推荐商品显示图像G的例子的图。推荐商品显示图像G基于在S5的生成处理中生成的显示数据,显示在显示装置13的画面上。推荐商 品显示图像G具有标题部41和商品显示部42。标题部41是显示该画面的名称、在这里是显示“推荐商品清单”的文字的显示区域。
商品显示部42是根据在S12中确定的优先级排列的多个商品(或服务)的显示区域。商品显示部42中,每个商品(或服务)的窗口43根据优先级排列成平铺块(tile)状来配置有多个。根据在S12中确定的优先级,以优先级高的顺序自上到下,多个商品的窗口43显示在推荐商品显示图像G中。
各窗口43具有图像显示部43a和文本显示部43b。图像显示部43a是显示S13中获取的显示信息中的图像的显示区域。另外,各窗口43成为GUI(Graphical User Interface)的按钮。因此,用户可以通过例如将光标等在期望的窗口43上移动,从而进行窗口43的选择。
应该说明的是,在此,在S13中,虽然显示于图像显示部43a的商品(或服务)的图像数据从服务器3获取,但也可以从录制的节目内容提取。
文本显示部43b是显示S13中获取的显示信息的文本的显示区域。
因此,商品推荐商品显示图像G中显示了关于各商品(或服务)的图像和文本。另外,推荐商品显示图像G根据用户的品味等,以吸引用户的兴趣的商品(或服务)的顺序,显示多个商品(或服务)。应该说明的是,关于各商品(或服务)的图像还可以为与节目相关的图像。
对用户来说,关于各商品(或服务)的图像是表示可选择的场景的候选的候选图像。因此,图8和S5、S6的处理构成场景信息显示部,该场景信息显示部将关于与录制的节目相关的、包含商品和服务中的至少一者在内的场景的场景信息与候选图像一起可选择地排列显示。
当用户选择推荐商品显示图像G中的1个商品(或服务)的窗口43时,执行图9的处理,图10的内容播放图像显示于显示装置13。
图9是表示内容播放处理的流程的例子的流程图。图10是表示内容被播放时的内容播放图像的例子的图。图9的处理在用户选择了推荐商品显示图像G中的1个商品(或服务)的窗口43时被执行。
处理器21从包含对选择的窗口43相关的商品(或服务)进行介绍的场 景在内的节目内容中,进行该商品(或服务)的场景(CM的场景或节目中的场景)播放(S21)。由于包含对选择的窗口43相关的商品(或服务)进行介绍的场景(CM的场景或节目中的场景)在内的节目内容存储于节目内容存储区域12a,因此在S21中,处理器21从节目内容存储区域12a读取该节目内容,进行与被选择的窗口43相关的商品(或服务)的场景的基于片头可选择方法(即,想要播放录像的某部分时寻找其起点的方法)的播放。因此,S21的处理根据播放指示,生成从场景信息中选择的场景的播放信息,构成进行播放的场景播放处理部。
因此,在S21中,从节目信息PI中包含的商品(或服务)的时间段信息中通过场景的片头可选择方法,从该商品(或服务)的内容(例如CM)的开头的场景进行播放。
其结果,如图10所示,显示装置13上的画面13a上播放商品(或服务)的内容(例如CM1)。即,在S21中,选择的该商品(或服务)的CM等的场景从该时间段的开始时刻被播放。因此,图10和S21的处理构成场景播放显示部,其根据针对选择的场景信息的播放指示,生成从场景信息中选择的场景的播放信息。
应该说明的是,S21的场景播放还可以从包括与选择的窗口43相关的商品(或服务)的场景(例如CM)在内的节目内容的开头(即节目的广播开始时刻)进行。
应该说明的是,在上述的例子中,推荐商品显示图像G是将每个商品(或服务)的矩形窗口在二维层面上以平铺块状排列多个的图像,但也可以为将每个商品(或服务)的图像和文本以清单(list)形式且优先级高的顺序排列显示的图像。
另外,应该说明的是,在上述的实施方式中图6的S3的比较处理在接收机2中进行,但也可以将在接收机2中录制的节目内容发送到服务器3,在服务器3中执行。
如上所述,根据上述的实施方式,可以提供用户能够从节目的收看者即 用户录制的多个节目中简单地收看介绍期望的商品等的场景的接收装置、场景信息提供***、非易失性存储介质、场景信息的提供方法、以及场景显示控制装置。
第二实施方式
在第一实施方式中,推荐商品显示图像G显示于接收机2的显示装置13,但在第二实施方式中,推荐商品显示图像G显示于不同于接收机2的终端装置的显示器。
在第二实施方式中,对与第一实施方式相同的结构要素,标记相同的附图标记并省略说明,只对不同的结构进行说明。
图11是与第二实施方式相关的、录像内容显示***1A的结构图。录像内容显示***1A包含接收机2、服务器3、作为便携式的终端装置的智能手机6。与接收机2和服务器3同样地,智能手机6可以通过互联网等网络4与接收机2和服务器3通信。
在本实施方式中,推荐商品显示图像G显示于智能手机6的显示器6a。因此,推荐商品显示程序存储于智能手机6的处理器6b(用虚线表示)的ROM。显示器6a中安装有未图示的触摸面板装置。
处理器6b也包含CPU、ROM、RAM。处理器6b通过执行存储于ROM的各种程序,从而实现智能手机6的各种功能。
图12是表示智能手机6中执行的、推荐商品显示程序的处理的流程的例子的流程图。图12的各步骤的处理与图6的各步骤的处理大致相同,但可以通过智能手机6的处理器6b执行。
因此,处理器6b通过执行S1到S7的各处理,如图8所示的推荐商品显示图像G显示于显示器6a的画面上。
应该说明的是,在S2中,智能手机6通过网络4与接收机2通信,从接收机2获取录像管理信息存储区域12b的管理信息MI(S2)。
处理器6b进行如下判断:通过触摸画面等,用户是否选择了显示于显示器6a的推荐商品显示图像G中的一个窗口43(S31)。如果没有选择窗口43 (S31:否),则不做任何处理。
