一种垃圾桶式吸尘器 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,特别涉及一种垃圾桶式吸尘器。
背景技术
吸尘器是一种常用的清洁设备,其可以产生非常强的吸力,以将地板、地毯、墙面、或其它物体表面上积聚的灰尘或异物吸入其垃圾收集装置中。吸尘器通常包括机身,机身上设置有吸嘴和推杆,机身中设有吸尘器主机,机身的下部为尘杯,吸尘器主机与尘杯之间通过空气过滤装置隔开。
工作时,通过吸尘器主机使尘杯内部生成负压而产生吸力,从而通过吸嘴将包含有灰尘或异物的空气吸入,并通过所述空气过滤装置,如过滤网罩等,可将较大颗粒的灰尘及异物与空气分离,并收集到集尘杯中,而后将处理过的空气通过设置在机壳上的排气格栅排出。吸尘器给人们的生活带来了极大的便利,使用方便、除尘效率高,提高了人们的生活质量。
现实生活中,居家都会配几个垃圾桶,另加一个吸尘器。垃圾桶较多的是靠人力扔些稍大些的居家生活垃圾。但是,由于吸尘器的集尘杯在清到处灰尘后仍有少了灰尘积聚在集尘杯中,增强清洗难度;同时,吸尘器在不使用的时候,收置不便,占据房屋的空间,影响美观。
因此,亟需提供一种垃圾桶式吸尘器的技术方案,能够控制吸尘器将细小灰尘、污水及扫把不方便打扫的地方通过电机的吸力吸到装垃圾的桶内。
发明内容
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种垃圾桶式吸尘器,包括:吸尘机构、垃圾存储机构和顶盖,所述吸尘机构可拆卸的连接在所述垃圾存储机构上方,所述顶盖与所述吸尘机构活动连接;
所述吸尘机构包括:均设置在所述中空箱体上方的卡接组件和吸尘组件;所述吸尘组件包括:吸尘电机、与所述吸尘电机连接的吸尘管路、与所述吸尘电机连接的排风管路和设置在所述排风管路内部的主动分离装置,所述吸尘组 件用于通过所述吸尘管路将垃圾吸入至所述垃圾存储机构中,所述主动分离装置用于防止所述垃圾存储机构内部的垃圾外流;所述卡接组件用于将所述吸尘机构可拆卸的连接在所述垃圾存储机构上方,并且所述卡接组件内部与所述垃圾存储机构贯通的通孔,所述通孔用于垃圾通过并存储在所述垃圾存储机构中;
所述顶盖用于密封所述通孔。
进一步地、所述主动分离装置包括:相互转动连接的主动分离电机和主动分离组件;

具体的,垃圾存储机构10可以是顶部有开口的中空箱体,吸尘组件的吸尘管路的出口端与中空箱体导通,吸尘组件的排风管路的进口端与中空箱体导通,主动分离装置可以设置在排风管路内部,主动分离装置可以为垃圾存储机构10中的垃圾提供离心力,使内部垃圾不能流出垃圾存储机构10。当然,吸尘管路和排风管路可以设置在垃圾存储机构10的顶部开口处,也可以设置在垃圾存储机构10的外侧壁。卡接组件5的通孔可以小于垃圾存储机构10的开口,卡接组件5的外沿可以与垃圾存储机构10的外沿相互匹配,以便卡接组件5连接在垃圾存储机构10上方。
当然,吸尘机构的吸尘电机4的工作参数在本说明书实施例中不做具体限定,可以根据实际需要进行设置。
需要说明的是,通孔的大小、形状及垃圾存储机构10的横截面形状、高度、材质等在本说明书实施例中不做具体限定,可以根据实际需要进行设置。

在上述实施例基础上,本说明书一个实施例中,如图2所示,图2为,所述主动分离装置包括:相互转动连接的主动分离电机6和主动分离组件7。
具体的,主动分离组件7可以包括叶轮71、固定支架73、齿轮组件、减速箱上盖77和传动连接器81;所述叶轮71设置在所述固定支架73的内部,所述齿轮组件固定设置在所述固定支架73上,所述叶轮71通过所述齿轮组件与所述传动连接器81连接,所述传动连接器81可转动的固定在所述减速箱上盖77上。
所述齿轮组件包括第一旋转轴72、第一减速齿轮74、第二旋转轴80和第二减速齿轮79;所述第一旋转轴72和所述第一减速齿轮74同轴设置,所述第一减速齿轮74和第二减速齿轮79啮合,均可转动的设置在所述固定支架73上,所述第一旋转轴72的一端与所述叶轮71连接,所述第一旋转轴72的另一端与所述减速箱上盖77连接,所述第二旋转轴80和所述第二减速齿轮79同轴设置,所述第二旋转轴80的一端与所述第二减速齿轮79连接,所述第二旋转轴80的另一端与所述传动连接器81连接。
