Abstract
一种Fe-Al金属间化合物微孔材料与致密不锈钢的焊接方法,包括以下步骤:开启熔化焊焊机的"枪气"并开启保护罩内的焊接保护气体;调节熔化焊过程中焊机的焊接参数以及保护罩内的焊接保护气体的参数;启动焊机并使用焊丝作为焊接填充料进行Fe-Al金属间化合物微孔材料与致密不锈钢的焊接;以及当完成焊接之后,进行冷却。通过该焊接方法焊接的Fe-Al金属间化合物微孔材料与致密不锈钢结合牢固且稳定性高,焊缝饱满均匀,无咬边、表面裂纹、缺肉等缺陷。还涉及一种Fe-Al金属间化合物微孔材料与致密不锈钢的焊接件。
