为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种扣装模块,所述扣装模块包括第一壳体、第一挂扣、第二挂扣、弹性件以及拔扭,其中:
所述第一壳体设有锁扣凹腔以用于收容装配所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣、所述弹性件以及所述拔扭;
所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣通过所述弹性件弹性撑开以伸出所述第一壳体;
所述拔扭与所述第一壳体滑动配合并与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣钩扣配合,所述拔扭朝向远离所述第一壳体的方向滑动时带动所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣相互靠近并压缩所述弹性件从而使得所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣缩回所述第一壳体;
其中,所述拔扭设有抗摔凸块,所述拔扭处于锁定状态时,所述抗摔凸块与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的内端之间的距离小于所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣伸出所述第一壳体的距离。
根据本发明一实施例,所述主体壁上设有滑动挡块,所述滑动挡块与所述端壁构成装配所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的滑槽,所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的厚度大于所述滑动挡块的高度,所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣高出所述滑动挡块的部分与所述抗摔凸块斜面配合,所述主体壁还设有限位挡筋,所述限位挡筋设于所述滑动挡块远离所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣的一侧,所述拔 扭设有与所述限位挡筋匹配的限位扣,所述限位扣凸出于所述抗摔凸块的表面。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的电子设备及扣装模块结构新颖,由于设置有抗摔凸块,且抗摔凸块与第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的内端之间的距离小于第一挂扣、第二挂扣伸出第一壳体的距离,电子设备受到跌落冲力时,抗摔凸块用于抵持第一挂扣、第二挂扣以防止第一挂扣和第二挂扣缩回第一壳体而与第二壳体脱扣,防松脱效果较好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

请一并参阅图1至图8,本发明提供一种电子设备10,该电子设备10包括第一壳体100、第二壳体200、第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320、弹性件330以及拔扭400。该电子设备10可以是对讲机、音箱、手机、导航仪等电子设备。
如图4-图6所示,第一壳体100设有锁扣凹腔110以用于收容装配第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320、弹性件330以及拔扭400。
第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320通过弹性件330弹性撑开以伸出第一壳体100并在第二壳体200与第一壳体100相配合时弹性收拢并复位而与第二壳体200相扣合。弹性件330可以采用弹簧或其它具有弹性的部件。
拔扭400与第一壳体100滑动配合并与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320钩扣配合,拔扭400朝向远离第一壳体100的方向滑动时(图未示出)带动第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320相互靠近并压缩弹性件330从而使得第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320缩回第一壳体100进而解除与第二壳体200的扣合。
其中,拔扭400设有抗摔凸块410,拔扭400处于锁定状态时(参考图4和图5),抗摔凸块410与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的内端之间的距离小于第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320伸出第一壳体100的距离,电子设备10受到跌落冲力时,抗摔凸块410用于抵持第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320以防止第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320缩回第一壳体100而与第二壳体200脱扣。
举例而言,第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320伸出第一壳体100的距离为10毫米,而拔扭400处于锁定状态时,抗摔凸块410与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的内端之间的距离为1毫米,在电子设备10受到跌落冲力时,第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320需要缩回10毫米才会使得第一壳体100而与第二壳体200脱扣,本发明通过增设抗摔凸块410,使得电子设备10受到跌落冲力时第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320仅能够缩回1毫米,使得第一壳体100无法与第二壳体200脱扣。
电子设备10还包括电池500,第一壳体100还设有主腔体120(参考图4和图5),主腔体120用于收容固定电池500,主腔体120由第一壳体100的内表面围合形成,锁扣凹腔110由第一壳体100的外表面凹陷形成。电池500和第一壳体100结合构成相对第二壳体200可拆卸的附件。
如图1所示,锁扣凹腔110位于第一壳体100的一端,电子设备10还包括充电触片510,充电触片510与电池500电连接,第一壳体100的表面设有通孔102,充电触片510与第一壳体100相固定并通过通孔102暴露。
如图5所示,抗摔凸块410与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的内端呈斜面配合。
如图6所示,锁扣凹腔110包括主体壁111、设于主体壁111两侧的侧壁112以及设于主体壁111及两侧壁112一端的端壁113,侧壁112上形设有穿孔114以允许第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的外端穿过。
如图4至图6所示,主体壁111上设有滑动挡块115,滑动挡块115与端壁113构成装配第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的滑槽。
第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的厚度大于滑动挡块115的高度,第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320高出滑动挡块115的部分与抗摔凸块410斜面配合(参考图5)。