当用户选择1个窗口43(推荐商品显示图像G中的1个商品)时(S31:是),处理器6b将播放指示指令信号经由网络4发送到接收机2(S32),其中,播放指示指令信号用于指示该被选择的窗口43相关的商品(或服务)的场景播放。S32构成指令发送部,该指令发送部将从场景信息选择的场景的播放指示的指令发送给作为存储录制的节目的装置的接收机2。
播放指示指令信号还包含节目名、广播日期等用于确定节目内容的内容确定信息(包含于管理信息MI中)、和应该播放的商品(或服务)的场景(CM等)的时间段信息,使得能够确定应该播放的内容(CM等)。
应该说明的是,播放指示指令信号还可以经由不同于网络4的网络(例如家庭内LAN),或者直接通过近距离无线信号等从智能手机6向接收机2发送。
接收机2的处理器21在接收播放指示指令信号时,根据播放指示指令信号,从记录于存储装置12的节目内容中,播放应该播放的场景(CM等)。其结果,用户可以收看选择的商品(或服务)的CM等。
如上所述,智能手机6是场景显示控制装置。因此,根据本第二实施方式也能够得到与第一实施方式相同的效果。
如上所述,根据上述的各实施方式,用户只通过从推荐商品显示画面G中选择与节目中广播的CM相关的商品(或服务)、在节目中的栏目中介绍的商品(例如书籍)或者服务(例如餐厅的介绍),就能够从录制的多个节目内容中简单地收看多个期望的商品(或服务)的场景(即,CM的场景、或者节目中的栏目的场景)。
尤其是,基于用户的人口统计属性等,以用户的爱好等顺序显示商品等,因此用户收看商品(或服务)的内容的概率变高。
应该说明的是,上述的各处理器具有CPU和ROM,CPU通过读取存储于ROM的软件程序或计算机指令并执行,从而实现各装置的各种功能,但各处理器可以由电子电路构成,或者还可以作为FPGA(Field Programmable Gate  Array,现场可编程逻辑门阵列)等集成电路的电路块构成。
另外,应该说明的是,在上述的第一和第二实施方式中,虽然节目内容记录于接收机2的存储装置12,但也可以记录于服务器3。例如,在图3中用双点划线表示,存储装置15具有节目内容存储区域15c,从接收机2根据节目的播放指示,服务器3对指定的节目的节目内容进行播放而将视像信号发送给接收机2。接收机2的显示装置13中显示有接收的视像信号的视像。在第二实施方式的情况下,在节目内容记录于服务器3的情况下,播放指示的指令发送到服务器3。在该情况下,在服务器3中,由于管理信息MI也存储于存储装置15中,因此图6的S1至S5的处理通过服务器3的处理器14执行。推荐商品显示画面G的显示数据发送给接收机2,推荐商品显示画面G显示于显示装置13,可以由用户选择商品等。
此外,在上述的第一和第二实施方式中,在比较节目信息PI和管理信息MI时,进行与录制的全部节目的比较,但仅限于在录制的节目中除了由用户完成收看的节目以外的节目(未收看节目),或者相反,还可以仅限于完成收看的节目,进行节目信息PI与管理信息MI的比较。
另外,在上述的第一和第二实施方式中,推荐商品显示画面G上显示有多个与场景对应的商品(或服务)的窗口43,但将商品(或服务)分等级地按照类别分类,在最初显示的推荐商品显示画面G上,表示类别的窗口显示多个,当选择多个类别中的一个类别时,该类别中包含的多个商品(或服务)以优先级顺序显示。在该情况下,表示上位的类别的窗口中显示的多个类别也可以基于用户的人口统计属性、收看历史、购买信息等以优先级顺序显示。
此外,在上述的第一和第二实施方式中,在没有一致的节目时(图6或图12的S4中否的情况),只有规定的消息显示于接收机2的显示装置13,但也可以将用于显示基于人口统计属性等信息而推断的与用户的爱好相关的视像等的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符)信息与规定的信息结合显示于显示装置13。接收机2搭载网页游览器等,只要可以显示互联网上的存储于该URL中的动态图像,则用户可以通过指定URL,能够收看 与用户的爱好相关的视像等。
应该说明的是,执行以上说明的动作的程序作为计算机程序产品,其全部或部分记录或存储于软磁盘、CD-ROM等便携式介质、硬盘等存储介质。该程序由计算机读取,执行动作的全部或部分。或者可以通过通信网络流通或提供该程序的全部或部分。用户可以通过通信网络下载该程序并安装于计算机,或者从记录介质安装于计算机,从而能够容易地实现上述的各实施方式的录像内容显示装置、录像内容显示***、录像内容显示方法等。
本申请实施方式还提供非易失性存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现上述的在接收机、智能手机和服务器上实现的方法。
本申请说明了几个实施方式,但这些实施方式是作为例子例示的方式,并不限定申请的范围。这些新的实施方式可以以其它的各种方式实施,在不脱离申请的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式或其变形包含在申请的范围、主旨中,并且包含在与权利要求书记载的发明等同的范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种接收装置,其中,所述接收装置具有:
    显示信息生成部,其生成与被录像的节目关联的场景信息的显示信息,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关,
    场景播放处理部,其根据播放指示,生成从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述接收装置具有节目信息获取部,该节目信息获取部获取与所述场景信息关联的节目信息,
    所述场景信息生成部,基于与在所述节目信息获取部中获取到的所述节目信息关联的所述场景信息,生成用于与所述场景信息关联的规定的画面的所述显示信息,
