一种业务信息的处理方法、装置及电子设备 技术领域
本说明书实施例涉及业务处理技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种业务信息的处理方法、一种业务信息的处理装置、一种电子设备以及一种计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在业务信息处理中,通常由用户作为发起人通过发卡行发起业务信息处理请求,卡组织作为受理人和仲裁者,将业务信息处理请求转发至收单行、第三方支付公司及商户。
在处理业务信息时,业务信息流需要人工记录在第三方支付公司的风控***中,同时完成与支付信息的比对。业务资金流由收单行透传给第三方支付公司的收单***,由收单***解析后推送至风控***,再由风控***将业务资金流与业务信息流关联。
因此,在业务信息流和业务资金流数量级巨大的情况下,存在人工判责失误、处理效率低下的问题。需要提供一种业务信息的自动处理方案。

参照图1所示,该业务信息例如是拒付业务信息,在该拒付业务信息的处理场景中,包括发卡行、卡组织、收单行、第三方支付公司和全球商户***。
具体的,用户(持卡人)联系发卡行发起拒付业务,发卡行、卡组织和收单行,接收来自用户的拒付信息流信息和拒付资金流信息,并转发至第三方支付公司及其商户。其中,拒付信息流信息主要通过邮件的方式传输,拒付资金流信息主要通过资金文件报文传输,属于***层面的传输。

拒付中心比对从金融网关***受到的拒付资金流信息和从拒付***收到的拒付结果信息,在比对成功时生成拒付结果报文,并解冻相应的业务订单和资金。完成拒付业务的处理。
全球商户***与拒付中心对接,用于接收拒付发生报文和拒付结果报文,在订单冻结和解冻时,向卖家邮箱发送拒付发生邮件和拒付结果邮件。
从而在收单行、第三方支付公司及全球商户的***层面实现拒付资金流信息与拒付信息流信息的记录与传输,拒付资金的自动划拨,可以为大批量拒付业务处理场景提供解决方案。

图2所示的服务器仅仅是说明性的并且决不意味着对本发明、其应用或使用的任何限制。应用于本发明的实施例中,服务器1000的该存储器1200用于存储指令,该指令用于控制该处理器1100进行操作以执行本发明实施例提供的任意一项业务信息的处理方法。

