一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,在机架(9)内设置有主动轴(4)、从动轴(3),在所述的主动轴(4)上设置有主动轮,在从动轴(3)上设置有从动轮;所述的主动轴(4)的两端与设置在机架两侧的轴承座(8)连接,在所述的主动轴(4)上设置有带座轴承(5),所述的带座轴承(5)还通过第二牙条(7)与靠近该侧的机架框体(6)连接;所述的从动轴(3)的两端与机架两侧固定连接,在所述的从动轴上设置有轴承,所述的从动轮设置在所述的轴承上,所述的从动轴(3)通过第一牙条(2)与靠近该侧的机架框体(1)连接。该滑条式送料架对主动轴和从动轴施加一个反向的拉力,防止工作时轴的变形,能保持设备的传动稳定性,提高了设备的使用寿命。

Description

一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架 技术领域
本实用新型属于裁切机领域,具体涉及一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架。
背景技术
目前在裁切加工的过程中,裁切后的物料需要将通过送料机架将物料进行传送转移送料,一般都是采用滑条式送料架,通过将物料夹与传动皮带压在一起,使得传动皮带带动物料夹移动,从而将物料从机架一侧拉到另一侧,传送皮带是设置在主动轮和从动轮之间的,主动轮和从动轮分别设置在主动轴和从动轴上的,主动轴和从动轴是一根较长的轴,主动轮和从动轮分别分布在主动轴和从动轴的两侧,由于主动轴和从动轴较长,因此当物料较重的时候,主动轴和从动轴就会容易变形,时间久了之后会影响机器的正常运转。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为解决上述问题,提供一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,能够防止主动轴以及从动轴的变形,提高了设备的使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,包括机架,在机架内设置有主动轴、从动轴,在所述的主动轴上设置有主动轮,在从动轴上设置有从动轮;所述的主动轴的两端与设置在机架两侧的轴承座连接,在所述的主动轴上设置有带座轴承,所述的带座轴承还通过第二牙条与靠近该侧的机架框体连接;所述的从动轴的两端与机架两侧固定连接,在所述的从动轴上设置有轴承,所述的从动轮设置在所述的轴承上,所述的从动轴通过第一牙条与靠近该侧的机架框体连接。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述的第一牙条与所述的从动轴通过螺钉连接,所述的第一牙条通过螺钉与所述的机架框体连接。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述第二牙条通过螺钉与所述的带座轴承连接,所述的第二牙条通过螺钉与所述的机架框体连接。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述的带座轴承设置有至少两个,带座轴承设置在靠近主动轮附近。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述的第一牙条设置有至少两个。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点和有益效果:
本实用新型的主动轴通过安装带座轴承,用第二牙条连接到该侧的机架框体上,对主动轴施加一个反向的拉力,防止工作时主动轴的变形;从动轴直接通过第一牙条连接到机架框体上,对从动轴施加一个反向的拉力,防止工作时从动轴的变形。这样就能保持设备的传动稳定性,提高了设备的使用寿命;且本实用新型中通过将从动轴上直接与牙条固定,这样的 方式不需要使用轴承座,能够节省成本。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本实用新型提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本实用新型而不用于限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1到图4所示的一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,包括机架9,在机架9内设置有主动轴4、从动轴3,在所述的主动轴4上设置有主动轮,在从动轴3上设置有从动轮。
所述的主动轴4的两端与设置在机架两侧的轴承座8连接,在所述的主动轴4上设置有带座轴承5,所述的带座轴承5还通过第二牙条7与靠近该侧的机架框体6连接。所述第二牙条7通过螺钉与所述的带座轴承5连接,所述的第二牙条7通过螺钉与所述的机架框体6连接。所述的带座轴承5设置有至少两个,带座轴承5设置在靠近主动轮附近。
所述的从动轴3的两端与机架两侧固定连接,在所述的从动轴上设置有轴承,所述的从动轮设置在所述的轴承上,所述的从动轴3通过第一牙条2与靠近该侧的机架框体1连接。
所述的第一牙条2与所述的从动轴3通过螺钉连接,所述的第一牙条通过螺钉与所述的机架框体1连接。因为从动轴3是不转动的,所以第一牙条2直接通过螺钉与从动轴3连接,这样可以省去轴承座,节约了成本。所述的第一牙条设置有至少两个,分别分布在从动轮附近。
本实用新型的主动轴通过安装带座轴承,用第二牙条连接到该侧的机架框体上,对主动轴施加一个反向的拉力,防止工作时主动轴的变形;从动轴直接通过第一牙条连接到机架框体上,对从动轴施加一个反向的拉力,防止工作时从动轴的变形。这样就能保持设备的传动稳定性,提高了设备的使用寿命;且本实用新型中通过将从动轴上直接与牙条固定,这样的方式不需要使用轴承座,能够节省成本。
本实用新型方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,包括机架,其特征在于:在机架内设置有主动轴、从动轴,在所述的主动轴上设置有主动轮,在从动轴上设置有从动轮;所述的主动轴的两端与设置在机架两侧的轴承座连接,在所述的主动轴上设置有带座轴承,所述的带座轴承还通过第二牙条与靠近该侧的机架框体连接;所述的从动轴的两端与机架两侧固定连接,在所述的从动轴上设置有轴承,所述的从动轮设置在所述的轴承上,所述的从动轴通过第一牙条与靠近该侧的机架框体连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,其特征在于:所述的第一牙条与所述的从动轴通过螺钉连接,所述的第一牙条通过螺钉与所述的机架框体连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,其特征在于:所述第二牙条通过螺钉与所述的带座轴承连接,所述的第二牙条通过螺钉与所述的机架框体连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,其特征在于:所述的带座轴承设置有至少两个,带座轴承设置在靠近主动轮附近。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防止轴变形的滑条式送料架,其特征在于:所述的第一牙条设置有至少两个。
