技术问题
现有技术中,比较普遍解决上述问题的利用屏幕支撑板与中框之间的多个弹簧来共同使其二者之间能产生相对位移,但弹簧会带来一些隐患,例如弹簧容易失效,耐久度不高,多个弹簧之间的弹性系数之间存在差异等等。
因此,有必要提出一种显示面板的支撑架及显示装置,用以保护柔性显示屏。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是,提供一种显示面板支撑架及显示装置,能够减小显示屏非弯折区域的拉伸或挤压应力和产生的应变,从而保护柔性显示屏。

其中一连接件将位于所述第一支撑架101上的支撑板105滑动连接至所述第三支撑架103上;另一连接件将位于所述第二支撑架102上的支撑板105滑动连接至所述第三支撑架103上。本发明需要提供至少两个连接件104,但在其中一实施例中,本发明还可以提供更多的连接件104,用来将所述支撑板105连接至所述第三支撑架103上。例如,图2所示,利用两个连接件104将左侧的支撑板105连接至所述第三支撑架103的左侧;同样地,再利用两个连接件104将右侧的支撑板105连接至所述第三支撑架103的右侧。可见,本发明并未限定所述连接件104的数量。
在每一支撑板105的底面均形成有一滑道106,如图1所示。
请参照图2所示,所述的两个连接件104均包括一基体1046以及一设置于所述基体1046上的连杆机构,其中所述基体1046呈平板状,而所述连杆机构设置于所述基体1046的上表面。所述连杆机构包括:第一固定轴1041、第二固定轴1043、旋转轴1042、第一连杆1044以及第二连杆1045。
所述第一固定轴1041连接至所述支撑板105上。需要注意的是,此处的“连接”是用来说明所述第一固定轴1041与所述支撑板105之间的关系,亦即二者是固定在一起。换句话讲,所述第一固定轴1041可以是做为一个单独的构件固定或组装于所述支撑板105上、或者是直接形成于所述支撑板105上形成一体式的结构、或者是通过其它方式而设置于所述支撑板105上。举例来讲,在其中一实施例中,所述第一固定轴1041组入至相对应的所述支撑板105的滑道106内。
所述第二固定轴1043连接至所述连接件104上。同样需要注意的是,此处的“连接”是用来说明所述第二固定轴1043与所述连接件104之间的关系,亦即二者是固定在一起。换句话讲,所述第二固定轴1043可以是做为一个单独的构件固定或组装于所述连接件104上、或者是直接形成于所述连接件104上形成一体式的结构、或者是通过其它方式而设置于所述连接件104上。
所述旋转轴1042能够围绕所述第一固定轴1041旋转。
所述第一连杆1044连接所述第一固定轴1041与所述旋转轴1042。
所述第二连杆1045连接所述第二固定轴1043与所述旋转轴1042。
在本实施例中,所述第二固定轴1043固定至所述连接件104的上表面;所述旋转轴1042、所述第一连杆1044以及所述第二连杆1045均能够在所述滑道106内活动。
所述基体1046还包括一连接轴1047;所述连接轴1047设置于所述基体1046的一侧,所述连接轴1047用来将所述连接件104连接至所述第三支撑架上。
在所述第三支撑架103的两侧各形成有至少一槽口107,用来与相对应的连接件104的连接轴1047配合;所述的两个连接件104分别通过其连接轴1047与相对应的槽口107配合而固定至所述第三支撑架103的两侧。
其中一槽口107形成于所述第三支撑架103靠近所述第一支撑架101的一侧;另一槽口107形成于所述第三支撑架103靠近所述第二支撑架102的一侧。亦即,在所述第三支撑架103的两侧均形成有至少一槽口107。在本实施例中,在所述第三支撑架103的两侧各形成有两个槽口107,以分别与相对应的连接件104配合。在实际制作时,所述槽口107的数量是根据所述连接件104的数量而定的。
当显示面板支撑架100工作时,连接件104的第一固定轴1041固定在支撑板105上,而因为连接件104与第三支撑架103固定连接。在显示面板支撑架100折叠的时候,需要将第三支撑架103与支撑板105折叠,此时,支撑板105会进行翻折,第三支撑架103与连接板105产生位移,连接板105会带动着第一固定轴1041一起移动,并驱动连杆机构的旋转轴、第一连杆与第二连杆运动起来,从而使得柔性屏会始终在相对滑动的方向上受到保护而不会产生过大的拉伸或挤压应力,从而不会产生使其受损的形变。
在其中一实施例中,如图1所示,所述支撑板105包括第一部分1051以及第二部分1052,所述第一部分1051连接所述第二部分1052,所述滑道106形成于所述第二部分1052的底面,所述第二部分1052能够拉伸和挤压使所述连杆机构转动。
