Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la planification, de la constitution d'inscriptions et de la répartition du temps de services de personnes à l'aide d'un système en ligne. Ce système en ligne d'attribution de rencontres consiste en un système en ligne dédié d'attribution et de planification du temps de fourniture de services par des personnes, des institutions et des organisations afin d'attribuer à distance des files d'attente pour la fourniture de services en mode en ligne et indiquer le temps approximatif du tour de ladite file d'attente. Ce système consiste en une plateforme en ligne ou une application en ligne intégrée à des fournisseurs de services d'un côté, et à des utilisateurs de l'autre; la plateforme en ligne informe l'utilisateur en temps réel de son numéro dans la file d'attente en vue du service, du numéro dans file d'attente courante desservi, et calcule également de manière orientée le temps de venue de son tour en tenant compte de tous les facteurs courants et de la situation en temps réel, et informe l'utilisateur du temps de venue de son tour, ce qui permet aux utilisateurs du système de planifier plus efficacement leur temps personnel dans la file d'attente des fournisseurs de service en tenant compte de tous les facteurs, comme les retards du fournisseur de services lui-même, les retards des utilisateurs dans la file d'attente, etc.
