空闲态的终端通过网络配置的频率优先级进行小区重选,选择优先驻留的频率,频率优先级配置的方式有两种:
(1)在***消息中广播频率优先级,广播的频率优先级对于小区内所有终端都一样,无法区分用户
(2)通过专用信令(例如:无线资源控制释放(RRC release)消息)配置频率优先级。
在***无线通信技术(fourth generation,4G)时代,专用频率优先级主要用于网络进行负载均衡,将用户卸载到较为空闲的载波上。第五代无线通信技术(5th generation,5G)时代,随着终端类型多样化,终端支持的业务的多样化,专用的频率优先级的使用也更加多样和灵活。
例如,5G中引入的切片,同一个终端可以支持多个切片业务,小区也可以支持多个切片业务,终端仅能接入自己支持的切片的小区。通过相关技术,网络根据终端支持的切片,为终端配置了专用的频率优先级(例如将支持该切片的频率优先级提升),但是当终端移动其他小区中,按照现有协议,终端将继续使用专用的频率优先级,但是新小区中,可能已不支持该切片。因此,此时仍然使用该专用的频率优先级无法起到原来的目的,且可能导致网络负载不均衡。
再例如,在多无线接入技术双连接(MR-DC)场景中,以4G无线接入网与5G NR的双连接(E-UTRA-NR Dual Connectivity,EN-DC)为例,5G 终端和普通4G终端在空闲态均驻留在4G LTE网络中,但是网络可以为EN-DC终端配置和LTE终端不同的专用的频率优先级(例如将支持EN-DC的LTE载波频率优先级提升)。但是当EN-DC终端移动到其他小区,按照现有协议,终端将继续使用专用的频率优先级,但是在新小区中,可能已没有5G覆盖。因此,此时仍然使用专用的频率优先级终端也无法工作在5G模式下,且可能导致网络负载不均衡。

下面结合附图介绍本公开的实施例。本公开的一些实施例提供的一种小区重选的方法及设备可以应用于无线通信***中。参考图1,为本公开的一些实施例提供的一种无线通信***的架构示意图。如图1所示,该无线通信***可以包括:第一网络设备10、第二网络设备11和终端12,终端12可以记做UE12,终端12可以与第一网络设备10、第二网络设备11通信(传输信令或传输数据)。在实际应用中上述各个设备之间的连接可以为无线连接,为了方便直观地表示各个设备之间的连接关系,图1中采用实线示意。
本公开的一些实施例提供的第一网络设备10、第二网络设备11可以为 基站,该基站可以为通常所用的基站,也可以为演进型基站(evolved node base station,eNB),还可以为5G***中的网络设备(例如,下一代基站(next generation node base station,gNB)或发送和接收点(transmission and reception point,TRP))等设备。
本公开的一些实施例提供的终端12可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、超级移动个人计算机(Ultra-Mobile Personal Computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)或车载设备等。
参见图2,本公开的一些实施例提供一种小区重选的方法,该方法的执行主体可以为终端,具体步骤包括:步骤201。

在本公开的一些实施例中,频率优先级用于表示终端采用某种频率进行小区重选的优先程度。示例性地,频率优先级的内容可以包括:一个或多个频率和该频率的优先级,其中优先级可以通过数值表示,比如,数值越大优先级越高,数值越小优先级越低。
例如,频率优先级可以包括:1.8GHz频率优先级为2(较高),1.9GH频率优先级为1(较低),即优先采用1.8GHz的频率进行小区重选;又例如,频率优先级可以包括:4.9GHz频率优先级为2(较高),2.6GHz频率优先级为1(较低),即优先采用4.9GHz的频率进行小区重选。
需要说明的是,上述频率优先级的内容仅为示例,本公开的一些实施例对频率优先级的内容不做具体限定。
在本公开的一些实施例中,频率优先级原因用于表示配置频率优先级的原因,例如,负载均衡、切片或MR-DC等。
在本公开的一些实施例中,频率优先级是否生效信息用于表示频率优先级是否生效的相关信息,例如,负载均衡、切片或MR-DC等。

