背景技术
在传统液晶显示装置的背板与中框装配过程中,中框一侧的螺钉孔为通孔,首先将背板与中框对齐装配,再从背板外侧将螺钉拧紧,该装配方案在组装显示屏之后,存在划伤显示屏的风险,且在拧紧螺钉的过程中容易造成中框划伤,且由于背板和中框的整体为向外侧凸出,从外侧拧紧螺钉的力矩过大锁紧时易造成中框和背板局部变形,易导致背板和中框损坏,降低液晶显示装置的使用寿命,在背板和中框装配完成后,背板外侧外观面裸漏螺丝帽,影响美观。
技术解决方案
本申请的主要目的是提出一种背光模组及液晶显示装置,旨在解决现有技术中在液晶显示装置的背板与中框的装配过程中,采用从背板外侧将螺钉拧紧的方式存在的划伤显示屏以及造成中框和背板局部变形等的问题。

本实施例中,背板1的天侧和左右两侧均覆盖有中框2,背板1的天侧和左右两侧均与中框2通过螺纹紧固件可拆卸连接。如图1至图4所示,背板1上侧和左右两侧边缘均开设有间隔布置的多个螺纹通孔11,中框2内侧开设有与多个螺纹通孔11对应的螺纹盲孔21。在背板1和中框2装配时,首先将中框2左右两侧的安装槽22分别对准背板1左右两侧卡扣12,然后直接将中框2沿背板1的左右两侧推入到背板1上,再将中框2上侧的安装槽22卡接上背板1上侧的卡扣12,最后分别将多个螺纹通孔11和螺纹盲孔21通过螺钉3拧紧,完成背板1和中框2的装配,装配简单方便,且中框2与背板1紧密配合,提升了背光模组的整体稳定性。
本实施例中,背板模组还包括扩散板4,扩散板4设置于背板1内侧,背板1的地侧设置有支撑块13,支撑块13与扩散板4抵接并制成扩散板4。如图5和图6所示,背板1下侧设置有用于支撑扩散板4的支撑块13,可以直接将扩散板4搭接在支撑块13上,无需设置下中框组件,省掉了下中框组件的同时,简化了装配过程,结构件的减少不仅使得背光模组的装配过程更加简单,且降低了装配累计误差,提升了装配效率,同时节省了材料成本。
本实施例中,支撑块13由背板1的地侧折弯形成。如图5和图6所示,支撑块13位背板1下侧边缘向背板1内侧折弯形成,结构设计合理,无需加入新的装配组件,只需将背板1进行一些改造即可,方便生产制造和安装。
本实施例中,如图5和图6所示,支撑块13的数量为多个,多个支撑块13沿背板1的地侧的延伸方向间隔排布。多个支撑块13将扩散板4支撑,使得多个支撑块13受力均匀,避免了单个支撑块13受力过大断裂的风险,同时保证了扩散板4的平衡,结构设计合理。
本实施例中,背板1和中框2均为一体成型制件。方便了背板1和中框2的制造,直接将中框2推入背板1上即可完成安装,降低了背光模组的装配难度,同时也降低了背光模组的装配累计误差,提升了背光模组的整体稳定性。
本申请还提出一种液晶显示装置,该液晶显示装置包括上述的背光模组。由于液晶显示装置采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括背板和中框,所述中框覆盖在所述背板的边缘,以遮挡所述背板的边缘;所述背板的边缘开设有螺纹通孔,所述中框内侧对应所述螺纹通孔的位置开设有螺纹盲孔,所述螺纹通孔和所述螺纹盲孔通过螺纹紧固件连接,以将所述中框与所述背板可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述中框包括中框主体和连接在中框主体外部的第一延伸部,所述第一延伸部与所述中框主体之间形成安装槽,所述螺纹盲孔开设在所述第一延伸部的内侧,所述背板的边缘置于所述安装槽内,并与所述第一延伸部通过所述螺纹紧固件可拆卸连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述中框主体还设置有第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、所述中框主体与所述第二延伸部围设成所述安装槽;所述背板的边缘形成有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述安装槽卡接配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述卡扣包括依次连接的第一卡接段、连接段和第二卡接段,所述第一卡接段与所述第一延伸部抵紧,且所述螺纹通孔开设在所述第一连接段上,所述连接段与所述中框主体抵紧,所述第二连接段与所述第二延伸部抵紧。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述背板的天侧和左右两侧均覆盖有所述中框,所述背板的天侧和左右两侧均与所述中框通过所述螺纹紧固件可拆卸连接。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光模组还包括扩散板,所述扩散板设置于所述背板内侧,所述背板的地侧设置有支撑块,所述支撑块与所述扩散板抵接并制成所述扩散板。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述支撑块由所述背板的地侧折弯形成。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述支撑块的数量为多个,多个所述支撑块沿所述背板的地侧的延伸方向间隔排布。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述背板和所述中框均为一体成型制件。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述背板上侧和左右两侧边缘均开设有间隔布置的多个螺纹通孔,所述中框内侧开设有与所述多个螺纹通孔对应的螺纹盲孔。
  11. 一种液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示装置包括背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板和中框,所述中框覆盖在所述背板的边缘,以遮挡所述背板的边缘;所述背板的边缘开设有螺纹通孔,所述中框内侧对应所述螺纹通孔的位置开设有螺纹盲孔,所述螺纹通孔和所述螺纹盲孔通过螺纹紧固件连接,以将所述中框与所述背板可拆卸连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述中框包括中框主体和连接在中框主体外部的第一延伸部,所述第一延伸部与所述中框主体之间形成安装槽,所述螺纹盲孔开设在所述第一延伸部的内侧,所述背板的边缘置于所述安装槽内,并与所述第一延伸部通过所述螺纹紧固件可拆卸连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述中框主体还设置有第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、所述中框主体与所述第二延伸部围设成所述安装槽;所述背板的边缘形成有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述安装槽卡接配合。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述卡扣包括依次连接的第一卡接段、连接段和第二卡接段,所述第一卡接段与所述第一延伸部抵紧,且所述螺纹通孔开设在所述第一连接段上,所述连接段与所述中框主体抵紧,所述第二连接段与所述第二延伸部抵紧。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背板的天侧和左右两侧均覆盖有所述中框,所述背板的天侧和左右两侧均与所述中框通过所述螺纹紧固件可拆卸连接。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括扩散板,所述扩散板设置于所述背板内侧,所述背板的地侧设置有支撑块,所述支撑块与所述扩散板抵接并制成所述扩散板。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述支撑块由所述背板的地侧折弯形成。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述支撑块的数量为多个,多个所述支撑块沿所述背板的地侧的延伸方向间隔排布。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背板和所述中框均为一体成型制件。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背板上侧和左右两侧边缘均开设有间隔布置的多个螺纹通孔,所述中框内侧开设有与所述多个螺纹通孔对应的螺纹盲孔。