所述第一减速齿轮74为主减速齿轮,所述第二减速齿轮79为副减速齿轮,作为可选地,所述主减速齿轮的尺寸要大于所述副减速齿轮的尺寸,所述副减速齿轮通过所述传动连接器81的带动转动,进而带动所述主减速齿轮转动,由于两者啮合的关系,导致所述主减速齿轮的转速小于所述副减速齿轮的转速,从而起到了减速的效果。
另外,所述第一旋转轴72为主旋转轴,为从动旋转轴,能够带动所述叶轮71的转动,所述第二旋转轴80为旋转轴,为主动旋转轴,能都根据主动分离电机6的驱动带动所述第一旋转轴72。
为了满足所述第一减速齿轮74和所述第二减速齿轮79在所述固定支架73上转动的要求,所述齿轮组件上还可以设置第一轴承76和第二轴承78,所述第一轴承76和所述第二轴承78均固定在所述固定支架73上,并且所述第一轴承76与所述第一旋转轴72同轴连接,所述第二轴承78与所述第二旋转轴80同轴连接,这样保证所述第一旋转轴72可以在所述第一轴承76上转动,所述第二 旋转轴80能够在所述第二轴承78上转动。
所述齿轮组件上还设置了第三轴承83和第四轴承84,所述第三轴承83和所述第四轴承84均固定在所述减速箱上盖77上,所述第一旋转轴72的一端与所述第三轴承83连接,所述第二旋转轴80与所述第四轴承84同轴设置,可以使得所述第一旋转轴72在所述第三轴承83上转动,以及使得第二旋转轴80在所述第四轴承84上转动。
需要说明的是,所述第一轴承76、第二轴承78、第三轴承83和第四轴承84的尺寸大小根据不同主动分离组件7的参数设定。
所述齿轮组件还包括卡簧75,所述第一旋转轴72靠近所述第三轴承83的一端设置卡槽,所述卡簧75与所述卡槽配合。
在所述第一旋转轴72靠近所述第三轴承83的一端设置卡槽,所述卡槽到所述第一旋转轴72最近端点的长度可以等于所述第三轴承83的高度,这样能避免所述第一旋转轴72给所述减速箱上盖77施加作用力,当然了还可以设置阻挡部,将所述第三轴承83的底部抵接在所述阻挡部中,另外在所述第二旋转轴80靠近所述减速箱上盖77的位置设置第二阻挡部,所述第四轴承84的底部抵接在所述第二阻挡部上,可以提高第二旋转轴80转动的稳定性。
另外、为了提高所述第一旋转轴72转动的稳定性,在所述第一旋转轴72靠近所述第一轴承76的位置设置第一阻挡部,将所述第一轴承76的底部抵接在所述第一阻挡部上。
所述第二旋转轴80连接所述第二轴承78的一端的底部设置弹性件,所述弹性件固定在所述固定支架73上,通过弹性件的设计可以提高所述第二旋转轴80的减震效果,从而降低减速装置工作时的声音,提升了静音效果,所述弹性件可以理解为弹簧等具有弹性功能的装置。
所述叶轮71的中部设置有中空的连接通道,所述连通道的横截面的尺寸和所述第一旋转轴72的横截面尺寸相匹配,这样所述第一旋转轴72就可以固定在所述叶轮71上,当然了为了提高两者之间的稳固性,所述第一旋转轴72连接所述叶轮71的一端可以设置内螺纹,这样在所述第一旋转轴72连接在所述连接通道时,可以在所述叶轮71的底部通过螺钉82将所述第一旋转轴72固定,而且在长时间工作后,便于通过拆卸处理存在叶轮71中的少量的灰尘积攒、头发缠绕等情况,提高了清洗的效率。
所述连接通道的底部设置突起部,将所述第一旋转轴72的一端抵接在所述突起部上,所述突起部的开口的大小与所述螺钉82的尺寸匹配。
当然了,所述连接通道上可以设置内螺纹,所述第一旋转轴72可以设置外螺纹,所述第一旋转轴72可以直接旋转固定在所述叶轮71上。
在一些实施例中,所述减速箱上盖77可以与所述固定支架73连接,具体地,在所述固定支架73上设置多个连接件,相应地,在所述减速箱上盖77上设置多个连接孔,通过所述连接件和连接孔将所述减速箱上盖77和所述固定支架73固定连接。
作为可选地,所述连接件可以是连接杆,特别的,可以在所述连接杆上开设内螺纹,将所述连接孔套设在所述连接杆上,在通过上盖螺钉82固定,当然了还包括其他连接形式,比如在所述固定支架73上开设螺钉82孔,通过长螺钉82将将所述减速箱上盖77和所述固定支架73固定连接,其他限定形式也属于本申请技术方案的保护范围。