在本公开的一些实施例中,频率优先级的索引信息用于表示频率优先级的标识,例如:f1频率优先级为1,f2频率优先级为2,对应频率优先级索引信息为索引0;f1频率优先级为2,f2频率优先级为1,对应频率优先级索引信息索引1。
在本公开的一些实施例中,可选地,通过***消息或者专用信令从网络设备接收频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息。

进一步地,当终端移动到其他小区,即驻留小区发生改变,则广播的频率优先级失效,终端读取新的驻留小区***消息中的频率优先级,根据该频率优先级进行小区重选。
在本公开的一些实施例中,一个频率优先级原因、或者是否生效信息、或者生效条件信息、或者索引信息可以与第一个或多个频率优先级对应,如果满足该优先级原因则终端可以使用基于该优先级原因配置的频率优先级。
示例性地,所述频率优先级原因、或者是否生效信息、或者生效条件信息可以包括以下一项或多项:
(1)负载均衡;
考虑网络的负载均衡设置的频率优先级,例如,网络将某带宽较大的时分双工(Time-Division Duplex,TDD)频率的优先级设置较高,用来承载更多的用户,进行负载均衡;
(2)终端支持的切片类型(或者简称为切片);
考虑终端支持切片类型设置的频率优先级,例如,终端支持超高可靠与低时延通信(Ultra Reliable&Low Latency Communication,URLLC)切片业务,网络将支持URLLC切片业务的频率优先级设置较高,让终端优先驻留在支持URLLC切片业务的频率上;
(3)网络部署的MR-DC频段组合和/或终端支持的MR-DC频段组合(或者简称为MR-DC)。
考虑网络部署的MR-DC频段组合和终端支持MR-DC频段组合设置的频率优先级,例如,网络部署了LTE 1.8GHz+NR 2.6GHz的NSA频段组合,且该终端也同时支持该MR-DC频段组合,则网络将1.8GHz LTE频率的优先级设置较高,让MR-DC终端优先驻留1.8GHz频率上,若优先驻留在其他频率上,将导致进入连接态后需要切换至1.8GHz频率才能配置MR-DC,造成额外的切换开销和时延。
例如,2.6GHz频率优先级为2(较高),4.9GHz频率优先级为1(较低),频率优先级原因为负载均衡。
又例如,4.9GHz频率优先级为2(较高),2.6GHz频率优先级为1(较低),频率优先级原因为切片。
又例如,1.8GHz频率优先级为2(较高),1.9GH频率优先级为1(较低);频率优先级原因为MR-DC。
在本公开的一些实施例中,图2所示的方法还可以包括:根据所述终端的能力信息和/或网络设备发送的指示信息,以及所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息,确定在小区重选时使用的频率优先级。
可选地,所述指示信息可以指示以下一项或多项:(1)本小区和/或邻区是否支持MR-DC;(2)本小区和/或邻区支持的切片类型;(3)本小区和/或邻区是否支持预设的专用网络;(4)本小区和/或邻区支持的专用网络类型;(5)所述终端采用的频率优先级信息。
下面介绍实现确定在小区重选时使用的频率优先级的方式:
方式1:如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息表示:所述终端采用的频率优先级信息,则将与所述频率优先级信息对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级。
其中,所述终端采用的频率优先级信息具体包括当网络通过广播或者专用信息令的方式配置多组频率优先级信息时,该频率优先级信息可以指示终端具体使用哪一组频率优先级进行小区重选。
方式2:如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:切片,所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持的切片类型,且所述终端支持切片或将要发起与切片相关的业务,则将与所述切片对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
方式3:所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:预设的专用网络,所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持所述预设的专用网络,或者所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持的专用网络类型,且所述终端处于所述预设的专用网络中,则将与所述预设的专用网络对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
方式4:如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:负载均衡或默认,所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持的切片类型,且所述终端不支持切片,则将与所述负载均衡或默认对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
方式5:如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:负载均衡或默认,所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持MR-DC,且所述终端不支持所述MR-DC,则将与所述负载均衡或默认对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
方式6:如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:负载均衡或默认,所述终端未接收所述指示信息,则将与所述负载均衡或默认对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级。
在本公开的一些实施例中,可以根据终端是否接收到网络设备发送的频率优先级激活信息,采用不同的方式确定在小区重选时使用的频率优先级。
方式1:如果接收到网络设备发送的频率优先级激活信息,则根据所述频率优先级激活信息和所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息,确定在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
示例性地,步骤A:终端接收网络发送的频率优先级和频率优先级索引信息;例如:f1频率优先级为1,f2频率优先级为2,对应频率优先级索引信息为索引0;f1频率优先级为2,f2频率优先级为1,对应频率优先级索引信息索引1;步骤B:终端接收网络发送的频率优先级激活信息;例如:接收到频率优先级激活信息为索引1,表示终端采用索引1的频率优先级作为小区重选频率优先级,即(f1频率优先级为2,f2频率优先级为1)。
方式2:如果没有接收到网络设备发送的频率优先级激活信息,则采用默认的频率优先级作为小区重选频率优先级。
示例性地,步骤A:终端接收网络发送的频率优先级和频率优先级索引信息;例如:f1频率优先级为1,f2频率优先级为2,对应频率优先级索引信息为索引0;步骤B:如果终端没收到网络发送的频率优先级激活信息,则采用默认的频率优先级作为小区重选频率优先级。
在本公开的一些实施例中,图2所示的方法还可以包括:从所述网络设备接收切片信息,所述切片信息包括一个或多个频率或小区支持的切片的信息。
例如,切片信息可以包括:4.9GHz支持URLLC切片,2.6GHz支持eMBB切片。或者,切片信息可以包括:4.9GHz支持URLLC切片。
可以理解的是,上述小区包括:服务小区和/或邻小区。