如图6和图8所示,侧壁112和端壁113上还设有导向筋116,拔扭400设有与导向筋116匹配的装配槽420。导向筋116和装配槽420均呈U型,导向筋116和装配槽420可以构成过盈配合。主体壁111还设有限位挡筋117,限位挡筋117设于滑动挡块115远离第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320的一侧,拔扭400设有与限位挡筋117匹配的限位扣430。
如图4、图5以及图8所示,滑动挡块115包括间隔设置的两块,限位扣430凸出于抗摔凸块410的表面,抗摔凸块410位于滑动挡块115的上部,限位扣430位于两块滑动挡块115之间。
如图7和图8所示,第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320均设有连接柱311,弹性件330为弹簧,弹簧的两端套置在连接柱311上。
第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320在背离连接柱311的一侧均设有凹陷部312,拔扭400设有与凹陷部312钩扣配合的凸块部440。凸块部440与凹陷部312构成斜面配合,凸块部440和凹陷部312均成三角形块状。
其中,端壁113还设置有辅助装配孔118,拔扭400与第一挂扣310装配时,需先通过专用工具穿过辅助装配孔118将第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320收拢(例如专用工具为镊子,第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320底部设有小孔),然后将拔扭400与导向筋116对位***,此时限位扣430通过挤压形变滑过限位挡筋117的顶部,撤除专用工具后,第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320的凹陷部312将与拔扭400的凸块部440构成钩扣配合。需要解除第一壳体100与第二壳体200的扣合时,将拔扭400朝向远离第一壳体100的方向滑动,此时限位扣430可由限位挡筋117构成限位,使得拔扭400不会与第一壳体100完全分离,同时第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320基于凹陷部312与凸块部440的斜面配合作用将缩弹性件330并收拢从而使得第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320缩回第一壳体100进而解除与第二壳体200的扣合。
请一并参阅图1至图8,本发明还提供一种扣装模块,该扣装模块包括第一壳体100、第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320、弹性件330以及拔扭400。该扣装模块可以结合电池500作为对讲机、音箱、手机、导航仪等电子设备的可拆卸附件。
如图4-图6所示,第一壳体100设有锁扣凹腔110以用于收容装配第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320、弹性件330以及拔扭400。
第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320通过弹性件330弹性撑开以伸出第一壳体100,第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320的外端受到挤推力时可弹性收拢。弹性件330以采用弹簧或其它具有弹性的部件。
拔扭400与第一壳体100滑动配合并与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320钩扣配合,拔扭400朝向远离第一壳体100的方向滑动时(图未示出)带动第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320相互靠近并压缩弹性件330从而使得第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320缩回第一壳体100。
其中,拔扭400设有抗摔凸块410,拔扭400处于锁定状态时(参考图4和图5),抗摔凸块410与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的内端之间的距离小于第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320伸出第一壳体100的距离。
如图5所示,抗摔凸块410与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的内端呈斜面配合。
如图6所示,锁扣凹腔110包括主体壁111、设于主体壁111两侧的侧壁112 以及设于主体壁111及两侧壁112一端的端壁113,侧壁112上形设有穿孔114以允许第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的外端穿过。
如图4至图6所示,主体壁111上设有滑动挡块115,滑动挡块115与端壁113构成装配第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的滑槽,第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的厚度大于滑动挡块115的高度,第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320高出滑动挡块115的部分与抗摔凸块410斜面配合(参考图5),主体壁111还设有限位挡筋117,限位挡筋117设于滑动挡块115远离第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320的一侧,拔扭400设有与限位挡筋117匹配的限位扣430,限位扣430凸出于抗摔凸块410的表面。
本发明提供的电子设备10及扣装模块结构新颖,由于设置有抗摔凸块410,且抗摔凸块410与第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320的内端之间的距离小于第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320伸出第一壳体100的距离,电子设备10受到跌落冲力时,抗摔凸块410用于抵持第一挂扣310、第二挂扣320以防止第一挂扣310和第二挂扣320缩回第一壳体100而与第二壳体200脱扣,防松脱效果较好。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括第一壳体、第二壳体、第一挂扣、第二挂扣、弹性件以及拔扭,其中:
    所述第一壳体设有锁扣凹腔以用于收容装配所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣、所述弹性件以及所述拔扭;
    所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣通过所述弹性件弹性撑开以伸出所述第一壳体并在所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体相配合时弹性收拢并复位而与所述第二壳体相扣合;
    所述拔扭与所述第一壳体滑动配合并与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣钩扣配合,所述拔扭朝向远离所述第一壳体的方向滑动时带动所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣相互靠近并压缩所述弹性件从而使得所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣缩回所述第一壳体进而解除与所述第二壳体的扣合;