例如,该资源文件报文可以是:Alipay,AliExpressEU,ordercode,trade_no,cardbrand,chargebackdate,ChargebackReversed(type),charegebackcurrency,chargeback amount,originalcurrency,transaction date,originalamount。即,该资源流信息中至少可以包括:资源文件种类、资源流转金额、资源流转币种、银行流水号和资源流转时间。其中,该资金文件种类可以是业务扣款或业务打款。
该业务记录中至少包括:业务币种、业务金额、交易流水号、商户号、银行流水号以及资源往来信息。
在一个例子中,在上述步骤2000之前,该服务器1000还可以接收包含该报文流信息的业务邮件。实际应用中,服务器1000在生成业务记录时,可以从信息录入接口获取与所述报文流信息对应的资源流信息,以生成所述业务记录。
在另一个例子中,在上述步骤2000之前,该服务器1000还可以接收包含该报文流信息的业务邮件;以及接收资源文件报文,解析该资源文件报文,以得到该资源流信息。实际应用中,服务器1000在生成业务记录时,可以将该资源流信息与该报文流信息进行关联,以生成该业务记录。
实际应用中,当某笔报文流信息下产生了对应的资源流信息时,视为某笔业务信息的业务记录已经完整。如果报文流信息缺失,则需筛选出这件业务信息并将该业务信息的状态记录为“初始状态”;如果资源流信息缺失,则需筛选出这件业务信息并将该业务信息的状态记录为“等待资源文件报文”。
需要说明的是,为了在业务信息发生后,及时拦截退款和拦截发货,资源流信息 与报文流信息即使有缺失,资金和业务订单也需正常做冻结处理。待人工核实到缺失的资源流信息与报文流信息后,再进行补录。
进一步地,该服务器1000还可以自动通知商户业务发生及资金冻结,以便于商户及时处理该业务信息。具体的,在上述步骤2000之后,该服务器1000还可以生成业务发生报文;向对应的商户发送该业务发生报文;其中,该业务发生报文中至少包括业务时间、业务金额、订单号、商户名称、卡组织以及对应的业务理由码。其中,业务金额的金额和币种可以按照商户的要求进行币种转换汇兑。业务理由码可以对应不同的业务发生理由,如发错货、描述与实物不符、不喜欢等。
在一个例子中,该业务发生报文例如可以是:chargeback date,trade_no,order id,chargeback amount,chargeback currecy,reason code,cardbrand,chargeback type(merchandise,fraud,other)。
在生成业务记录后,进入步骤2200,根据同一笔所述业务订单的该资源流信息与该报文流信息的匹配结果,生成业务判断结果。
其中,所述业务判断结果中至少包括业务判则信息及对应的资金信息。该业务判责信息例如是业务胜诉、业务败诉和业务部分胜诉部分败诉;该对应的资金信息可以是业务胜诉对应的胜诉金额、业务败诉对应的败诉金额等。
例如,若报文流信息显示业务金额100,根据资源流信息轧差后显示败诉金额40,相应的,该业务判断结果即为部分胜诉部分败诉,且业务胜诉60败诉40。若报文流信息显示业务金额100,根据资源流信息轧差后显示败诉金额0,则资金安全,相应的,该业务判断结果即为业务胜诉,且胜诉金额100。若报文流信息显示业务金额100,根据资源流信息轧差后显示败诉金额100,则业务败诉,相应的,该业务判断结果即为业务败诉,且败诉金额100。
在步骤2400,对该业务判断结果与该资源流信息进行比对,在比对成功时解冻该业务订单及并根据该业务判断结果划拨资金。
本步骤中,服务器1000根据报文流信息生成业务判断结果并执行订单完结操作后,自动比对业务判断结果,如业务胜诉及对应的金额、业务败诉及对应的金额、部分胜诉部分败诉及对应的金额,与资源流信息,如二者不符,则将该订单对应的业务信息设置为待处理,该业务信息等待人工进行核对处理。若人工核对二者相符,则执行资金及订单的解冻,结束该业务信息。即,服务器1000向用户提供该业务判断结果和该资源流 信息,并接收基于该业务判断结果和该资源流信息输入的比对结果。

在一个例子中,服务器1000在解冻该业务订单和资金后,会自动划拨赔付资金。划拨赔付资金的逻辑例如可以分为以下三种情况:
情况一、在买家败诉,第三方支付公司(服务器1000)业务胜诉无资损,仅处理资金解冻:
cb payer=chargeback with no compensation,trade_cb_judge_amount=0。
情况二、买家胜诉,第三方支付公司业务败诉且资损由商户承担,资金从商户赔付户划拨至业务垫资户,补足收单行对第三方支付公司的扣款:

情况三、买家胜诉,第三方支付公司业务败诉且资损由第三方支付公司承担,资金从第三方支付公司赔付户划拨:

服务器1000通过自动生成业务记录、冻结业务订单及资金,以及通过对同一笔订单的资源流信息和报文流信息的比对自动生成业务判断结果,通过业务判断结果和资源流信息的比对自动生成业务结果信息并解冻业务订单及根据该业务判断结果自动划拨资金,从而实现了报文流信息与资源流信息的自动匹配,同时实现拦截退款、冻结资金等附属功能,有效识别重复扣款和人工判则失误、防控业务与退款同时发生的风险。

用于执行本说明书实施例操作的计算机程序指令可以是汇编指令、指令集架构(ISA)指令、机器指令、机器相关指令、微代码、固件指令、状态设置数据、或者以 一种或多种编程语言的任意组合编写的源代码或目标代码,编程语言包括面向对象的编程语言—诸如Smalltalk、C++等,以及常规的过程式编程语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的编程语言。计算机可读程序指令可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络—包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。在一些实施例中,通过利用计算机可读程序指令的状态信息来个性化定制电子电路,例如可编程逻辑电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或可编程逻辑阵列(PLA),该电子电路可以执行计算机可读程序指令,从而实现本说明书实施例的各个方面。