其中,该生效时间可以是时间点或者时间段,例如,频率优先级的生效时间未到期则表示可以使用该频率优先级;频率优先级的生效时间到期则表示不可以使用该频率优先级。例如,专用信令配置的频率优先级有生效时间,在生效时间内,终端采用专用信令中的频率优先级进行小区重选;过了生效时间之后,专用频率优先级失效,终端采用***消息广播中的频率优先级进行小区重选。

实施例一
网络通过专用信令发送频率优先级,包括:4.9GHz频率优先级为2(较高),2.6GHz频率优先级为1(较低),其中频率优先级原因包括:终端支持的切片类型。
网络发送的切片信息包括:4.9GHz支持URLLC切片,2.6GHz支持eMBB切片。
支持URLLC的终端,使用专用信令发送的频率优先级进行小区重选。
如果该URLLC终端移动到其他小区,该小区发送本小区的切片信息包括:4.9GHz和2.6GHz均支持eMBB业务(该小区中的切片信息中不包含终端支持的切片)。
此时,URLLC终端发现该小区中的切片信息不包含终端支持的切片,则不使用网络发送的专用频率优先级进行小区重选,使用广播消息中的频率优先级进行小区重选。
实施例二
网络通过专用信令发送频率优先级包括:4.9GHz频率优先级为2(较高),2.6GHz频率优先级为1(较低),其中,频率优先级原因包括:终端支持的切片类型。