    其中,所述拔扭设有抗摔凸块,所述拔扭处于锁定状态时,所述抗摔凸块与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的内端之间的距离小于所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣伸出所述第一壳体的距离,所述电子设备受到跌落冲力时,所述抗摔凸块用于抵持所述所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣以防止所述所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣缩回所述第一壳体而与所述第二壳体脱扣。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括电池,所述第一壳体还设有主腔体,所述主腔体用于收容固定所述电池,所述主腔体由所述第一壳体的内表面围合形成,所述锁扣凹腔由所述第一壳体的外表面凹陷形成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括充电触片,所述充电触片与所述电池电连接,所述第一壳体的表面设有通孔,所述充电触片与所述第一壳体相固定并通过所述通孔暴露。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述抗摔凸块与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的内端呈斜面配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述锁扣凹腔位于所述第一壳体的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述锁扣凹腔包括主体壁、设于所述主体壁两侧的侧壁以及设于所述主体壁及所述两侧壁一端的端壁,所 述侧壁上形设有穿孔以允许所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的外端穿过。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述主体壁上设有滑动挡块,所述滑动挡块与所述端壁构成装配所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的滑槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的厚度大于所述滑动挡块的高度,所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣高出所述滑动挡块的部分与所述抗摔凸块斜面配合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述侧壁和所述端壁上还设有导向筋,所述拔扭设有与所述导向筋匹配的装配槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述导向筋和所述装配槽均呈U型。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述主体壁还设有限位挡筋,所述限位挡筋设于所述滑动挡块远离所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣的一侧,所述拔扭设有与所述限位挡筋匹配的限位扣。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述滑动挡块包括间隔设置的两块,所述限位扣凸出于所述抗摔凸块的表面,所述抗摔凸块位于所述滑动挡块的上部,所述限位扣位于两块所述滑动挡块之间。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣均设有连接柱,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的两端套置在所述连接柱上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣在背离所述连接柱的一侧均设有凹陷部,所述拔扭设有与所述凹陷部钩扣配合的凸块部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述凸块部与所述凹陷部构成斜面配合。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述凸块部和所述凹陷部均成三角形块状。
  17. 一种扣装模块,其特征在于,所述扣装模块包括第一壳体、第一挂扣、第二挂扣、弹性件以及拔扭,其中:
    所述第一壳体设有锁扣凹腔以用于收容装配所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣、所述弹性件以及所述拔扭;
    所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣通过所述弹性件弹性撑开以伸出所述第一壳体;
    所述拔扭与所述第一壳体滑动配合并与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣钩扣配合,所述拔扭朝向远离所述第一壳体的方向滑动时带动所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣相互靠近并压缩所述弹性件从而使得所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣缩回所述第一壳体;
    其中,所述拔扭设有抗摔凸块,所述拔扭处于锁定状态时,所述抗摔凸块与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的内端之间的距离小于所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣伸出所述第一壳体的距离。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的扣装模块,其特征在于,所述抗摔凸块与所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的内端呈斜面配合。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的扣装模块,其特征在于,所述锁扣凹腔包括主体壁、设于所述主体壁两侧的侧壁以及设于所述主体壁及所述两侧壁一端的端壁,所述侧壁上形设有穿孔以允许所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的外端穿过。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的扣装模块,其特征在于,所述主体壁上设有滑动挡块,所述滑动挡块与所述端壁构成装配所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的滑槽,所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣的厚度大于所述滑动挡块的高度,所述第一挂扣、所述第二挂扣高出所述滑动挡块的部分与所述抗摔凸块斜面配合,所述主体壁还设有限位挡筋,所述限位挡筋设于所述滑动挡块远离所述第一挂扣和所述第二挂扣的一侧,所述拔扭设有与所述限位挡筋匹配的限位扣,所述限位扣凸出于所述抗摔凸块的表面。