所述第一部分1051与所述第二部分1052之间形成有一间隙,能够为所述第二部分1052提供挤压的空间。
如图3所示,旋转轴当显示面板支撑架处于平展状态的时候,所述支撑板105与所述第三支撑架103相互挤压,此时,所述连杆机构处于叠合状态,并且所述第一连杆1044与所述第二连杆1045重叠,旋转轴1042转动至正上方,第一固定轴1041位于所述旋转轴1042的正下方。
如图4所示,当显示面板支撑架开始折叠处于过渡状态的时候,支撑板105向上翻折,进而与连接件104与第三支撑架103产生相对移动,所述旋转轴1042慢慢向下运动,此时,所述第一连杆1044与所述第二连杆1045形成一夹角,并在慢慢折叠的时候,随着连杆机构相对运动,夹角慢慢变大,直至形成图5的结构。其中,连杆机构的阻尼效应(第一连杆与第二连杆能够与相对应的轴之间产生摩擦,从而产生阻尼效应)能够有效的保护显示屏。
如图5所示,显示面板支撑架处于折叠状态,第一固定轴1041、旋转轴1042以及第二固定轴1043处于一条直线上,旋转轴1042位于所述第一固定轴1041与所述第二固定轴1043之间。
支撑板105与第三支撑架103相互拉扯,由于所述第一固定轴1041与所述第二固定轴1043固定,由于支撑板105与第三支撑103架通过连接件104产生相对移动,从而带动连杆机构的旋转轴1042移动至所述第一固定轴1041与所述第二固定轴1043之间。
本发明提供一种显示面板支撑架,通过使用连杆机构的连接件104,使第一连接板与第三支撑架103发生相对位移,减小屏幕非弯折区域的拉伸或挤压应力和产生的应变。具体地,当支撑板105固定第一固定轴1041,第三支撑架103第二固定轴1023,当显示面板支撑架开始折叠时,所述旋转轴1043围绕所述第一固定轴1041转动,连杆机构产生的阻尼会保护显示屏,不会产生过大的拉伸或挤压应力,对柔性屏具有更好的保护效果。
如图6所示,本发明还提供一种显示装置200,包括所述的显示面板支撑架100,所述显示装置200还包括一显示面板201,所述显示面板201设于所述显示面板支撑架100上。
所述显示面板201具有一弯曲部10以及非弯曲部,所述弯曲部10对应所述第三支撑架103;所述非弯曲部对应所述第一支撑架101以及所述第二支撑架102。
在平展的状态下,整个支撑架的表面平整,用以支撑显示面板201并且使得显示装置200表面齐平。
当显示装置200折叠时,显示面板支撑架100开始工作,连接件104会与支撑板105产生相对滑动,而因为连接件104与第三支撑架103固定连接,所以第三支撑架103与支撑板105会发生相对滑动,而支撑板105又与显示面板201的非弯折部分固定,所以显示面板201的非弯折部分将会与第三支撑架103产生相对滑动,故在支撑架发生弯折转动时,显示面板201会始终在相对滑动的方向上受到保护而不会被拉伸或挤压,不会产生拉伸或挤压应力,从而不会产生使其受损的形变。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于所述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对所述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (17)

  1.     一种显示面板支撑架,其中,包括第一支撑架、第二支撑架、第三支撑架、以及至少两个连接件;所述第三支撑架的一侧转动连接所述第一支撑架,所述第三支撑架的另一侧转动连接所述第二支撑架;
    所述第一支撑架与所述第二支撑架结构相同,二者上方均设有一支撑板;
    其中一连接件将位于所述第一支撑架上的支撑板滑动连接至所述第三支撑架上;另一连接件将位于所述第二支撑架上的支撑板滑动连接至所述第三支撑架上。
  2.     根据权利要求1所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    所述的两个连接件均包括一连杆机构,所述连杆机构包括:
    第一固定轴,连接至所述支撑板上;
    第二固定轴,连接至所述连接件上;
    旋转轴,能够围绕所述第一固定轴旋转;
    第一连杆,连接所述第一固定轴与所述旋转轴;
    第二连杆,连接所述第二固定轴与所述旋转轴。
  3.     根据权利要求2所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    所述连接件还包括一基体,所述连杆机构的第二固定轴设于所述基体上。
  4.     根据权利要求3所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    所述连接件还包括一连接轴,所述连接轴设置于所述基体的一侧,所述连接轴用来将所述连接件连接至所述第三支撑架上。