实施例三
网络通过专用信令发送频率优先级,包括:1.8GHz频率优先级为2(较高),1.9GH频率优先级为1(较低),其中,频率优先级原因包括:网络部署的MR-DC频段组合和/或所述终端支持的MR-DC频段组合。
网络发送MR-DC信息,包括:支持5G或MR-DC,且支持的MR-DC频段组合为1.8GHz(LTE)+2.6GHz(NR)。
支持1.8GHz(LTE)+2.6GHz(NR)MR-DC的终端,若测量到1.8GHz LTE和2.6GHz LTE的测量结果均高于一定门限,则使用专用信令发送的频率优先级进行小区重选。
如果该终端移动到其他小区,该小区的MR-DC信息包括:不支持5G或MR-DC,则终端使用广播消息中的频率优先级进行小区重选。
实施例四
网络通过广播消息发送第一频率优先级,包括:4.9GHz频率优先级为2(较高),2.6GHz频率优先级为1(较低),频率优先级原因包括:终端支持的切片类型;同时发送第二频率优先级,包括:2.6GHz频率优先级为2(较高),4.9GHz频率优先级为1(较低),频率优先级原因为负载均衡
网络发送的切片信息包括:4.9GHz支持URLLC切片。
支持URLLC的终端,使用频率优先级原因为终端支持的切片类型的频率优先级进行小区重选,例如,选择4.9GHz进行小区重选。
不支持URLLC的普通终端,使用频率优先级原因为负载均衡的频率优先级进行小区重选,例如,选择2.6GHz进行小区重选。
当终端移动到其他小区,即驻留小区发生改变,则广播的频率优先级失效,终端读取新的驻留小区***消息中的频率优先级,根据该频率优先级进行小区重选。
如果URLLC终端发现该小区中的切片信息不包含终端支持的切片,则不使用专用信令发送的频率优先级进行小区重选,使用广播消息中的频率优先级进行小区重选。

    其中,所述频率优先级,以及所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息用于终端进行小区重选。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    根据所述终端的能力信息和/或网络设备发送的指示信息,以及所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息,确定在小区重选时使用的频率优先级。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述指示信息指示以下一项或多项:
    本小区和/或邻区是否支持MR-DC;

    如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:负载均衡或默认,所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持的切片类型,且所述终端不支持切片,则将与所述负载均衡或默认对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
    如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:负载均衡或默认,所述终端接收到本小区和/或邻区支持MR-DC,且所述终端不支持所述MR-DC,则将与所述负载均衡或默认对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
    如果所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息表示:负载均衡或默认,所述终端未接收所述指示信息,则将与所述负载均衡或默认对应的频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    如果接收到网络设备发送的频率优先级激活信息,则根据所述频率优先级激活信息和所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息,确定在小区重选时使用的频率优先级;
    如果没有接收到网络设备发送的频率优先级激活信息,则采用默认的频率优先级作为小区重选频率优先级。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述从网络设备接收频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息,包括:
    通过广播消息或者专用信令,从网络设备接收频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:
    从所述网络设备接收所述频率优先级的生效时间;
    在所述频率优先级的生效时间到期之前,或者在接收到新的频率优先级之前,如果不满足将所述频率优先级确定为所述在小区重选时使用的频率优先级条件,则将所述频率优先级挂起。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    向所述网络设备发送所述终端的能力信息,所述终端的能力信息包括以下一项或多项:
    所述终端支持的切片的信息;
    所述终端支持的MR-DC频段组合。
  9. 一种小区重选的方法,应用于网络设备,包括:
    向终端发送频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息;
    其中,所述频率优先级,以及所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息用于终端进行小区重选。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述向终端发送频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息,包括:
    通过广播消息或者专用信令,向所述终端发送频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息。
  11. 一种终端,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于从网络设备接收频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息;

  13. 一种网络设备,包括:
    第二发送模块,用于向终端发送频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息;
    其中,所述频率优先级,以及所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息用于终端进行小区重选。
  14. 一种网络设备,包括:第二处理器和第二收发机;
    所述第二收发机,用于向终端发送频率优先级,以及与所述频率优先级对应的频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件信息、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息;
    其中,所述频率优先级,以及所述频率优先级原因、或者所述频率优先级是否生效信息、或者所述频率优先级的生效条件、或者所述频率优先级的索引信息用于终端进行小区重选。
  15. 一种通信设备,包括:处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序,所述程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的小区重选的方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的小区重选的方法的步骤。