    所述场景播放处理部,生成对所述显示信息进行播放的播放信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述节目信息包含与被录像的所述节目中的商品和服务至少一者相关的场景的开始时刻和结束时刻,
    所述场景播放处理部,从所述开始时刻起播放选择出的所述场景。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述场景播放处理部,从包含选择出的所述场景在内的节目的开头起进行播放。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述至少一者的场景为多个,所述场景信息为多个,
    所述场景信息生成部,生成将多个所述场景信息以规定的优先级的顺序显示的所述显示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述优先级基于与被录像的所述节目的收看者相关的人口统计属性信息 来确定。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述优先级利用被录像的所述节目的收看者的以往的收看历史信息来确定。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述优先级利用与被录像的所述节目的收看者相关的商品的以往的购买信息和服务的以往的利用信息中的至少一者来确定。
  9. 一种场景信息提供***,其具有服务器和接收装置,其中,
    所述服务器具有节目信息管理部,该节目信息管理部将包括商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关的场景信息与节目建立关联并且作为节目信息进行管理,
    所述接收装置具有:
    节目信息获取部,其获取所述节目信息;
    显示信息生成部,其基于所述节目信息,生成与被录像的节目关联的所述场景信息的显示信息;以及
    场景播放处理部,其根据播放指示,生成从所述场景信息中选择出的场景的播放信息。
  10. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令被处理器运行时使计算机执行:
    生成与被录像的节目关联的场景信息的显示信息,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关,以及
    根据播放指示,生成从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放信息。
  11. 一种场景信息的提供方法,其中,
    生成与被录像的节目关联的场景信息的显示信息,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关,
    根据播放指示,生成从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放信息。
  12. 一种场景显示控制装置,其中,所述场景显示控制装置具有:
    显示信息生成部,其生成与被录像的节目关联的场景信息的显示信息,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关,以及
    指令发送部,其向存储被录像的所述节目的装置发送从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放指示的指令。
  13. 一种场景信息提供***,其中,所述场景信息提供***具有服务器、接收装置、以及场景显示控制装置,其中,
    所述服务器具有节目信息管理部,该节目信息管理部将包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关的场景信息与节目建立关联并且作为节目信息进行管理,
    所述接收装置,存储被录像的节目,
    所述场景显示控制装置具有:
    显示信息生成部,其生成与被录像于所述接收装置的节目关联的所述场景信息的显示信息;以及
    指令发送部,其向存储被录像的所述节目的所述接收装置发送从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放指示的指令。
  14. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令在处理器上运行时使计算机执行:
    生成与被录像的节目关联的场景信息的显示信息,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关,以及
    向存储被录像的所述节目的装置发送从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放指示的指令。
  15. 一种场景信息的提供方法,其中,
    生成与被录像的节目关联的场景信息的显示信息,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关,
    向存储被录像的所述节目的装置发送从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放指示的指令。
  16. 一种场景信息提供装置,其中,所述场景信息提供装置具有:
    场景信息显示部,其将与被录像的节目关联的场景信息与候选图像一起可选择地排列显示,该场景信息与包含商品及服务中的至少一者在内的场景相关;以及
    场景播放显示部,其根据针对被选择的场景信息的播放指示,生成从所述场景信息选择出的场景的播放信息。