  5.     根据权利要求4所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    在所述第三支撑架的两侧各形成有至少一槽口,用来与相对应的连接件的连接轴配合;所述的两个连接件分别通过其连接轴与相对应的槽口配合而固定至所述第三支撑架的两侧。
  6.     根据权利要求1所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    在所述支撑板的底面形成有一滑道;
    所述连接件滑动连接所述滑道;
    所述第二固定轴固定至所述滑道的上表面;
    所述旋转轴、所述第一连杆以及所述第二连杆均能够在滑道活动。
  7.     根据权利要求6所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    所述支撑板包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分连接所述第二部分,所述滑道形成于所述第二部分的底面。
  8.     根据权利要求7所述的显示面板支撑架,其中,
    所述第一部分与所述第二部分之间形成有一间隙,能够为所述第二部分提供左右滑移的空间。
  9.     一种显示装置,其中,包括一显示面板支撑架,所述显示装置还包括一显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述显示面板支撑架上;
    所述显示面板支撑架,包括第一支撑架、第二支撑架、第三支撑架、以及至少两个连接件;所述第三支撑架的一侧转动连接所述第一支撑架,所述第三支撑架的另一侧转动连接所述第二支撑架;
    所述第一支撑架与所述第二支撑架结构相同,二者上方均设有一支撑板;
    其中一连接件将位于所述第一支撑架上的支撑板滑动连接至所述第三支撑架上;另一连接件将位于所述第二支撑架上的支撑板滑动连接至所述第三支撑架上。
  10.   根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述的两个连接件均包括一连杆机构,所述连杆机构包括:
    第一固定轴,连接至所述支撑板上;
    第二固定轴,连接至所述连接件上;
    旋转轴,能够围绕所述第一固定轴旋转;
    第一连杆,连接所述第一固定轴与所述旋转轴;
    第二连杆,连接所述第二固定轴与所述旋转轴。

      根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述连接件还包括一基体,所述连杆机构的第二固定轴设于所述基体上。
  12.   根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,
    在所述第三支撑架的两侧各形成有至少一槽口,用来与相对应的连接件的连接轴配合;所述的两个连接件分别通过其连接轴与相对应的槽口配合而固定至所述第三支撑架的两侧。
  13.   根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    在所述支撑板的底面形成有一滑道;
    所述连接件滑动连接所述滑道;
    所述第二固定轴固定至所述滑道的上表面;
    所述旋转轴、所述第一连杆以及所述第二连杆均能够在滑道活动。
  14.   根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述支撑板包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分连接所述第二部分,所述滑道形成于所述第二部分的底面。
  15.   根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一部分与所述第二部分之间形成有一间隙,能够为所述第二部分提供左右滑移的空间。
  16.   根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示面板具有一弯曲部以及非弯曲部,所述弯曲部对应所述第三支撑架;所述非弯曲部对应所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架。

    根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述连接件还包括一连接轴,所述连接轴设置于所述基体的一侧,所述连接轴用来将所述连接件连接至所述第三支撑架上。