在所述固定支架73的***还设置多个连接结构,用于将所述减速装置连接在吸尘器上。
需要说明的是,主动分离电机6和主动分离组件7的直径可以由排风管路的直径确定,主动分离电机6和主动分离组件7的直径可以小于排风管路的直径,主动分离电机6和主动分离组件7的直径在本说明书实施例中不做具体限定,可以根据实际需要进行设置。
在上述实施例基础上,本说明书一个实施例中,所述吸尘机构还包括:与所述吸尘组件和所述卡接组件5相匹配第一限位组件3,所述第一限位组件3可拆卸连接在所述卡接组件5和所述吸尘组件上方,相应的,所述顶盖1的转动连接在所述第一限位组件3的一侧。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种垃圾桶式吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:吸尘机构、垃圾存储机构和顶盖,所述吸尘机构可拆卸的连接在所述垃圾存储机构上方,所述顶盖与所述吸尘机构活动连接;
    所述吸尘机构包括:均设置在所述中空箱体上方的卡接组件和吸尘组件;所述吸尘组件包括:吸尘电机、与所述吸尘电机连接的吸尘管路、与所述吸尘电机连接的排风管路和设置在所述排风管路内部的主动分离装置,所述吸尘组件用于通过所述吸尘管路将垃圾吸入至所述垃圾存储机构中,所述主动分离装置用于防止所述垃圾存储机构内部的垃圾外流;所述卡接组件用于将所述吸尘机构可拆卸的连接在所述垃圾存储机构上方,并且所述卡接组件内部与所述垃圾存储机构贯通的通孔,所述通孔用于垃圾通过并存储在所述垃圾存储机构中;
    所述顶盖用于密封所述通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述主动分离装置包括:相互转动连接的主动分离电机和主动分离组件;
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘机构还包括:与所述吸尘组件和所述卡接组件相匹配第一限位组件,所述第一限位组件可拆卸连接在所述卡接组件和所述吸尘组件上方,相应的,所述顶盖的转动连接在所述第一限位组件的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘机构还包括:第二限位组件,所述第二限位组件与所述通孔相互匹配,用于固定所述第一限位组件与所述通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包括:触发开关;
    所述触发开关包括:手动开关;
    所述手动开关设置在所述第一限位组件的外侧壁上,以在其自身状态被更改时向所述吸尘电机和所述主动分离组件发送启动信号。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘机构还包括:检测装置,所述检测装置用于检测垃圾存储机构内垃圾高度。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘机构还包括:驱动电机,所述驱动电机用于根据控制所述顶盖的开启和闭合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述触发开关还包括;震 动传感器,所述震动传感器与驱动电机连接,用于在检测到所述垃圾桶式吸尘器的震动强度大于预设震动阈值时向所述驱动电机发送开启信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包括:垃圾袋压条;
    所述垃圾袋压条可拆卸连接在所述中空箱体顶部,用于压紧放置在所述中空箱体内部的垃圾袋。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包括:万向轮;
    所述万向轮均设置在所述垃圾存储机构下方。