也可以把计算机可读程序指令加载到计算机、其它可编程数据处理装置、或其它设备上,使得在计算机、其它可编程数据处理装置或其它设备上执行一系列操作步骤,以产生计算机实现的过程,从而使得在计算机、其它可编程数据处理装置、或其它设备上执行的指令实现流程图和/或框图中的一个或多个方框中规定的功能/动作。
附图中的流程图和框图显示了根据本说明书实施例的多个实施例的***、方法和计算机程序产品的可能实现的体系架构、功能和操作。在这点上,流程图或框图中的每个方框可以代表一个模块、程序段或指令的一部分,模块、程序段或指令的一部分包含一个或多个用于实现规定的逻辑功能的可执行指令。在有些作为替换的实现中,方框中所标注的功能也可以以不同于附图中所标注的顺序发生。例如,两个连续的方框实际上可以基本并行地执行,它们有时也可以按相反的顺序执行,这依所涉及的功能而定。也 要注意的是,框图和/或流程图中的每个方框、以及框图和/或流程图中的方框的组合,可以用执行规定的功能或动作的专用的基于硬件的***来实现,或者可以用专用硬件与计算机指令的组合来实现。对于本领域技术人物来说公知的是,通过硬件方式实现、通过软件方式实现以及通过软件和硬件结合的方式实现都是等价的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种业务信息的处理方法,包括:
    根据资源流信息和报文流信息生成业务记录,并冻结相应的业务订单及资金;其中,所述资源流信息包括所述业务订单的资金信息的流转信息,所述报文流信息包括所述业务订单的业务邮件的传输信息;
    根据同一笔所述业务订单的所述资源流信息与所述报文流信息的匹配结果,生成业务判断结果;所述业务判断结果中至少包括业务判则信息及对应的资金信息;
    对所述业务判断结果与所述资源流信息进行比对,在比对成功时解冻所述业务订单并根据所述业务判断结果划拨资金。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在生成所述业务记录之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收包含所述报文流信息的所述业务邮件;
    所述根据资源流信息和报文流信息生成业务记录,包括:
    从信息录入接口获取与所述报文流信息对应的资源流信息,以生成所述业务记录。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在生成所述业务记录之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收包含所述报文流信息的业务邮件;
    接收并解析资源文件报文,得到所述资源流信息;
    所述根据资源流信息和报文流信息生成业务记录,包括:
    将所述资源流信息与所述报文流信息进行关联,以生成所述业务记录。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在生成所述业务记录之后,所述方法还包括:
    生成业务发生报文;
    向对应的商户发送所述业务发生报文;
    其中,所述业务发生报文中至少包括业务时间、业务金额、订单号、商户名称、卡组织以及对应的业务理由码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述报文流信息中至少包括:业务金额、业务币种、银行流水号、业务时间、业务原因、商户号、交易时间、交易金额与交易币种;
    所述资源流信息中至少包括:资源文件种类、资源流转金额、资源流转币种、银行流水号和资源流转时间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述业务记录中至少包括:业务币种、业务金额、交易流水号、商户号、银行流水号以及资源往来信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述业务判断结果与所述资源流信息比对失败时,向用户提供所述业务判断结果和所述资源流信息;
    接收基于所述业务判断结果和所述资源流信息输入的比对结果。
  8. 一种业务信息的处理装置,包括:
    业务记录生成模块,用于根据资源流信息和报文流信息生成业务记录,并冻结相应的业务订单及资金;其中,所述资源流信息包括所述业务订单的资金信息的流转信息,所述报文流信息包括所述业务订单的业务邮件的传输信息;
    匹配模块,用于根据同一笔所述业务订单的所述资源流信息与所述报文流信息的匹配结果,生成业务判断结果;所述业务判断结果中至少包括业务判则信息及对应的资金信息;
    比对模块,用于对所述业务判断结果与所述资源流信息进行比对,在比对成功时解冻所述业务订单及并根据所述业务判断结果划拨资金。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求8所述的业务信息的处理装置,或者,所述电子设备包括:
    存储器,用于存储可执行命令;
    处理器,用于在所述可执行命令的控制下,执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的业务信息的处理方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令被处理器执行时,执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的业务信息的处理方法。
